Reggie The Plumber Plumbing Service
My husband and I were in need of a waterline replacement. Reggie The Plumber came out and gave an estimate at the time that he said he would. My husband and I took some time to think over the estimate and the job that needed to be done. In that time, Reggie Junior followed up to see if we were ready to commit to the project. We told him that we had questions and they answer them immediately. We made an appointment on a scheduled Thursday they came out on time and completed the job in under four hours and payment was easy via Cash app. Reggie The Plumber was awesome this was a seamless job. We would highly recommend him & his team.

TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Plumbing Service
TE installed two new AC units for us. Nick was the installer and he took the time to answer our questions. After the job everything was cleaned up so well that you'd never know we had a project at the house that day.

D&S Plumbing Plumbing Service
D&S Plumbing to the rescue!!!! I had a busted water pipe this week from the street to the house, I called a few places but D&S was the only company that I got to respond at 8 at night and from the office team to Mike who came out to appraise and do the work they were all very professional and friendly! I felt like I was getting help from family as apposed to a company! This is a great company with awesome work ethic! Highly recommend them to anyone. And while I hope I don't have to call on them again anytime soon, they will be my fist and only call.

All About Plumbing Plumbing Service
I live with my elderly Mother to oversee things.  Her house is about 50 years old. We had a 'Main break' & I was terrified she'd no longer be able to stay here!  All about plumbing was the first to respond out of all the companies I called.  Scott was professional, made my Mother feel safe & I felt confident. Hope I never have to again, but if neede I'll call them first!  Thanks!

Smart Plumbing Plumbing Service
My monthly water bill tripled in price. I called smart plumbing and received a call back within 30 minutes. Peter came out the next day and evaluated the situation. He explained the differences between repairing and replacing my main waterline very clearly. I chose to replace the main water line. The entire job was done in less than half a day.I have to say this experience was the best I've ever had with a contractor of any type. Peter was very professional friendly responsive and did a great job. I will never call another plumber! Highly recommended.!

The Dunwoody Plumber Plumbing Service
This guy is rude. Very rude. You call him and he talks to you like he doesn't have time for you. Sounds like he has 20 marbles in his mouth so he is hard to understand. Not to mention he has an attitude and disrespect towards a potential customer. Can't imagine dealing with him if he messes up.

NO THANKS!!

Aaron Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Plumbing Service
Aarons has been great! We had a sewage overflow from our septic tank with a gas line break. Gas company said it would be 7-10 days to reroute the line after the fix.  Kim at Aarons really went the extra mile and got the gas company moving and we had the line re-routed by the end of the day. We are so greatful to have our plumbing back. Would give 4.5 though because the emergency water crew they suggested, while they did come out when other services would not, Emergency Water crew was lazy. Very courteous, but lazy. They never cleaned the feces from the areas that were wet initially and only cut the wall that insurance said they could. So, today cleaning the rest of our poop off the ground. Overall Aarons goes above and beyond but the cleaning crew they suggested was not thorough.
Thank you Kim!!

Donald The Plumber Plumbing Service
I reached out to Donald The Plumber to replace our hot water system with a tankless system based on the positive reviews of others (mainly from next door). The installation went fine until Donald left. Immediately we had a pipe burst on our second floor after I turned on the shower which flooded the bottom floor of our house. Donald at no point went to the second floor to test the faucets (in the installation guide for the hot water system it says to test all faucets).

Donald to his credit came back to fix the broken pipe, but in doing so slipped with his saw whilst repairing the pipe and put a hole in our bathtub. So as a result of replacing our hot water system we ended up with a flooded first floor and an unusable bathtub/shower.

The following weeks I spent multiple hours dealing with his insurance company and broker to try to recover costs associated with the damage that occurred.

In addition, I had two plumbers from two separate companies come by to inspect Donald's work only to find out that the hot water system needed a pipe cover and outdoor vent in order to operate correctly outdoors.

Apparently Donald informed me of this, but he would not answer his phone or texts for weeks after the install so I could not get him back to complete the job (others on yelp and nextdoor seem to have the same problem when things go wrong). Eventually I ended up paying another plumber to complete the job so we could just move on.

Casteel Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical Plumbing Service
I have had a very disappointing experience with Casteel. Let me be clear, the HVAC techs are topnotch. However, their dispatch is a disaster (no one appears to input clear notes in the files and I literally got 4 different answers during one phone call this week and one time they cancelled a service appointment for no reason) and there are 4 managers that are aware of this issue and none of them have called me to address the interior repairs necessitated by their HVAC and duct installation. The managers that are aware include the warranty manager, the installation manager, the customer service manager and the general manager. If you are only looking for exceptional techs, this is the place for you. If you are looking for exceptional techs and customer contact when issues arise, you may want to look elsewhere.

Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning Plumbing Service
Horrible company. I met one of their consultants at a Home Depot and agreed to get a service Tune up. I needed one of my units checked at the time anyway as it was blowing cool air (in the winter). The technician, I and others believe, cut wires (I have pictures) he was not supposed to have cut, ultimately killing my board. Nothing blows out now. In addition, he serviced a second unit and my second unit now sounds horrible. It sounds that way only after he worked on that unit. I will never ever recommend using them.

Plumbers United Plumbing Service
I like many of us who have a leak didn't realize until my water bill came and eventually confirmed with the water company. I called Plumbers unlimited who at first seemed very professional. I called and spoke with a woman named Robin and told her my issue of having a leak in my yard with water running down my driveway. She said no problem and we set up an appointment after being quoted $350 for the job prior to seeing it. Either way, I just wanted my pipe fixed so I can have a normal water bill. She set the appointment and told me that they would come out the next day between  10 am and 2pm. Which means I had to stay home from work in order to be here when they arrived. After waiting around all day for a phone call to let me know that they are enroute, I get a call at 1:19 pm, telling me that they won't be able to send anyone out to my home because they have previous appointments and that they earliest she could send someone out is early the following week. After making an appointment the day before, calling off from work(money I missed out on), and receiving a call almost 45 mins of the deadline of them supposing to be at my home, she tells me she can't someone out until the next week. This is a perfect example of bad business. She's the one that set the appointment. I the consumer can only set an appointment based on their company's availability. So here I am, not only missing out on working, sat around all day waiting for them to come but I also have to call another company to come out and fix the problem. If this is how they treat their costumers, then I don't want their business anyway. I have to turn the water back off and set up another appointment with another company. Plumbers United will never receive my business again and if they are in good standing with the BBB, I don't see how with treating the customers like this.
