I wanted to say Thank You for your quick response and helpfulness! I am happy to recommed your company for their plumbing needs.

I called Bopp Plumbing to repair my non heating water heater. They came out within an hour of my phone call. They quickly assessed that it wasn't my water heater after all, but it was the power to my water heater that was the problem. They did not charge for the visit and were very courteous. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and promptness.

I called Petzold construction with a late night sewer problem. They were at my house within the hour. They found the problem immediately and had my pipes flowing again. They are fast, reliable, and very professional. I recommend Petzold construction to anyone who has a problem they need fixed now.

Jeremy came and fix our kitchen sink and downstairs leak and issue in our shower. What a great man. Professional, on time and did a great job! If you have plumbing issues I highly recommend their services.

We moved to another house with a shower that hammered every time the hot water was turned on. Three plumbers looked at the shower but couldn't fix the problem. We paid them to install a new shower head and an expansion tank but neither fixed the hammering in the pipes. Scott Crawford took the handle off and found a broken valve. He installed a new valve and the shower works perfectly. Highly recommend Scott and Crawford Plumbing.

I called this company to get a price range to install common bands on two sink drains. He said no way. I asked if he could tell me $200 or $400, just some idea. He said first of all how do you know what the parts are called? Secondly, I don't know where they are going. I reminded him I just told him a bathroom and a kitchen sink and an occupancy permit inspector told me the name of the parts. He said no way, I told him he was kind of a smart ass, he was still yelling in the phone cussing me out when I hung up. These people should not work with the public. Avoid this company!

Timely, professional and thorough. Setting up the appointment was easy. Jarod showed up on time and identified the issue. We agreed on a time for the follow-up and he arrived on time with all of the spare parts. Repair was completed quickly. Will use again for my personnel home and rental property.

When we first started renovating our kitchen last summer, we had a plumber come out and disconnect all of our plumbing and gas to the kitchen and do some permitted work to replace our illegal stack. I wish I could remember the guys name, but he was super nice, did all of the work for less than $600 and only took a few hours! We are doing most of the reno ourselves so I really appreciate it when someone can offer advice on how we can do some things ourselves and what to look for when things go wrong. I couldn't have been happier, we are still not done with the kitchen, but you can bet I'll be calling them back to hook everything back up when we are done!

Ron's Plumbing installed a new toilet and sink in my half-bath. Extremely happy with their work. Very pleasant to work with and showed up on time. Cleaned everything up before leaving. And their prices are very reasonable too. Would absolutely recommend them.

Update because I am just seeing the owners post:
This didn't happen to me. I merely saw it all go down and thought the public should know. So this guy can play innocent all he wants (that poor woman was not angry) but I am literally a 3rd party bystander w no skin in the game. Maybe working in the service industry isn't in your best interest if you can't, oh I don't know, treat human beings with a minimal amount of respect.
I can't speak to the quality of workmanship this business provides and will NEVER be able to.
What I can tell you is that this company needs to work on their customer service in a BIG way.
A driver/plumber jerk from Sure Fix watched someone in my neighborhood drive up to them while BLOCKING THE ENTIRE ALLEY and then took CONES OUT OF HIS VAN while staring at them to indicate I'm not moving for you.
The driver then proceeded to call the person trying to get thru a MEAT HEAD and THEN told the person trying to get thru, who said they were trying to get to a HOSPITAL APPT, that that is what ambulances are for. so just so we are all clear here... Sure Fix Plumbing thinks we should all take AMBULANCES to our dr appts in order to save him from having to get off his butt, move his vehicle to park in the STREET LIKE THE REST OF THE WORLD DOES and walk an extra half a block. Get over yourself. Plumbers are a dime a dozen and so are plumbing COMPANIES.
It is worth mentioning that the driver of the car trying to get thru had a child with them. Nice.

Crooks. Plain and simple. My mom had a guy come to the house for a toilet leaking around the base. The plumber said he had to replace the seal and 'let the glue dry.' He then went out to his vehicle to smoke a cigarette and even left for s period of time.
When he returned, he gave my mom a bill for $500 for his time, including his time away from the job. She's elderly, so she paid it without question.
Today I replaced the toilet with a newer model. Guess what, only found a standard wax ring, nothing special and nothing glued.
If this is the type of company that allows their employees to scam the elderly, you should take your business elsewhere.

I hired Turney to replace a broken sewer line located 75 feet from the house. Jenny quoted $1500 - $2500, depending upon whether 10 feet of sewer pipe needed to be replaced or 75 feet needed to be replaced. The job was finished in one day with 20 feet of replaced pipe and a bill for $2,670. The main drain was still clogged with standing water, when Jim finished the job. I can only assume that all the work that James Turney Heating, Plumbing and Electrical does is performed in such an unethical manner as this. Unfortunately, we will have to look elsewhere for future repair services.

Simply put, the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. The job was to install a water heater. Negligent and incompetent work led to a leak that damaged the new unit. The owner and sole employee of the company refused to take responsibility for the damage and after cutting a phone conversation short, refused to answer or return any of my calls or e mails. Multiple attempts to make contact over several weeks have all been unsuccessful. No interest or effort was made to stand behind the work, correct the issues or resolve the situation. We had to buy a new water heater and pay another plumber to do the job again. The incompetence, followed by the total lack of professionalism have left us extremely unhappy. Obviously we will be looking elsewhere for future plumbing work, and I strongly suggest you do the same.
