Brett was the only one who came out asap after contacting multiple plumbers.  He fixed 5 different pipes in our cabin and we had water and gas in minimal time!  Good value and great guy too!!  Will definitely use again if needed!

I had an outdoor faucet that needed replacement and reached out to this business. Brett came out and gave me a quote for the repair and proceeded to the do the work. It required cutting a small hole in the drywall in the basement and he was spot on with locating the appropriate plumbing behind the dry wall. He was efficient, pleasant, and did an excellent job. There continued to be some small leaking after he replaced the faucet and once I let him know, he returned promptly, quickly figured out what was going on, and fixed the issue. He clearly takes pride in his work. I would recommend this company for both small and big jobs!! Great service.

If I could give 10 stars, I would have given 20 stars. Our pipe broke last night - the worst timing.  Many places, although they call themselves 24/7 services, seemed to be reopen on Tuesday.  I call Dr. Drain, and they called back immediately, and told us how many houses were ahead of us.  They kept updating the progress via text.  They arrived around 7:45pm on Christmas Eve, started working immediately to locate the break found it, fixed it, made sure we got water from all faucets and toilets.  And they left for 4 more jobs.

I know everyone wanted to have Christmas Eve with the family and friends, and we really appreciate their professionalism to work on this busy day to help us.

I hired Dr Drain to clear a slow draining shower in an out-of-state rental property we own in Boulder, where the tenant scheduled several days out, then was stuck in a meeting and so cancelled at the last minute, and was finding it very difficult to reschedule due to her intensely packed work & university schedule.  Brett, our Dr Drain tech kept in contact with me throughout and really demonstrated the utmost professionalism and chill attitude about the whole thing. His attitude was basically, 'we will keep trying until we make it happen,' which I did not expect but very sincerely appreciated.  I ended up arranging for my daughter to meet up with him to let him in and all is well that ended well.  I will automatically be using Dr Drain for our Boulder property from here on out.

We have used Dr. Drain twice.  Both times exceeded our expectations.  They are responsive, professional, and get it right each time.  We had an issue with our flush mate system and they circumvented a drawn out process by telling us exactly what to do before they came out-  made everything easier and saved us $$.  This group is our go-to.

Need to get 3 quotes and pick a company to do a drain line install. They wouldn't quote anything on the phone and want to charge $49 to come out and do an estimate. Which is not apparently refunded when you pick them for the service. I'll continue with companies that do free estimates and at least tell roughly what the hourly is so I can gauge how much it will be and not waste everyones time...

Update : Dr Drain sent the below saying it is credited to the job, which would have been useful to know when I called. But I do prefer companies that offer free estimates, sorry this didn't work out.

I just called them about snaking a drain. They would not give me a price until they came out and charged me a trip charge.

Snaking a drain is not rocket science people.

I had a plugged kitchen sink drain and asked for a plumber to come out.  His evaluation was that the sink was not plugged and that the septic tank was full creating the issue.  He charged me $49 and left.  Septic company said that is how a septic tank is supposed to look like, full, there are no issues.

Called Dr. Drain about the misdiagnosis and asked about how much it would be to snake the drain.  They refused to give me any pricing over the phone even though all plumbers do.  Leading me to feel uncertain of high prices.  (Note the plumber did say in person that water snaking is around $360 an hour).  I asked about a warranty as in the past I had a drain clog fixed but they just moved the plug further down and it got stuck again.  Would they come back out and fix it if that happened?  They said warranties are case by case basis and they cannot say.  They also said they would not refund my $49 even though they made the error.

Not sure why the reviews are so good as their pricing is high from the little they have told me.  Did not diagnose my issue correctly and charged me for it.  Do not offer a warranty like other plumbers.  And do not give fair disclosure on their rates, hourly, snaking over the phone etc.

I called Planet Plumbing and they fixed the issue in 30 minutes, charge $180 up to an hour of snaking, offer a 30 day warranty.  I will work with them in the future!

I just hired Dr. drain for the first time to replace a bathroom sink faucet and had a wonderful experience. This company is run like a naval ship. They employ a software system that constantly updates the client as to the status of the plumbing tech every step of the way, generates digital invoices, and accepts credit/debit cards.

Duncan arrived within the scheduled window of time and finished the job in less than an hour. The install was perfect and cost exactly what I was quoted. Best of all, I was able to secure an appt. the very next day. I'll definitely be using Dr. Drain for my next plumbing job.

I called Dr Drain on a Sunday after I dropped my husbands diamond earring down the drain in my bathroom - all the other plumbers that made calls on Sunday couldn't get to me until the end of the day or Monday.  Jordan at Dr Drain stepped up to the plate and came over in about 30 minutes and rescued the earring with a smile - he then said, you have an hour of my time...what else would you like me to look at?  

We have since replaced our hot water heater - and Jordan at Dr Drain made sure it was done sooner rather than later. He came the next day and worked into the evening - and did an amazing job.  

I cannot say enough about his business ethics and expertise - We highly recommend him and his crew.

Had water coming out of my washer and into our basement and panicked, so called Dr. Drain--after reaching out to another company that never showed.  Customer service was awesome (got a live person!) and then our technician showed up early.  Super courteous and funny; took the time to walk me through the problems; and then fixed the basement problem for what I thought was a very reasonable price.

Will definitely use Dr. Drain again for any plumbing issues!

Completely let me down. I requested service over a week ago starting exactly what day's I needed that service because I travel weekly for my job. Jordan said yes, we can do it
2 days before the scheduled day Jordan came back and put my service out by 2 days.

Reasonable price, fast response and stands behind their work.  
I was very satisfied with the work.  Clean up could have been slightly better but I'm not sure any other company would do any better.  I will call them again and would recommend to friends.

Justin from Dr. Drain was a real professional. He explained the problem, all the options, and then he cleaned the drain. Best of all, he explained what causes blockages (two surprises -- eggshells and lettuce), and how we can get a reasonably priced alarm from Home Depot to let us know when we have water on the floor.

Had a great experience with Dr. Drain.  (A running toilet and a supply valve had to be replaced in a rental unit - which required coordination with the building manager to shut the water off and notify all the other tenants, etc). From my first call to them to the finished job, they were very professional, super friendly, fast and charged a very reasonable price.  I am thankful and relieved that what could have been a big hassle, wasn't. Dr. Drain will be my go-to plumbing company from now on!

I highly recommend Jordan from Dr. Drain! My husband and I just bought a new home and called our emergency number for our warranty early Saturday morning due to water and a smell in the basement. After our home warranty sent a cleanup crew and they had informed us it was a sewage issue and that the warranty would not cover or even call us a plumber we thought we would need to wait at least a day or two to get someone out, especially since it was late on a holiday weekend!

After several calls and reading bad review upon bad review, we stumbled across Dr. Drain and he was our last hope. He asked all the right questions, gave us an estimate over the phone and was at our house in less than a half hour. Jordan was super professional and walked us through every step and even checked out our basement and other pipes to make sure there were no other serious issues.

I was admittedly a bit wary of hiring someone I did not know based strictly on Yelp reviews, but everything looked legit so I gave it a try and was totally impressed.  I left a voicemail for Jordan on a Sunday night and he returned my call within ten minutes.  I needed to replace two hot water heaters and a house humidifier.  Jordan and his guys were professional, polite and competent.  Nice clean job at getting everything completed as promised.  Called on Sunday night and by Wednesday evening everything was done.  I will definitely reach back out to them the next time I need plumbing work.

Fast, highly professional, fairly priced service. I contacted them Sunday evening about a non-emergency issue, they were out Monday morning and knocked out 3 drains and a disposal drain install in 75 minutes. Will be my go to.

We had an emergency water main repair completed by Dr. Drain. Duncan, Jordan, and the crew that made the repair were all great. I'd highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

They are efficient, honest, hard working, they show up when they said they will, all while being fairly priced.

These may be good, but at $250 quoted to snake one kitchen drain they are very pricey. This is not rocket science ...I cancelled my appointment after being told the cost would be $250-$350 depending on what equipment they used...

This company is great. We had a clogged kitchen drain on a Saturday morning, and called Dr Drain's main number. The owner Jordan called us back almost immediately -- even though he was in Calif at Disneyland! His Colo crew responded quickly, and the problem was solved by early afternoon. Great personal attention to our problem, and a reasonable price. Thank you Jordan!

I recently had a fantastic experience working with Jordan from Dr. Drain.  Communication was excellent from the first contact, and he arrived right on time for our schedule appointment 2 days later.  Not only did Jordan do excellent work, but I found his pricing and assessment of our problem to be fair and accurate.  Absolutely no pressure to do more work than was necessary.  Jordan seemed genuinely unimpressed with the old work that he was repairing (not his), which tells me that he takes real pride in the quality of the work that he does himself.  Will gladly use his service again, and would highly recommend to others.

I called for a problem with my sump pump and Hoyt showed up at my door the same day to give me a free quote.  He identified the problems and immediately fixed them with a smile for a reasonable price.  I highly recommend this company and will be calling them for all my future plumbing needs.

We had a leak in our bathtub faucet that suddenly went from small to serious so we called Jordan on a Saturday morning. Became over right away. He explained everything he was doing and showed us the parts he was replacing and stayed until he was sure that not one more drip was going to come through. He advised that we might want to replace the fixtures at some point because he couldn't guarantee a permanent fix using what we had but he was not being pushy about it at all.  He was really a nice guy and the price was very reasonable. I'd highly recommend him!

Jordan was a delight.  We had a ridiculous diagnosis and quote from another plumber... We thought the job was going to cost as much as $470.  We called Jordan on a Saturday and he came very quickly and fixed our toilet for $45.  We will definitely be calling him in the future!!

I found $214 to be very steep for opening a shower drain. My sink drain, 24 inches away, was also clogged and they wanted another $214 for that, so I ended up taking on that messy job myself. You'd think there'd be a discount for a second issue in the same room! He explained the high cost by telling me that unlike their competition they will stand behind their product. Six months later my shower is again completely clogged, and I cannot get them to return my call.

Jordan is friendly, flexible, honest and an absolute pleasure to work with.  I have had him do work at my rental property on several occasions and each time he's gone above and beyond.  I highly recommend him!

WOW!!  Customer service is still alive.  We had a kitchen sink drain causing problems, so after reading many reviews I called Dr Drain.  I had never used them before.  When Duncan arrived he asked to be briefed on the main issue and asked to look at any other issues we may have.  After explaining what he would be doing to correct our problem he commenced work.  While he was working, Jordan stopped by to see how things were going.  He also asked to see the rest of our system and asked if we had any other problems.  Jordan showed me a potential issue that I needed to keep an eye on and he checked with Duncan to ensure he was not having any problems.  I have no doubt whatsoever that if I have a drain/blockage issue I will call Dr Drain again.  Very professional and caring people.

This plumber is amazing.  Jordan was at my house within an hour of calling and fixed my problem within minutes.  Then spent extra time fixing another plumbing issue he found without additional charge.  Extremely dedicated to finding and correcting the cause of plumbing problems.  Wonderful person and rates are very reasonable.  Highly recommend!!

We had a clogged drain from the kitchen sink that flooded the cabinet and leaked into the basement underneath. We also have 4 kids so we use the sink a lot. I called at 6:30AM and Jordan picked up on the 3rd ring. He said he woud be at our house at 10AM and he was there right at 10AM. He fixed the problem and then checked and double checked it to make sure it was truly solved. He also used a camera to insure the pipes were finally clean. Afterwards, he cleaned up completely. Before his car left our driveway, we had a receipt emailed to us.

Plumbing issues suck however you look at it, but Jordan made the whole process easy and he explained evertything every step of the way.

Highly recommended and I will definitely use him whenever I have a plumbing issue.

Picture it...Easter/Passover weekend, 2 dinners with a zillion people back to back and a sink that's clogged. What do you do? Well, I called Dr. Drain. Dr. Drain was away on holiday but still answered his phone. He then proceeded to guide me over the phone on how to unclog my sink. The whole thing took under 10 minutes and my sink worked perfectly afterwards. What a guy!!!!!

Jordan and Duncan were fantastic! We had an issue with our water heater - Jordan answered the phone on my first call and they came by the same day to look at the water heater. First, Jordan is fantastic!  We had a blocked sewer line that backed up into our basement.  Before we contacted Jordan another plumber recommended replacing a section of our sewer line, a $4,500 fix.  Jordan was able to come out very quickly and resolved the issue by cleaning the line.  He even stuck around to help us with a few other minor repairs while he was here.  All at a VERY reasonable price.  We'll never call anyone else!

Jordan was wonderful! He found the problem right away but told me I could fix it by getting the part at Home Depot or Lowes. Simple fix. I was referred to Dr. Drain by Save Home Heat. My drain issue was not an emergency, but on the morning I called, Jordan had a cancellation and was able to swing by. Not only did he fix the drain, he took the time to assess all of our plumbing. We had previous work done by Save Home Heat and our house renovation is rather new, so I didn't expect there would be any issues. It was so nice to have such a thorough assessment, which validated all of our plumbing was indeed working well. His pricing was very reasonable; in fact he discounted his service call since our drain issue didn't take much time. Jordan recommended replacing the rubber hoses on our washing machine to stainless steel. It was an excellent reminder that hoses need to replaced every 5 years especially if they are rubber. Jordan also gave us tips on other related issues (gutters and how to effectively maintain drains). He is truly a professional and I highly recommend him. Jordan is smart, friendly, and all about customer service. He went out of his way to explain things using photos on his phone for examples. His follow-up was equally impressive.
