My renter informed me our water heater wasn't doing it's job.
I called about a dozen places and all but two said they were scheduling for early to Mid November. About two weeks away.
This was one of the two that could come the next day, and they even gave me the first appointment not the third so my renters didn't have to take another cold shower.
Beth was great to speak to on the phone.
Chuck was quick to diagnose the issue and get the parts and the install completed. Where others were quick to push for a new heater, they took the time to come out and diagnose before deciding what to suggest. That's appreciated.
I haven't gotten the invoice yet, but so far very happy.
Beth mentioned they're intent on building relationships not nickel and dime-ing folks, and so far at least that really shows.
Added bonus, my renter feels like I didn't delay.
