After dealing with a totally incompetent company, I called AAA. The service tech was on time and fixed my air conditioner within 30 minutes. He even showed me where the guy from the other company had screwed up. This is now my new go-to place for heating, AC, plumbing and electrical!

I usually only make the time to give positive reviews. I hate to make an exception for this but I'm still in shock with being told to go elsewhere since I'm not a premium member (even though I inquired and no one got back to me. I fortunately found much better service at a much better price and will be buying a whole new system with the company willing to make the small amount of effort to assist me.

Their technicians could be wonderful but the rudeness and lack of customer service of the office makes me never want to give them my business.

The plumber seemed professional but there was some confusion. The office told me they don't do estimates for minor jobs, they charge me the $70.00 service call and the plumber comes to do the work. When he showed up, he said he was only here to do the estimate and doesn't have time to do the work. Why did I take off work for half a day? His estimate was $200 higher than I already had in hand so I didn't use them after all. Can't tell you about the quality of their work.

We had a pipe rupture in our basement and needed it replaced. Tim did a fantastic job as he did before on our second spigot. The work was done quickly and met expectations.  Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with the service I receive from AAA Home Services.  Austin was out recently to service our air conditioner and did a great job. He is thorough, professional and respectful of property.  I will recommend AAA to anyone who is in need of home services.

Best Service from John, Jeff and Rob who installed a new American Standard Ac/Furnace the work was fantastic the crew was amazing and so polite.  They made me feel like I had family at my home.  They were all very kind and respectful of my home and provided amazing instruction on how to operate my new unit from my cell phone as well as the wall unit.  I was so happy with the price, product and outstanding service.  I highly recommend this company.  Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

1 star for showing up. This company responds to every quote I request for plumbing and appliances in my area.  Unfortunately, their technicians damage what you have, in order for a call back. 2 times. First time I used my home warranty company to service my HVAC system. The tech pulled out the air filter and it took me 3 months to realize he did not replace. He just left it sitting in the basement.

2nd visit - before looking at issue told me I needed a $709 toilet. He tried to insist I have to plunge it several times and it needed replacing I have only used a plunger 1 time about 9 months ago. That is an incident not an issue. He said he would make adjustments to stop the leak. He did and 15 minutes later $287.50.

Now everyday I have to use a plunger. Why would a tech think that by making my situation worse I would use his service again.

We called them out for a plumbing issue and they misdiagnosed the problem. They told us there was nothing they could donned that we needed a licensed line layer and that they weren't licensed. We then called O'Fallon sewer who came right out and cleared the line, no licensed line layer needed.

AAA still charged us $78.50 for being wrong and wasting our time.

I had a fantastic experience with AAA with three different service calls- washing machine, oven and a dishwasher. The service techs were professional, knowledgeable, honest and fair. They didn't try to convince me I needed new machines.
Diagnosed the issue. Ordered parts. Replaced. Quick, inexpensive and we have had no issues since. Highly recommend

AAA has always done a super job for us on many repair/service needs. This time, Tim was excellent as well. Efficient and informative. He repaired our shower and provided estimates for additional needs. Very happy with outcome and with the cost.

Whatever you do, do not use AAA Home Services!!! Used them for warranty work on my ice maker, the guy came out said they had to order a new ice maker. 3 months later and about 30 run around phone calls and the ice maker finally came in. Repair man came back a put the ice maker in, since it was ice and couldn't fully test it he left saying it was fixed and it could be 24-48 hours for it to start. Gave it the weekend and still no ice. Called to get them back to fix it and they said they couldn't come fix their mistake unless I called my warranty to set it back up... it's the same call cause you didn't fix it. Absolutely no customer service. When I asked for a manager I went straight to voice-mail and haven't heard back. All I ask is to stand behind your work, is that too much to ask?

Clogged sink that I had draino'd and snaked for days with no results. The guys were here earlier than scheduled (I love that!) and we're done within 20 min. Courteous, professional, fast and reasonable cost. What more do you want?

very expensive, I am not going to using them. just to hook up washer and dryer $200+.

The electrician did not provide the receipt of the remote purchased for both the fans. He also took my old remotes. Also the new remotes are of inferior quality than what I earlier had.

What was expected to be a 1/2 day job completed in under 4 fours.

Cleaned up well too -- if it was not for the new heaters I would not have known somebody worked in the basement. CLEAN and CLEAR.

These guys are great. We joined the membership where they pm the HVAC in the fall and spring and you get a discount, half off service calls and 20% off parts and labor. Way cheaper than Jerry Kelly! And nice too. They wear masks are are quick and efficient. They also don't try to blow smoke up your butt and charge more for some obscure thing just to make a buck. We just got our noisy furnace problem fixed for $39!

I highly recommend AAA Home Services!  I had a brand new HVAC system installed yesterday, and I couldn't be more pleased.  John came to my house 2 weeks ago, walked me through a variety of options, and quoted me an excellent price, which was several thousand dollars less than I expected.  Then yesterday his team installed the new HVAC system by 3pm.  John explained the rebates and tax incentives available for my system, and even took the time to help me set up the app on my phone to control my new system. John and his team were professional, timely, and went above and beyond with their customer service.  Thanks AAA.

Robbie came out to check why my hot water heater wasn't keeping hot water properly.  He found a bad element and advised that both elements should be replaced at the same time especially since it was probably still under warranty.  Instructed me on contacting the manufacturer to get replacements. I received my replacement parts and Robbie came back out to install the elements.  During both visits Robbie was very courteous and answered all my questions. Thanks AAA and Robbie

Had them come out to replace outside faucet. I had opened up the wall to a 4 x 4 opening exposing where the sillcock connected to the existing plumbing. They charged me $80+ to open the drywall to 8 X12.  They also charged $280 for the part and labor. It took less than an hour to do. The part could be bought at a local big box store for $50. I called the company to get the above detail of the charge. I expressed my frustration during the phone conversation to the charges that I felt were really outrageous.  I understand companies need to make money, but this really felt like gouging. The only explanation I got was basically the price is the price. I will not be using them in the future.

I did know about the $78.50 service call charge. No issue with that. I asked when I called in if they could give me a ball park figure of what it might cost to do the work. I was told that it was not possible until the technician looked the problem over.  So, when I called and talked with you you were able to provide detailed information about the call. Standard charge for sillcock, standard charge for cutting drywall. If I had been made aware of that upfront this could have been avoided in the first place. As I said, I priced a replacement 10 sillcock from Home Depot. $50 was the cost. So why was the charge for installing a part that cost d$50 so much?  That is what seems like gouging to me.

I called AAA Home Services on 1/11 late in the day. A tech was scheduled to look at my dryer on 1/13. Jake arrived on time and indicated it was time for a new dryer. I spoke with Adam that day and he quoted me a price on two dryers. I called him back and made an appointment to install a new dryer on 1/16. Jeff took the old one out and installed the new one in about a half hour as advertised, on 1/16. Seamless. Tremendous service.

The price quoted on Yelp was not the price they told me on the phone when I followed up for more information. I declined to use their service due to pricing inconsistencies, so I don't have any feedback on workmanship.

We used AAA Home Services to replace our water heater. They were very responsive and professional. Our technician, Dan, did an awesome job communicating and following up with us. We had a rebate through Spire and Dan followed up today to make sure we received our rebate. Overall great customer service and would highly recommend them for other home service needs.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company!! Took over a month and a half to get my ice machine repaired. After replacing the compressor and multiple followup visits by the repairman, the decision was made to take my machine back to their shop since it still wasn't making ice.  I had to call repeatedly to find out what the status was. They never called back when they stated they would and ended up putting in a new $319 control board (without my authorization).  Even after speaking to the owner, she pushed it off to someone else who said she would call back.  After 1 week, no phone call and I had to call them back.  Their solution at that point was to ask me what I wanted.  I feel they should have just offered to refund the price of the part that I didn't okay.  I'll never use this company again and will tell everyone I know not to use them.
