My mom lives in a condo that was built in the 1990's and the water heater is also the source of heat for her home.  The water heater decided to spring a leak on Saturday the 18th.  This is not a water heater that can be easily replaced and it is way more costly than conventional water heaters.  We made several calls to various plumbers.  Why did we choose E&S Plumbing? First because of their integrity, second because of the price they offered (even dropped 100 dollars off the bill) and we wouldn't have been the wiser if he hadn't.  Eddion went out of his way to pick up a water heater when the first place had one, but the box was damaged.  He and his workers showed up and were very respectful, friendly and professional.  We had hot water and heat by Monday evening.  The other companies couldn't even come evaluate our situation until Monday, he came Sunday and installed Monday.  I couldn't recommend someone any more than E&S Plumbing.  They cleaned up everything, and hauled it all off, made sure to follow up with us several times on the phone to be sure that our old pvc was holding up.  E&S is now our plumber.

Why does this company have high reviews? These guys ghosted on me more than 2 times and wasted my time and money. They came and didn't fix the leak under sink and the guy had a major attitude. The bathroom is closed now because these guys refused to fix the issue and we had to call someone else. Absolutely terrible company, would not recommend. They wasted my time and money.

Very responsive and professional, fixed bathtub faucet leak the same I called them. They were very busy that day but still made the extra effort to show up that same day. Highly recommended.

Mr. Eddion better known as Mr. Eddie with E&S Plumbing is the best.  His plumbing company did a wonderful job replacing my water service line that was leaking underground due to the negligence of the previous owner doing a half fast job, and never really fixing the issue at hand. Yet this was completely covered and never disclosed at all as I went to settlement to close on this property. Lo and behold, I would of never known of this matter because of course its a underground water leak and my inspector did not see it either because once again its underground, but oh course WSSC knew and hit me with a $1,690 water bill and I only been in the home for 3 months. Now, I know goodness well I am not running a water park and goodness knows a family of three is not using 90,000 gallons of water. After countless calls to different plumbing companies and rejection letters from my home warranty and home insurance refusing to cover the claim, I came across E&S Plumbing and trust and believe this was the best choice made. E&S went above and beyound to diagnose the issue, walk me through the process, and gave me a quote that was affordable. I was penciled in right away. E&S went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right even if they encountered barriers along the way. E&S did a proficient job. E&S kept me informed of everything. E&S was very organized, neat, and practically returned my yard to its original state before it was dugged up. E&S continued the job by coming early, staying extremely late, working in the excessive heat, and in the pouring rain. E&S refused to allow me to be without water and provided me with a temporary water line that ran into my home which was amazing because I did not have to go to a hotel or stay with family due to being without water. E&S made it happen by fixing the job and went far above my expectations. Although you may only see 2 to 3 reviews, I beg you to not overlook this plumbing company because this plumbing company can perform better than some of these top name companies that are out here. I will keep E&S on speed dial for all of my plumbing needs for they are trust worthy and very honest. I ask that if you need a plumbing company give them a shot because you will not regret your decision to do so. Was supposed to come Friday morning, ended up coming MONDAY afternoon. I explained that this was a recurring issue and Draino can fix it for a day or so, but it returns. I used Draino after he was a no show on Friday. He refused to scope it anyway and was there for 2 minutes. So unprofessional and unhelpful

Eddie is fantastic - can't necessarily say the same for the administrative staff, but I'd recommend Eddie to anyone!  He replaced our non-functioning hot water heater, went above and beyond, and was super helpful and kind.  We'll call him for any future plumbing needs.

My showers lasted 7-8 mins tops before hot water went cold. I knew my heater wasn't that old but I called for en estimate to install a new 50 gallon tank. Sent pics to E&S and was told the heater was in good shape and after me explaining my problems, was suggested to replace the elements. Bottom line he did a great job and double/triple checked his work before he left...Even answered my questions and said I wasn't annoying him. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend E&S Plumbing. Had an emergency repair needed on my gas line regulator. It was the week of thanksgiving. I got several quotes and E&S was one of the more reasonable. But more importantly, he responded quickly, talked to me about the issue, and offered to come by on the Wednesday night before thanksgiving. He did a great job, quickly and congenially. He explained every thing about the repair and never tried to exploit the fact that it was an emergency repair during the holidays. Kind, smart, efficient, and reasonably priced. I will absolutely be using Eddion for all plumbing repairs!

Let's just say that Eddie saved the day despite HMS Warranty's best efforts to ruin it. I had a claim placed with HMS on June 25, 2018 to service my water heater and they sent the WORST contractor ever, who not only mocked me, but also left a valve open on the unit when he left, resulting in a flood of my apartment.

After days of arguing with them, I requested another opinion from a different contractor, and they gave me several options. Almost all were 1-2 stars at best, and then there was Eddie. He had over 23 5-star reviews, and it's no wonder why.

He's professional, thorough, and goes above and beyond to help his clients, even if HMS is trying to slow the process down. He wrote a report to them on July 10, but didn't approve the unit replacement price until the 24th. Luckily, he made an effort to pick that unit up same day in VA and drive all the way back to DC to replace it. Above and beyond.

I appreciate his service and will go straight to him in the future. I'm saying adios to HMS.

Eddie is absolutely amazing! I had an emergency on a weekend, and needed a plumber STAT! I searched Yelp and found E&S Plumbing. I requested a quote via Yelp and Eddie replied almost immediately. He asked about the problem I was having, and said he could be at my home within an hour. Amazing!

I am pleased with Eddie's professionalism and customer service. He sent an invoice through PayPal and everything was seamless! I've told him that I will definitely contact him for my future plumbing needs!

I was having a strange leak coming from the basement air vent of my new house and wasn't exactly sure what the source was. As a first time homeowner this was so scary! My friend recommended E & S and I was skeptical at first because there wasn't much on his website. But I thought word of mouth was more important than a website so I called him. He was able to come by the next day and was right on time. Within a couple minutes he had determined where the leak was coming from...and also said that we didn't need to cut into the drywall (hallelujah!). He was there about an hour and also fixed another potential seal problem that he saw on another pipe. I would definitely us E & S again. I feel he is trustworthy and he is definitely knowledgeable.

I Had many plumbing issues over the past year and we used E& S plumbing company. They are highly professional and very honest and dedicated plumbers. For one specific issue they spent hours in my house till they find a source of the problem and they took care of it. I highly recommend this company. As I mentioned I have used them many times and they never disappointed us. They were very caring and responsive all the time. Mr. Eddie went above and beyond to make sure that I get a new water heater, mine was still under warranty but was discontinue and he saved me thousands of dollars. It was not his responsibility to go after my warranty and making sure That I get a new water heater with zero cost but he did it out of his good heart. We had a water leakage which was from my son's bathroom , two other pluming companies already came in and spent 10 minutes and couldn't find the source. But Mr. Ed from E & S plumbing company came in and said he would never leave till he finds the source. He spent 6 hours and finally did the job right. They are very honest and hard-working people and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Our water heater finally gave out in December 2018 and we put out a call for replacement estimates. Just like the last time something with our plumbing went wrong and we asked for bids, Eddie had the lowest price. He was wonderfully prompt and flexible with scheduling, and as far as my untrained eye can tell, did a solid job. We have hot water again!

I had to use this company per my home warranty.  I called 4x to get a technician to let them to contact my bf and not me because i would not be at home.  I did not get a call until almost noon (past the original appt time) AND then they told me they were running late but they had my bf contact info. So why call me?  why not call him?  So disappointing.

I am so happy I found Eddie for my plumber. He is professional, efficient, reasonable and very honest. He won't waste you're time or money. We move every 3 years and never had I had such a great plumber. The house we bought had a lot of issues so I have had to call him several times and he turns a dreaded plumbing problem into no big deal.

E&S Plumbing did an excellent job dealing with my backed up toilet.  They ran 140ft through the pipes and determined it was a main sewer line clog.  They contacted WSSC who came out to my house and cleared the blockage.  Thanks to Ed for being so through and informative.

The E&S team is great.  I moved into a house in south Arlington.  Within two days of moving in we discovered the vertical sanitary pipe in the house was cracked and leading water in the basement, something missed in the inspection!  The first plumbing team we had out, a big firm with fancy ads, said we would need to rip out stonework and built-in shelving to reach the pipe.  On a hunch I went for a second opinion and got E&S.

E&S came to the house and looked at all possible ways to reach the cracked pipe.  They quickly located a closet where they could get to the pipe to inspect and verify the crack, remove the old pipe, bring everything up to modern standard, and then arranged a drywall crew to repair the closet wall.  No need to remove the stone work and built-in shelves.  E&S is HIGHLY recommended.

This guy is the best. Great response time and willing to get the job done. He has several reapirs in my home and has come out on a Sunday for emergencies.  Extremely knowledgeable in plumbing and very professional. He is the only co I use. Hooked up with this company via my home warranty company. Had a service window of 3:30 to 6. They showed at 2:15 and duh, I wasn't home. I got the message at 2:30, called and texted back, no answer. No clue if they will show back up but now I have to wait until 6. Will be crystal clear that this company is not to be used again at my home, ever.

I cannot believe this guy has 5 stars.  I have been ghosted by him 5x.  Each time he says he's coming and calls 30 min before the end of the window to say he cannot come.  I've spent more than 20 hours waiting and adjusting my schedule for him to NEVER show up.  Absolutely zero respect for anyone's time, find ANYONE else.

This is insane...I literally went online yesterday on Yelp to request to have someone install a water line in my kitchen for a refrigerator that i just ordered that will have a water dispenser and a ice maker. 24 hours later after I searched on yelp, my job is now complete...hahaha! Bruhhh, like this never happens with yelp requests (at least when I make one). Not only did Eddie hit me literally within 30 minutes after my request, but he had one of his fellow workers, Jeff, come the following day (TODAY, mind you lol) to do the job. Job was complete within an hour after he arrived. And on top of that, the quote that Eddie gave me yesterday was pretty reasonable, however today, he even went lower than that initial quote (maybe because I did have some accessories included? Who knows...and who cares, the job was done..hahaa). Never heard of this E&S company before yesterday's service request, but now....I believe I found my actual go-to plumbing service now!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Showed up two hours late to give the estimate and had a very bad attitude. He never showed up, returned calls or texts on the day of service. Extremely unprofessional and cannot understand how they are still in business. Steer clear!

Eddie (or Eddion? Not sure) was very responsive and despite not having the right tools to fix the leak in our very old fashioned shower until the work week he stopped by our house on a Saturday to temporarily stop the leak without our even asking him to (he asked for permission first of course). Once he had the right tools on Monday, he fixed it in less than 20 mins and charged less than he said the minimum fee would be. We really appreciated his work and will be hiring him for future issues!

E&S Plumbing is the best! Our water heater stopped working- it ended up being completely corroded and needed to be replaced. The thing is, the water heater was located up in a tiny attic in an old garden-style Condo building. The only way up is a ladder and a small opening in the ceiling. It was a difficult process that Eddie and his team managed carefully and efficiently. We're super grateful for his communication with us throughout the process and his willingness to take care of a super inconvenient situation. I would 100% recommend to friends and family and would definitely use their expertise and services again. Thank you, Eddie!

I discovered a slow leak that had been happening under my basement sink for a while before I realized it had been leaking. After having reached out to several plumbers with good reviews on Yelp. E&S Plumbing were the only company who were available and/or not providing $100+ estimates just to come out and look at the problem. Eddion said that they would be to my home between 8-10 on the next Monday but due to an emergency leak somewhere else they couldn't get to my house until after 11:00am but they arrived when they said they would at that point and apologized for being later than expected. The fix was to replace the valve under the sink because tightening it wouldn't work. Overall their fix has worked, they were friendly and professional. The price was also reasonable based on everyone else who quoted me. I would definitely use them for any future plumbing concerns.

As the son of an HVAC contractor who grew up doing repair and maintenance work each summer, I must say that Eddie Simmons is exactly the kind of contractor you want to work on your home - he's thorough and thoughtful, and explains your situation, his recommendations, and alternatives so that you know a) He knows what he's talking about and b) What your options are. He was very reasonably priced, friendly, professional, timely, and efficient, and I will be recommending him to anyone I know in need of a plumber. Any problems I have in the future, I will be calling him, because I trust and know he can fix it.

Allow me to elaborate:

My wife and I had just purchased our first home in June, and within one month, the 15 year old water heater stopped working. I knew it was a possibility when we bought the place, given the age of the unit, but it was still pretty annoying. When it happened though, my wife was out of town, and I had been working 12 hour days in DC, and so it was going to be difficult to schedule someone to come look at it.

I put in an information request on Yelp, actually to a different plumber, but added E & S and 8 others because I could. In my message, I explained that my pilot light would not light, and suspected there might be a problem with a gas valve. Nearly all 10 contractors got back go me pretty quickly - some said they couldn't help, some quoted a price without explanation for the suspected repair, several said to just change the unit, but Eddie actually explained things to me. He said that if it was a gas valve in the unit, given the age we'd have to get a replacement part from the manufacturer because nobody carries it anymore. If the manufacturer had it, they'd have to ship it in from out of state, which would mean waiting an extra 2 days for hot water. Given the typical 12 year lifespan of a unit, they'd recommend I replace it anyway, but the choice was ultimately up to me. He quoted me a reasonable price for a Ruud replacement and said if I could get home by 6:15 he could install it that very day. I asked a few follow-up questions - does he offer a warranty, etc - and he replied quickly each time (2 year warranty for all of his work). Our whole conversation gave me great confidence in his abilities, and I chose him over everyone else.

That evening, he showed up right on time and spent the next 2-3 hours changing out the water heater and installing a new expansion tank. He made sure to stay around a few minutes extra to make sure there were no problems with the unit after it fired up, and only left after he was confident everything was in good order. He cleaned up all of his work and hauled my old tank away. We shook hands, I thanked him for his great work, and he headed home while I went to take a nice hot shower.

When my usual plumber was a no show I searched Yelp for as close to a 5 star plumber as I could find and the rest is history!  Fast professional service and on a Sunday.  This is now my new plumbing service.  Thanks to those who provided feedback here, you all helped me find a new plumber.  Excellent service and price.

Eddie and his team are awesome. My water heater broke on a Tuesday, leaving me, my wife, and my newborn baby without much needed hot water. Understanding the urgency of the situation, Eddie not only quickly located a replacement but also worked with my home warranty company to make sure they covered most of the cost. By Wednesday evening he completely replaced the heater with a new one, and we had hot water again. I could not recommend him more highly.

I requested a quote from about 5 plumbers on yelp and they all responded. I went with E&S as they were the cheapest and had an excellent yelp rating. They arrived within the appointment window. 50 minutes later I had a new garbage disposal and toilet fill valve installed. They communicated effectively and quickly thru the whole process. I would recommend them to all Yelpers, my family and friends. 5 stars!

This is my second time using E&S and I can wholeheartedly recommend the company for professionalism and quality and, the pricing is reasonable as well. I needed some work done in a hurry to correct some flawed workmanship from a previous contractor.  E&S came to the rescue, responded promptly, stayed in communication the whole time.  The work involved the install of a bathroom vanity drain, replacement of a leaking shower head, caulking, and performance of diagnostic maintenance on a washing machine hookup, all at a reasonable price.  Reliable contractor -- glad to have made the connection with E&S.

At work one day the conversation drifted around the expense of home ownership and I related a plumbing I had. One of the guys who was an avid do-it-yourselfer said to me it sounds like you need to have a saddle valve replaced. He wasn't a licensed plumber so I called E&S. The co-worker was one half right. The problem was a saddle valve but E&S replaced it with a much good ball valve and said that I would have better luck. It was a small fix but entirely reasonable in the price. I would recommend him for any problem.

Extremely disappointed and inconvenienced by this company's no show for my appointment to fix a tub drain. I called 3 times, and no one has called me back. I cancelled another appointment to accommodate this one. Incredible waste of my time and leave from work.

I called this company to fix a leaky pipe at the last minute because another contractor hadn't showed up. The owner was pleasant to speak with and was able to give an estimate over the phone after seeing a few pictures. He provided same day service and came within the time window he estimated over the phone. Not only was he able to repair the pipe but his repair made the pipe more accessible in the future. I really appreciate the fast and quality service provided and would recommend this company

This is the best plumbing company I have ever used. The price was fair and the work was outstanding. Taylor was great to work with and handled ever situation that came up including issues from WSSC that needed to get resolved. They are the only plumbers i am using from now on.

We had a leak in our upstairs kitchen which had started showing on the ceiling downstairs.  A contractor fixed it and repaired the downstairs ceiling but he didn't fix the right problem!  He fixed the downstairs ceiling so well that it took about a year for the leak to show again!
I did some research and contacted E&S.  They came over and quickly determined the correct issue!  They replaced the deteriorated pipes and also repaired a section of sewer line.  They weren't able to do drywall but I got someone else.
They were very busy with emergencies but, since mine wasn't an emergency, I was able to be flexible with them.  They fixed the right problem very well!  I'd use them again!
I prefer supporting these independent businesses as opposed to the larger and more expensive big plumbers, electricians,etc, etc.  Their price was better than the big guys too!

E & S Plumbing has a customer for life.  It is so hard to get reliable and fair plumbers. I have used many plumbers just once.  However, Mr. Eddion Simmons of E & S Plumbing is just the opposite; his prices are fair and he is more than reliable. I had a laundry list of eight plumbing issues that I thought were major.  He was honest in his assessment and gave me a very fair price.  Other companies, I called prices were too high.  Another company that I used in the past was too dishonest to use again. I would not hesitate to use E & S Plumbing again. They will be my go to plumbing company.  When you treat customers with respect and fairness  AND DO QUALITY WORK, they really appreciate it.  Thanks Mr. Eddion Simmons for your outstanding work and fair prices.

I found Eddie on yelp and saw his 5 star rating and decided to give him a shot.  I have been more than pleased with his service! I had a difficult service request for him, replacing a hot water heater under the kitchen countertop.  He was able to successfully replace it within a half a day.  It was a close call but he worked with his team and brought the carpenter/electrician that day which was key to finishing the replacement.  He was reliable and always showed up for appointments and was very honest.  He will now be the person I call for any plumbing issues or remodels and I would recommend him to everyone!

We had water oozing out of our driveway and lawn, non stop.  It was time to think waterline leak out the house.  We called WSSC, and to their credit, they sent someone out to check and see who's responsibility it was.  In MD, between the shutoff valve and the house is the owner's responsibility to fix.  Unfortunately, that was the problem, so we had to look for a plumber.  Several calls later, one said he'll be at our house to do an estimate, only after two days, the guy never show up and didn't bother to answer the phone or return our calls, some said they don't do below ground work.  And one of our former plumber called and I didn't want to have them to rip me off again.  So we settled with E&S.  Eddy came looked at the problem did some measurements, and gave us the cost estimate, so work began after a week ( rainy days are not good if you have to dig a trench that is 50' long and 4-6' deep).  With the clay soil, the water would just sit there and go no where., you would get yourself an man made canal.

Work required getting a permit, notifying the utility companies, and inspection by WSSC when finished.  So I know work is done according to codes.

We also have E&S to replace our 19 old (75 gal) hot water tank.  Very nice job, and they are courteous and professional.  I would recommend E&S for any type of plumbing work.

Was really happy with E&S when they helped fix an issue with our sump pump. They were responsive, dependable, and easy to reach.

Had a straightforward job- replacing kitchen faucet- called and scheduled for a Friday afternoon. On that Friday, nobody showed up or called to notify they needed to reschedule. The next day, a guy randomly calls and says he's on the way to the job. I was glad for the follow-up but it was just lucky that I happened to be home on that day at that time.

Second time I called- another straightforward job (bathroom faucet leak)- scheduled for Friday afternoon between 2-6 pm. No call, no show again....it's now Tuesday and still nobody has returned my voicemail message from Friday afternoon asking them to confirm they would be there, as scheduled.

I took off from work to wait for them on both occasions - incredibly frustrating not to even get a phone call or acknowledgment of any kind.  Unfortunately, I found them to be unreliable and unresponsive.

My tub/shower had a steady drip. After reading reviews decided to give E&S a try. He promptly responded to text. He gave me an estimate for what he thought. He was able to come a day earlier than expected. He had a professional and friendly demeanor.  He and his partner worked quickly and explained the problem, which was an off brand stem. Highly recommend and I would call him again!

My property had two serious plumbing issues in the past 2 years so I requested a drain camera inspection service from E&S Plumbing. Three guys showed up on time and did the job within 20 mins (clean, professional, quick and easy).  Overall I am very impressed with the service and very happy with the result. I contacted E&S in the morning. A technician came by later in the evening to look at the leak in my home. The next day the technician came out and repaired the leak in my basement floor. Very prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Hopefully I won't have another plumbing issue, but if I do I will definitely reach out to E&S Plumbing

We had been without heat for over a month until Eddie came and quite literally saved the day.  The HVAC company that came out twice before E&S broke a valve that fed water to our boiler.  Eddie went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue, find a replacement part after calling several plumbing supply companies, and restored our heat all within a couple of hours.  Thank you, E&S!

Good contractors are hard to come by, excellent contractors are like Unicorns lol. Well I found a unicorn in the form of a plumber.

The basement in my NEW home was in crisis mode not too long ago...the carpet was soaked and I didn't know where the water was coming from. I pulled up my trusty Yelp app and began speed reading through the reviews of contractors with 5 stars. I called about 8 contractors that evening. E & S was able to come to my rescue the quickest so I went with them.

Upon arrival I was sent an ETA (which was great!) the plumber was able to assess what was wrong within minutes. The sump plumb failed. The plumber was able to order a new pump and even clean out the pipes (which had sediment and dirt) by COB the next day.

I referred him to my fellow friends that are current homeowners. I will be using Eddion Simmons or as I call him The Plumber from now on.

Scheduled an appointment with the company to fix my garbage disposal and waited for the whole afternoon at home for nothing. Made several phone calls but only one went through. He told me that he would call back in 5 min and stop by soon. But no more call is returned and no person showed up. Not sure about the quality of their service. A very communicative and responsive professional, Eddie explained the various steps of the process at all the stages. What I thought was a small problem was trickier than we initially thought, and I appreciate that he followed through and worked with my schedule to fix with the problem, including coming in on a Sunday. I highly recommend him.

My gas powered water heater broke Sunday night, 6/17/18. Eddion sent me the most reasonable quote to install a new water heater i can afford and find Monday morning (6/18/18) before 8 am. After getting additional quotes and finding out no availability to replace my water heater i went with Eddion quote. He arrived before 1030 a.m. the water heater arrived 30 minutes later and Eddion was done before 1245pm. Two weeks later no problems. Eddion was very honest and knowledgeable. Eddion even showed me how to do preventive maintenance on my new water heater.   My family was surprised how quickly i got my water heater replaced that my relatives asked for his contact information.  I normally do not do reviews but i finally found my plumber that I can trust. I will be hiring Eddion to do additional plumbing work  once i recover from replacing my water heater.

The guys did a great job snaking out my sink and replacing the guts of my commode.  Their response time was very quickly.  They were on site the same day.  Would highly recommend them

I have to give a HUGE thank you to E & S PLUMBING of Lanham. I sent out a plea to 5 plumbers at 5:30 and within 15 minutes, E&S responded that they could have a plumber out in 2 hours. Malcolm replaced a few feet of pipe, replaced the broken interior shut-off valve and the broken exterior faucet with a new easy-turn faucet in an hour. I consider $350 a very fair price and they've definitely won my future business:)

I first called regarding water in a basement drain. Quick response, snaked and cleared stoppage.  E&S worked at another site in order to correct some drain issues hampering sale of the property and Ed responded to the urgency despite short notice.  The recent work on multiple improvements went mostly well. Good, especially for urgent plumbing issues. Recommended.

Eddie inspected my basement and was able to diagnose the root cause of water damage occuring in my basement.  He was very patient and checked on my home to make sure a solution was found.  He is very reasonable with pricing and treats customers as people and not just dollar signs.  That goes a long way. COMPETENT & PROFESSIONAL: Eddion was my 3rd plumber in 3 days.  The first ran from my house saying he couldn't help me with the leak from my cast iron tub that was running water down thru the living room ceiling.  The 2nd man wanted to take everything out and modernize - starting with the waste & overflow system.  He was well intentioned but blew a clog out of the pipes with a very strong chemical that came down thru the ceiling and totally ruined my original hardwood floors and soaked the rug and damaged expensive furniture.  Then he put a tarp down.  Seriously. The floors are ruined.  I cried. Eddion Simmons came in quietly and assessed the problem, explaining the technical details that normal people could never know.  He rejected earlier suggestions, cut the P trap out and replaced galvanized pipe with PBC.  I ran the tub and sink water and flushed toilets to see if it was dripping.  I quizzed him mercilessly on every joint, stem and juncture.  I crawled up his ladder and ran my hand over everything. He calmly explained the new trap would hold. I couldn't believe it!  He even promised to text me the supplier who specializes in plumbing hardware for older homes like mine. I wanted to hug him! He is truly a gem.
I'm calling Eddion for everything plumbing related and strongly suggest you use his services.  I can't recommend him highly enough.  A satisfied and relieved customer!

E&S responded quickly to my yelp message and we're able to send someone out quickly to assess the problem with my broken water pipe. Jeffrey was able to get into the crawl space when other plumbers refused or were unable to do so because of the tight entry way. He got all the parts and completed the job the next day (on a Sunday) at a very affordable price and was very efficient! Would definitely use E&S plumbing again!

I have used E&S plumbing multiple times Pre Covid, and post I have used them twice. They always show up in masks and shows off. I appreciate their attention to detail as well as their availability to answer my many questions and concerns. Currently, I'm dealing with a much larger plumbing issue, and I'm thankful for trustworthy service providers. Others will try and take advantage of women or older folks, but these gentlemen are legit. I would highly recommend them to friends and family'.

E&S was extremely responsive to a simple garbage disposal repair through my home warranty.  He was the third technician Sears Home Warranty dispatched.  Unlike the others, he was extremely responsive, showed up as planned.  He treated the small job as if it was a large scale job.  Very customer friendly!!  I can attest that all the reviews are accurate and factual based on my experience.

Turns out my drain wasn't the main culprit of my tub leak.  I hit up Eddion and told him the leak hasn't gone away and he promptly came by my house to check it out.  He filled up the tub and ran through some tests and finally found that the overflow was rusted out and water was leaking through.  He thoroughly explained the problem to my tenants, then texted me with a full explanation along with a picture, and sealed it up with silicone.  And get this, he didn't charge me anything for this fix!  Just mentioned that if the leak persists, he'll be back to troubleshoot some more.  If I could give this guy 10 stars on yelp, I would.

If you are looking for honesty, reasonable pricing, and great work then look no further!  E and S Plumbing is the best.  In one bathroom I had a clogged bathtub and the second bathroom a shower with very low pressure and lost of hot water.  Mr. Eddie fixed both problems in no time!  I am very curious thank goodness he is patient as Mr. Eddie answered all my questions.  He will return your call fast and schedule a date and time in a reasonable amount of time.  I'm adding this company to my speed dial and plan to refer him to family and friends.  THANKS MR.
