Paid $65 for a quote I never received. Was told they would call back with the quote in 1-2 days but got nothing. They came out the same day I called but when I never heard back I called another company who gave me a free quote on the spot. Work has been completed and I still haven't received the quote I paid for.

This company has exceptional customer service.  The response time is fast and the ability to troubleshoot your issue is great. I will keep them as my go to for future service needs.

I cannot say enough about how much I would recommend D&S. We got quotes from 2 other plumbers and they beat their estimates by about 2/3rds! Not only that, when Daniel came out to quote the job, he was professional but so down to earth, we knew they would be our plumbers for all our future projects! Stephen came out to do the work and just like Daniel was absolutely perfect with his professionalism, knowledge of the job and work ethic! Ken has helped me several times. He beat every estimate to replace a broken water line in my front yard on Christmas Eve years ago. Since then he has installed my two water heaters, changed my faucets, and helped friends with minor issues. If he can work you into his schedule, use him.

I hired Steve to install bathroom faucet for me and tighten up my kitchen faucet.  He came as scheduled and go to work.  He was polite.  He did a fantastic job.  His  price was reasonable.  He fix my dishwasher that wasn't installed properly.  I will use him again.  I will recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing work done.

Professional, dependable, cordial and all at a reasonable price.  Scott came out and fixed our leaking Roman bath faucet.  I was impressed by his workmanship.  I highly recommend Plumbers United!

Great service at a very reasonable price.  Was able to schedule an appointment the day after initial call for the time that worked best for me.  Peter was on time, and gave me a courtesy call prior to his arrival.  The job was completed quickly and the quality of Peter's work was excellent.  Highly recommend.

Tom Connolly is a very quailed and dependable plumber. He is reliable and shows up when he says he will, which is unique in the Atlanta area. Tom has been our plumber for many years.

I was so relieved to meet Malcolm!  I had 2 previous quotes that were not addressing my plumbing problem directly and Malcolm found it, rolled up his sleeves and fixed my problem in record time. I am hanging on to this plumber since a good one is hard to find and an exceptional one like Malcolm is GOLDEN!  

I am super happy I called them and the diligent care and knowledge will have me sharing this company with my neighbors, friends and family.

Learn from my mistake: Based on positive reviews, I called Donald the Plumber for help with a simple job -- installing a new kitchen faucet and re-attaching the garbage disposal. I provided all parts. He was able to get to me in a couple of days, which I appreciated. I never met Donald, but his 2-man crew was great. I did not ask for pricing beforehand, and when the 30-minute job was complete, Donald charged me $475. When I balked, he offered to come down to $450, which was more insult than good faith. I know I should've confirmed pricing before the work was done (live and learn), but I've never had that kind of problem before. With my little project, his hourly rate was effectively about $900. He claimed that 20 years of plumbing experience justified his charging such an absurd fee.

Jason, the technician just left. He was nice enough. I called to just have a thermostat that I had already purchased, installed. He wanted to check on the furnace first. He was up there about 40 minutes and came down telling me that the motor was going out and could be replaced for $$$$ and I could sign up for a service contract and he could install my thermostat for $342!!!! I almost lost it! I paid $89 to have him tell me all of the above. I am so upset and would never recommend this company! Would give zero stars if I could.

The company I work for has a contract with them.  They are great, there are no complaints.  They don't cost a fortune and are prompt and professional.

I like many of us who have a leak didn't realize until my water bill came and eventually confirmed with the water company. I called Plumbers unlimited who at first seemed very professional. I called and spoke with a woman named Robin and told her my issue of having a leak in my yard with water running down my driveway. She said no problem and we set up an appointment after being quoted $350 for the job prior to seeing it. Either way, I just wanted my pipe fixed so I can have a normal water bill. She set the appointment and told me that they would come out the next day between  10 am and 2pm. Which means I had to stay home from work in order to be here when they arrived. After waiting around all day for a phone call to let me know that they are enroute, I get a call at 1:19 pm, telling me that they won't be able to send anyone out to my home because they have previous appointments and that they earliest she could send someone out is early the following week. After making an appointment the day before, calling off from work(money I missed out on), and receiving a call almost 45 mins of the deadline of them supposing to be at my home, she tells me she can't someone out until the next week. This is a perfect example of bad business. She's the one that set the appointment. I the consumer can only set an appointment based on their company's availability. So here I am, not only missing out on working, sat around all day waiting for them to come but I also have to call another company to come out and fix the problem. If this is how they treat their costumers, then I don't want their business anyway. I have to turn the water back off and set up another appointment with another company. Plumbers United will never receive my business again and if they are in good standing with the BBB, I don't see how with treating the customers like this.
