O.J. Laughlin Plumbing Company is a full service plumbing company with a known and respected reputation throughout the greater St. Louis area. Founded in 1951 by Oliver J. Laughlin and his wife Catherine, O.J. Laughlin Plumbing Company has since grown to employ over 30 field workers (plumbers and laborers) and a 7 person office staff. We strive to give our field workers and customers the back-up support they need in order to run our jobs both profitably and efficiently. Serving our 64th year in business, O.J. Laughlin Plumbing Company takes great pride in continuing the business practices of our founder, and to give our customers a full service plumbing job. We credit our success to two simple principles that were always stressed by Oliver. Treat people like you want to be treated, and do work for someone else the same way you would do it for yourself.

Growing up in the family business started in 1951 by his Grandfather and then run for over 30 years by his Uncle, Bob Laughlin, Dan takes great pride in being a third generation of a family business.  Dan graduated from Parkway West High School and entered into his five year apprenticeship education, sponsored by Plumbers/Pipefitters Local 562.  Upon securing both his St. Louis City and St. Louis County plumbing licenses, he was promoted to Job Foreman and started to run O.J. Laughlin's larger plumbing projects.  After five years of working as a Field Foreman, he was gradually brought into the office and trained to become both an Estimator and Project Manager.  In 2000, Dan was promoted to Vice President and became responsible for most commercial, industrial, medical, and health care projects.  He was solely responsible for all design/build projects.  On December 28, 2012, Dan and Bob Laughlin signed a purchase agreement giving Dan sole ownership of O.J. Laughlin Plumbing Company, Inc.
