ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
I am a co-owner and the service manager here at Service Force. When you call Service Force Plumbing you will talk to me. I was born and raised in Montgomery County and have been in the in various trades my whole life, including as a General Contractor, so not only am I a Master Plumber, but I know about most other aspects of your home or building as well.
My partner Hendrik is our Field Manager and a 32-year Master Plumber himself. He has seen it all as an employee for the biggest and the smallest companies, and now as an owner as well. He lives and breathes customer service and instills that dedication in all of our teams in the field.
Our partner Trey Garrett runs our excavation department, which enables us to take on the big jobs like sewer replacement and main water line repair right away rather than hiring another company to do the digging.
Trey's dad also works for Service Force, as do my two sons and wife, so we are truly a local and family-run business.

Roy came out in less than 24 hrs to check out a suspected exterior water line leak causing my sump pump to keep filling up. Trey and Roy explained exactly what needed to be done, came on time, made sure everything worked, and put seed and hay in the front yard where they had to dig and kept it clean inside my house where they worked. The job was a new water line install and it definitely fixed my leak/sump pump filling issues. They even snapped a few pics because I said I needed them to file an insurance claim. Very professional, great prices, and overall a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing issues.

I found Roy on a freezing cold night when I turned on a water faucet and no water came out. I thought the pipes were freezing, and I called my former plumbing company and got no response at all. I found Service Force online and Roy allayed my fears (not the emergency I thought) and came next day and fixed the problem. Service Force immediately became my go-to plumber. Since then, Roy has installed a new toilet and Japanese wash-let (a great and much less expensive alternative to the bidet I had thought about having installed). He just left today after relighting the pilot light on my water heater--which I was afraid to do myself. His prices are very reasonable and his work superb. Best bonus of all, he cares about both his work and his customers.
Really appreciated this company from start to finish. Very responsive from the moment I contacted them to the time they finished the work.
Gave a very reasonable quote, especially compared to many others in this area who I felt were priced way too high.
The technicians were friendly and very knowledgeable. Did the work quickly and efficiently.

Highly recommend Service Force! Our experience with Service Force Plumbing was fantastic, from start to finish. We had a lot of work that needed to be done, including one major issue with a sewage pipe that had shifted from root intrusion. I called and reached Roy right away, and he was extremely friendly and helpful. He quickly set up a free estimate, and they came out and took a look at everything. They even gave us advice on minor issues at no extra cost. We were able to quickly schedule the sewage repair ( a huge relief ), and they came out and got it done in 2 days (the second day was just to have an inspector come out before they refilled the over 8 foot hole that had been dug). The cost was fair and more affordable than others. Every person who came out was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I am really happy we found such an awesome company we can rely on for all our plumbing needs.

Roy did a great job assessing & repaired our water line to the exterior hose bibb due to a frozen pipe breakage in the wall. I appreciate the fact that he came out right away. He was very knowledgeable & took his time explaining exactly what he was going to do. His pricing is reasonable & I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

We've had to contact Service Force Plumbing on multiple occasions in the last couple years. The first time was because our water heater completely crapped out in the dead of winter. I can't remember who it was that inspected it and confirmed the issue. But he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to order a new water heater and have it scheduled to be installed the next day.
Roy then came the next day to install our water heater. He ended up coming on a weekend during off business hours to finish the installation. He also helped us with a couple other things we had some concerns with. He was very patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
A couple days after, we had to call them again to follow up with one of our existing issues. Roy once again came by and did a really great job breaking everything down and explaining it to us step by step.
Then recently, we had some more leak concerns because our water bill was extremely high. We worked with Harold this time around. He was professional, knowledgeable and also very helpful.
Everyone we have ever worked with from Service Force Plumbing has been consistently great. We definitely won't be working with anyone else!
We had Service Force come in to fix a faulty value for our main house water line. Roy did a wonderful job assessing and repairing the problem. He was professional, honest, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. He worked fast and cleaned up everything after he was done. He took the time to make sure he answered all my questions and even provided me with some tips to prevent other issues. I highly recommend him and would use him again. We asked them to take care of replacing our main water valve and an old water heater to new ones. They also took care of our tricky plumbing issue recently. Roy and Hendrik are great guys and super-experienced professionals to take care of your plumbing needs. The bonus? - they are honest and they certainly care about you. Roy's son was quietly working hard and detect some significant issue, too. What can I say that hasn't been said already? This place was as honest and diligent as you could possibly want. Checked with no fewer than five other companies before finding Service Force. Needed maintenance and they got a guy out, same day. The price they gave for the work was FANTASTIC, and at no point in the service did we feel we were getting taken advantage of.
All employees we spoke with were professional, but I gotta give even more props to Tyler, the member who took care of us on site. He showed up with all the materials, gave a call to let us know his ETA, and did a thorough job for us. walked us through what was being done, and even called me down to educate me on the work when he had no obligation to. Wanted to make sure we were kept abreast of the situation, maintain transparency.
Going forward, we really can't imagine going to any other company. When you hire someone to work on your house, your biggest hopes are 1) they aren't taking advantage of you, and 2) the work is going to be done with no surprises and no cut corners.
Service Force gave us everything we hoped for. 10/10.
