They respond unbelievably fast -- I don't think we've ever had to wait more than four hours -- and they do whatever needs doing swiftly and effectively. We love this firm!

We had a pipe burst on New Year's Day. A man came out and replaced about three and section of copper pipe. They charge us a $200 emergency fee which we were fine with, but then on top of that charge $388 for the repair. It took him about 20 minutes from the time he showed up to the time he left. For a total of $588 for 20 minutes of work. Ridiculous! STAY AWAY from this company.

Had an amazing experience today with one of your plumbers. His name was John and when he stopped by yesterday to fix our bath tub valve, he said that the screw was stripped and it would be much more expensive for him to remove. We told him that we'd try to remove it ourselves and he was kind enough to leave his number to walk us through the process when we got the screw off. Today, when I got the stripped screw off, we called and he was so patient and walked us through the whole thing. I can tell you that I will for sure be calling Mr. Rooter the next time we need plumbing service because John went out of his way to help us.

I had my hot water heater go out and Orr came out and scoped out the situation and determined the needed parts & labor. They returned the next day at the agreed to time and proceeded to do a good job installing the new hot water heater. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I was somewhat concerned about the age of all the connecting pipes, but it wasn't an issue, even though their technicians were able to determine that my bad heater dated back to 1986 (I'm only the second owner and I've owned the house since 1995). Under the circumstances I was very pleased with the timely response from Orr Plumbing. But this story is not quite finished, after cleaning up most of the water and associated damage, I determined there was still a leak and it was causing a riverlet across my basement floor. Upon further investigation, I was able to determine that the source of the leak was the main inside shut-off valve. I called Orr and ended up speaking with Mr. Orr. He gave me a quote for replacing the valve. When the technicians showed up, they determined they could rebuild the valve at a much lower price, so I had them do the work. They even sent a technician to my house a few days later to pick up a check as the check I left them was for the original amount, which they didn't take on the day they performed the work. A very nice piece of customer service in the eyes of this customer. Thanks Orr Plumbing for quick and good service, they were straight shooters to do business with. I will definitely call them again the next time I am in need of plumbing services.

Never call this company. After$14,000 and a written and signe contract I still don't have everything done. Not to mention the $4000 more my insurance paid as well. I was double charged on my deposit and could not get a return call. I was told she would have to look into it. I asked if she would call me back that day and she danced around the question. Luckily my credit card company called with me on the phone and was told the same thing and she could tell I wasn't going to get a return phone call either and they are fixing that part!! The next deal was they said they could not do anything without getting the mold out, I understand that. So why did they only do part of ot and not use my whole $5000 my insurance was going to cover? I expected after spending almost$20,000, that this would go smooth and just be done with. Big name place does not mean excellent service. I also had my !9 year old daughter let them in to clean up and she was very uncomfortable with the way they talked about the mess. Of course its amess the sewer pipe backed up, I thought this was their jobs. Why would you make a customer feel like they did something wrong, doesn't sewer water always look and smell bad?
I had a signed contract that they did not honor and thats bad enough, if I went on to talk about the rest of their customer service and work ethics you would be frazzled. Please do not make the mistake I made and call them at least get a second opinion if you did already!

Stay away from this company if you have a choice! My central AC unit went down and this company was assigned to me by my home warranty company. After checking out the unit, the tech told me that it would likely not be covered under the warranty because the fins are bent. I told him it's been this way since I bought the house and he said even if the damages are caused by Acts of God I would still be denied coverage. He then gave me options that were much more expensive than the one that I had gotten from another company (that is highly rated on here).
So I kind of anticipated bad news, but still kept some hopes up, when I got that call from my warranty company, but what I did not anticipate was the fact that the tech's report said the ac unit was PHYSICALLY SMASHED DOWN!!! Where did that come from??? So now I have two options: either have a second opinion from another contractor, with the risk of paying another visit fee if I'm denied again, or just pay out of pocket for a replacement. I'm more inclined towards the second option but I would not use this company.

Beware of Unreliable Contractors!
Hey everyone, I need to share a frustrating experience I had with a contractor who not only did a shoddy job but also refused to come back and fix their mistakes.
I hired elite Home services to complete a project at my home, expecting professional and quality work. Boy, was I wrong! From the moment they started, it was clear that they lacked attention to detail and craftsmanship. The end result was a disaster, to name just a few issues , my tenants can't get full use of their bathroom faucet after they installed the new faucet, I couldn't get an answer as to why my light fixtures we're not working when doing an electrical inspection just over all they have me sloppy finishes.
Naturally, I reached out to elite Home services to address the issues and have them rectify their mistakes. But to my utter disbelief, they flat out refused to come back and make things right! after I threatened to take them to court they then offered to come back out, but only picking and choosing what they feel is a completed job, but then never setting a confirmed time to come out to do the rest of the install correctly .
It's as if they took my money and ran, leaving me with a half-finished and poorly executed project. Talk about unprofessionalism!
I've tried reasoning with them, explaining the importance of delivering on their promises and fulfilling their contractual obligations. However, they have shown no remorse or willingness to correct their errors. It's incredibly frustrating and disheartening to be left with a subpar job and no resolution in sight.
I'm sharing this review to warn others about the unreliability and lack of accountability displayed by elite Home services. If you're considering hiring them for any project, I strongly advise against it! Save yourself the headache, disappointment, and wasted money.
