B & B Plumbing

I had some plumbing work done by B&B and the work was high quality and very affordable.  The men who came to my house were very professional and took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns.  They were very knowledgeable and I got the impression that they had been in the business for a long time.  I was there when they did their work and they were very respectful of my home and not only completed their work in a timely manner but they did a great job.  I would recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing needs.

Excellent experience with Mike.  Called on June 29 and left a message.  Dispatch called back in an hour and scheduled for the same afternoon in Squaw Valley.

Mike did the repair (in a very constrained space) with good humor and quickly.   Told me how to prevent it from happening again and was on his way.

The guys at B&B did a great job on the plumbing for our home reconstruction. They encountered several unexpected challenges (another worker threw their pipes away, the excavator cut a line by mistake, etc.) they handled each challenge with good humor, and made sure everything was working properly. They gave me a good heads up before shutting off the water, and kept me informed how much longer it would be off. They were professional, friendly, and did a good job. I would definitely use them again!

I had an encounter with one of their guys who is in his 30's and had a 3-year old kid with him.  He came by to work on the boiler in our office.  We had a misunderstanding and right off the bat, this guy was rude and had a bad temper.  I tried to apologize, but he just dismissed me and pretty much told me to go away.  I don't know the quality of their work, but if they have people like this prepresenting them, this is definitely not a plumbing company I would hire.

I had Band B out to one of our new homes to work on the Hydronics system. They were extremely helpful and went well beyond my expectations in ensuring the system was installed correctly and performed as designed.  I would hire them again without hesitation.
