FERNANDO WAS AMAZING!! Best customer service experience I have ever had. This man worked with me for FOUR HOURS to make sure that my toilet was replaced correctly and efficiently. Never once did I notice an ounce of frustration when our toilet gave him problem after problem, he kept me updated and remained very respectful and friendly. I will defiantly recommend this service to anyone who needs a patient, courteous, honest and detailed oriented job done.
Thank you Fernando! If I could you 10 stars I would, and I'm a tough critic.

D and S plumbing came to my home to repair a plumbing problem on the outside of my home.
The plumber that did the job failed to cap the pipe and my home was flooded.
Rather than accept responsibility and file to the insurance company that D and S has for liability , I was forced to have Allstate pay all repairs and sue for damages .
Allstate did hire an attorney and settled with D and S for the costly repair.
I think it goes without saying integrity in a company is everything.

Ken has helped me several times. He beat every estimate to replace a broken water line in my front yard on Christmas Eve years ago. Since then he has installed my two water heaters, changed my faucets, and helped friends with minor issues. If he can work you into his schedule, use him.

Out toilet broke and another just was aging so I needed someone to replace both of them. I contacted Steve's Handy and with a few texts and a photo he came ready to do the job.
Far faster than anticipated he and his team quickly and neatly removed my old toilets, installed the new and had us up and running!
Friendly and great service, even saved me from buying and using unnecessary extras!
Would use again!

After contacting them about the issue they made it right. I'm happy with the resolution and plan to use them again.

I had used him several times because I thought he was a good guy. He started sending his helpers that always seemed confused and not knowledgeable. My last encounter the two helpers came to install equipment and then charged $50 more for the same job they had done before. When I questioned the amount Donald told me it was because there's a lot of traffic on Friday afternoon, so it would take them longer to get back to the office. Mind you, it was 3 in the afternoon not after business hours. I told him that should of been discussed prior. He agreed but charged me anyway. Then we had to have someone else come out and re do the work. Donald lost my trust and my business

Casteel has repeatedly cancelled my contracted maintenance service that I have had with them for years. I am putting my home for sale and this can impact the value and sale of my home. I have arranged for time off work yet again, confirmed this morning that they will come tomorrow, then at 6:00 pm they call and cancel again. They have done this repeatedly to my neighbors as well. No dedication to long term customers, very disappointing.

Our air conditioning unit went out at the end of May this year. It was over 20 years old and needed to be replaced. We called Coolray out and they recommended this top of the line unit. We spent $13,000 on this unit and everything was great for a couple of months. Now, here we are, in mid October and I have had a technician to my home 4 times because the unit keeps going out. They have been out twice in the last week. And guess what?! I come home today and ITS NOT WORKING AGAIN!!!! Now the tech who has been out has been extremely nice and I have been patient, BUT it is VERY frustrating that I don't have any a/c or heat and unit is barely 4 months old!!! Come ONNNNN!! If I could do it over again I would NEVER deal with this company!! Still waiting to hear back from them when they can come out to fix my unit. Hopefully we don't freeze tonight because apparently $13,000 doesn't guarantee you will have a/c or heat when you need it!!!

I like many of us who have a leak didn't realize until my water bill came and eventually confirmed with the water company. I called Plumbers unlimited who at first seemed very professional. I called and spoke with a woman named Robin and told her my issue of having a leak in my yard with water running down my driveway. She said no problem and we set up an appointment after being quoted $350 for the job prior to seeing it. Either way, I just wanted my pipe fixed so I can have a normal water bill. She set the appointment and told me that they would come out the next day between 10 am and 2pm. Which means I had to stay home from work in order to be here when they arrived. After waiting around all day for a phone call to let me know that they are enroute, I get a call at 1:19 pm, telling me that they won't be able to send anyone out to my home because they have previous appointments and that they earliest she could send someone out is early the following week. After making an appointment the day before, calling off from work(money I missed out on), and receiving a call almost 45 mins of the deadline of them supposing to be at my home, she tells me she can't someone out until the next week. This is a perfect example of bad business. She's the one that set the appointment. I the consumer can only set an appointment based on their company's availability. So here I am, not only missing out on working, sat around all day waiting for them to come but I also have to call another company to come out and fix the problem. If this is how they treat their costumers, then I don't want their business anyway. I have to turn the water back off and set up another appointment with another company. Plumbers United will never receive my business again and if they are in good standing with the BBB, I don't see how with treating the customers like this.
