We needed a special plumber to fix a urinal. Not an ordinary house toilet!  Gary's scheduled a time for the next day. There was a wide window for their job but they worked with me and my busy schedule to call me on the way. He educated me on how urinal flush valves work. The repair fixed the issue and was reasonably priced. (Urinals are pricey). I will use them again for future complicated plumbing needs.

Rafal was on time, fixed our burst pipe quickly and expertly. His fee was fair and he was very personable.  He's my go to guy for plumbing needs in the future!

Recently purchased there hot water recirculation pump, CP9000b. It's been about 2 weeks and it is great. I get hot water in less than a minute when before it would several minutes and 5 gallons of wasted water down the drain. Installation was simple and easy for me, no leaks, no issues. it does make some noise but barely notice it now and usually turn it on while I'm doing other things before showering, shaving, etc. I would highly recommend this recirculation pump over all the others I researched. Best bang for your buck!!

Fantastic experience when I needed it most! Called three plumbers with strong yelp rationing and Brimer was first to respond. We exchanged a few texts and then he called me. He committed his plumber to be at my place in an hour and sure enough he was. He also set expectations on the rate and how I could pay upfront.

JP did the work so fast I was still in my first hour so I had him change the direction my handles turned in my bathroom (annoyed me for 20 years!) and he did it all in an hour.

JP was super nice, tidy and a great plumber. Will call Brimer again for sure!

Best experience I ever had with a plumber! I called Mike about a leak near my hot water heater. He squeezed me into his schedule right away. When he came out he discovered the leak was in the wall. So, he had to cut into the drywall. He found the leak in the first cut. It's like he had X-ray vision! On top of all that, he's kind, had all the tools for the job and was done in an hour and a half! Plus, he's a vet and I fully support anyone who has served for our country. I highly recommend Mike!

Brian saved my butt on a stressful Sunday...

I was trying to clean out a family member's bathroom sink, took it apart, and then the stopper sunk. I tried every trick on YouTube (floss, flathead screw, exacto knife, a 95 lb strength  from Home Depot) and nothing seemed to work.

Brian explained to me how to fix it... after about two minutes, it was fixed. I'm extremely appreciative of him helping me out over the phone and being so honest.

Came back from a trip and discovered our water heater was not working Called another company who can out and restarted the pilot light for $100 because it was overtime. Were told it would need other parts that would cost about $400. Pilot light went out and the company said it would take about a week to get these parts. Called D& D and Kyle came out   He tried to fix it but found he needed a special part. He came back the next morning and repaired the water heater. Kyle was very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job. Also the cost was almost half what the other company had quoted. I will definitely use D&D plumbing again and highly recommend this company

Daniel is a fantastic plumber, comes to the job organized and ready to go, no going to the store for a forgotten part.
He installed a sediment filter at our pump for us and replaced a really bad plumbing job that was supposed to have been done by another professional. Thank you Daniel!! :0)

I called Walker River Mechanical and spoke with a girl named Liz about my A/C unit not blowing out cool air and it's been very humid and hot this summer and wanted it fixed yesterday. After explaining my situation, Liz was very sympathetic to my needs and made sure to have a technician out the same day. I received a follow up call from a gentleman named Matt letting me know that a technician was in route. After the technician arrived, he had my A/C up and running within 35 minutes and even pointed out that my filters would need to be replaced soon and that replacing them would keep my A/C unit running smoothly. I received a bill for $85 bucks that I was happy to pay after chilling in a cool home. I'll be sure to call WRM when ever the need arises.

I've been with a Property Management company for approximately 6 years now and Easy Rooter is our go to company! Bruce is ALWAYS pleasant and professional and the techs are the BEST in the business! They not only take care of our professional needs, but I've used them on my personal plumbing issues as well with the SAME timely, professional AND cost effective results!  Needless to say, we are customers for life!

We had another great experience with Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing. They replaced our water heater in August of 2021. We recently noticed a delay in getting hot water. It took longer than normal. We called Ira Hansen one day ago and they promptly scheduled an appointment for this morning between 11:00 & 12:00. We were pleasantly surprised when their plumber, Shae Vetter, called to let us know he had a cancellation and could come earlier. When he arrived he quickly inspected our system, determined the issue and immediately repaired it. We were impressed with his knowledge of plumbing. He was also very articulate and pleasant. He represented Ira and Hansen Plumbing very well. If you have a plumbing issue, call Ira and Hansen Plumbing. You will be very pleased with their service!

Totally disappointed.  Reached out 4 times through email and over the phone with no response.  Don't waste your time.  
Why is this company even on Yelp if they won't respond?

I have had two separate emergencies in the last month at my home; first was a completely clogged kitchen drain.  The technician, Gabriel, was on time, very polite and fixed my sink in a jiffy.  He was careful not to make a mess, very meticulous in his clean up and made SURE it worked before leaving.  The second time was in the peak time of our most recent blizzard in Tahoe.  My furnace was not working!!!  It's fairly new and I was baffled.  It was blowing cold air and making a clunking noise??  I assumed the pilot had gone out or something easy like that.  I called Riley at 7:30 am during the busiest time of the year and they ANSWERED THE PHONE...(A big deal in this town)  Anyway, my boyfriend was off work that day and met Abraham at the house.  He was quick to assess that the MASSIVE amounts of snow on the roof were covering the furnace's outlet pipe on the roof and it won't work as a safety precaution (carbon monoxide)  So, my boyfriend got up on the roof and cleared off the pipe.  It kicked right on!  Gabriel then proceeded to service the system with new filters and overall check - which he didn't have to do.  They go the extra mile and do it WELL.  I am very very happy to have someone in town that is so reliable and does such great work. Oh, and they are PRICED FAIRLY!  Way to go Riley - keep up the great work!

I was in need of a fast furnace repair during an unexpected cold spell from our wonderful Nevada unpredictable weather. Our family was cold and we couldn't get our furnace running no matter what we did. Bob at Lamb's Heating was courteous, informative and had our home warm and cozy faster than I could get anyone else out here. I worked for a Heating & Air company for 8 years in the past, so I know what a good service tech is all about. I later referred this company to a friend who got an incredible install as well. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call next time you need service and / or installation needs. Bravo!
