My water heater broke unexpectedly on one of the coldest weeks we've had. Vidal plumbing was very quickly responsive via Yelp and was able to send someone the next day. They were super knowledgeable, knew exactly what they were looking for, and were done in 20 min which was really convenient. Everything they did was timely, convenient, and professional as well as appropriately priced. I was able to get my water heater fixed for a lower price and in less time than anyone else I contacted!

Our shower on our brand new RV broke and we were so bummed as we had a trip planned the next day. We called Mario Pro Service to see if it was possible to get someone to come out the same day. In no more than 45 minutes Sergey was at our place and went straight to work on our shower. He worked fast and efficiently and our shower was fixed in 30 minutes! We were so impressed by the customer service of this company and we couldn't be more thankful that they were able to take care of us right away!! Thank you Sergey!!! Will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family for future repairs!

These guys have been my go-to folks since they did all the plumbing work for my new office in Golden. Gene is prompt, courteous and so far has been able to trouble-shoot every issue that I've run across in the past 4 years.

I had my sewer videoed last year when I bought the house, and Daniel (the guy who filmed it) told me that when it was time to clean (6-12 mos), to call him and he would give me a recommendation.  He recommended 24/7 and gave me the owner's (Chris) phone number.
I called on Saturday and was told they were pretty busy, but would give me a call Monday. Sure thing, they did and were able to get to me in today at my lunch hour.
I can't say enough good about these guys. Chris was very honest, they did my main line and the line out of my laundry which was giving me issues.
Very honest, they cleaned up, they ran water and made sure everything was good to go.
I definitely recommend them!

Had a problem in a basement bathroom - not sure if limited to the tub drain or something more serious (mainline - yikes). And of course New Year's Eve - literally Kyle came out about 6 pm. I was impressed facing a 3 day weekend and at that time he did not charge any extra. Cleared the drain at a standard price, gave me his card and assured me they are here for you, whenever you need us. Also did a great job cleaning up, which doesn't always happen. Awesome.

We had a clogged shower drain that would not budge! I called Brady and Co. Home Services. Conner was super understanding when I had to reschedule last minute due to a medical emergency and was able to get us in the next day. Mark came by today and replaced our water heater. His pricing was much lower than an initial quote we received and he also came with great reviews. He was professional and courteous.

I also had him take a look at two other issues; one being a leaky sprinkler valve and the other being a valve that needed to be upgraded on a newly installed furnace humidifier. He fixed those too, and at a reduced cost because of the water heater install and because he was here already.

Unlike the other company, he didn't try to up sell us on a tankless water heater and an annual service agreement.

We will absolutely will call Mark with our future plumbing needs!

I called Affordable plumber to find a water leak at my rental as we could not trace the source of the leak. When I called for an appointment I was told they come to the house and give you a free estimate.  When Travis arrived at my house he called me to tell me that he charges $250 an hour to look for the leak. I told him I thought you gave free estimates. He said that was his estimate.  I asked him why did they not tell me that you charge that per hour when I called since it is a fixed price. He said that they do not give estimates on the phone. Anyways I told him I did not want him to do any work for me as I felt that they should have told me upfront that is the fee.  He kept asking me how much did I expect to pay for someone to find the leak and that he would have to put holes in the sheetrock in order to locate it.

Aaron, our technician, was extremely prompt and courteous with helping us repair and install our kitchen sink faucet.   He was able to work us into his schedule even when the weather was not cooperating.  Pricing was reasonable and the the work quality awesome!  Thank you Squeaks Inc..

Every experience that I have had with Mile High Drain has been god-awful. I once had a clogged sink and my landlord called them to come by. The plumber refused to even enter my apartment, insisting that he can clear MY drain from my neighbor's unit. He goes over there and then I never hear from him again. My drain was not fixed. Awesome. Recently, my toilet wouldn't stop flushing and because of that my shower water was stuck on scalding hot. They told me that they'd come between 10-12 to fix it, so naturally I arranged my day around that. At 11:45, no one had called or anything. So I called them and the guy I spoke with said the plumber was en route and would have him call me to give me his eta. The plumber calls and tells me that he JUST got on the road and it will be 45 min til he gets to me. I tell him that that wasn't the agreed upon time and expressed my frustration. He then went off on me, yelling me to have my landlord call another company to come out and fix the toilet and he hung up on me. I called the person I'd spoken to prior to this plumber and he was just as irate and rude. Screw this company. I rather go back to the days of no drainage systems and cholera filled water than deal with these unprofessional people ever again.
