Fast work, reasonably priced. Honest and nice guys! Our water heater needed replaced. They had a new one delivered, installed it, and took the old one away. Took the time to show me how to adjust it if needed.

Had a water heater that I could not perform annual maintenance on as the tank was plugged off with sediment.  Called 2 different companies and no one could show up until the following week.  Called FS on my third call and he was there in less than 24 hours.  You cannot beat that with a ten foot stick!

He installed and tested everything.  Service beyond REPROACH.  Look that word up if you have to.  Now my go-to plumber.!

I called at 7am and spoke to Tom who said he could have someone in at 10am. Josh showed up right at 10am and was awesome. He answered all my questions and gave me some good advice. Highly recommend!

I have a 1940's rental property and the sewer was backed up.

I had snaked it two days about 5 times.

I removed about 150 wipes out of the sewer line from house to the clean out.

However there was something I could not get out with my snake between the clean out and the street.

Jim Rabbit and Jack came out within an hour and snaked from the back yard clean out to the alley.

There was a large pill bottle blocking the drain. It took them 20 minuets to punch thru and took a 10 foot pole with a clamp and removed the bottle.

I should have called them in the first place. There charge was $120.00.

Call them there really nice guys very fairair pricing without the hassles. I am going to get a bid on removing the stack in my home.

I wasted $275.00 for renting the snake for a day and a half.

I was stupid I thought I could save money wrong never again.

After battling with the condo association where I live about my issue (sewage smell from floor drain), they called All Purpose who came out, found the problem, and fixed it same day. They were polite and knowledgeable- and my floor drain problem is fixed. Definitely recommend them over the other companies who came out and initially denied I had any problems.

Dean and his tech were prompt and did an amazing job. They addressed a problem we had, regarding our yard clean out. Not to mention it was 5 degrees outside they not only informed me of the problem but also showed me in detail cause of the issue. I highly recommend them to anyone. While it was a messy situation they are true professionals and they're knowledge compares to none. Will be referring and continuing to use they're services for the future. Customer for life.

Called Armstrong to come out a quote a rough-in drain and water supply for a laundry room. Plumber came out within a day, issued a quote on the spot, and returned the following week to perform the work. Craftsmen was very attentive and skilled. The total Job took a couple of days and he left the site clean and swept at the end of each day. They did a great job.

American Water used these guys to fix a leaking water line at my moms house in Godfrey Illinois.  They repaired a six foot section of water line coming through the wall in her house. They then proceeded to use foam spray around the inside and it went everywhere and looks like crap. As well they left the old parts laying on the floor along with more spray foam. Very unprofessional job and would not recommend as they seem to feel this is acceptable. If you want pictures let me know and I can provide. Save yourself the frustration and find a professional contractor. Tell American Water no thanks if they try to send these guys out.

These guys are expensive and charge by hour. $130 per hour. Plus they round up time to next 30 mins.

For replacing 2 outdoor faucets I was billed 475 bucks. Also tried to fix a leaky drain pipe with a cover but couldnt, and said it will still require fix, yet charged time for that as well. So you pay whether something is fixed or not.

We also had discussed estimate for 400. Apparently timer starts before even the price or problems are discussed so not that you get a heads up on that.

Not able to use them. A message on their number announced unless you have a specific problem (something that sounded high dollar) they are not available to help. I guess I had to give more than one star because at least they didn't waste my time.

Recently we had our tub/shower remodeled by Bradley Plumbing.  It was an extensive project.  We had a shower head put in.  All fixtures were replaced. They tiled the entire tub/shower area.  We also had old pipes that were replaced.  They were very thorough in explaining every step of the way.  There were no hidden costs.  This is a family ran business.  They get a lot of work done in a short time.  Their expertise and craftsmanship is superb!  You can save on cost and get excellent quality work!   Bradley Plumbing Rocks.

I cannot recommend Classic Aire Care.

They installed a new furnace and air conditioner. In less than two weeks, the system failed. The system appears to be working now, but I am not confident about the purchase going forward.

To get the failed system issue resolved, I called in to their service line (really an answering service) and asked for a service call the next morning and asked for a call in advance of arriving so that I could rearrange my work schedule to accommodate them. Classic Aire Care did not show up the next morning. They showed up well after 2:30 pm. They showed up with no advance warning breaking their promise. In order to get my new system to function, I had to stop working and cancel a meeting with no advance notice to the participants. I am not confident in their service going forward.

When I complained to Classic Aire Care about their service, I received no satisfaction.

After talking with several levels of Support they keep reiterating that they will not do anything substantive to address the issues documented, other than to have the people who did a bad job in the first place come out and look at their own work again. I am baffled at the lack of self awareness of that response. Apparently the term Amends is unknown to Classic Aire Care. A one star rating is reasonable due to the tone deaf response.

Ezell is a first class technician. courteous and professional. Arrived when he said he would; went above and beyond or expectations with the quality of his workmanship  I wont be using anyone else from now on

Did a great job on installing a kitchen faucet several days ago. Said he would be here by 2pm today for a leaky pipe and never showed up or answered my texts. So i won't be using him again.

Very unreliable! Took of work for an appointment.  They never showed, never called!  Do not use is looking for a reliable company!

Wanted to charge me 395.00 to unclog a kitchen sink. I went to Home depot and bought a 10.00 bottle of drano and it unclogged my sink  in 20 minutes.
