Best Businesses in Atlanta, GA
They were very responsive and quick to get back to me with all my questions. They went out of their way to get my plumbing fixed in a timely manner. I will be using them if I need help again.

We have requested for quote from different handyman/remodeling folks and they gave us the most reasonable estimate. Emerson and Gaby responds to all texts/queries very quickly, even during Christmas/New Year holidays and started working on items based on whatever item was available on appointment day. Emerson is very detail oriented and thorough with his work. We started with few items and kept on customizing (adding/adjusting) our requests but he helped us out happily without any complaints. They are the best handyman folks we have ever worked with and definitely planning to call them for all our future works.

These guys are great. Super responsive, super nice, and very reasonable. On two occasions they squeezed us in for emergency repairs, on a Friday afternoon no less. Its one of those businesses you can't say enough good things about. Would never use anyone else.

You can't ask for a better plumber. Ernest Smith, of S&S Plumbing, is the only plumber I will use from now on. He is very responsive to being contacted and shows up on time. He is very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time taking care of my faucet problems and was still very reasonable with what he charged. I highly recommend him and his business.

Bobby came out same day and fixed our kitchen faucet in less than 30 minutes. He was very reasonable in price and again quickly came out to solve our problem. Thanks Bobby! It is really hard to find a good, honest and reliable plumber! We found one! Nicely done! Thank you Bobby!

Very happy with Paul's work. He responded quickly, was efficient, and communicative. He fixed our filter, taught my husband to do it next time, caught a mistake the last plumber made, and also fixed a toilet. We'd hire Paul again without question.
2700 Braselton Hwy, Ste 10-282, Dacula, GA 30019
Don't bother calling them. We scheduled installation of toilets twice and they didn't show either day. It's a shame, we use them in 2016 for a toilet installation and they were superb. Save your time and money.

Had a major leak in my yard, Caleb and his partner (didn't catch his name) showed on time, diagnosed the problem right away and were nothing but helpful and courteous from then on. Good to know this business is around to reach out to.

Oh my goodness, Plumb Medic saved our buns and our house! Thank you Cameron and Corey!!
Right before we moved into our new home, our basement flooded twice. The first time we thought it was the water heater so they drove two hours in traffic to pick up a new water heater for us. It turned out to be a complete main sewer blockage due to previous owner neglect. They stayed with us until 11 o'clock at night to clear the obstruction, just enough for us to use sinks and bathrooms for a couple of days. They did warn us it was a temporary fix and we might have a larger problem.
Three days later, we were having the house cleaned on a Friday to move in on Saturday, and it flooded much much worse. Cameron & Corey came back out with a GPS and found where the line was blocked. They told us we would have to dig up the concrete in the back and replace a section of pipe underneath our patio.
Long story short, Cameron was 100% correct and he came back to do the work a few days later. The entire time he works his phone blows up with people needing his help. He's an expert at his craft and a straight shooter. Really good dudes, work late hours and put customers first.
Plumb Medic will forever be my number one plumber!

Chris and Glenda are amazing. Glenda was extremely nice and helpful. She explained some issues that they've seen recently, asked me relevant questions, and explained what might be going on with the water bill in my home. She definitely assuaged my fears and made me feel like I was in good hands. My experience only got better once Chris arrived. He showed up early, was quick and efficient. He performed a free inspection and offered to have his wife, Glenda, email me a follow up to send to my water company. He didn't try to upsell me and took time to answer my many (many) questions. He checked out everything I had concerns about and offered thoughtful, reasonable solutions. He showed me my meter and he explained how I can read it. I could tell that he was an experienced and confident plumber. Also, these two are super funny and sweet. Always a plus! I will definitely be working with them again.

OMG! I wish I could leave a lower rating. So bad...
I called Tex to schedule some minor repairs on a loft we are selling, and liked the positive reviews left here on Yelp. This was without a doubt, the absolute WORST handyman experience I have ever had.
I should have known from the start when he kept juggling the start date, and couldn't keep up with who he was talking to. After canceling two confirmed appointments, he showed up not knowing how to do much of anything that I requested. These were not major repairs (ie: sealing a toilet, caulking some patio doors, light fixtures type stuff.)
I don't know where to begin. I had to end up telling him how to fix the door after he was completely at a loss as to why a door might have a leak. He actually made a dishwasher door worse after his tampering, and was instructed to just put it back to it's original broken condition. (We have since contacted a real professional.) The toilet seal around the floor? The work was so sloppy that I would have been embarrassed to say I had done it. In the end, we just told him to leave.
The one useful outcome was that he did actually fix two broken light fixtures.
Does that justify an outrageous bill? Not even close. In fact, I just broke down and finished the repairs myself, to MUCH better results than this so called licensed professional.
Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of money, certain headaches, and unprofessional conduct. Do not use this vendor.

Cause: Faucet dripping in bath.
I called the day before and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day in the AM. When the next day rolled around it was 11:30 and no word from anyone.
I contacted the office to inquire what the ETA was and the lady indicated that she would call me back. Well, she didn't call me back the plumber did.
When he arrived, I showed him the faucet, he diagnosed it, indicated that he didn't have the part as it was a Kohler part but quoted me 275.00. I was shocked at the quote but what was a girl to do?? I told him to go ahead with it, he left and came back about 2 hours later and repaired it.
The technician was nice however, I felt that he was trying to sell me a new water heater? He checked the pressure and it was fine so I why the sell?
I felt that their prices were high that is after I checked the price of the part that he used to repair the faucet with.

This company uses price gauging techniques. They charged me $500 and did not fix my problem which was clogged pipes (nothing out of the ordinary). They were at my house from approx 10:30 am-5:00 pm claiming they were doing everything to fix my plumbing issue which included jetting my pipes with water and pulling my toilet and running a snake through the connection. The end result was that they told me I had a broken pipe and that there was nothing they could do but dig up my front yard which would cost $2000. I told them I would need to get estimates and I paid them the $500 that they claimed I owed them. I called another plumber after they left. He ran a snake through the pipes in my basement, and immediately unclogged them. He fixed my problem within an hour. He also told me that I didn't have any broken pipes because there was no mud on his snake. I hope no one else makes the costly mistake I made by dealing with these racist crooks who proudly flaunt a rebel flag on their service vehicles. I am an African-American female with a relatively nice home, and this company chose to take advantage of me in a very stressful time of not being able to use my bathrooms, instead of trying to form a good business relationship with me. My husband and I own three other properties and would have gladly given them more business had they chosen to be honest people. Please steer clear of this company.

On 4/13/17 I hired Dacosta's Plumbing to replace a hot water heater for me. They were contracted to remove the old heater and install a new one that I had purchased and had ready for install still in the original box. They arrived at 1 p.m. and gave me an estimate of 1-2 hours to complete the job. They left the job site several times to get parts and assistance. They completed the job at around 6:15 p.m. They were not very professional but did get the heater installed (with dint's and dings but still fully operational). Even though it had taken a lot longer and the unit was beat up a little, I still believed that I had got about what I had paid for considering they charged about $100 less than most for the installation. A couple of weeks after they left I noticed that there was a dint and break in the gutter drain around the garage, high up, about where their utility truck would have hit it. Since the marks are fresh and no other vehicle of that type had been in my driveway in the last few years I believed Dacasta's had caused the damage. I then contacted Mr. Dacasta and explained the above. He took my contact information and said he would come out and see the damage. After a week with no visit or call, I went to his shop but was told he was not there but to again leave my info and he would contact me. The short version of the story is that now, about 3 1/2 weeks after the installation, I still have a broken gutter system (about $150 damage) and no contact with the owner other than promises. So in conclusion, i would say to use these people if you are willing to monitor them closely while they do the work, and expect some deficiency in the workmanship, and possible damage to property.

I placed a service call with Peach Plumbing and Drain to clean my tankless hot water heater and to unclog a bathroom sink drain. The plumber they sent said tankless hot waters don't need cleaning and that, even though I described the fact that the sink clog (a hard brown mess)was a recurring issue, he didn't delve into the reason except to say that maybe it was from toothpaste!
I later received a call asking if I was satisfied with my service and let them know how dissatisfied I was and why. They called back about an hour later with no explanation, but to tell me that they could send a plumber out the following week to clean the hot water heater. Now my downstairs toilet has backed up and I'm wondering if it has something to do with the way their plumber handled the sink clog.
DO NOT USE PEACH PLUMBING!
