I'm an absentee landlord with a property in Reno. For several years, there had been root problems with the sewer line, and my property manager at the time used Absolute to rooter the line. The owner made it clear to the property manager that these were temporary fixes and that one day, the line would need replacement. They were always honest, fast and reasonable with these repairs.
Fast forward a few years and a new property manager. The line finally gave up and the new manager got me bids for the repair, which were very expensive. Finally, I went back into my records and found a receipt from Absolute. When I call, Mickey the owner went out to inspect and video the failure then called back and explained to me how to go about getting the repair done for about half the cost that I'd been bid. The work is done and done right, thanks to the help and advice from Absolute. Although I will probably never need his service again for this drain, I would strongly encourage anyone in need to call them and use their services. It seems that it's not easy to find the kind of honesty and integrity that I found with Absolute Drain Service these days.
