Roto-Rooter has consistently been a good service for me in my residence as well as in my rental properties.

They are very good at communication.  When calling to make an appointment, they are clear about timeframes and give courtesy call backs to let you know you are not forgotten.  The service is professional and informative.  Chris Wilkins was my tech on this call and he did a good Job of explaining the problem, the solution and preventative ideas.  The flat-rate service fee is not exactly cheap, but when you have a plumbing emergency, you want fast action and this type of pricing structure supports that.  Well done Roto-Rooter.  I would not hesitate to call this company in the future.

Worst company to use. Showed up 2 weeks late, and tried to charge us for work we completed. They are horrible.

Update- we submitted all documents to your email. And we were ignored. Still charged for work we did and work we said to not do. Now we have to pay 10k for your services when we removed the water and padding. And asked you to not remove baseboards or door frames. So we have to pay an additional 2k to have those fixed.  Again- horrible service

Thanks to Kosty for coming out and helping me with a plumbing issue in my apartment. I appreciate a fellow dog lover- and sorry that my dog was barking this afternoon! Kosty is very polite, kind and professional. I apologize for being grouchy and abrupt as I have been dealing with on and off migraines all day.  Thank you and I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

Technician cut a totally unnecessary hole in our ceiling and did not fix the leak. Cost us $700 plus however much it'll cost to repair the ceiling. For nothing.

I scheduled a follow up from 9:30am 11:30am later in the week. They just failed to show up. No call, no show.

First tech showed up without the 45min heads up call at the last possible minute of the 4hr window at 8pm. Guy couldn't clear the main line and said they'd have to send someone crawl space certified in the morning with a new 8-12 window.

Had to book a room at a nearby hotel just so we could use the facilities and shower for work in the am. One of us stayed and worked from home to be available all day for them.

No communication from them till 11am during which the guy says oh you don't need me (crawl space tech) we'll just send a seasoned guy for the main line. *would have thought that an unresolved call from the night before would wave a priority flag and they'd get to us ASAP in the am, not at the tail end of the window AGAIN.

At some point they did call but as I'm teaching from home and in a class. Without an answer they simply canceled their arrival.

When class was done I called them back and they say oh sorry we will send someone as soon as we can.

4hrs later had to call to follow up. Their response was oh sorry we will send someone now, they are 30 minutes out.

A phone call heads up we are on our way IS NOT A CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT, WE ALREADY CONFIRMED!!!! If we can't answer we are busy but it doesn't mean we aren't home.

Looking at the reviews it's great to see the business manager respond to them. Oh wait she only responds to the good reviews. Apparently they have no care to fix their issues.

*48hrs after making the appointment it's yet to be fixed. Had to call someone else to do the job.

DO NOT use them to snake a drain.  Their standard price is $419 when all other plumbers charge $100 and up to $250 for after hours.  Shop around and do not let memory of a catchy tune fool you into spending double or triple what you should pay.

Here is a two-word description of the last 24 hours of my life.

Shit show.

Literally.

Now for the longer version.

Last night shortly before 11pm I was woken up by my eldest telling me that there was water coming up the drain in the shower downstairs and it was black. I pulled my half-asleep butt out of bed and dragged it downstairs to find out sure enough that the shower was filling up with black water. We started pulling water out feverishly with buckets. We tried all the standard drain clearing things, plunging, baking soda and vinegar, pouring boiling hot water down the drain. The only thing we succeeded in doing was pulling more black water out of the drain. The house reeked so bad.  I tried to call my landlord, texted him too but due to the late hour, I can only assume he was sleeping. So I started calling around to 24-hour plumbing services to see if anyone could come and help. I called a bunch of people, then I got ahold of Roto-Rooter. Thank my lucky stars!!!!!

NOT.

While scheduling the appointment, I coughed and she asked if anyone in the home had been sick in the last month. I told her I was diagnosed with pneumonia back on March 10 but no one had been sick since then. No fevers and I just continued to have a pesky cough. The lady who answered the phone told me that they would send a technician within an hour. I was relieved. But then she called me back and I missed the call but got a voicemail telling me that for the safety of their technician they would not be able to have someone come out. So because I was sick a month ago and continue to have a mild intermittent cough which very well could be an aggravation due to allergy season, I no longer was deemed a person who needed an emergency plumber.

Their website states the following: Yes, Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup is an essential service provider during the COVID-19 virus outbreak. This is because Roto-Rooter provides vital plumbing, sewer & drain, and water cleanup services that are essential for maintaining the safety, sanitation, and operation of residences, important businesses, hospitals and other facilities. Plumbers like Roto-Rooter have unique skills that are important to public health and welfare.

Essential for maintaining the safety, sanitation and operation of residences......unless of course you happen to have been sick and then you and your four children can just deal with the flooding basement filling with sewage water. Your health and welfare are no longer Roto-Rooter's concern. Vital service as long as you are healthy.

Their website also states: Roto-Rooter plumbers and service technicians who come to your home or business will adhere to the CDC's guidelines designed to stop the spread of COVID-19. Roto-Rooter has enhanced its already strict cleaning and disinfecting measures to ensure the safest possible service experience for its customers and employees, including wearing personal protective equipment, eliminating physical contact and practicing social distancing, using disinfectant products to ensure touchpoints are clean in workspaces, vehicles, and on equipment; washing hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds at every opportunity; shared-use devices such as tablets and clipboards are sanitized repeatedly. Also, technicians are using hand sanitizer in between hand washes.

But it should say, we want to make you think we are taking care of the people who need our services but in all honesty, all this stuff we claim to do to stop the spread is just for show, we avoid anyone who might be sick or have been sick in the last month. Those people don't need plumbing services obviously.

I tried so hard to explain that we needed someone, that we were having to haul sewage water out of the shower, that our entire house reeked like sewage. But this company did not care, they stuck by their decision to not serve my family or my home in our time of greatest need because I had been sick over a month ago.

I understand the panic behind COVID-19. I understand the fear. What I don't understand is how someone who is supposed to be providing an essential service can simply decide that instead of donning that personal protective equipment, eliminating physical contact and social distancing and coming and helping me out with the sewage that was coming into my home, they simply tell me I am sorry but we will not be able to send a technician out to help you.

I have never been so disappointed in a company I almost did business with. I really think Roto-Rooter should do some soul searching into what being an essential service provider means.

And I only cried a little on the phone from the frustration of the whole situation.

We had a backup.  Roto-rooter came quickly to deal with it.  Thats where the good ends.  Following the cleaning, a gentlemen by the name of Blake Beegle showed-up to do a free scope (I was offered the scope because the tech saw some issues).  Blake was able to scope about 15 feet before hitting a blockage.  He knew there was a blockage, but did nothing about it (he also didn't mention it to me).  A few weeks later, backup.  I find Blakes phone number from the email he sent me about the scope.  I finally review the scope, (he told me we need to add a clean out) I see that he wasn't able to get past a certain point in our line (due to the blockage).  I call him, we have a great convo that ends with him saying he would call when he was back from vacation to schedule a time to have one of his guys clear the block and scope the line.  He never calls, I email, call twice, nothing from Blake.  I call dispatch, give them the story, a tech shows-up with no scope, which means they cannot access or see if the blockage is cleared, they just run water to see if it backs up. So much time and energy spent trying to get these guys to clear the line like they should.  Two stars, because everyone was nice, but they really didn't deliver a great product or experience.  I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

If only zero stars was an option. Roto-rooter has very unprofessional technicians. They charge atrocious prices but have the nerve to bad mouth other companies and contractors in the area. Extremely unethical

I had a pipe break in my basement yesterday, I called Roto- Rooter
and they stated they would be there between 9:30 and 11:30 even sent a email.
So I canceled other appt because they were the earliest. So the
dispatcher called several time thru the day stating they were running
late. So I called them about 5:00 they stated they would have someone there
at 6:30, I asked them thru the day if I should call someone else they
stated NO they would have someone there. I have no water in my
home, so I waited all day. Finally I called them at 8:00 pm to have them
tell me the tech went home and no one was coming.  They did not
care at all about my situation. I will call them again!

I called at 6:30am with an emergency that required me to turn off the water while at home with a toddler. I was given an appointment window of 8am-12pm. I was called at 11am and told that someone would be contacting me shortly. 2pm came and nobody showed up or called me. And the lady on dispatch was rude when I called to cancel my appointment. I went with Quality First Plumbing & Heating and someone showed up within 45 minutes of me calling.

I am so incredibly disappointed with this company. I called them to install a new dish washer, which my apartment has been without a dishwasher for almost 3 weeks now and had an appointment with them yesterday to install it. They told me they would be here between 4-8 and around 7 pm decided to call me and let me know they could not make it and would come tomorrow. The new time frame is between 12-4 and it is now 4 pm and they have yet to show up. This is so unprofessional and i am not impressed at all. I will not be using this company again, and now 2 of my days have been wasted waiting around for the plumber to show up
.... editing this post because now it is 6 pm and they still haven't shown up!!!!! what a joke.

10/10 would *not* recommend Roto-Rooter for any water restoration needs. The only good thing I can say about the company is their prompt attention to the manner on a weekend. I called about 10a on a Saturday morning needing services due to a water heater breaking. Someone came out within a few hours and had a crew on site by the end of the day-huge plus and much appreciated because most companies don't send out on weekends.
This is where it all started to go downhill. They ripped up the carpet (necessary) and took off the baseboards (also necessary) but would not cut into the dry wall as this was considered a cat2 and not a cat3 flood, even though the water damage in the wall was visible to the naked eye. They set up 10 fans and 1 humidifier and said they would be back Monday. They come measure the water in the walls Monday, it's still there (duh, you never cut into the walls so the fans are useless)... say they will come pick them up Tuesday around 2. 2 comes and goes, I call and get the classic we got called out to a really big job. It will be around 5... 5:15 I get a call it's going to have to be tomorrow. Thanks for wasting my entire day....
Tomorrow comes, I have to call THEM to find out what time they will come, and they say 5. They show up, unannounced at 3, and pick up the fans.
Fast forward a week- I have a contractor on site to start getting the necessary repairs done to my home. She measures the water levels in my walls... 7.8%... she couldn't believe they didn't cut into the walls so their fans would actually DRY THE WALLS. So now it's 2 weeks out from the flood, I now have to have my walls tested for mold, and a new company cut out the dry wall because Roto-Rooter insisted it was dry without cutting into it. Extra costs due to their lazy work, unreliable employees, and all for a price much higher than most.... never again will I call them for anything.

I attempted to work with them but after 2 days of having my 4 hour time slot ignored I just cancelled. They were barely apologetic and at 8:30 pm, a half hour past my appointment window ended they asked me if I could wait another 2 hours.

Steve Reid from Roto Rooter stopped by as we had a leak in our basement. We thought originally it was from the water heater tank; however Steve was kind enough to come in late hours that night (with gloves and being aware of social distance) which we were appreciative. He found out that it was not the tank but it was a leak from the garden hose that came down through our basement. Steve was really good about being thorough with his inspection. We recommend this company due to Steve Reid being professional and being a customer first attitude which we don't see a lot in today's time.

I have never been so disappointed with a company.  I had a kitchen pipe that got clogged up over the holiday weekend, gave these folks a call and they said they could be out on Tuesday morning.  So stayed at home, they called and said the technician was running behind but we were on the list.  After several more calls letting me know there was a delay, they asked if we could reschedule for the next day.  I said yes, 4-6pm on Wednesday was my new appointment.  The following day at 7pm, I called and they said the technician would be there before 10pm.  We called back @ 9:30pm and they said it would be Thursday before they could come out.  ugh

I ended up calling Mr Rooter of Northern-Colorado, they were professional, set an appointment, called me letting me know the technician was on his way, Donenic P was on time and did a fantastic job!!!!!!!!

We had our home sewer line cleared.  The service was good and the technician was helpful but the pricing structure/strategy is opaque and sneaky at best.   The person on the phone would not give me a quote or even a general pricing for the service that I needed. They didn't tell me that it would cost $360 to clear my drain until the technician was in my house already working on the drain. I might have gone elsewhere but they showed up 3 hours late and by then my options were limited. Faced with the option of telling my guests not go to the bathroom or to swallow the cost, I saw no other option but to pay the price. I fully believe that they don't tell you the price until they are dangling the fix in front of your face. While my protests did get me a 15% off of the mentioned price, I think that this procedure is dishonest and is proof that they know their prices are not competitive.

Scheduling of the service was horrible. Scheduled service for Thursday the 27th between 2pm and 6pm. I took time off work to make sure that we were here. Called after nobody showed up. Was told that someone would eventually come that night but there was no ETA. At 8pm, I rescheduled the service for the next day (the 28th) for between 9am and noon. Took work off again to meet the technician. Once again nobody showed up, and I was told there would be no ETA. I finally got a call at 2pm that someone would be at my house in 40 min. 30 min later I got a call that the technician that they were going to send didn't have the proper equipment to work on my kitchen drain and that I would have to wait again. Call back again at 7:30pm and spoke to the dispatch supervisor and he told me that more than likely nobody would be able to come again and that he would make me a priority for the next day 29th. He also offered a 15% discount and I agreed to the 8am to 9am time slot for the next day. 10 min later I received a phone call from a woman on the dispatch team asking me if I still required their services and that she didn't have me on the schedule for tomorrow. I told her that I just spoke to her supervisor and that the time was agreed upon for tomorrow at 8am. She had an attitude and hung up on me. I called back an requested to speak to the supervisor again. Once again he apologized for inconvenience and rudeness of his staff, and said that they would be at my house at 8am.

So this morning 29th of July at 8:45am I received a call that someone would be at my house in 45 min. an hour and half later the tech finally showed up.

I will say that Joe Shirey was very professional and very apologetic about the scheduling miss-managment that I had received. He did a great job clearing my pipes, and was excellent with his explanation of what happened and how to prevent it going forward.

I really can't believe that this is the type of business that allow this type of service. I have been a long-time Roto-Rooter customer, but I will never use them again.

Made my appointment online, for the next morning.  Juan (#3356) showed up after a 45 minute heads up call, just as promised.  Juan was professional, courteous, and patient.  He took the time to show me some details about our plumbing that I did not know till now.  The information he gave was 100% accurate, and will possibly save me some $$$ in the future.  Should I need help in the future, I will ask for Juan by name.  Thank you, sir!

Plumber was very friendly and nice. Did a good job.  Prices were outrageous.  I had an investment property where I had the same work completed and it was below half the price roto-rooter charged at my new home.  Also, I had a $40 coupon and the plumber said we can't use it because he gave us a discount.  First and last experience with them.  You can get more experienced plumbers from local companies for half the cost.
2 stars for the plumber being good and friendly.

Our Tech, Jeff, was very good. Arrived 7P and left 11P.
We did try and tell him that we knew it was the mainline, but he insisted on the smaller
clear out lines first. A bit disappointing that he did not listen to us the customer, but
he did spend a large amount of time with us and made up for it. He was clear about the warranty and clear on the pricing.
We are very happy with the service overall.

I called and set up an appointment for the next day between 8-12.  No one called or left a message.  I called them after 12:00 and asked what the deal was.  They said they tried to call me.  I said I gave them two different numbers.  I work and am not going to be able to pick up a call if I am on the telephone.  If you called the other number I would have heard the message as it was my landline.  Anyway, after ruining my whole morning I have no plumbing help!!!  Wouldn't call them EVER again!

I had a clogged and overflowing toilet at a rental a couple months ago and very reluctantly booked roto-rooter because they were the only plumber who could get to the job that day. The guy showed up on time, called me with his assessment, fixed the clog, explained what caused it, and cleaned up.

Since then, I've had them out to the rental 3 more times in the past 2 weeks for various plumbing issues that are related to a long history of deferred maintenance. Each time, the whole process from booking to dispatch to working with the plumber has been very smooth. Their phone system recognizes my phone number now when I call, and can pull up the account automatically. Each time, they've been able to meet my tight timeframe, giving me a 4 hour window. Only once did they not meet that window, and they called and stayed in communication with me the whole time.

They don't charge for estimates or extra for coming on weekends/evenings. So from now on, they're my go-to resource. I can't speak for other Roto-Rooter offices, but this one in Littleton is great.

Thank you Jeff for your hard work and helping us clear up our water lines! We had a plumbing emergency and couldn't use much water without it backing up into the basement. Jeff came out and worked very hard until the line was free. Turns out one of our kids flushed bubble wrap and that was our clog. Thank you Jeff for sticking with it until it was clear!

I wish there were 10 stars to give the wonderful professionals that work at this company. I felt like they really cared about me and they went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. Before I called Roto-Rooter, I had called another company. I needed service on a Saturday night and was in a situation in which we had to turn the water off. The other company was more interested in selling me their plans than they were in helping me. Ashley Blumke is an absolute jewel for anyone she represents. I felt like I had made a new friend. Chris Wilkins is the technician who made the repairs...and we had made a mess as we thought we could fix something we should have called about to start with. They were so friendly and so professional and focused on getting my water running normally again. On top of that...reasonable prices and I called at night. I didn't pay an emergency fee and the repair was very affordable. Even the initial call into Curtis who created the ticket for service was very pleasant and professional. I will absolutely call here first every time. Thank you Ashley and Chris! You rock!

Deepak was our service tech and he did an awesome job. He was on time, polite and knowledgable.   He explained the 6 month warranty on the service and completed the work quickly. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter in Aurora. Our drain was cleared in under 15 minutes, the whole service call was no longer than 30 minutes tops. Well done, Deepak.

Noticed my floor was starting to bubble/warp. I soon realized that there was a leak somewhere in my plumbing. Jason came out on a Sunday to address the issue. It may have taken over an hour just to find the leak, but I was not charged for any of that time. Jason was methodical with his approach and I appreciate that. Less holes in the wall that way :) He eventually found a very small pin-hole leak inside the wall. He replaced that section of the pipe and all was well. Fortunately for me, replacing a section of pipe has a flat rate, so the cost was very reasonable. I'll definitely call them again if needed. Thanks, Jason!

I had a water heater that wasn't working and called for them to send someone out. The guy that came out said that we needed a new water heater. That the part that needed fixing was almost as much as a new water heater. I just couldn't believe this so I called another company to come out and give me a second opinion. The part to fix the machine was 32.00. He laughed when I told him what Roto Rooter said. I called and spoke to the manager to let him know what happened and he didn't care at all pretty much laughed at what I was telling him. Most horrible experience ever!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. I called on Monday and was told they could make it out same day. I told them my mainline needed snaking and they would not give me an estimate but said the guy would tell me when he got here. Almost 10 hours later he showed up and said it wasn't my mainline but it is $359 to snake. Other places are $99. I paid it because it was almost 8pm and I just wanted it fixed. This morning I see the drain on my basement floor still isnt draining and called at 8:30 and was told a couple hours. It's been almost 8 hours and nothing. I called and was told too bad pretty much and my appoi tment was between 11 and 1. It's 4pm. Worst service ever. Phone people are nice, tech wasn't. Overpriced but you don't know until they are at your house. 10 hours waiting one day and 8 today

Sorry, but emergency service, my ass.  I called last night, desperate because my toilet was overflowing poop water all over the bathroom floor, and they guy told me that they weren't taking any more calls until the following afternoon.  Afternoon!  The regular plumber was able to fit me in in the morning, and was a whole lot nicer over the phone.  The very least you can do when a person is almost in tears over her ONLY TOILET overflowing is to be kind, but you'd have thought I was ordering a pizza from this guy.

The worst scammer company I have ever encountered. We had a leak in one of our shower pipes and I called Roto-Rooter to get the issue resolved. I will admit the supervisor got to my house in a timely manner and was very professional about the work that needed to be done. He mentioned that there would need to be mitigation but couldn't give me an exact price (which I totally understood) His plumber was a wonderful guy who arrived shortly after and fixed the issue in no time. The supervisor informed me that the mitigation team would be there in an hour. I sat around the house for 3 hours before calling him to inform him that his team had no showed. He called me back promptly and told me they had gotten caught up in a project downtown and would reschedule for the next day at 9:30. I told him I had plans at 12:00 and would not wait around all day. He came by at 9:30 and told me they would be right there. They did not arrive until 11:45 and I was forced to cancel my plans because I was waiting for them again. They were in my house for 10 minutes to set up equipment and left shortly after. They told me they would be there at 10:30am the next day to check out the progress. At 10:25am the next day the team called me to tell me that they were not coming and had a bigger project to work on. I called the supervisor and informed him we would no longer sit around waiting for Roto-Rooter to come complete the mitigation. They sent a guy who spent 15 minutes wrapping up equipment and left the house. The men spent a total of 30 minutes in my house and left equipment for 2 days and charged $920...the supervisor told me they were giving me a discount for $750. I tried calling him back and he has not answered my calls. When I rented the same exact equipment from Home Depot the total for 2 days was $300. Long story short avoid this place at all costs and go rent any mitigation equipment you need from Home Depot tool rental. It will be less headache and you won't feel like you got scammed out of $1000 dollars.

I had an appointment today with a window of 10am-2pm.  I explained to the person that I needed to be at work at 2:30pm.  At 2:00 I still had not seen them.  I called the dispatch and the person told me that they were busy.  No apology for wasting my entire day, or anything. They knew that they were busy, they could have called to let me know that I could g back to work, since they would be late.  Don't use this company unless your time is not worth anything.  They will leave you hanging.

Discovered a kitchen pipe leak that led to water pouring down to our basement floor on Friday, 3/8/19. My first call went out at 11:18 pm on because saw online that emergency services are available 24/7, 365 days/year. The agent on phone told me to expect a technician between 8am and 10am (2-hr window) the next morning! I pleaded for an immediate/emergency service but he maintained that no one was avail to come out. We patiently and sleeplessly waited, when I had not received any reminder call by 9 am, I called only to be told that they were running behind and could not give me approx time of arrival.  Multiples calls later, somebody showed up at about 3 pm on 3/9/19. Though the technician (Dominic) checked and fixed what he thought was the problem; and also requested for their water restoration personnel to come out and assess possible water damage, I was very disappointed about the overall delay, the pricing ($307/hr!), and the lack of upfront information and quote.

Went online to request a service call for a slow drain that was affecting the performance of our washing machine.  Not only did I get a reply back within an hour, but for the time/date that I requested.  Service call was made by Willie Blue the next day.  He arrived with a smile on his face and introduced himself before investigating the problem.  He proceeded to tell me the cost for the service and even gave me a discount.  He immediately resolved the problem with my washer drain, but also cleared a sink drain in the bathroom.  He gave my wife and I clear instructions on the use of their drain cleaner which may help to resolve future problems.  We have never experienced a workman who was as friendly and professional as Willie.  He even gave us his personal phone number, in case we had further questions or another problem.  He earned my vote for top service.

I called them on a Wednesday evening around 5:30pm, and since their website said they are 24/7, I assumed they would come out that night.  However, they scheduled me for an 8am-Noon window the next day.  I was a little put off, but what else was I gonna do...?  When 12:30pm came around and not so much as a phone call, I called them only to hear Sorry we didn't call you but our technicians are running a little behind.  We will call you when there is a tech on their way to your house.  After calling them back at 3pm, and 5 pm, to hear the same response, I was angry at that point.  After a tech finally showed up at 9:15pm that night, I was just ready to get my main line cleared and be able to run water in my house again.  After 5 minutes of questions, the tech quoted me $600 just to snake the line.  I was fuming, but what choice did I have..?  After all was said and done, they were not able to clear it with a snake and the tech started his sale pitch about a hydro-jet service that starts at $800.  I told the tech I didn't want it and asked him to leave.
After wasting an entire day of my wife's time sitting around waiting for them to show and then charging 6x more $ than other services in town, I knew I would never call them or recommend them again.
P.S.- The tech left big muddy/poopy boot marks all over my carpet.

Technician Kyle 4598 was able to clear my main line and 2 secondary lines.  I only had to wait a few hours.  Thanks

Dennis showed up when he said he would and got right to work.  He explained everything he did and we even had some additional work done.  He didn't put it off, saying it would put him behind but got right to work.  Very polite and knew what he was doing.  It's nice to finally find a company that we can depend on - we've tried other big names and were disappointed.  Not this time!  We will call again when needed.

I had your technician, Jim (2353) out to my house.  He was very thorough and honest.  He didn't pressure me to purchase or do anything that was unneeded.  He fixed our issues and was very professional.  Thanks Jim and ROTO-rooter!

Rotorooter was of wonderful help to me  when my sewer line was blocked by tree roots, they told me when I  called they would have a tech available within two hours and would call when half an hour away. To my surprise they called back within 15 mins and had a tech over to my house within another 15-20. Speedy service was greatly appreciated as I was desperate!!! Doug the technician was very professional and informative on preventive measures and advice along with fixing my problem at the quoted rate before he even snaked the line. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs plumbing assistance. Doug you are awesome!!!
