Fix & Flow Plumbing

My go-to plumbers! Fix & Flow came out the same day I made an appointment and repaired my kitchen sink fixture. They are friendly, honest and reliable.  I highly recommend!

Our problem: dripping shower head that eventually led to slight flooding.

Pros: Chad was our plumber. Very courteous! He assessed the situation was up front with what he needed to do (cut the wall to see why water was coming into my bedroom) and the fees. He found the problem, made sure to involve and show me. He knew his stuff and fixed two issues. $700

Cons: flooding discoverd on Tues, we called all day Wed to get scheduled with no replies (answering service taking msg). Called Thurs morning got 11am appt. Late arrival at 2:45. No communication...we had to keep calling for status. With this line of biz, a timeframe is more realistic and customers appreciate that target more, if it allows the biz to be more accurate.

An outstanding company!

A few days ago I called the company to inquire about service, specifically to see if it's standard to clean and sanitize the spa tub. I spoke to Stephen, and he said they could do it, but it's typically not a standard service. I liked that he was able to give me a quote, but he also confirmed that what I was doing (pouring bleach and running the jets) should be good enough as long as there weren't the typical sediment. So I asked if he could follow up in the morning, which he did!

Based on our situation at the time, I decided that I wasn't going to need them, but then something happened and about 30 minutes later I noticed unexpected brown spots all over my ceiling and desperately needed someone to come out that same day.

I called the company a few times because a major event was about to occur and I had to get something in motion quick. I was panicking.

Stephen called back shortly and he said he would do what he could to get someone out there the same day, but that it may be the next day. A little while later, I got a text informing me of an appointment and that Anthony would be there. I was so amazed at how responsive the company was!

As I was waiting, I read some reviews previously about Anthony, and everyone is right! He is GREAT! He is very professional and while my kids were screaming and making so much noise, he kept calm almost like he blocked the noise out! It was an incredible skill! The other guy, Bryce, was pretty amazing too! I later learned that my little one threw a stuffed animal at him. I'm so sorry Bryce!

Anthony and Bryce didn't do anything excessive and told me options and estimates. They were very upfront about the services and costs and making sure I understood what the options were. They gave a few options that could be the problem and options to solve the problem and costs.

I posted a similar review on Google, and I mentioned that I wish they would have left a business card. Joel responded to my review and this evening he showed up with a magnet in a sealed envelope!

I was shocked and certainly touched by how great this company really is. Joel, thank you for taking the time to deliver a really nice magnet to my soon to be, hopefully, sold house!

I did not use fix and flow plumbing, but I did get a quote.  So this is not a review of their work but of their pricing.

I was quoted over $400 in labor to replace a waste disposal.  That's double what most other people quoted.  All my other quotes were between $100 (handyman) to $210 (fully licensed and insured plumbing firm).  I point this out because other reviews say he saved them money.  

This company is very professional, and very responsive (as they were in my phone interaction).  However their pricing is much higher than competitors.

Very trust worthy plumbers.  I've used them on multiple occasions for various jobs (small and big) and every time they have exceeded my expectation.  The owner is super knowledgeable and Anthony is super friendly and does a great job.  We had our trash disposal replaced and Stephen recommended a product based on our needs and it has been absolutely fabulous.  It does everything and super quiet and easy to clean.  We had our shower heads replaced about 4 years ago with rain fall head with WIFI speaker and /extended handle with adjustable height. We really wasn't sure what we wanted and went with Fix and Flow's recommendation and it has been absolutely wonderful.  I still love my shower and our daughters love to use our shower when ever they get a chance.  Since then, we have used Fix and Flow to replace our sewer pump for our basement, toilet repair, drain clog, and replacement of our old water heater with tankless water heater.  Fix & Flow was super honest, and never tried to sell us something that we did not need.  In fact, they told us some of our projects could wait and didn't need immediate attention.  I absolutely trust Fix and Flow and will be using them for all my plumbing needs.  I'm looking forward to maybe installing water filter system for the house in the future.  :)

I had a great experience with Fix and Flow. They replaced my kitchen faucet. I have an old rusty system. They had everything to complete the job. They also can provide the new faucet (which I opted for).

We decided to convert our laundry room for more living space. We needed the washer hook up and drain in the garage. Unfortunately, our garage is a raised, poured concrete floor. Another company missed their appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. Fix and Flow came on a Thursday for an estimate, came back Friday to start and Saturday to finish. Excellent work all the way around. Chad did most of the work. Very friendly and professional.

Hands down best experience I have ever had with any plumbing company ever. Amber, who handles appointments, is super friendly and responsive, and followed-up with me on a bunch of little things - above and beyond. Anthony came out to do the work at a rental property we had recently bought.  He was fabulous and they took care of a bunch of stuff at a great price.  High quality work all around!

I had no idea why my toilets backed up and they came out immediately, found the issue and were able to fix it same day. I'm addition, the professional that came out took the time to explain the issue and solution to my very serious dad over the phone. I appreciate him being so knowledgeable and going the extra mile with that as well.

Excellent all around! From the first call they were responsive, on time, sent reminders, and let me know when they were on the way. Anthony was professional and knowledgeable, neat, and pleasant, and passionate about his work. The work and the customer service were excellent from start to finish. I will definitely call Fix and Flow in the future.

Recently, Fix & Flow replaced the wax floor seal for one of our toilets, replaced tank kit seals in three of our toilets, re-installed handles on two bathroom faucets, cleared drains in both bathroom sinks and repaired the drain mechanism in our tub.  Anthony got everything up and running quickly and as good as new in no time.  I recommend Fix & Flow if you want a highly professional approach to your plumbing problems.  I would hire them again for sure!

We had a big old mess of water in the backyard from a leak in our old pipes coming from the road. We were diagnosed and fixed within days, over the week of Thanksgiving! They also helped us with another issue free of charge.

They did come to diagnose a problem with a fireplace and their quote was unreasonable. The technician was very nice though. I then had another company  come back to fix that same problem for a fraction of what they quoted me.

These guys are simply a class act in every sense. Their work is professional and instilled complete confidence in me. I would recommend them to anyone unconditionally.

You may be suspicious of so many 5-star reviews but my experience matches the other reviewers. I needed a major sewer tank repair with replacement of a grinder pump. Anthony was able to identify some issues that a prior company assessment didn't address. Fix and Flow was responsive to an emergency situation and they gave me a fair price with no unexpected up-charges (even though some add-on work was done beyond the original quote). They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and seemed genuinely concerned with a quick resolution and customer satisfaction.

We needed a water main for our midtown Atlanta home.  The house was built in the 20s and we were having all kinds of problems with leakage and water pressure.

We have only lived in Atlanta for less than a year so of course we turned to google to find a local plumber.  These guys were the right choice!

The price was very reasonable and the job was done in about half the time I thought it would take.

If you need a plumber in the metro Atlanta area - this is your company!

We had a staggering water bill and Fix & Flow came to the house within an hour of my calling them. I knew it was going to be a major job. Anthony mentioned that once the work was completed, you could send the paid invoice for the work to the city and get a refund for the giant bill. He was correct about that. The city just gave me a $3156 credit. Thanks very much for that info, Anthony!! I hope you see this review.

Wow. I am beyond impressed with Fix & Flow! We've had the worst time with a heater that was installed incorrectly 3 years ago. We had to replace the heater but it was well worth it. They were responsive, professional, and thorough. I am glad they were recommend to us & we will do the same from this point forward!

Highly recommend Fix & Flow. We worked with them to evaluate a few gas leaks that we identified with the gas company. Chad was the plumber who we worked with. We had an awesome experience with these folks! A few thoughts I wanted to share:
- They were SO responsive. We called them Monday morning and they were at our house by 10am ET
- Chad was extremely detail oriented and made sure he could reproduce all the issues prior to making a recommendation
- They made multiple reasonable recommendations that felt like they had our best interests at heart and we trying to help us with the best possible solution, not the most expensive solution per.

We'll be calling Fix & Flow for all our plumbing needs! Love these guys. Chad is also the man - Great service, super friendly, very knowledgeable, excellent professional.
