SUPER PLEASES AND EXCITED TO HAVE INTERNET WORKING THROUGHOUT OUR HOME AND 2 ADDITIONAL BUILDINGS ON OUR PROPERTY.  We never thought this was possible because we live in a rural area where satellite internet is just not strong; However Castle AV Media Solutions, Jeff and Thomas, knew exactly what we needed to make it possible!! They recommend the equipment and Jeff worked hard installing wifi extenders. He got everything up and running, including boosting the speed of the existing internet by a few points. He even assisted me installing the proper apps on my devices as well as did a quick trouble shoot with the app company to ensure I knew how to maintain these connections properly going forward to stay connected! Jeff even went above and beyond for us a day later when he scheduled a call after hours to trouble shoot a minor issue and resolved the issue for us immediately!  We are so grateful for the expertise and knowledge Jeff brought to the table. Castle tv media (remodeling dept.) was hired to remodel my shower.  They replaced an old fiberglass shower with a tile one.  It took months longer than stated in the contract because first try leaked.  They asked to have another chance to correct problem.  They had not sealed concrete board or corners.  Had to purchase new tile.  They tried again.  It leaked worse.  I had a plumbing company came to tell me why it leaked.  A nail had been placed in pvc pipe.  The contractor would not make it right.  He said they were only hired to replace tile not work with plumbing.  Contract described exactly what was to be done.  The contract stated mediation was to be followed if problems arose.  The date for the mediation pushed the chance for credit card assistance toward the problem past their closure date.  This company besides being incompetent, did not show up for work or return phone calls.  DO NOT USE THEM!

Tom and his crew did a great job of working around our work schedule so we could stay open during repairs. Good work finished on time

Thomas did a great job on my project.  Their communication and dependability were excellent.  I highly recommend them.

Beware! Do not use this company, Castle AV Media Solutions or the owner, Thomas Costello.  The business also uses the names Castle Remodeling and Castle Remodeling Solutions.  This company is a rip off. They are not reputable.  The owner will harass you to pay before the work is completed.  He did not complete the job we hired his company to do.  The parts that they worked on he used cheap materials and the work was sloppy and rushed.  He kept trying to get more money from us but wasn't making any progress on our project.  The owner is quick to say breach of contract, to the person or company that has hired him but in essence he is the one that is breaching the contract.  He will not apply for the proper permits and takes shortcuts. Do not do business with Thomas Costello or any of his companies.

We recently had a new office suite built and Castle AV Media Solutions handled the installation of our noise cancellation system.  Thomas and his crew worked quickly and efficiently always ensuring that we were both aware of the process and prompt to answer any and all questions we had.   Top-notch service in my humble opinion and I would have no  hesitation recommending Thomas's team.   Thank you again for all the hard work.   FYI the system works wonderfully!
