Butch was a breath of fresh air.  I hired another company to replace a sewer drain for $5500 and a 2 day timeframe.  After the first day and a 10ft hole in my back yard, they told me the job could take 2 weeks and the price could triple.  Luckily, I called Atlantis and Butch was out there same day and said he could get the job done for the original quote of the first company in 1.5 days.  He was finished in 1 day.  Butch was honest and professional during a time when I was in a very vulnerable position (a giant hole in the backyard with sewage draining into it is a bit of an emergency situation!).  Thank you Butch.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

Hi I just wanted to thank Lexx with Absolute Plumbing for the excellent work he and the crew did at our house today. I recommend Absolute Plumbing to anyone needing any type of plumbing service or like us they changed out our leaking water main line.  The best thing is that my yard didn't get all torn up like you see many other plumbing services do.

Early morning water tank emergency.   Flooded basement.  One call later my problem went away.  2 hours after an 8:30 call, they were on the job, new tank in hand.  Hit the ground running, wham, i got hot water.  Tony C. did a great job with removal and install.  Great service at expected cost.  Could not be happier.   Many thanks.

We have used Thompson Plumbing for years . They are very customer service oriented and Do a great job for a fair price . I called them this morning needing a new water heater and Carl and Glen did a great job and got it installed in a few hours .

Phil was amazing! We had a water heater scare and he was able to come out next day and install. He was professional, nice, thorough and pricing was very fair. Jess was also a pleasure to speak to. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!

After sending an email to the owner of Galgon on a Sunday, the owner replied to me via email on that same Sunday and I got a phone call from him Monday eagerly wanting to figure things out.  I mention Sunday bc it shows that he genuinely cares about his clients enough to even check and respond to emails Even on a day where most of us kick back and relax.  He even gave me his personal mobile number and we began communicating directly via text message.  In the email he had said this is the first that he's heard about this whole situation and then came out to my store the NEXT DAY morning along with Keith the new account manager.  

I apologized for having previously painted such a bad ideology of the company when in fact the owner and myself are the same... we both GENUINELY care greatly about every one of our customers!  After he and Keith spent over an hour at my store investing and getting to the core of the problem, I am now very optimistic that we will come to a comprised solution!

$219 for a fuse fix which took only a few minutes seems extremely expensive to me. But the job was done and I was not on site so I couldn't do anything about it.
I had an hvac cooling system fix several years ago and it was not this expensive.
Very responsive and very fast but I'd prefer to shop around for a cheaper option.

Charged $1339.00 to replace a hot water tank that was under warranty absolutely ridiculous. Would never recommend or use again.

He could have charged me 350.00 for the inspection, but he told me I didn't have a leak that it was just my sprinkler system.  I appreciated that.  He checks all around, then adjusted the controls.  He was here before I arrived home.  He was early.  He took his time to diagnose.

My hot water heat died, committed suicide, etc.  I called the Plumbing Detectives, and the owner of the company diagnose the problem over the phone, and was at my condo and had fixed the problem less than 24 hours later.  I have hot water again!  You don't realize how much you love hot water until you don't have it in January.

The plumber explained things to me, which I appreciated.  I get nervous having strange men in my place, too many Lifetime movies, but he was friendly, not creepy at all, and I'm easily creeped out so well done.

The price was on par with everywhere else that had decent reviews so that's good enough.  I hope I never have to have any plumbing done again, but if I do I'll call them again.

So So So thankful to Premium Plumbing for fixing a TERRIBLE clog in my home. They were fast, efficient, professional, and nice enough to answers my all of my questions. Thanks so much to Zach and Chris!!!!

Our water pressure was very low throughout the whole house  and Drew from Plumb-All did a great job getting it fixed. Not only did he restored our water pressure, he was very knowledgeable and explained to us what caused the problem and what he did to fix it. We also received a one year warranty on the prv that was replace. Drew was on time, friendly and professional. The price was reasonable, invoicing and payment processes were a breeze. My husband and I will be calling  Plumb-All for our future plumbing needs.

Brandon and team were amazing!! After the city and another plumbing company couldn't help with our low water pressure, we called Brandon and he came within 30 minutes on a Friday night. He quickly diagnosed our issue and offered way more honest pricing than big shop plumbers. Highly recommend!!!!!

He seems to be a competent plumber but he could use more training when it comes to wells and well pumps.
We brought in a second company to finish the job.
Very responsive to the first call; communication was poor/spotty on subsequent days.
He doesn't take credit cards.

I don't know why we even call Hammond now.  

Hammond used to be our first choice and we used them multiple times, but they are a joke now.  The quote just sent, no details, twice the price of the two other bids we got.  We had to call four times got a response.  Last time, your tech treated my wife as if she were stupid.  Same thing we got 18 months ago when we replaced the full furnace.  

Nice work with the click farm reviews too.  17000+ great reviews for a local HVAC company, yeah, that's not suspicious at all.

Don't worry, we won't be calling again.

Thanks for the lesson.  I called Allgood for electrical work.  The work was fine. It was easily done in less that an hour and a half.  My issue is that I was interested in getting the work done and didn't pay close attention to the price workup that the technician gave me I ended up paying something like $400 per hour for some very simple work.  I called the office the next business day and was told my issue would be referred to a manager and I expected a call back.  No such luck.  It is week later. I have read a number of reviews at this site and realize that not only should I not have expected a call back, but I never should have called them for the work in the first place
