Incredible work! After having a horrible experience with a leak, I must have called 15 plumbers trying to get some immediate help.  Finally, I called Juan and he was over right away.  He was very professional and knowledgeable, easy going, and did not give any indication that he was rushing to get to the next job.  He was also willing to connect me with the right people for additional repair services.  AE Plumbing Services will be my go-to from now on and I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Garrett is absolutely the best!  He did quick detective work to identify a tricky issue with my AC (a problem that another contractor was unable to solve).  It was an emergency situation and Garrett was kind enough to come take a look even though I called him at almost 5pm. He fixed the issue, and then made a follow up visit the next morning when another problem developed.

He was also very fair on price.

I don't leave many reviews, but Garrett deserves one.  I'm so happy to have found an experienced and conscientious HVAC contractor.

Surprised I was completely ghosted by this company after leaving a morning message asking for drain help with a drain fixed by this company in Feb. It wasn't a I'm madmessage, just pathetic because I'm discouraged I have yet another major appliance/house repair issue to deal with...nonstop over the past 2 months. I just asked when they could come by and how much it would be.

Whether it was a legit non-callback or they're running the other way because they think I'll complain about the work they did, doesn't matter. For a family-run biz to completely ignore your call isn't good customer service. Not cool. It says to me that maybe they don't stand behind their work.

I have lost an entire day and still have a kitchen sink with gross standing water I have to remove constantly. And I have to find another company. If they come through within a reasonable amount of time I will update here again. If not, on to the next...and watch out. You may be treated the same way.

Our HOA used American Backflow last month to test the backflow for our unit. Dylan came out to do the job and told my father who was there to let him in my home that even if the backflow doesn't pass, we'll pass it anyways. Well, that's exactly what he did. The backflow then proceeded to leak for 5 days when my wife and I discovered water seeping up through our floors next to the utility closet. The backflow was leaking from the 2 check valves on top of the backflow that Dylan used to check the system. It was also discovered that he accidentally moved our drain for all the piping in that utility closet when he conducted his test which caused the condensation line from the condenser to leak into that closet as well.

Dylan came back out that following Monday and repaired the 2 valves that were leaking, and a separate plumber (a friend of Steve Krebbs) came out to fix the drain issue. Dylan apologized for the water damage to our floors and admitted it was him that caused it and that Steve would call me to discuss paying for the damages caused by his employee. I waited for over a week and received no call from Steve. I called his office twice during that time and they assured me that he would be calling. He never did which shows what type of person he is. I called him after waiting that week and he is now saying they aren't liable for the damages and trying to pass the buck to my HOA for hiring his company. I have video evidence and pictures of the damages.

Do not use this company.

Around the Clog Responded quickly and identified the problem, a shower leak and fixed an additional new leak very quickly - lucky timing. We have relied on Doug before over the past several years and will use him again with complete confidence. He and Tristian are great and very friendly.

I can't say enough good things about Dig Boss.  They stood by their warranty when there was a problem.  They came out the same day I called and did everything possible to accommodate a scheduled closing on the house.  I definitely recommend the company.

My highest recommendation for Pinson Plumbing.  My 17 yo water finally went out and I called a few plumbing companies to come out and give my a bid.  I'm fairly suspect (distrustful?) of plumbing companies in general, and the bids I was getting reinforced my beliefs.  

Frank Pinson was recommended to me by a co-worker and I'm super happy to have found him.  He was responsive and straightforward and did excellent work for a competitive price.  

I would call him again in a heartbeat for any of my plumbing needs and recommend him highly.

I called Colorado Sewer Service this afternoon and within 2 hours Kevin arrived to clear what we thought was a clogged bathroom sink.  After determining it wasn't clogged, but rather poorly installed, Kevin was able to solve what had been for several years a very annoying problem.  The cost to fix the drain was more than reasonable, especially given that Kevin spent time first trying to unclog the sink.  Kevin was very professional, efficient and friendly - and he knew what he was doing.  I can't recommend Colorado Sewer Service enough!

Sean did a great job. Came to our house so quickly once he heard we had a leak in kitchen sink. Fixed some basement plumbing problems too. Excellent!!!

Really fantastic service.  Fair price, great work, excellent communication.  We're renovating our back yard this year, and he helped get our system ready for it.  Which included a couple of repairs, a full test, and seasonal blow out.  Then he made suggestions for improvements we could make in the future, but didn't try to sell me.

I will absolutely use him for any sprinkler system needs in the future, and recommend him to all my friends - including you, since you're reading this!

DISAPPOINTED - I will give them a few stars because they are timely and efficient when it comes to getting someone out in a day or two/their prices are predictable being a big brand company but they told me I needed a full sewer line replacement so I had another small business sewer company come out and check out the main line and they not only quoted me a more reasonable price but actually helped us find a solution that is not a full repair (we didn't need to do a full repair). Plus our technician couldn't even clear the drain which they have a note on their website saying If the drain technician cannot clear your line it will be FREE. it was not free - we still had to pay for them to snake/pull the toilet which was $168 and we had to pay another $260ish to have them scope the drain + we would have to pay even more to get the scope video? (Dig It Sewer Repair scoped our drain FOR FREE) ... hear me out if its an emergency I guess they are okay to use since its timely but if you can wait and call around, reach out to other companies in the Denver area like Dig It Sewer Repair or Colorado Plumbing - GET MULTIPLE OPINIONS ON ANY BIG REPLACEMENTS SO YOU DON'T GET RIPPED OFF!

They are great...on time and got it done...they may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and they are the best.  Highly recommend them!

Wesley help me so much by phone with a simple fix. He advised me to check for a leak above the water damage first before he committed to coming out. Took his advice and I was able to find and fix the leak myself.

Roy was right on time for my scheduled appointment.  He was extremely polite, engaging as well as educational.  

I hope that I if I need plumbing services again, that I have the opportunity to request Roy to perform any additional work at our home.

Mr. Barnes is nice, but his work is sloppy and once he brought his daughter along and charged extra for her being there.  He didn't offer any discount for the damage he caused while working, either.

Had Doctor Fix It Come out to inspect & clean sewer line. The technician said he wouldn't recommend doing a clean thru removing the toilet as it wouldn't be effective. Other options were thousands of dollars to provide external access for cleaning. Seems strange as the sewer has been cleaned out previously. In addition to that, he forgot that he turned on the downstairs sink & left it running after he left. It was on for hours before I found it as I never go into the basement. When I called to let them know this a.m. the person who answered the phone couldn't care less. The other technician who replaced my disposal had to go back to the office twice to do that; once to get parts since he used his last disposal prior to my appt & a 2nd time because the disposal he picked up was faulty. Really nice guy though.

When I scheduled appt was told it would be $95.00 special that's advertised on tv and online to do drain cleaning. Well, $195.00 was final cost because line was run through toilet. All other companies are cheaper. Originally wanted to charge $245.00. Seniors especially if on a budget,BEWARE.
