I needed my corroded bathroom faucet replaced and chose Hosack since I had used them in the past. They are great about calling the day of the scheduled visit to let you know they are on the way.  I usually get stressed out during any home repairs, but this was stress free and went very smoothly. Glen assessed the problem and guided me through the purchase of a reliable faucet. When he returned to install it, I mentioned that although he had turned off the water to the sink, I had noticed a very occasional drip. On inspection the valves were also in need of replacement.  He did an outstanding job.  He is so independent and calm: Very comfortable with him working in my home.  Glen did a great job with the installation AND cleaning up every bit of debris before he left. During both visits he maintained COVID-19 I will continue to use Hosack for any future plumbing needs!   THANK YOU GLEN!

Our sewage ejector system supporting our basement failed and we were in immediate of help to both clean out the existing system and replace the failed pumps.  Not only did our sewage ejector pumps fail, the monitoring/warning system did not work due to having been wired into the same circuit as the pump, and the pump was tripping the circuit breaker.  This was clearly a faulty design and until now this system was a mystery to me.  Fortunately we discovered the issue prior to any waste water getting onto the floor.

I called our traditional plumber who claims to repair/replace sewage ejector systems and the plumber sent to our home had no clue what to do.  Realizing this application required special skills I did some research and found Clog Commandos.  Their ratings were good and they even had a case study on their web site demonstrating a prior sewage ejector system issue they handled.

Clog Commandos came out the next day, assessed the situation and put a temporary solution in place to restore the systems capabilities until the new system arrived.  This could have been a very expensive, time consuming, messy project but Clog Commandos responded quickly and made the process simple and understandable.  During the entire process no waste water was exposed to the interior of the home and no damages were incurred.  Clog Commandos kept the scene neat, tidy and sanitary!

Each of the employees I worked with were extremely professional and good communicators.  I would highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone.

Brad helped remodel our kitchen.  The previous owner put in standard sized cabinets like the 40+ cabinets should be.  Brad moved them down to te appropriate height, built a soffit, and put in a backsplash.  Brad also painted our kitchen.  Lastly, he tore down a poorly built halfwall and replaced it with railing.  Everything was done in a timely manner and looks fantastic.  Brad was reasonably priced and is very professional.  We love our new kitchen and wih we would have done this makeover years ago.  Thank you!

My kitchen sink stopped draining. It was completely blocked up. Gravity came out, diagnosed the problem, wound up getting up on the roof, and about 30 minutes later the drain was clearer than it had been in years. The service was fast, friendly, and very reasonable. I'd use them again myself and highly recommend to others.

Do not call yourself a tankless water heater installer if you only install your line, and without any suggestion on what it would take to GET your heater installed. Just a greedy Naw, we don't touch customer purchased equipment. That pulls you from a service company to a douchy overpriced god knows what they're pimping, because I couldn't get a straight answer.

Very pleased with them in every aspect. They even worked around nonprofessional (me) carpenters and gave us guidance as we worked around the worksite. Have recommended them too many friends.

Great service and professionalism. Eric was very courteous and efficient. Would have given five stars but I thought $175 for half an hour's work was maybe a but steep.

They no longer take new customers so don't waste your time. We called and the did not want our business. I guess they have all the customers they need.

Had them come out to replace outside faucet. I had opened up the wall to a 4 x 4 opening exposing where the sillcock connected to the existing plumbing. They charged me $80+ to open the drywall to 8 X12.  They also charged $280 for the part and labor. It took less than an hour to do. The part could be bought at a local big box store for $50. I called the company to get the above detail of the charge. I expressed my frustration during the phone conversation to the charges that I felt were really outrageous.  I understand companies need to make money, but this really felt like gouging. The only explanation I got was basically the price is the price. I will not be using them in the future.

I did know about the $78.50 service call charge. No issue with that. I asked when I called in if they could give me a ball park figure of what it might cost to do the work. I was told that it was not possible until the technician looked the problem over.  So, when I called and talked with you you were able to provide detailed information about the call. Standard charge for sillcock, standard charge for cutting drywall. If I had been made aware of that upfront this could have been avoided in the first place. As I said, I priced a replacement 10 sillcock from Home Depot. $50 was the cost. So why was the charge for installing a part that cost d$50 so much?  That is what seems like gouging to me.

We asked for a bid to repair our sewer line, and they sent an initial estimate that did not cover the requested scope of work. I told them this and that were not in contention, and they offered to come out and re-camera our line, which they performed and it went well. However, they never followed up with a bid after 3.5 weeks. I called and emailed several times to request the estimate, and there was no response. This is highly unprofessional and tells me Tope does not actually care about helping its customers resolve their concerns. Top is non-responsive and fails to respond professionally to a complaint or unsatisfied customers, and that's how they'll treat you too.

i called them today because my water heater was leaking and asked them to install a new one, which they just did. (previously they had replaced a toilet and i was very satisfied.) they were very competent, punctual, efficient, helpful. i just wish they had asked me whether i wanted a high efficiency water heater, which is what i would have liked, instead of just showing up with a regular water heater and installing it. i wrongly expected they would install a high efficiency one by default, and they never raised the issue. i asked after they did the work and realized they installed a regular heater rather than a high efficiency one. i should have asked beforehand, so it's partially my fault. but i'm not an expert and i'm jet lagged so i didn't think about it. they are the professionals so they should have brought this up with me ahead of time.

I've been working with Henry Kitchen and Bath now for a couple months and it's been a mix of different problems ever since.

When you first show up, you have to make sure to setup an appointment before hand otherwise it is hard to get anyone to help you on the show room floor. Once you got someone to help you, the person was knowledgeable and was able to get you what you needed.

When my first order was delivered with my tubs and shower supplies, they only had one person on the truck to help. I ordered two tubs and I basically had to provide the man power to bring it in the house even though I was told they would bring it in the house for me. Also, one of my shower heads was suppose to be delivered a week later but when it was do to be delivered they couldn't find it. They found it another week later and I decided to pick it up at the store myself so they wouldn't lose it again.

When they delivered my second order which contained my vanities, the same thing happened in which only one person made the delivery. Again, I had to help them unload the truck and bring the vanities into the house so they wouldn't damage them even though they were told that they would have to do it. Also, one of my vanity sections was not delivered. When I called them they told me that they would look into it. They seemed like they had trouble tracking my orders and they would not give me updates. When they finally called back a day later, they said the last section of vanity failed quality assurance so they would have to reorder it. I give them kudos for taking the initiative to stop me from getting a bad product but at least give me a heads up about it since I was on a time schedule with my contractors. I finally got my last section another week later.

I also ordered two expensive mirrors through them that was suppose to have the same trim as my vanities. I thought they were suppose to be delivered but the mirror companies contacted me directly and I had to go to them and pick them up. Luckily my vehicle was big enough to hold them, especially since one was 72 long. The mirrors didn't come with the trim installed and the company forgot to order the trim. Once the trim was ordered, I had to go pick them up and bring them home. Now I have two mirrors with no trim installed and no one to install the trim even though I paid way too much for two mirrors with trim installed. I have to get another contractor to install the trim on the mirror and spend more money since this company refuses to do it.

In conclusion, the people were professional but they had trouble tracking items and keeping customers updated. When they deliver, expect to do most of the heavy lifting even though you paid for deliver into the house. The vanities are beautiful and worth it but the mirrors were a total waste of money. The tubs, faucets, valves, and shower trims were good quality. Pretty much most of their products, except the mirrors, were worth it but with all the problems that I had I don't recommend using this company.

Helpful staff. Called ahead when our plumber was on the way. Showed up on time and was courteous, friendly and knowledgable. Had all the parts to do the job and he was clean. Wore plastic booties into the house. I suppose the price was fair as plumbers go. Highly recommended!

We originally had this company out for a wellness check on our geo-thermal system. That was $500. 2 months later our compressor went out. We called them back. When the compressor finally came in they hooked it up wrong and tried to charge us for their screw up. I called them and explained that I didn't think we should have to pay labor for something that they screwed up. They took money off the bill but it still cost us $3200. A month and a half later the connection is leaking to the compressor that they installed and now they are telling us they don't work on those anymore. We've spent $3700 with this company and now they don't work on those anymore! Terrible way to do business. They won't even warranty their work.

650$ to do a plug and play  garbage disposal replacement.  No problem with the job just the cost.  Evidently all their plumbers have doctoral degrees and their work trucks are escalades.

This is a horrible company.  They sent a man her to  my home knowing that I have a tree root drain blockage with a very small rooter machine.  He told me the machine broke and he would have to get a different machine. Never said when he would be back!!  But if this is a plumbing company , why don't you already have this type of equipment?????   That was a week ago, they have given me the run around for a week!!  I have raw sewerage on my basement floor and they have already been paid for this job.    They didn't call to inform me of a time or a day until last Friday, And then they said it would be on a Monday..  They still never showed up.  BAD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!!  Think Twice before hiring this company....  Darcell Holloway
