Best Businesses in Colorado
As a property manager, I am required to meet the needs of my tenants. Sometimes that means finding superior service providers who are available after normal business hours. I have found that Justin, Indira and Brian go the extra mile when it comes to meeting the plumbing needs of my tenants. They explain what my options are along with the pricing so that I can make an informed decision. Paradigm Plumbing Services are not the low ball option but they are reliable, professional and responsive to my needs. You get what you pay for is a fact of life.

Don was the first person I called because of the Yelp ratings, and I can tell you that he earned every star.
I had an emergency with a failed valve that feeds a swamp cooler in the attic. To compound problems, the water main shutoff inside the house was frozen OPEN. Even though I wrenched it closed as tightly as I could, it would not shut off.
After panicking and running around the house opening all the faucets including the outside hose bibs to allow pressure out, I ran to Home Depot to grab a pressure cap that I could apply to the first valve to stop the water.
It was while I was driving to Home Depot that I called Don, and he dropped EVERYTHING to run to my house and shut of the water main outside for me to stop the water.
An hour of work, and I have two brand new valves (and now I know I can shut off the water in an emergency.)
No damage, thank goodness, and Don didn't gouge me at all. A very reasonable price, even though I had an emergency.
Really, he was a true professional, and I will honestly use him again in an instant (although I hope I don't have any more emergencies!)

Was requesting to have sprinkler system looked at. Did not request a day or time. Willing to work around their schedule of course. Immediately within 30 seconds I got a reply say 'too busy'. Wow, what a way to say screw off, I don't need your business.

Previously listed as $75 Rooter Man, he charged me $75. I tipped him $10, because cheaper than $99 Rooter Man and way cheaper than Roto Rooter plus he was a nice guy who did a super-professional job.

In my last review, I didn't have any reason to give the 5th star. Now I do. I called them up to track down a mysterious leak in my basement. The guy they sent out said it looked like the water heater would need to be replaced. So, I scheduled for a different technician to come change it out for me.
Fortunately for me, the tech that came out was Brian, the owner. He looked at my water heater sitting in a puddle and noticed that it was kind of young to be leaking so badly. Upon further investigation, it turned out it was a hose under my sink leaking into the wall and puddling under the heater, which caused it to look like my heater had gone bad when, in fact, it hadn't.
Because he was so vigilant with his initial searching, I didn't have to spend $800 on a new water heater. I spent $40 on new sink hoses. Awesome.
Also, the lady that answers the phone (who has a name I'm sorry I can't remember... maybe Holly?) was a pleasure to deal with. She knew what she was on about, and was super pleasant.

The owner Don talked me out of having them come over for a major drain issue. He told he how to fix it myself. Super honest and nice guy-which is probably why they have been in business so long. I will use them for sure next time. And he spend about 20 min on the phone with me.

I had originally written a long narrative review about Zack Long and Family Plumbing Services LLC. I thought it would be helpful to include lots of details about my plumbing project (replacing a 10+ year old kitchen faucet that turned out to be a beast to remove + some supply line leaks) and Zack's plumbing expertise. I was wrong -- so many details that the message gets lost in translation. Here's all you need to know: Zack Long is an extraordinary plumbing professional. He holds a Master Plumber license (the highest level achievable) and it shows. He is 101% reliable, responsive, honest, knowledgeable and skilled. His business ethics are rarely found today -- he cares about what the quality of his work and complete customer satisfaction. Aside from all that, Zack is polite and personable, and really listens to questions and concerns, plus he's a really, really nice guy. Not if, but when, I need more plumbing help, Zack is now my go-to guy. Don't hesitate to give Zack a call for your plumbing needs, big or small.

Go With The Flow is an awesome plumbing service. Karon, their master plumber, is courteous, respectful, and trustworthy. He showed us his master plumber's license and other certifications prior to beginning any work.
We hired Karon to rough in a new bathroom. His quote was well below competitors so we choose to use him. During construction, Karon noticed some preexisting poorly designed plumbing issues. He worked with us to fix the issues at an affordable price. Our city inspector passed us immediately!
We had several times we couldn't be present when Karon was working. He was always communicative about his arrival and departure. We could not be more happy with his work.

We had a great experience with B-Line. Our water heater went out right before Christmas and they were able to replace it (at a very reasonable price) when other companies were telling us we'd have to wait until next week. At every step they were quick, courteous, professional, and communicated well. Highly recommend.

I called Jays backflow, and requested a bid on my job and explained that Denver water turned off my water and he within minutes called Denver water to turn on my water! I was told by Denver water to send the names of two plumbers to have my backflow done to get my water turned on so i will comply. Even if I dont hire Jays service I will surely use them in the future as their customer service is #1 Dan K. with Home Again Furniture Inc.

Sean is the best call we made for sub contractors. He showed up fairly late on a Friday night to help us stay in deadline. He worked very efficiently and was incredibly friendly in the process. I can't believe he took care of our plumbing issue in an hour! Call Sean - it's worth it!

I was having an issue with my plumbing. I called around and they were the first company to respond to me. They said that they would be able to come out Monday between 8-5. The guy didn't show up until 430, however he did call an hour before he was going to arrive. When he arrived he took a look at my issue and said that he didn't have the proper tools to do the job. He said that he would be able to come back on Wednesday or Thursday to fix it. Needless to say he never called back and completely blew us off. This was not professional in the slightest and I will not be using this company in the future and I will suggest another company for my friends and neighbors to use.

Disraeli did a couple of projects in our home. We needed a new pedestal sink installed in our downstairs bathroom. We also needed a new shower head and bathroom faucet installed in our upstairs bathroom. We were very happy with the work. Disraeli was respectful and easy to work with. We will be using BigApple for all are future plumbing needs.

I requested a quote at 10 pm and got an immediate response. They came to install a garbage disposal AND replace all the pipes the next day! Super efficient and very nice! Thank you!!

I had the wrong type of water heater put in my home. The sales guy at Home Depot basically sold me the wrong type of water heater. I basically needed a power vent water heater that connects to plastic piping. I put one in that is only supposed to connect to metal piping. Began having problems with the unit shutting down. Called up Bill Smith Plumbing. They were very professional and got someone out quickly. The issue was diagnosed and they shut everything down because it was dangerous to have it running. Even though I didn't use Bill Smith Plumbing to get the new unit, they still helped me get things arranged with Home Depot to make sure I got the right type of water heater. I appreciate their professionalism and quick (and correct) diagnosis of the issue.

We used this company today to repair my hot water heat. The technician was very polite and knowable, He charged 1597,00 for a 2 1/2 hour job and one part that sells on Amazon for 89.00. The technician quoited a price and then later added in the 200. Call fee. This should have been added in the total of the initial quote. I feel he took total advantage of the fact that we needed a heater. Most companies do not charge 700 an hour for labor. This is very bad business.
