Had Hoffman out to flush our water heater they installed last year. Braden called and let us know his ETA. Friendly and knowledgeable. Performed prompt and quick service. Really appreciate a company that walks the walk. Their prices are fair, too.

My wife and I hired Eric on two occasions, and both time he did an outstanding job.  There first time he installed a hot water heater in the garage in 90 degree heat in the summer.  Second time he helped us diagnose a dishwasher that wasn't draining.  I highly recommend Eric!

I called them to fix a complex water pressure problem with my bathtub, I explained that the problem was likely with the fixture and may need to have fittings custom welded so that the current hose connections could be eliminated to improve water flow. The owner said that they would be able to do this but he wanted to look at it first because maybe using bigger pipes would help.

They sent another plumber out who said the connection was fine, but he wasn't prepared to put in bigger pipes and they would call me to reschedule.

The never called back... I finally called and rescheduled. They came put in bigger pipes but absolutely nothing changed with the water pressure.... nothing except a $500 bill.

No other suggestions to fix the problem, the bigger pipes still connected to the same exact hoses.

So I told the owner I wasn't happy with the situation, he started yelling at me saying I was trying not to pay him and that I owe him money.

That was NEVER in dispute, I never said I didn't want to pay him or wanted a reduced bill. I only want the problem fixed.

I knew going In that this was a complex issue likely involving the fixture and needed custom work.

I was expecting to pay around $1000

But the owner just wanted a easy fix and did not want to do the work needed to fix the situation.

Instead he just wanted to attack me and accuse me of trying not to pay, for the simple reason I was unhappy the problem was not fixed.

I can't recommend this company to anyone based on the fact they have not delivered any kind of real working solutions or anything close to acceptable customer service.

We have been extremely happy with the service that Gavin has provided. The first repair that he did was soldering a leaky pipe near our well tank. It was a very tight squeeze but he was able to make it happen. More recently we had a blockage in our septic line. He responded quickly and within minutes was able to get it cleared for a very reasonable amount. Good guy, lost everything in the Paradise fire and is trying to reestablish his business here in northern Nevada.

Fast, reliable and affordable, need I say more! Thanks Billy Plumbing.

I heard about Bighorn Plumbing from a customers referral.  I called and set up an appointment with a very personable lady.  A confirmation text let me know he was on his way.  Super friendly, very professional and knowledgeable.  His quote was high, but he worked with me on a more agreeable price.  We set up a good date and time for work to be done.  Jesse was on time and worked efficiently.  He got done in time and it was simply PERFECT!  I give his workmanship two thumbs up.  Definately recommend this guy and his company.

I called on Tuesday they offered me an appointment first thing on Wednesday, I had a washing machine drain break in the wall Saturday.
Dave the plumber actually called me to see if he could come earlier!!!
He came 30 minutes earlier, he found the issue, gave me an estimate which was extremely reasonable and he had the time to fix the issue.
I had him take care of the problem and in about 2 hours and less than
I was expecting to pay all problems solved.

In times like the flood of 2017 (Reno, Nevada) we need honest people and this is not one. My mother had them come out to check under her home to see if there was any water there. After about 20 minutes they came up and said nope all is good.  The charge was $259.00. Be aware
to always get an estimate before the work is performed, then there are no surprises and you really find out the bad from the good.

A yearly inspection was performed. 45 nothing replaced or fixed they only cleaned the filter and charged $300.

they attempted to bill me for $2000 of unauthorized work during their bankruptcy.  my advise is to avoid them at all costs and tell your friends thy same.
