Thank you to Kim, Ryan, and the True Plumbing company. Amazing service, fast response and even faster service. Kim is super friendly and informative! Ryan, was  spot on with customer service and knowledgeable. He explained everything and went to work and he was done before we knew it. We had a leak in our new refrigerator line and couldn't use the ice maker nor the filtered  water component of the refrigerator. But now we can thanks to Ryan and his team. Requested a plumber on Yelp and Angel from SNNB was the first to reply. I was getting messages from other plumbers but what made this company stand out from the rest was that they provide a free estimate and they do not charge a fee just to look. Angel came and fixed two of my toilets in no time. The price he charged me was very fair and I did not feel like I was getting ripped off. Would highly recommend.

Will Jefferson was very responsive and professional. He did a great job repairing my ruptured water pipe. Pricing was very fair.

Awesome to work with! We had stairs built for our deck and built-ins with bench seating and have been so happy with the work and how quickly it's all been completed. Miguel was so nice and such a hard worker and we'll always look to Jay and Miguel for any future work at our house.

Called for my A/C not running on Sunday. They arrived Monday morning on time at 8 a.m. Eric was a pleasure to work with. Informed me throughout the process. He took 2:30 hours to isolate the wiring (main) problem for the estimate. Eric also noticed a possible leak in my roof and brought that to my attention. You could not ask for a more honest company. Have used them in the past with the same type of attention to detail and honesty.

I called many places before talking to Virginia. She was great, helped walk through the process and explained everything in detail. She was very patient and worked through some scheduling needs. The two individuals that came out were professional and took care of the job. The left the property as they found it. Overall the great serviceI have and would totally work with them in the future.

This company is the epitome of crooked Plumbers and give their profession a bad name.  Besides failing to notify me that they are on the way, making me scramble to leave work right away.   They refused to listen that the massive leak going into my basement was coming from behind the dishwasher, without checking, they claimed they knew better and the leak is actually coming from washing machine thats across the room, and there is a single bolt that needed tightening to fix the leak.  The tightened it, charged me a $180, claimed my worries are over and left.  I run the dishwashing machine and the leak is just as it was.  They did 0 work, wasted my time and stole $180 dollars from me.  Instead of offering apology or refund the owner was insistent that they did do work and tightening a single bolt in the wrong place that didnt fix anything is worth the $180 they charged me.  I now have to shoot a video of the leak in order to prove that the leak is still going on, in order for them to consider a refund.  Just awful.

Called about possible water heater or pressure regulator problem. Came quickly. Assessed need for new water heater before looking at anything other than water under our washer. He could not see the bottom of the water heater at all, and didn't bother to look. Gave an estimate of $2300-2800, including $275 to replace toilet tank flush kit. It only needed one small part.
I paid their $79 service call fee and sent them on their way.
Called Home Depot. Quoted $1300 for installed water heater.

Recently, Fix & Flow replaced the wax floor seal for one of our toilets, replaced tank kit seals in three of our toilets, re-installed handles on two bathroom faucets, cleared drains in both bathroom sinks and repaired the drain mechanism in our tub.  Anthony got everything up and running quickly and as good as new in no time.  I recommend Fix & Flow if you want a highly professional approach to your plumbing problems.  I would hire them again for sure!

Quick, courteous, friendly, trustworthy. Every person I met along the way was so informative. I felt safe knowing they were helping me make the best decision for my home. Mason and Deontay installed my unit and were incredibly wonderful. I can't say enough about Mason: Full of respect and good southern manners. When complimented, He said, I try to put myself in your situation.  It is so refreshing to see a company with employees that take price in their work and customer service. Everyone showed up right on time and were super respectful. Will be using them for the life of our new AC unit and would recommend again and again!

There's a reason these guys are listed in homereports.com. They know what they are doing and won't screw around with you. They are a little expensive, but if you want the job done right, its worth a few extra bucks. I had a brand new AC unit installed by these guys and they also serviced my ancient furnace. I'd highly recommend them to everyone.

Excellent and prompt service. Ant was professional and polite. He was very knowledgeable and informed us of every step including photos of his repair of our septic disaster. He was honest and made sure we understood the nature of repair. We will continue to do business with the Pink Plumber.
