Jacob came to my house after the  the end of his work day and changed out a gas hot water heater in no time at all. He didn't charge me extra and what he did charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend him for any plumbing need you might encounter

Dig It is a wonderful company to work with. We had a different company come in and find our issue, but they quoted us, and I can't make this up, literally thousands more than Dig It. So glad that we decided to call around and find Dig It. Doug and Malcolm were so friendly and professional, and our work was done on time and looks great! I hope I don't need them again (no offense) but if I do I know who to call!

Called Craig the night our water heater died, and he showed up the next morning as promised, on time with a mask and protective shoe covers. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Had us back on line in a couple of hours. Highly recommended!

While working with Nate and team it was a good experience.  The staff was friendly, on time and responsive, especially given the challenges we are all living with.  The plumbing and mechanical work passed inspection the first time.

I had a very good experience with the repair person who came to the house.  He was early (but called to make sure that was OK), explained things well, and worked quickly.  He explained I needed a new dual capacitor for my AC unit to get the fan running again.  He offered me a flat rate that included labor and the part, but did not explain things beyond the flat rate.  It seemed high, but I work on the 2nd floor, the AC was not working, and he was there with the part and ready to do the work.  I agreed to the work.

While he did the work, I went in to check online to see how expensive a part it was.  Turns out I could probably have bought a part for $20-$30 or around $60 at the high end.  The total price, from Save Home Heat, was around $300 which included the part, labor, and the $75 travel fee.  For the five minutes I was inside, he had finished the work and everything was working with the AC unit.

I realize that companies like this have overhead that needs to be covered.  But, this was possibly a 5X markup on the part and minimal time diagnosing and making the repair.  To me, this seems exorbitantly high and a pretty unsavory business model.

If the price had been much more reasonable, I would gladly call this company again since they were otherwise prompt and professional.  I can not recommend them for a small repair and I will not be in touch when we replace our furnace in the next year or so.  I wish all contractors would adopt practices that cultivate trust and a longterm relationship!

We needed some roots cleaned out of our sewer line.  They responded within 10 minutes of submitting a request and we're very nice and communicative.  We were scheduled for a 10am-12pm window and Vaughn arrived at 10:05am!!!  Vaughn was great throughout the whole process.  Thoroughly explained the process and pricing and answered all my questions.  He did a fantastic job, ran the blades through a few times to ensure the roots were gone, and then let me watch and ask question while he scoped the pipe.   I would 100% use them again!

This is the most terrible company that I've dealt with. Firstly, you can almost never get a hold of them. 99% of the time you will be forwarded to a voicemail when you call.
And they never call you back, unless you leave 2-3 voicemails for them sounding more and more frustrated each time. I had to deal with them because they were contracted with my home insurance company. The first time we set an appointment, no one showed up. I took a day off work and stayed home all day waiting for a technician, tried calling them multiple times with no avail. After a few days of leaving voicemails, finally someone called back to arrange another appointment. Some kind of miscommunication apparently. Next appointment, a friendly technician showed up and was helpful diagnosing the problem. He said he will secure parts for the repair and the company will be in touch to set up a date for repair. A few passes by and no  call from them. Again, I left multiple voice mails and some one called back to say they have to ETA as to when they can secure parts. Another week flew by and I kept calling and leaving voicemails to hunt them down. After two weeks they got the parts and set up an appointment for the repair. I took another day off and waited for nothing. No one showed up.. called them multiple times in the next few days and Tammy finally called back to say someone was supposed to call us to reschedule but no one ever did.. great staff right?! We rescheduled, and what do you know, a week later the same thing happens. I knew no one was gonna show after waiting till noon and so called Tammy. Her excuse was a few technicians called in sick and they were behind schedule. She said there were 3 people ahead of us, so I ask if they can come again tomorrow. She said that it would have to be next week. It was a Tuesday btw, so imagine if they only had one technician they would still be able to service us the same week if 3 people were ahead of us. After a long frustrating debate with Tammy, said that she would send a technician at 8am the next day. At about 8pm the same day, I got a text from Tri-Town saying that they won't be able to get to us tomorrow and that we should take our business elsewhere. With all honesty, I don't think they even deserve one star. Please be aware of what you are setting yourself up for if you ever consider hiring them. Terrible work ethics and zero customer service and reliability.

Honest and showed up as scheduled. They came in and assessed my problem, and diagnosed the correct solution. I could not be happier.

We had a leak in our water heater. We sent an email on a Sunday evening to Paul D'Agostino, the principal of Boulder County Plumbing. He was at our home at 9am the next morning. He worked non-stop until after 10pm fixing our problem, which included replacing the water heater and re-doing most of the system, including some of the gas lines. He is the ultimate professional and I highly recommend his services.

Rashad is a calm & honest person. He takes his time to do the job right and is upfront and realistic about what repairs are going to cost.
He has a great deal of knowledge and it shows in his work integrity.
Don't use anyone else. He is your guy.

About 3 months ago,  my back fence was destroyed by wind. I attempted to contact several contractors to do the repairs. No body responded.
I called House Heroes Colorado,  and I was contacted within a few hours..
I hired them to do the repairs.  They arrived on time and also completed the work timely.  The work was excellent and very fairly priced.  I highly recommend this company.  I will absolutely use them again.

I have worked with both Doug and Dave from A Perfect Plumber. They are a pleasure to work with, do beautiful work, and obviously take pride in their craft. Given some of the plumbers I've worked with in the past, I feel lucky to have encountered this level of professionalism and expertise. I will happily use A Perfect Plumber moving forward for all of my needs.

We had an emergency water main repair completed by Dr. Drain. Duncan, Jordan, and the crew that made the repair were all great. I'd highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

They are efficient, honest, hard working, they show up when they said they will, all while being fairly priced.

I will be recommending this business to all of my family and friends. We contacted him in the morning because our basement was filling with water and by 9am he and his crew were at my house to help install a sump pump which they finished by the end of the day. They kept my home very clean, were very quiet for the intense work they were doing, and after they left the site Daniel called us again to make sure everything was working properly.
Daniel is a stand up guy with very reasonable straightforward pricing and takes the time to explain everything going into the job. Definitely a plumber you can trust.

Honest and quick to respond. Jon C went above and beyond to help replace a corroded gas line in my crawl space. He definitely knew his stuff. The folks I spoke to over the phone to set this up were always polite and very professional. If you're looking for solid and trustworthy plumbers, High Five is the way to go.

Replaced garbage disposal. Very responsive and did a great job explaining what my options were. I would definitely use them again.

Dependable and affordable. I've used these guys for heating problem and plumbing in the past and just had a new AC installed in my new house. They're always prompt and reliable and they beat out the other guy's quote by $1000. I never should have wasted my time shopping around. I definitely recommend Kennedy. Being a single mom I'm really glad to know I've got someone I can trust for repairs.

I wish there were 10 stars to give the wonderful professionals that work at this company. I felt like they really cared about me and they went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. Before I called Roto-Rooter, I had called another company. I needed service on a Saturday night and was in a situation in which we had to turn the water off. The other company was more interested in selling me their plans than they were in helping me. Ashley Blumke is an absolute jewel for anyone she represents. I felt like I had made a new friend. Chris Wilkins is the technician who made the repairs...and we had made a mess as we thought we could fix something we should have called about to start with. They were so friendly and so professional and focused on getting my water running normally again. On top of that...reasonable prices and I called at night. I didn't pay an emergency fee and the repair was very affordable. Even the initial call into Curtis who created the ticket for service was very pleasant and professional.
