Was referred them by a plumbing company that could not complete my job because of personnel issues.  And mine was emergent - I didn't have hot water for a week before they even came out.  And it's February.  They came out, did good work, installed the unit successfully, the technicians were nice and courteous.  Their price is just pretty high and my opinion is that they took advantage of my emergent situation in their pricing.  Their final charge was within the estimate range they gave, but on the high end of it, despite having lower labor time than estimated and running into no problems that would require additional materials.

Helpful staff. Called ahead when our plumber was on the way. Showed up on time and was courteous, friendly and knowledgable. Had all the parts to do the job and he was clean. Wore plastic booties into the house. I suppose the price was fair as plumbers go. Highly recommended!

Needed some simple maybe 2 hour work. Called their office 1st time 3 weeks ago and requested a ball park figure. Did mention that another plumber was also bidding it. No return call after 1 week- called again. Receptionist said she would let Vince know this was my 2nd attempt. I had postponed the 2nd plumber mostly b/c this wasn't a huge project. One week later now into the 3rd week- left another message to schedule the project. No call back. That was 10 days ago. Seems to me that if I didn't have a crash and burn need they didn't need or want my business.  They know that is where the money is at - when you are in dire need. Sad to think now they have to have this on their record. I won't call them again if they where free. In addition I know allot of people and will share it with anyone who needs a plumbing service. Shameful they couldn't even call back and say no thanks or we are too busy, too small of job etc.,.
