Best Plumbing Services in Colorado

Paradigm Plumbing Services Plumbing Service
We worked with this company a few years back but after contacting them and leaving a message recently they never did attempt to contact me. My husband also tried calling; he spoke with someone there and was told they would get back to us, but never did.

Denver Rooter Man Plumbing Service
Michael came out right on time and did a thorough job of rooting out our kitchen drain. He hooked our garbage disposal back up and all the associated drain pipes which I had pulled apart.  He charged $75 and not a penny more. He seemed very honest and concerned with providing a good value.  I recommend him highly.

Streamline Plumbing Plumbing Service
As it happens, company is coming and the toilet decides to stop working!  I called Streamline and they were available to come out the next day and installed a new toilet.  I have used Streamline Plumbing many times in the past.   I have always been so pleased with their service and I highly recommend this company.  I will be happy to add them to our HOA's vendor list for reliable and professional plumbing company.

Pristine Plumbing Plumbing Service
In one of my favorite Seinfeld episodes, Jerry & Elaine made reservations for a rental car; however, when they went to the rental counter to pick up the car, they were told no car was available because all of the cars were rented out.  Funny banter about the meaning of  reservation  ensued.

I had a similar experience with Pristine Plumbing, except without the funny banter.  I agreed to a written estimate and made a written appointment for a water heater installation four weeks ahead of the installation date; the two owners themselves confirmed the appointment by email.

I take a day off work for the appointment.  No one showed.  I called several times the same morning of the appointment to inquire status -- no one answered.  Later in the day, I get a call from owner Don, he stated he called me a week earlier and since I did not return the call to confirm the appointment he assumed I did not want the installation.  No apology, no attempt to send a plumber; he just said it was my fault for not confirming an appointment he and his wife/co-owner confirmed with me four weeks earlier.

I wanted to use Don's company based on the great reviews.  I am sure they do good work, but I do not know and will never know because they are absolutely unreliable.  Taking a reservation/appointment  is easy, apparently for Pristine Plumbing, not keeping their commitment is easier.

Go With the Flow Plumbing and Heating Plumbing Service
Go With The Flow is an awesome plumbing service. Karon, their master plumber,  is courteous, respectful, and trustworthy. He showed us his master plumber's license and other certifications prior to beginning any work.

We hired Karon to rough in a new bathroom. His quote was well below competitors so we choose to use him. During construction, Karon noticed some preexisting poorly designed plumbing issues. He worked with us to fix the issues at an affordable price. Our city inspector passed us immediately!

We had several times we couldn't be present when Karon was working. He was always communicative about his arrival and departure. We could not be more happy with his work.

Jay's Backflow Plumbing Service
I hired Jay's Backflow for installation and testing of a commercial backflow prevention device. Having worked in construction and real estate management for 15 years, I have k Jen and worked with many plumbers and I recommend Jay's Backflow with enthusiasm!  From start to finish, everything they said would be done was done, exactly as they explained it. Jason was more than willing to explain every step of the process. I could not have been more satisfied with the experience!

Mayfield Plumbing & Backflow Plumbing Service
Sean is the best call we made for sub contractors. He showed up fairly late on a Friday night to help us stay in deadline. He worked very efficiently and was incredibly friendly in the process. I can't believe he took care of our plumbing issue in an hour! Call Sean - it's worth it!

Denver, CO
Mountain Drains Plumbing Service
We had a unique situation- bought a distressed home with major water damage- broken pipes in every room. The banks were a pain in the neck to work with- our closing was delayed for several months, plus our lender required extensive information on the repairs we needed to make, but Mountain Drains was with us every step of the way. Danny provided honest, timely, detailed information for our lenders- starting with an accurate quote prior to buying the house, then John continued to do a terrific job repairing the damage after we finally closed on it. They were always on time and we'd consider them really nice people to work with.
We've turned a soggy fixer-upper into our dream home, and couldn't have done it without the help of Mountain Drains. We'll use them again.

Big Apple Plumbing Plumbing Service
An hour into Big Apple's plumber attempting to clear a mainline clog it was clear something was very wrong, so I was googling to try and educate myself on what might be going on. That was when I came across an SFGate article that said a competent plumber would ask if the home had a clean-out, and remembered why I didn't remember prior plumbers pulling the toilet to clear a clog. Something seemed off when he asked where to put the toilet before starting work, so I had asked if removing the toilet was the best way to do the job, but even that question did not promot the plumber to ask about a clean out. Too bad he didn't because the entire encounter was disastrous.
He didnt use the clean out. He sent the snake up the vent, but didn't know it. He couldn't get a camera in the system. When I remembered there was a clean-out, he couldn't see the snake in the mainline, and lied about why he couldn't see it. He lied that the snake would have broken through the vent pipe in the attic if it was in the vent, and we would see it. Long story short, he spent much of the event on the phone with his boss since he didn't know what he was doing. He cut the snake off when I told him I didn't agree to that step. He said he would send a crew the next day to dig up the mainline. I said no.

Turns out every plumber that answered my query on their forum in Reddit agrees, the plumber was responsible for asking about a clean-out, after all, he, not I, ams supposed to be the expert.

Next day, the plumber from a diff company successfully got the the camera into the pipe, saw the snake, which was hanging off my roof. The blockage was cleared in minutes.

I asked the owner to call...he didn't. Then I emailed to dispute the invoice he sent instead. That was what prompted him to call...after the third time he talked over me and called my dear, I asked him to stop being condescending, at which point he literally scarted screaming at me, yelling profanities, and threatening me. It was impossible to come to a mutually agreeable conclusion to the completely botched, inept and failed efforts of his incompetent employee because of his refusal to let me speak...he would hear nothing of what I said, insisted I agreed the work was satisfactory (I had actually refused to sign that part of the plumber's documentation).
This company failed on every front, and cared only about making a profit despite their ineptitude. Buyer beware.

UPDATE: having read the owner's response, I will point out his lies.  1) the plumber never looked around for a clean-out.  Yes, it was under landscaping, but that is why he should have asked.  Yes, it was after dark, but there are several floodlight in my yard and it was clearly lit.  I did not call his office, I emailed and he responded.  I did not complain about the price, although before I found out their ineptitude caused the problem I did ask why they wanted to charge me $400 for snake that is readily available online for significantly less money.  But once I knew their errors caused the whole problem, and because I did not agree to them cutting the snake.  Additionally, their documentation says if the snake is trapped or damaged in the swere line the customer would be responsible, but they NEVER put ot in the sewer line, and if their plumber understood he should have seen it in the cleanout or knew how to get a camera in the pipe, they never would have cut it.  Ask any plumber...read Reddit...it was their job to ask about a cleanout and not assume the customer is going to remember or direct them as to the best way to do the work.  If he want his snake back, its laying behind my shed.  I never threatened him with negative reviews, and even if I had tried he was so busy screaming profanities at me he wasn't hearing anything I was saying.  He can try to send me to collections, but so far I have not heard from collections, but if ai do I will tell them it is under dispute.  Just because he says he will only gives facts doesnt mean he did.  He took advantage of the situation, the late hour, sent an unqualified employee, and acted like an oaf and bully.

Lukenbuilt Plumbing and Heating Plumbing Service
We used a different plumber in the past and when he was unavailable I called Robert with Lukenbuilt Plumbing. We needed a new gas line ran to the kitchen of the new home we purchased. Robert came out to do an estimate before we bought the home and the final invoice came in right on target. I sprang a lot more on Robert when he installed the gas line (new toilets, new garbage disposal and to fix a pipe coming out of our HVAC unit). He and his team got all the parts the same day and completed the job. No leaks and everything seems to be working great. I texted him the next day since our gas fireplace had a pilot light that went out and he came out the next day to turn it back on. No need to call our previous plumber now since Robert has shown to do a solid job and stay on price point. We will use Robert going forward. Always nice to have a solid plumber you can trust. Thanks Robert.

Bill Smith Plumbing & Heating Plumbing Service
Had a broken pipe evaluated.  We had used them previously for our boiler.  Bill was so nice and did a great job.  The two guys who came to look at our broken pipe were also very nice.  Gave this place 5 stars.  Then got the bill for service fee of $60.00 plus an hourly rate of $60.  Never heard of an hourly rate for an estimate.  Never was told about this.  Contacted 3 other services and none charged hourly rate plus service fee.  Told all this to Bill Smith.  They couldn't care less.  Won't ever use this service. Too bad - thought we found a good go-to.

If you use this service, please bear in mind the service fee will actually be a minimum of $120 without any work being done.  They will also not inform you of this via telephone.  They will say it is $60.

Centennial, CO 80016
Fix-it 24/7 Plumbing Service
I had a horrible experience with this company. Jose tried to sell me a $2500 A/C motor; a second opinion company concluded there was nothing wrong with the motor.  My realtor and I both had to call literally every day in order to get the certification promised and (over)paid for. I requested a client concern form two weeks ago and have not received it. Incompetent, unethical, overpriced, non-communicative company. DO NOT USE!!
