Omni Plumbnig is a great company! I had a pipe burst from freezing in my garage on February 21, 2015. I was out of town and received a call from neighbor about the leak. I called Omin after reveiwing the YELP reviews. I drove home that day and Jason met me the very next morning...prompt, professional, very reasonable price and I could not be happier! I will call Omni for all of my future plumbing needs.

Great service! The work was done quickly and efficiently. The issue was quickly discovered and repaired. The pricing was reasonable.

June 2023: Will came out at the beginning of our bathroom remodel and moved the pipes from one wall across to the other to allow for the shower to be relocated. He also installed a new shower valve. The work was thorough and reasonably priced and passed inspection. He offered to come back once the vanities arrived and were ready to be installed.
August 2023: Called Will back and he installed both vanities which turned out to be a tricky install due to the shape of the drawers that interfered with where the plumbing needed to be (it wasn't lined up exactly with where the plumbing was coming out of the wall on either vanity). Another plumber during the bathroom project had suggested that the only way to get the plumbing to turn out correct would be to cut the vanity drawers! Will was able to assemble the correct combination/angles of pipes to still allow for the soft close functionality of all 4 drawers as well as the new pop-up drains. With just a slight modification to the bottom vanity shelf, Will was also able to install the plumbing that came up from the floor, including 2 shut off valves. His price was very fair, he showed up when he said he would, and his work was efficient. Would call him back again next time plumbing work is needed!

I hired Handiwork Hero to do a few small jobs but he ended up entirely renovating my 2400 sq ft rental property. He did it all. Flooring, carpentry, plumbing, installed new garbage disposal and lighting fixtures. Changed bulbs, window blinds, outlet covers. Extensive and minor repairs throughout the home. He found and fixed things I had overlooked, and saved me money on parts and supplies wherever he could. He picked up and returned items I ordered online and shopped himself for what I needed and he did not charge me one cent extra for these services. He cleaned and polished and set out the trash. He made my rental move-in ready! I can't say enough. I was overwhelmed when I hired him and he truly was my hero! His fee is incredibly reasonable. He provided every receipt. The total price was far less than the contractor's bid. I highly recommend this pro and will definitely hire again.

Shawn the plumber is the best. We had a huge backup the night before NYE and he came and worked until 2 in the morning to get our backup cleared up! he even worked through the intense rain. A few months later, we had saved up the money to have the entire home's plumbing redone (it was a terrible flip we moved into) and now e dry thing is working great! We are so grateful for Shawn and his excellent work (which he guarantees for up to a year)!

AC was professional and exceeded my expectation particularly Ben C. Ben was transparent and knowledgeable, he spent time to explain what I needed and did not need. He was a breath of fresh air not trying to sell me on things that were unnecessary. He was extremely helpful for my attic insulation getting it up to R-38 and my dryer vent duct installation. I cannot say enough positive things and glad there are people like Ben out there! Get your HVAC needs serviced here and ask for Ben C!!

Allan is very nice and offered great service at some of the best pricing we have found. He doesn't just do a job but he tries to cultivate a lasting relationship to be your go to plumber going forward. He was available quickly and made time to get this job done. We had him remove and replace out guest bathroom toilet which also opened up some issues from previous badly done work but Alan was able to resolve that issue also. We are speaking with him and his partner on our kitchen renovation after his superb job on replacing and fixing the guest toilet. Highly recommended.

Talk about lifesavers, One of many people to get hit by the freeze Jan 2014 in Atlanta, came home to find an inch of water covering my downstairs. Got the water shut off. Shop vacuumed about 150 gallons of water, started trying to find a plumber, unfortunately everyone we called was booked for a week. We were looking at a week with no water. Started trying again going down the BBB listings, got to one company who also was booked for a week, they recommended Millwood Plumbing. Contacted them spoke to Gary (nice guy), said he would have a crew in route in 30 minutes, the crew ran into another broken pipe call where they working at the time, Gary notified me it would be an hour, sure enough they were at my door step within an hour, techs identified and repaired the broken pipe within the hour. Wish I had gotten their names, great techs, curious, showed us the pipe went only to a spicket, were its cutoff was separate from the water heater. How to avoid the problem again. These guys are BBB A+ rating, positive reviews, many awards. There price was excellent. I highly recommend this company and will use them in all future plumbing requirements

Scammers. That's all they are. Between my dad and I we've given Roto-Rooter our business for well over 10 years. While they've never been the cheapest plumbers by far, over the years they seemed to at least get the job done.
Well, their recent visit was the last straw for me. Our sump pump in the basement had issues and was shooting water out like a waterfall. My first instinct was that there must be a hole in it. And sure enough the tech gets here and confirms and shows me that there's a hole in the hose. He gives me a verbal quote for $269 + parts (a new hose) and literally tells me I give you no discount and we up-charge is that ok? Honestly this is where I should've kicked him out of my home. I was confused by his discount statement especially since I mentioned nothing about one. I initially agreed to him doing the work and he gave me a blank invoice to sign. As he headed to Home Depot to get the hose I started having second thoughts because honestly something just didn't feel right. Over $300 for just a hose replacement? I priced the hoses online and the exact one that was in my basement was only $11. At this point I realize how ridiculous of a quote that is for such an easy fix and I decided I'd do it myself.
So I call the main office back and ask them to contact the tech and cancel the job. They claim they spoke with him on the other line and cancelled the service. By the time I'm getting in my car about to head to Home Depot and get the hose myself the tech pulls back up in the driveway with the new hose. I explain the situation to him and he tells me that he never received a call from anyone to cancel. After explaining it to him he seems frustrated and asks me so what's the problem. I tell him the problem is the price and I don't feel like $300 is reasonable for just a hose replacement. Then he tells me No, no it's not just the hose, it's the pump too. The pump is dirty and not pumping properly I have to clean it out ok....he NEVER mentioned anything about the pump until now only the hose.
So at this point I agree to the job bc I'm believing he's actually going to repair the pump and not just switch out a hose for $300. Nope. I literally stand there and watch him do the job and he literally only changes the hose. Took him all of 5 minutes. Never once attempted to clean the pump/motor like he said he'd be doing. All he did was pour water into the hole where the pump is which gets it started. He literally did nothing but switch out the hoses. So of course I have an issue with this. I called Roto-Rooter and they get a manager on the line. I explain my issue and they tell me to ask the tech to call his manager so I can explain to him. The plumber gets upset and wants to argue with me and justify his price, gets more upset and storms to his car....I go back inside and finish talking to the manger on my end.
They basically tell me since he's already done the work I have to talk to his manger on his end about it. After the tech's temper tantrum he rings my bell and hands me his phone with his manager on the line. Long story short the manager apologizes to me and chalks it up to being a language barrier (the technician had an accent) ..and offered me a $100 discount. While I do think there may have been somewhat of a disconnect in communication I also believe he 100% knew exactly wtf he was doing.
The final invoice the tech shows me, he writes on there that he made adjustments to/cleaned the pump + changed the hose. When I asked him when did he exactly repair/clean the pump bc he definitely didn't do it as I watched him....he gets combative but can't answer the simple question. The reality is he didn't do crap but change a hose and charged me an insane amount for it. The $100 discount still left me with a $214 bill. Before leaving, the tech tried to make light of the situation and asked if I was happy now. I told him no I'm not. Then he says next time I'll give you a good discount.....I told him there won't be a next time. And there absolutely won't be. Roto-Rooter and their scammy business practices will NEVER step foot in my home again. They've lost a longtime customer.

Mario was able to come out the same day I called. He provided an estimate over the phone after I sent a few pictures. Once he was here, he was very pleasant and professional. He was able to reinstall and repair my shower drain within an hour and his price was more than reasonable. I definitely recommend Mario's Home Improvement!

These guys are everything wrong with the industry. Charge you a fee to show up, credit that fee towards the work and then over charge the installation. After they left, my problem reoccurred immediately.
It felt like I was scammed out of my money. I was upset enough to call the owner only to find he was the one I was already dealing with... Stay away and find someone on Angie's List. Ultimately, I am the one that is responsible but was desperate for a resolution to my problem. It would be easier to find an ethical contractor that you can trust.

Used his services for general repairs which was good. But was quoted one price for interior painting, then was given a ridiculous price over his previous quoted price. He had already seen the space so the price shouldn't have went up. So disappointing.

SLAM is the best! They are responsive, professional and always fairly priced. They have done work on my previous home and my current home, and I'm always so impressed with how quick they get to me and the quality of the work. I'm never surprised by the bill and all their employees are so kind and respectful! As a realtor I've recommended SLAM to my clients for any repairs after closing and they have never let me down....seriously the best!

I hired him to install a hot water heater and it was evident that his workers had no idea what they were doing.
They brought a 50 gallon tank that was scratched and banged up in 3 places. When I called Corey to question this, he said it was no big deal and it was just the outside of the unit and that is the way it came out of the box. He did not care. They exchanged it for me and the second one was banged up too but I accepted it. They did not remove any pipes from my furnace and jammed it in the closet breaking my condensate drain and damaging the unit itself on the pipes from the furnace. The unit was dented in and scratched from hitting the copper pipes from my furnace. They thought it was no big deal that they damaged the outside of the until while installing. They also lied about breaking the condensate drain and told me that they did not.
After all this I had had enough of the incompetency and living in the twlight zone so I told them to leave and take the unit with them.
They also hit my freshly painted wall with the unit taking it out. There was no apology however the workers did offer to paint it if I had more paint. Unfortunately it is not just a paint job, it needs to be replastered as well. I said no as I just wanted them out before they damaged anything else in my home.
When I called Corey to explain the situation he told me he should have gone with his gut when I called him and not took my business because of all the questions that I had asked. I asked what any other consumer would ask and none of it was unreasonable. He also said many more things to me showing he did not value me as a customer. I told him he was garbage and he hung up on me.
With all this being said..run...run from the Plumber Guild. They are the worst! If you need a new hot water heater or any plumbing, call Aaron Plumbing @ (770) 945-3453. They were a dream to work with, did pristine work, offered a price $325.00 lower than creepy Corey and were very professional. The best thing though is that they and do not call their customers foul names.

Do not call or book with this trash of a company for any of your plumbing needs. I am highly disappointed at my home warranty company for working with this company. They will show up a week later. I've never had such a rude experience in less than 5mins. Brent was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Didn't seem like he wanted to help or even take a look at the issue. Men talk to you very different when you are a woman and they would never talk to a man like that. I felt very threatened in my own home by his unprofessionalism tone and didn't even want the services done.
