Josh was quick to reply and schedule during the Christmas to New Year holiday week. He has a great personality and know how. He helped me install a washer / dryer unit that had to fit into a very tight space. After some great plumber yoga he was able to reach down the side of my laundry closet and connect the vent. He also took on a change order on the spot and removed the air bumbles from my hydro heating system. I highly recommend Josh at JM Plumbing to anyone in Incline Village. Its so refreshing to hire reliable people with great attitudes and reasonably priced.

Received several bids from a few companies to replace a water heater. The first company said that the water heater required replacement right away & wanted to do it right then. However, their price appeared really high so we told them that we wanted to get more bids from other companies before making any decision. All said & done,  we went with Clearview Plumbing & dealt directly with Frank. He was very nice, his price was the lowest & his contract was clear & concise. We were very satisfied with his work!!

A few months after getting our water heater replaced, the same company that did our first bid also did an inspection on my moms water heater. They also told her that hers required replacement right away & wanted to do it right then. He price was also pretty high. My mom called me stressed out but I suggested she get more bids & also recommended Clearview Plumbing. Frank did an inspection of her water heater & told her that she actually didn't require a new water heater as of yet & that she still has several years left. Very discouraged with that other company for trying to take advantage by making it seem as though the replacement was necessary to do right then with both my mom & I! Very grateful that we found Frank & I now recommend his business to everyone!!

Jonas from Hoffman plumbing was right on time, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. He took time to answer all my questions so I could get to know the plumbing in my new house better, and he answered my questions in a way I could understand. Absolutely the best plumber I've worked with in the area. I highly recommend him!

I was very happy with their service. I needed to have a water heater replaced. They were prompt, courteous, and quick. The installation was carefully done and everything is working as it should. I have used Remedy Plumbing on three occasions so far and each time I have been totally satisfied with their work, their professionalism and their prices.  Craig, the owner, is very easy to deal with and follows through in a timely manner to make sure that you are satisfied with the service and the cost.  Sam, who works for Craig, is also pleasant and very knowledgeable. I have used some of the bigger names in plumbing in the area and Remedy beats them, hands down in every which way.  VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We did a remodel in our home a chose to have a licensed plumber instal the faucets.   There was a slow leak after the instal (not before) and the company said they would not warranty the work because we purchased the NEW faucets.   This was not disclosed at the time of the instal.  Mike was very rude and told me if I did not pay immediately for the leak repair they would remove the supply lines.

I'm a 21 year old college student living in a rental home with my fiancé . My fiance does not have any plumbing skills whatsoever. I was getting ready to turn on the shower when all of a sudden---the handle literally snapped off. Water was leaking from the faucet and where the handle snapped off. We called our landlord, and luckily they called a plumber to our home. Luckily, Mike knew what he was doing and was able to turn the water off right away.. He also replaced the shower handle and faucet! He was quick, prompt, and friendly. Let's just say, he get's the job done. Thanks Mike!

Great communication and persistence in getting the job done right.  I've never met another person willing to stand behind their work more than Jeff.  Highly, highly recommended!

They were quick and responsive now their lead time is two weeks.  Very disappointing.  We get electrician and chiller service to come within two days but not plumbers.  we dont have time for this nonsense

I get a clog between my washing machine and my septic tank.  When the washing machine spins, there is water the flows out from a drain in front of my house.  I called Marraccini and they sent someone out to snake the drain.  The guy only had a 40 foot snake that was run by a power drill that would fit my 2 inch pipe.  They guy worked hard and made a sincere effort to clean the drain, but when he was done, he told me that maybe I had roots in my sewer line or maybe I had a broken pipe and that I might need to have my concrete floors jack hammered up and the sewer line replaced.  Also, when the washing machine ran, it would also had water flowing out of the pipe that my washing machine would drain into.  

When we called Marraccini they were no help with the problem and repeated the information that I had been told previously.

It was a mess that I could not just live with and there was no way I could afford someone to jack hammer up my floors and replace the sewer line.  I had no other problem with my sewer line, except the washing machine.  I was stuck trying to solve the problem my self.  After a number of different efforts, I was able to fix the problem.  It took a $25 snake from Lowe's that would make the corner where the pipe from washing machine to the sewer line.  The snake had dog hair on the end and the water no longer ran out that pipe when I used the washing machine.

I then rented a larger snake from Louie's Hardware in Fallon for $20 and snaked the drain from outside.  I had a bunch of black stuff on the end.

Ta-da!  No more backup from the sewer when I ran the washing machine.

I paid Marraccini $300 to fix a problem, got the wrong answer, and fixed the problem myself, after a whole lot of messing around, for $45.

Excellent customer service. We are in the middle of selling our house and have called 3-5 plumbing services for estimates and were not hearing back. Got a recommendation to call Brian for plumbing needs. I left a message and he called me back with in a half hour and with in a hour at my door for an estimate. Not only was the estimate very fairly priced but he competed the work right then and there! Incredible! Call these guys for your plumbing needs! They do residential and business!

At least a few maniacs and psychos work at this company. They drive like crazy people with no regard for the law, particularly whoever is driving the truck with license plate 164-E75. Easily some of the worst, rudest people I've come across, and for Reno that's really saying something. Not recommended.
