I needed help with a very small, but important problem with my kitchen sink drain. I called Perfect Plumber based on their good online reviews. I spoke to Susan on the phone. She said she didn't have anyone available to come out to my house until the following week, but that she would put me on the schedule and call if an earlier time came available.

I planned to call around to find someone else, but Susan was so professional and had offered helpful options and alternatives, so I decided to wait. Within just a couple of days, Susan called with an immediate availability. A plumber--Bobby--was at my house in minutes. He took care of the problem quickly and cleaned up thoroughly after he was done. Best of all, the price was reasonable and fair.

I hope I don't need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, I will call Perfect Plumber first.

In the almost 20 years we've been in our radiant heated house we've gone through a lot of boiler people. Therefore I am confident that A Perfect Plummer is the perfect name for this company. They really are wonderful. We have a boiler and when it's working it's great, but we've had one issue after another with it- go the point that I've nicknamed it The Other Woman since my husband sometimes spends so much time with it.
So, their prices are reasonable, but the absolute best thing is that Todd, who came out last year as well as last week, actually knows about boilers and is willing to figure out the problem and fix it rather than telling us we need a new boiler. (Our boiler is less than 10 years old- but that's a whole other thing.)
When I called their office to pay our bill I spoke with Susan and she was so genuinely kind that I hung up the phone smiling.
Finally, we recommended them to my parents as well (so you should definitely trust this review!) when they were having sink issues and my parents were so pleased that they sent their plummer home with a plate of homemade cookies...

We unfortunately had to call A Perfect Plumber twice in the last two weeks with plumbing issues in our home. However, both times they came out they had exceptional service and are extremely fair with their prices. Bobby explained everything he was doing and even relayed that to my husband via the phone. He did a tremendous job and went above and beyond with his extraordinary service. Susan always follows up and keeps the communication going of when the plumbers will come out so your not waiting around all day which I appreciate. Highly recommend them for honest prices and excellent service!

We have had Dale out twice for the yearly service maintenance of our tankless boiler/water heater combo and we wouldn't trust anyone else. He arrived on time, summarized the work he was expecting to do, how long it would take, brought extra parts in case and all the necessary tools, including a shopvac to clean up any mess. The extra part was not needed nor was the full-service flush. He explained when we would know that is needed (it will flash SERV once we reach the 4,000 hour mark) and how much time we have after that code appears.

Dale had a death in the family over the weekend but still arrived on time for the service when I would have expected him to reschedule (understandably, under the circumstances). To me, that says A LOT about his work ethic and character. Our new rescue dog that is usually scared of men would have happily jumped in the van and gone home with Dale when he left! Our rescue was underfoot, chatty and definitely wanted Dale's attention for pets, even sitting pretty asking for attention. Dale was very patient and sweet with our special boy. Dale is 5 stars! Thank you Dale!

Unbelievable! A Perfect Plumber is the BEST service company I have ever worked with. Found them off of the Rinnai website as an Ace Plumber. Our Rinnai tankless water heater went out. I called their office and they got us squeezed onto the schedule for an evaluation next day. Dale arrived an hour early for our appointment and assessed the situation, quickly provided me with options and was able to replace our water heater later that afternoon. Dale is personable, professional and knowledgeable. I will call A Perfect Plumber for ALL of my plumbing needs.

We have an older rinnai tankless water heater that became very loud and the hot water would turn cold after 5-7 minutes.
We scheduled an appointment for the end of the week however Dale was able to fit us in today. We couldn't be more impressed with his expertise and professionalism. The problem was fixed and service was fairly and

A Perfect Plumber (Dale) did a fantastic job getting our new Navien tankless water heater set up and working perfectly. We had called several other plumbing companies, but none were willing to drive up from the Denver area to Fairplay. When I called A Perfect Plumber, the person on the phone was extremely pleasant and efficient. She immediately contacted her manager and responded right away by text to confirm they could come to Fairplay to do the work. The company replaced our 20-year old boiler with a modern combi-boiler, providing on demand hot water and space heating. They extended the hydronic heating into five rooms that were either unheated or had electric heat. The crew was professional and courteous. The price was well below a competing bid and the work was completed for the bid price. I would recommend this company to anyone considering a major plumbing project.

Had an issue with tankless water heater and uneven temperatures. Dale came to the rescue. He cleaned the filters and flushed the system. Also reset the unit to correct temperature. Cost was very reasonable. Their office was efficient and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend A Perfect Plumber.

The owner, Chris and his team were amazing. I had a really tough plumbing mystery and they were determined to solve the issue. We had cold water bleeding through our pipes and hot water was only luke warm. A Perfect Plumber inspected the tankless heater and all faucets/appliances and found that there were a couple unusual adjustments needed to the water heater that the installers never made. A Perfect Plumber did their research and solved the mystery! Now we have hot water again. Thank you A Perfect Plumber. Courteous and professional staff. On time, honest and got the job done!!

I was refinishing my basement and these guys came highly recommend. I called for an estimate and they came the next day. They showed up on time and gave me a competitive quote. I then spent the next two weeks trying to get some other plumbing quotes. Needless to say it was a nightmare. Called perfect plumber back up and had the job scheduled for the next week. They showed up ON TIME and finished the whole job in one day.

The actual plumber who came to my house was good. He was nice and explained things to me. But once that is over and you are dealing with the office people get ready for some serious passive aggressiveness and unprofessionalism.
I was told that I would be emailed my bill after service and so I waited. I received an email and it said past due on it. After two minutes of receiving email I wrote them back saying hey this is my first email and I don't want you to think I am dodging you and I would like to pay but there isnt a link for me to do that sow what can I do. The professional response by them should have been thanks for reaching out to us and here is the best way to pay...but no... expect a crappy passive aggressive email from Jyme saying you got one and opened it (which is funny cause that day I had serious stomach bug and didnt do anything except hug sleep by my toilet). That response was unnecessary and unprofessional, especially since within two minutes of the one email I was apologizing for not having seen one yet and asking how to pay ASAP, and I will discourage people from using this company.

I loved everything about my experience with A Perfect Plumber!!
We needed to get a few things fixed per a house inspection, to see our home, and we were referred to them. They got my appointment in quickly, and the morning of I was called by Chris to let me know that Tom would be at my house at 8. 5 minutes early (what repair company is early?!?!) Tom showed up. He was super friendly and went right to work. Walked me through all of the repairs that needed to be done, the costs of it all, etc.
He got it done quickly, I never felt like I was being sold a service, like I was getting screwed over or anything like one normally feels when dealing with repair companies.
I HIGHLY recommend A Perfect Plumber, you will not be disappointed!!

I'd noticed that my heating system was particularly loud and so I figured I'd better have my boiler checked to make sure everything was working properly. After one appraisal where a guy came out told me I'd need about $4000 worth of work done, tried to scare me about my safety, and then had the gall to charge me a 'trip fee' I was feeling pretty frustrated. A perfect Plumber was recommended to me and when Chris came out he was honest, kind and took the time to walk me through the entire system. Talking to me like a thinking person he answered all my questions and came back with what seemed a fair bid. The day he came back to work not only was he considerate he also came in under his original bid. My house is now quiet and I feel great about having someone I feel I can trust.

I cannot say enough good about Chris and Steve at A Perfect Plumber! They are responsive, honest, professional and do top notch work. (Even the city inspector told us how good these guys are.) No customer service or eagerness to win your business.
I called in to get a gas estimate. The technician was scheduled promptly and showed up on time. It took him five days to provide a quote but whatever.
The quote came in a bit high so I asked if there are options to reduce cost. It took the guy another four days to respond and never priced out any alternate. Instead I got the following email:
In the time that we have gone back and forth on this, I have completely filled out the schedule for the next two weeks for all of my crews. I no longer have time to complete this in the time-frame that you wanted it done. I will have to pass on this project now.

Interesting part is that I never gave him a timeframe, just asked how quickly can they start.

If you like accepting the first quote that someone gives you, then this is your plumber. If you ask any question or need them to work on pricing then find someone else.

We have used this company in the past and have been very happy with them as far as how knowledgeable, competitive, and fair they were. Unfortunately, today we woke up with frozen pipes. I called them immediately. They arrived a few hours a head of schedule and got right to work locating the issue. Since there is currently no leak, I chose to monitor the situation and not have him cut holes in the drywall searching out a potential leak. Dennis gave me several great suggestions on what to do between now and the thaw as well as a list of improvements we could do to prevent this issue for happening again. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Had a problem with the boiler in my house - basically too much water pressure going in to the boiler, something that definitely needed to be fixed. I called A Perfect Plumber based on Linda M's review, and she was absolutely right. Great service, friendly, and fair. Things that I liked:

1) Prices were stated up front, and they stuck to them.
2) They misdiagnosed the problem at first (and no fault to them, it was a very, very weird problem) and stood by their work - didn't charge me for the work done on the wrong fix.
3) Fixed the real problem efficiently and professionally and at a very fair price.
4) Left the area they worked in better than they found it.

I've had two other companies work on this boiler before, and these guys were head and shoulders above the others.
I highly recommend these guys. If you're looking for plumbing work, you should absolutely give them a call, I am writing this because I think they're great and knowing how hard it is to find a plumber you can trust, I want to help others in need find quality professionals.
