Fast work, reasonably priced. Honest and nice guys! Our water heater needed replaced. They had a new one delivered, installed it, and took the old one away. Took the time to show me how to adjust it if needed.

Tom of Able Rooter responded quickly to my request for service one evening, setting up an appointment the following morning. He texted his ETA and was on time. Tom and crew used appropriate COVID prevention measures (masks, distance, no contact). They solved my drain problem and gave me advice on how to avoid the issue in the future. Highly recommend.

I wouldn't trust these plumbers, if I were you. They came out and did a job pretty quickly, but when our basement backed up again, they were unwilling to guarantee their work. It's too bad, we'd like to stick with a local option, but when we expressed this, they got rude. Thankfully, we have yelp to express our dissatisfaction.

I have used Roger Bates for nearly 12 years. Here is a list of all that he has been contracted for; replaced a hot water heater, fixed plumbing mistakes made by someone in my home (sweated an iron cap on a copper pipe!), replaced outdoor faucets, cleaned drains, stacks, toilets and flanges, old turn style shower faucets, garbage disposal replacement. The man is the most patient and thoughtful serviceman I have ever contracted. Now that I have bought a new house, I almost regret the new plumbing because unless there is a problem, I may not see him again. He and his Marine son have always talked to and engaged my 4 children. They are the epitome of professional. You would be foolish not to contract them for any and all plumbing service.

Dean and his tech were prompt and did an amazing job. They addressed a problem we had, regarding our yard clean out. Not to mention it was 5 degrees outside they not only informed me of the problem but also showed me in detail cause of the issue. I highly recommend them to anyone. While it was a messy situation they are true professionals and they're knowledge compares to none. Will be referring and continuing to use they're services for the future. Customer for life.

I've used these guys for 20+ years in both my residences and commercial building. they are prompt, courteous and professional. reasonably priced.

American Water used these guys to fix a leaking water line at my moms house in Godfrey Illinois.  They repaired a six foot section of water line coming through the wall in her house. They then proceeded to use foam spray around the inside and it went everywhere and looks like crap. As well they left the old parts laying on the floor along with more spray foam. Very unprofessional job and would not recommend as they seem to feel this is acceptable. If you want pictures let me know and I can provide. Save yourself the frustration and find a professional contractor. Tell American Water no thanks if they try to send these guys out.

After an issue with another company where their fix resulted in a bigger problem than I started with, I reached out to R.A.  I wish I would have done this to begin with.  Nate was fantastic.  He presented a repair option that the prior company did not even mention which ended up saving me over $1000.  Nate was professional, competent, friendly, and timely.  I highly highly recommend R.A.

Not able to use them. A message on their number announced unless you have a specific problem (something that sounded high dollar) they are not available to help. I guess I had to give more than one star because at least they didn't waste my time.

They were supposed to come to our house today, March 8, 2017. Never showed up, didn't even have courtesy to call and say they weren't coming. No wonder it's been since 2013 that they were named best. Must've been a slow year in plumbing for Monroe County. Totally disappointed in this company. Their loss as we had couple other jobs and depended how they handled this first one. They failed miserably and won't get a chance for any future work from us and I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Arrived on time, did everything neat and clean. Very satisfied with their work. Not the low bidder but the whole experience; from sales call to installation, was very good. No surprises.

Overpriced and rude.  I was a new customer referred by a friend.  He did the job the way he wanted.  He never told me anything about roof charge.  We discussed cabling from the drain in my backyard and next thing I know he's up on my roof.  He was argumentative and very rude.  I could have paid less and got the same results in same time and way better customer service.  I definitely wont use him again running or walking.

We are attempting to get a refund. We have had no contact for almost a month. He stated that the work would take a week, yet, 4 weeks later he still had not shown up that was 3 weeks ago. We would like a refund. We have spoken with his brother who stated that he would get in contact with us about a refund. Haven't heard from him.

I'm appalled. I'm wondering if the posted reviews are from BC Plumbers customers. My experience with this company is drastically different. I had a bad experience with another company, googled plumbers in my area and contacted BC Plumbers. I was frantic and needed immediate service. Although their response time was average their customer service was outstanding. We discussed my plumbing issues and a ballpark cost sight unseen. We agreed on a time and they arrived on time. They walked me through the job, cost and projected completion. The completed job (rough and finish) was exceptional.

Wanted to charge me 395.00 to unclog a kitchen sink. I went to Home depot and bought a 10.00 bottle of drano and it unclogged my sink  in 20 minutes.
