Established in 2014.
Gary T.Payne,owner and co-founder of P&T Elite Plumbing Co. was born and raised in Washington D.C. and still resides in the metropolitan area.Mr.Payne graduated at the top of his class and attended one of the most prestigious plumbing schools in the nation.Mr.Payne has been a member of Local 5 Plumbers and Gasfitters for 21 years and has worked in the industry of commercial and residential plumbing!Mr.Payne is proud to have worked on many job sites from start to finish such as The Washington D.C. Convention Center,National Harbour Gaylord Hotel,Embassy Suites Hotel,Georgetown University Hospital,and many other projects.Mr.Payne has a strong work ethic and applies those values to his company.He has built his business based on honesty,reliability, and excellent customer service!

We contacted Gary after reading his stellar YELP reviews, to replace a leaky kitchen faucet. Gary talked us through the type of replacement faucet we needed and came out an hour later to install the new one. Gary exceeded my expectations for the work, the price and most important, his professionalism. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone needing plumbing work and will definitely keep his business card at the top of my list. Excellent work! Stellar Job! Great person to do business with!

I called Gary at 11:00 a.m. to fix my washing machine connection. He met me at my home the same day, even arriving before I did. My problem was solved in just a few minutes and his pricing was fair! I'll definitely be calling again if I have any type of plumbing issues!

Gary T. Payne is the only plumber you can trust in DC/MD/VA! He is responsive, courteous, punctual, and on top of his game. My condo building has difficult rules and requirements and he worked with my building to make sure every T was crossed and every I was dotted. He helped me locate some fixtures on my own so I could save some money. He finished the work efficiently and even took the time to let my dad show him an old Lionel train set that my dad was so proud to show him. No other plumber has been so helpful, personable, fairly priced, and such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him! I will never use another plumber again! I have nothing but good things to say about Gary T. Payne!

My GO TO guy for allllll things plumbing. I've never seen someone fix a problem so fast. Not to say that the issue wasn't intricate or elaborate. Gary just knows what he's doing and he's been doing it for a long time.

When you have plumbing issues, you want a professional thats not going to lie to you or rake you over the coals. Gary is the guy to call.

He has fixed several different properties for me and will continue to be my go to man for plumbing. Its like when you find a good mechanic or hair stylist or barber, you're loyal!

I have used P&T on several occasions and have always received great service. Gary's prices are reasonable and he takes the time to make sure you understand what the plumbing issues are and once fixed, how to avoid future problems. My plumber of choice!

My main line was clogged and the basement bathroom overflowed from the toilet and shower. P&T Plumbing came that next day and the owner Gary explained everything and was extremely professional. They snaked the main drain with a high-powered machine unclogging it all. I am a woman and every time I have called a plumber they try to take advantage and I end up doing 2-3 quotes. P&T has gained a customer for life, his prices are the best and most reasonable. They helped me in the middle of this pandemic and I truly appreciate it.

P & T Elite Plumbing is a decent and honest company. Gary is a stand up guy. I'm so glad we found him. He was responsive, dependable and fair in price. He responded before the Home Owner Warranty service plumbers did! We just bought a beautiful old, mid-century modern house in Silver Spring and unfortunately some old pipes behind three walls to the shower came a loose. He quickly assessed the problem and got it done right. He also quickly installed some toilets for us. P & T Elite Plumbing is a gem and super find. If you want quality service at great prices call Gary. We will not use anyone else if we can help it.

I just had Gary and his team at P&T Elite Plumbing replace my very old water heater that failed a couple days ago. He's very knowledgeable with fair and honest pricing. He was able to deal with the weirdness of my 1920s house plumbing quickly and effectively. I certainly hope I don't have to call him a plumber again soon, but would definitely use him again when such issues occur.

I was able to have Gary come and check on my plumbing issue the same day I called him. He is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly fix the problem. Also, he charged a reasonable amount for the service. Thanks to the previous Yelp reviews, I decided to give P&T Elite Plumbing Co. a try, and I am glad I did!

Gary provided prompt service. He was able to quickly determine the source of the water leak and repair the issue. He even tightened a loose faucet that was not a part of the issue but needed to get done. Leaks can go from bad to worse without notice so I really appreciated that he was able to come to the house within 24 hours of my call.

Four words for P&T Elite Plumbing...my plumber for life. Mr. Payne is the specialty trade provider we all want, but rarely get. I initially called one of the big plumbing firms to replace a busted water heater. I did some market research and found their price to be excessively high. After putting my contact info into an online quote site, Gary called with a five minute. Within the first couple minutes of our conversation, I felt a huge sense of trustworthiness. He was completely transparent about the entire process and price. Mr. Payne did what he said he was going to do, when he was going to do it and at the quoted price, which was about 40% less than the large plumbing company.
