Tony LaMartina Plumbing

Worst customer service ever.  The last three times I called with real leaks they told me they couldn't schedule someone to come out for a month and told me to call someone else.  They also do not unclog drains.  What kind of plumber doesn't do that?  I have used their service many times and was practically a regular, but lately they have been too busy or under-staffed to help me out.  Their web-site even shows an opening on April 24, two days from now, but the person who answered the phone said the web-site is inaccurate and they don't even look at it.  Never again, there's plenty of plumbers out there to take care of our emergencies.

Day 3 in the new house and I hooked up the washer to find the faucet leaking from the handle. I erred on the side of caution and called in a professional. Mike came out the next morning, offered the least invasive solution, and walked me through some of the components of my plumbing. Super reasonable price for the work. Will definitely be my first phone call for any plumbing needs.

First Brad came to put in a new faucet and to change the shutoff on a toilet. As he looked in the toilet, he realized there was a small crack! He arranged for Matthew to come 2 days later to replace the toilet. Both exhibited excellent professionalism and in-depth knowledge of their work. So grateful to have trusted plumbers.

I had the water company out to check for a potential leak and they asked for the water to be turned off from the inside. During the process of turning it off the valve broke and then our house had no water. I called my dad who is a retired plumber and the problem sounded a little too complicated for him and he gave me a couple of names.

It was after hours and after reviewing Tony LaMartina's website and reading reviews on Yelp, I left a message and filled out their online contact form that I needed someone at my house ASAP in the morning to get our water back on.

I talked to Tony and though they were swamped, he thought a plumber could get to my house around 11-12. I was pleasantly surprised when the plumber, Jim, arrived at 10:00. He entered our home wearing booties and was professional. The water was back on and it would require another visit for a permanent fix to the stop waste valve. I was so happy our water was back on!

I scheduled the appt a few days later for the valve to be permanently fixed. I scheduled the appt for 7:00 a.m. Jim arrived promptly and did the job professionally. I will definitely call Tony LaMartina plumbing for any future plumbing needs. I helped with my dad's plumbing business during high school and college and I was very impressed with the website, professionalism, and that customer satisfaction is important to them.

We had a confusing bill situation that was ultimately resolved. An exterior spigot installed last year leaked when we turned it on for the season. We were erroneously charged for the repair, but have since sorted it out with the company. I recommend reaching out directly if you have any questions or issues.
So far so good on the repair, as well.

I just used this company for the first time and I highly recommend them.  Mike was the person who they sent to my house and he did a great job fixing three faucets and a toilet.  He was very experienced and the pricing was fair.  I will definitely use them in the future.

I had a broken handle in my main bathroom shower. These fixtures are no longer available meaning if I changed this handle, I'd have to redo all of the fixtures, replace tiles(that's also no longer available), etc. There was no problem solving just a bid for this work and a referral to an expensive bathroom/kitchen company for the parts. Another handy man came by and told me of a hardware store on the rock road that can, Figure anything out I took my handle, a few photos, and $10. Done.
I  respect the expertise of a master plumber. I have even greater respect for the person who has the right solution, not the typical expensive default. I won't ever use LaMartina. I will use the handy man again.

Tony LaMartina sent a plumber out to fix a leaky faucet. The faucet did not have a cartridge as it predates that technology. The plumber showed up on time and was very courteous. He explained why it was leaking, how he was going to fix it, but also that the faucet was old enough that it probably didn't have too many more times that it could be repaired before we'd need to consider replacing it. Also, the price was very reasonable.

We have used them many times over the years and they are always professional, courteous and get the job done!!  Lorenzo was our lasted technician and he was wonderful!

I'm someone that has gotten screwed by other companies in the past. I know a service/appointment fee is normal for most companies, but you would be surprised the amount of companies I've paid for a service then found out they way overcharged me, yet I was stuck using them because I had already paid $100 for a quote and didn't want to spend another $100 to get a second opinion. I know companies need to be reimbursed for time, energy, and gas for coming out for a quote, but this company trusts that they'll get the job, because their quote is free. And the fact that they know they're the best, so they CAN give free quotes, says everything about them.

The person who came out and checked out my iron stack was extremely honest with me (after another company already wasn't). They actually told me the work didn't need to be done, and gave me some really awesome professional advice. Their quote was extremely fair, in my opinion. When I do end up replacing it, I will be calling them back.

Communication was great, their office person was very sweet (also not common when I've called other plumbers). They always answer/call back. This company is highly rated for a reason. Believe the reviews.

Tony LaMartina Plumbing is simply the best at what they do.  I have called upon this company several times over the years and they are always prompt, responsive, professional, and highly competent.  This is one company that truly understands their customers, not a common trait these days. Today, Brad came out and installed a gas range and shortened the gas pipe when the original store paid installers could not. Call the plumber is a phrase that fills homeowners with dread. You just see dollar signs adding up and try to guess the cost.

Connor arrived on time.   Repaired the sink & shower faucets.   He took the time to show me what he was doing & made sure to leave a spare part just in case.  Everything was handled extremely well.   I'll give him and the company a 10 on a 10 scale!

Having done business with Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company for decades we have come to believe loyalty pays. Sometimes when it rains it pours, literally. Our sump pump decided it was time to quit and the drain in our furnace room agreed to join the strike. Upon discovering this horrendous situation as well as being mid evening all I could do was place calls to our insurance company and LaMartina plumbing. Additionally I looked at websites finding that next day service would not be an option. Therefore I called promptly at 8 the next morning.

Speaking to Matt, our options were to make an appointment for another day or if something short of a miracle would occur he'd call. The planets were aligned allowing Mike one of our favorite plumbers to finish a previous appointment which was proximal to our home to come to our rescue.

New sump pump in place and drain cleared we can get started with refurbishment of our basement.

We are ecstatic that we were able to avoid more damage because LaMartina plumbing came through. They are professionals beyond reproach. Our highest praise to their professional expertise and abilities.

I had a great experience with Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company. I called on a Friday to see if someone could come fix a broken toilet, and they had availability on Monday (several days sooner than the first plumber I tried). The woman who answered the phone (Lauren) also called me back when she discovered that an earlier time slot became available on Monday to see if I wanted the earlier time instead. She didn't have to do that, but it was much appreciated and an example of great customer service.

I received a text when the technician was on his way, which was great. I never actually met him though since I wasn't home when he arrived, so the doorman in my building let him in. Some service companies insist that the owner be present for this type of thing, so I was really glad that wasn't the case here- since my husband and I both work, it's hard to coordinate a time to be home, and it was great that they could still do the job without us there.

The previously broken toilet now works great, and they charged a very fair price for the work. I am very impressed and will definitely be using Tony LaMartina again!

I had terrific, knowledgeable service from Jim the plumber. Unfortunately, what had been a good experience with this company turned completely sour when I tried to pay my bill in two manageable parts. Matt was very unpleasant.  First, he implied the plumber was unable to collect at the time of service. This was insulting. The plumber told me specifically he would not be collecting until the charge for the faucet I picked out myself could be determined. Second, their bill has a line indicating payments/credits. This would lead anyone to believe a reasonable partial payment was acceptable. Matt suggested that if I was experiencing financial hardship...another insult!
Not the good old days with LaMartina Plumbing and certainly won't be using them again. Btw, I see from previous reviews that Matt feels the need to respond to unhappy customers with justification. That's fine, but not really in the spirit of appropriate customer service, which anyone in the business world knows.

I called this company because the hose on the toilet tank broke and flooded my bathroom.  Mike came and fixed it but left the hose too long and had a kink in it and the toilet would fill slowly.  I don't know how he could have left it like this.  A week later when Brad came he fixed it.  When Mike was here I told him that I had some other things that needed fixed.  I told him when I would let the hot water run in the bathroom sink the pipes in the wall behind the toilet would knock loudly.  He said it wasn't a problem.  It was the pipes expanding and said I didn't need to do anything.  I want to sell my house and I don't think this would pass. I have never in my life heard anything like this. I wonder if he didn't know or did not want to fix it.  I told him that both toilets had the sound like someone was flushing them and no one was.  This was happening a lot.  He fixed the problem and not for long because it has started again.  I had some dripping faucets, kitchen faucet that was leaking and a shower head that wasn't working.
Tony's son Matt called me about the cost for parts and labor.  I don't remember the exact amount but it was over $600.  I said it was OK.  MY BIG MISTAKE WAS NOT HAVING IT IN WRITING.  I told Matt I wanted to buy a new kitchen faucet and have it installed since it was 13 yrs. old.  He said they could fix the old one.  I believed him and it was a big mistake.
The second morn. Brad came 45 min. late and no call.  When he got here he said he had to pick up the parts but not everything came in and would have to get them the next time.  I said it should have been checked before he went.  I wasted a morn. waiting.
The third morn. 10 days later Brad came to fix the kitchen faucet and shower head.  Tony came to help him on how to fix the shower head.  Before Tony came Brad worked on the kitchen faucet a long time and could not fix it.  I told Brad how I told Matt I wanted to buy a new faucet and he said no.  Brad said it was my money and I should do what I want.  Tony came and he and Brad could not figure out how to fix the shower head.  He's the owner of a plumbing company and does not know how to fix it.  Tony commented how I had good products, Kohler not some unusual brand. My son was here and heard how Tony said I would not have to pay for the labor and parts that did not work on the sink and the time with the shower head.  Brad also heard him. TONY IS NOT LIVING UP TO WHAT HE SAID.  Tony told Brad he would have to come back and cut a hole in the other side of the wall in the closet to fix the shower.  I was really stressed out because of this.  My son and I took everything out of the closet.  I was to buy a new kitchen faucet which I did for $100.  After Brad left I found that he had flooded out under the kitchen sink.  I took everything out and it took five days for the cabinet underneath the sink to dry out.   I found in the MB the faucet handles on the two sinks that Brad worked on the handles were pushed back at an angle instead of straight out to the sides.  That's that way they all looked at Lowes.  The faucet handles were straight out to the side.  These had to be corrected on the next visit.  I told Matt I did not wanted Brad back.  The Invoice said I was to be credited for the time spent working on the sink and I was going to buy a new faucet which I did.  I was charged twice for labor for the time working on the faucet and the shower head.  I feel Matt should pay for the first labor since he advised me wrongly.
Fourth morn. six days later.  Mike came back he went to work on the shower head first and it wasn't long before he had it working.  I went to him and said you didn't have to cut a hole in the wall and he said he new how the Kohler shower worked.  I was so relieved that no hole was cut in the wall.  WHY DIDN'T TONY KNOW THIS AS A OWNER OF A PLUMBING COMPANY?
I was charged twice for the labor and parts used on the kitchen sink and shower head.  This took four morn. which should have taken only two.  I have not paid my bill because I want what Tony said that I would not have to pay for the parts and labor for the first time on the kitchen faucet and shower head.   One day Tony was on my ans. machine and asked that I call him on his cell phone which I did and he kept yelling at me for payment.  I asked him what the invoice said about parts and labor and he said he did not see it.  How could this be ordered and done without an order invoice. I hung up.  NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR INCOMPETENCE AND STUPIDITY.
I did get credit on the small things for correcting the hose and faucet handles but not for the big things.  I was charged the first time for the kitchen faucet and shower head $211.50 and when Mike did the same work it was $235.  The original cost quoted by Matt was over $600 and I now have a bill for $902.43.
He now has a lawyer for me and his lawyer says I have to pay Tony's fees.
IF ANYONE WANTS TO DO BUSINESS WITH TONY GET THE QUOTE IN WRITING FIRST.

The technician (Connor) was extremely professional and helpful. Even though he wasn't able to complete the project (out of scope of work) he made sure I knew what needed to be done when the Sewer company arrived. I would recommend Tony LaMartina Plumbing.

I've had some small jobs done by Tony LaMartina plumbers over the years (toilet rebuilds and faucet replacements), and I've always been happy with the results. I'm writing my review today, because our new home had some unexpected plumbing surprises that caused some anxiety and Mike Miller's outstanding work put us at ease.

During his first visit, he assessed the problem and outlined next steps that we'd need to take before his next visit. He also communicated the minimum and maximum work he'd recommend depending on our budget. For his next visit, we re-discussed what work I wanted done, a more precise estimate, and then he described his plan of attack and any possible surprises. Throughout the work, Mike took the time to explain to me what he had done and why. He even looked at a few other issues that came up since his first visit once he tackled our set agenda!

Before I was able to have Tony LaMartina plumbers come out, the home warranty company sent out a very sub-par plumber who ultimately said my problem was something simple (it wasn't) and didn't identify what we found out to be the root cause of my leak.

I have such great peace of mind when using this company and am so grateful for knowing who to call when a serious issue came up.

i bought a coupon on angie's list and then called about a leaky faucet. Though they were swamped, the jammed me in the next morning after i expressed my concern regarding continued water flow. The plumber was prompt and friendly and kept me informed about what he was doing. He could the job done efficiently. I would recommend them based on this experience and would use them again - even with out a sale price.

Highly rated. We've had service work done before by them. We needed a hurry up small plumbing job done under a tight timeline. They got us into their timeline and fixed us up! Can't say enough good things. We also love the pre arrival heads up of who is coming with a brief bio of the service person.

Topnotch service.  The plumber was able to come on short notice, actually arrived early (with advance call)(!) and completed the job efficiently.  The issue was a 50+ year old leaky faucet that needed a new washer and bearing.  The plumber knew the parts despite the age of the system and had the correct replacements in his truck!  Also, wore booties which were not needed given the weather and his shoes, but symbolically important.  Highly recommended.

Highly satisfied and definitely recommend them. Had a cast iron stack pipe needing to be replaced. The technician Peter Kuehnel was friendly, professional and efficient. The company communicated better than I've experienced keeping me updated, confirming appointment and even texting me when Peter was on his way along with a picture so I knew it was him when arrived.  All this on top of great pricing.  Too many good things to say about my experience.

We had a water leak to the basement and thought the toilet needed the attention of someone who might need to go through the basement ceiling to find a leak. It was an older model toilet and we had used Tony Lamartina plumbing before. We were given a comparison price for a new toilet versus the price of fixing what we had. The service was great and Conner was very knowledgeable about the problem and cared to make the color and fit perfect. Conner was truly a perfectionist in his work. Polite and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend the company and employees.

Nothing but good things to say about our experiences with LaMartina Plumbing. After having a less-than-stellar experience with another plumber, we called LaMartina. We had one leaky toilet and one with a broken bowl. On the toilet with the broken bowl, they were able to save us money by only replacing the bowl and reusing the tank. They changed out all the parts in two of our tanks. Now our toilets are working properly. Very efficient and friendly. Fair pricing. Highly recommended!

I fully trust and highly recommend Tony LaMartina Plumbing to anyone.  I found them here on Yelp when my master bath shower was draining through my kitchen ceiling.  I have a newer home, so i considered this a surprise and catastrophe.  I messaged the business on Yelp and within an hour they called me, set up an appointment for the following day, and left me feeling like there was hope.  The plumber arrived, assessed the work, provided me options including pros/cons and quoted for each.  He also showed me, in writing, the company warranty - 2 year workmanship.  It's standard to have several businesses assess and quote the job, but I felt I could go with Tony LaMartina.  So I did.  That day.

All my interactions (scheduling appointments, questions, etc) have been positive and easy.  Even paying is easy.  The hourly labor rate fully reflects the level of service, professionalism, and quality that you'll receive.

Since, I've had them upgrade my sump pump and will use them again, no hesitation, for any other plumbing needs!

Lorenzo and Tony LaMartina Plumbing did a superior job! They were the only company I could get to my home within 24 hours. They were on time. They informed me throughout the process. I have a broken ankle and Lorenzo was kind enough to take photos of the problem and of his work on completion since he knew I couldn't make it to the basement. I'm not a water heater expert, but the City of Ballwin inspections is and he stated that Lorenzo did great work and knew what he was doing! Glad to know the services I needed were done well.

After shortly moving into our new home, had Tony LaMartina come in and replace our first and second floor bathroom stack, as well as replacing and relocating a water heater. We had about four bids on the job, and Tony LaMartina was middle of the road for pricing. However, what stood out was their professionalism and making us feel confident about the job. Other plumbers had come in and made it sound like the job was going to be a pain. I really liked that we got a text whenever they were on their way, and who would be coming. Yves was prompt and very friendly. Everyone I interacted with was very professional. I have already recommended them to friends.

I am giving Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company 5 stars despite having suffered from sticker shock when presented with the bill.

Let's take the cost out of the equation and review the facts.

I am just shy of 70 years old - that's 490 dog years.  In other words I have achieved old codger status.  (to prove it, I can remember when White Castles were 5 cents a piece).

I am fairly handy around the house.  In fact, part of the reason my wife married me is because I'm good with my hands. (Oh no, you didn't just go there!).  I figured I would install the new faucet myself, as I had done several times in the past in other houses.

After shutting off the water I successfully removed the old water supply lines.  Then I removed the drain stopper closer parts, but ran into a snag.   Because of the narrow space under this old porcelain sink, I couldn't get any of my wrenches or channel locks around the lock nuts that secured the old faucet.

At that point I left the house to purchase a plumbers basin wrench, and two new flexible water supply lines.  I was able to get the new wrench around the nuts but unable to loosen them. One of them had rust around it so I sprayed some WD-40 on it since I didn't have any Lock-Ease.  I gave it a few minutes and tried again.  No success.

It was at that point that I hopped on Yelp.  After a careful review of the reviews I called Tony LaMartina.  That's such a lyrical name, Tony LaMartina.  Kind of reminds me of Al Pacino's character in the movie Scarface - Tony Mantanya. Say hello to my little wrench.

I was surprised that they had a plumber that could come the same day. I asked Do you offer senior discounts?  Alas, they do not, but as my dead Momma used to say, It doesn't hurt to ask.

I made the appointment and as the nice young lady on the phone informed me, I was texted when Yves was on his way.  I also received an email with a brief biography of Yves and his photo.  Nice touch. That greatly reduced the odds of a serial killer coming to my house.

Yves arrived about 20 minutes later and when he backed up his large truck onto my driveway two words entered my mind:  Cha and Ching!
But I also figured he was sure to have any tool or part needed to finish the job.

I was struck by Yves professionalism from the moment he entered my home and slipped on two pink booties over his shoes, to avoid soiling my carpet or hardwood floors.  Any amateur would have used another color, but as you all know, pink is a calming color. Okay, I'm being a little silly with that one.

I led Yves to the basement and explained how I had attempted to do the job myself, and how far I got.  I even showed him the wrench I bought.

Yves is originally from Haiti and to make him feel comfortable I put on some Bob Marley and offered him some ganga mahn, to enjoy while he worked.  That part is blatantly untrue.  But we did chat briefly about Haiti because years ago I visited Labadee, Haiti.

But I digress.

Yves told me I had purchased the right tool, in fact he used it to remove the lock nuts that were too tight for wimpy old senior guy to loosen.  Then he proceeded to complete the removal of the old faucet and installed the new faucet and attach the new flexible water lines.

When Yves tested the new faucet only a trickle of water came out. He initially told me that there was probably debris that got loosened in the installation process (my words, not his).  However, after he removed the aerator he spent a few minutes extracting two small plastic parts, which I presume were part of the faucet water conservation mechanism.  We don't need no stinken water conservation! I said to myself.  Actually, it's just the two of us, and while I did install water saving shower heads in our two bathrooms, for a basement sink that we don't use that often I didn't think water conservation down there was an issue.  

When Yves put the aerator back on without the two plastic parts the water flowed like you would expect, with decent pressure.

It took a little under one hour and when he was done in response to my query, What's the damage? he computed the charges on a tablet, then emailed a copy to me.  

When he said, $162, my life flashed before me.  My wife was going to kill me.  $162 for a basement sink that we only use once in a while? Oy yoy yoy!  I could only imagine what the bill would have been if I hadn't done much of the preliminary work and decided to keep the old metal drain, rather than install the plastic one that came with the new faucet.

That being said, you get what you pay for and I got a professional job, and since I wouldn't have known about the water conservation aspect, really needed a pro to finish what I started.

There may be cheaper plumbers out there but there are no better ones. I'd spend the extra money if you have it, or can sell something quick on Craigslist to raise fundage, and hire a competent professional.  There's something to be said for peace of mind.

Brad was very professional and explained everything very well when the job ended up being bigger than anticipated.  He Did high quality work and made it look like he wasn't even here!

Needed a valve replaced in my irrigation system. Tony LaMartina Plumbing did a great job. On time and reliable. The young plumber who did the job--Peter--was extremely courteous and did everything I asked him to do including moving some furniture to get to the valve and cleaning things up after he completed the work. Have used LaMartina Plumbing in the past and would strongly recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems big or small.

Mike explained everything that needed to be done and carefully showed me why.  It was clear that he took great pride in his work. I learned a lot from his repairs and hope to be a better homeowner for it.

Man was I lucky to find these guys, I wish I could give them 6 stars.

Think of it like this, a newbie plumber shows up in a little Ford Ranger pick up. A legit plumber shows up in a full sized truck. LaMartina shows up in a packed box truck ready for anything. Old house? Don't care. Custom plumbing, no problem. These guys are pros.

You end up saving money with these guys because a four hour job with a budget plumber is three hours with LaMartina. I have always lived in older homes and I have used them four times and they never disappoint. Once when we moved I needed the work orders from all the jobs they had done at my house for a seller. They emailed it to me in hours, great customer service in the office. They even do a good job cleaning up afterwards, must have good mothers.

Great experience.  We were in a bind and needed some work done in short order.  Scheduled an appointment, plumber showed up, wore shoe covers even though they really weren't needed, installed a toilet and vanity in no time.  Work was excellent, received an email and a text when the plumber was on their way.  Very reasonably priced!

Would recommend to anyone who needed any work done without hesitation.

Wow, I can not say enough great things about the service I received from Tony LaMartina Plumbing! I'm always nervous trying out a new company when it comes to home repair type tasks, but this time I think I made a great choice.

I was in the market to replace my very old water heater, and called around to a number of local plumbers for quotes. When I called Tony LaMartina, they offered me a great deal that beat out most of the competition, for a slightly larger tank! Win/win in my book. I was able to get an appointment within two weeks (which was great, I was in no hurry).

On the day of the appointment, I got a text that the technician Thom was on his way. He was incredibly friendly and polite. I really appreciate the little things he did, like putting on booties before entering the house, and cleaning up thoroughly after finishing. He took the time to let me verify everything was working correctly, and that I understood exactly how the system worked. I was doubly impressed that the Matt LaMartina showed up part way through just to make sure things were going well and I didn't have any problems!

tl;dr - Great customer service, super friendly staff, and an awesome new water heater in under 4 hours. I'd happy recommend Tony LaMartina Plumbing to my friends and family.

Had a crack in our main plumbing stack.  They came quickly for estimate appointment and completed job within two weeks.  Plumbers were very friendly, neat and efficient.  Connor was very friendly and did a great job.  Would highly recommend!!

What a fantastic experience!  This company, and Conor in particular, responded extreme quickly, we're beyond professional, knowledgeable, and so nice to work with.  We can't say enough about the work they did!  Finally, a company that delivers on their promises!   A neighbor gave us their name and we will always call Tony LaMartina plumbing!  5 stars!!!

Wow what a difference a change in staff makes!!  The last couple times working with this company I dealt with Tony and had a fantastic experience. This time I dealt with Matt and it was really horrible.

There was some slight confusion with making an appointment - I told them I needed the 23rd and he wanted to schedule me for the next day, but I figured that was just being proactive and moved on. Somebody was supposed to call me first thing in the morning on the 23rd, but nobody did.  A little after 10 I went ahead and called and asked about it. Matt assured me that somebody from another company was on his way. When I questioned that, he went ahead and called the other company and had them call me. According to that dispatch person I had no appointment booked. I explained to them that I taken the day off work on the promise that I did have one and they went ahead and made it work for me, thank goodness and no thanks to LaMartina.  If I hadn't pushed I would've never seen anyone that day.

I really wasn't happy to be handed off to another company though and that was compounded when the technician showed up and explained to me that what I really needed was a plumber. Well yes, that's who I called in the first place. Too bad they handed me off to somebody else.

Then the real kicker!  Instead of being charged  LaMartina's normal rate, I was charged $140 for approximately 45 minutes of work that did not fix the problem. When I told Matt I was unhappy with this he had two responses. First the problem was kind of fixed (like that's good enough to charge extra for) and second he had told me a cable technician was coming and that should've been enough for me to know that he was outsourcing my business.  Since I didn't know what a cable technician was and thus didn't complain at that point, that was just my loss.

LaMartina had enough goodwill built up with me to get them all the way up to that bill.  But asking me to pay extra for an inferior service (that the tech who came to my house admitted was not what I needed) is too much.  When I told Matt this he told me fine, pay my bill and he'd close my account. There are a lot of good plumbers in St. Louis - I would strongly recommend taking your business somewhere else - heck, they are probably going to send you to another company anyway and they clearly don't care about making sure your problem is actually solved.  

Too bad, I really felt taken care of with Tony. But I'm sure not ever dealing with Matt again.
