Excellent service. They were able to come out the same day. They looked at the place. Our technician provided wonderful information. We will use this service again.

Great service and response time. Answered right away, and was able to send out a tech the next day. They even tried to come out earlier. David Alaniz was an amazing plumber. He was able to diagnose the problem in 5 minutes. He was very thorough, and walked me through the issue, and showed me what needed to be fixed. He even spoke with the home Warrenty company I had. Overall, did a great job, great repair job, and even tried to make friends with our barking fur baby. Would highly recommend.
Jason came to install a new kitchen faucet to replace a leaking one. He was very thorough in his estimate, giving me several options for budget consideration. I felt no pressure; he did a great job, took a goodly amount of time to answer my questions, and the price point was good. I would definitely use this company again.
John Underwood, the technician did a great job replacing my sump pump. He found a serious problem on a routine inspection, was very courteous, answered my questions, and he explained the procedure well. He even removed a snake from my window well and that was going above and beyond! I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Prompt, friendly and expensive
Far and away the most expensive of the quotes I got for a replacement water heater and other repairs to our home water systems.

Every interaction I've had with the team has been excellent! They are honest, reliable, affordable and thorough! I will continue to be a loyal customer.
Needed a water heater quote...they were very quick to respond and visit however their quotes were extremely high. Over $4k for a 50 gallon water heater, nearly $8k for tankless! Look elsewhere first
Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!
We hired High 5 Plumbing to fix a leak in a rental house and believe we overpaid for the repair by at least double, $1800.00!
Worse was the water shutoff value was in a back basement room that contained several expensive bikes. Within a couple weeks of the technician being on the property, the bikes were gone. They had been in that room for over a year! It takes two codes to get to the bike room and the codes was unfortunately shared with our technician, John Underwood, in a trusting moment. Literally no one else has those codes, not even the tenants.
High 5 did nothing to help recover over $10,000 worth of bikes. We felt completely taken...twice!

John p and jesues were incredible. My house had many leaking areas after a trip away. These two worked together well. They worked fast and respectfully with my home and my budget. I am so glad I called high five plumbing because of these two.
7 yr old garbage disposal stopped working on a Friday night. I love that I could book online for a Monday appointment. John arrived early (after having his office call). he was efficient, courteous, professional.
Things could have gone quicker if he been able to carry several disposal choices on his truck. We had a 30 min. wait while the part was driven to my house from the Littleton Office. Thank you John.
Short version: they caused a new problem after a simple job, wouldn't take ownership and stand by their work, and tried to recommend pricey, unnecessary repairs.
Longer version: this last week my kitchen sink wasn't draining properly, so I called them to take a look and they came out and agreed it was clogged. Their plumber Isaac recommended a few options to unclog it (one option was $1,300+ for a bunch of unnecessary work), and I went with the cheapest option of a drain snake and some chemicals for $450. When I got home from work that day, there was flooding under my kitchen sink and floor. I ran the water and looked under the sink, and saw that there was a brisk leak above the garbage disposal. Frustrated that I still couldn't use my sink, I called them and they sent Isaac back out the next day. He called me at work and recommended a couple of options to fix the leak - replacing the entire garbage disposal for $800+, or putting some putty on the leak for $300. I told him the leak wasn't there before he did the work, and I didn't want to pay for a problem that they had caused (I already spent $450!). He told me he'd talk to his manager and get back to me. He also told my roommate who was home at the time that he was going to step out for a minute. He left and never returned, and never called me back. I finally spoke with a manager Zach later that night - he said the leak was probably old (as if I wouldn't notice flooding under my kitchen sink every time I used it for the past year? and during diagnostics Isaac had ran the water for a long time and looked under the sink and never mentioned a leak before he did his work). I told him that I paid $450 for a simple declog, and my sink was worse off than before, and I just wanted them to stand by their work and fix the problem. His response was that they are a business and can't do any free work. He admitted that putty is super cheap ($5 at Home Depot), but he wasn't willing to send out a plumber for the hour of labor.
The fact that they wouldn't own up to the problem and stand by their work, and that their solution was to recommend something completely unnecessary and expensive (replacing the entire garbage disposal for $800+, which worked just fine) - felt like a slap in the face and made me lose all trust in this business. After spending $450 on a simple job, I just hoped my sink would work. I stayed up late that night after I got my kids to bed to do the repair myself, and the leak is fixed and the sink is working well again. I wouldn't recommend this business and would caution others about their business model of providing multiple repair options, which is really just a way to upsell and take advantage of customers who don't know the difference.

Always get a second quote.
Showed up on time and the same day which was awesome as we had a HUGE leak that needed immediate repair. Water shut off to the whole house. Quoted us $3,400 to try and fix the problem and let us know if it couldn't be fixed this way it would be around $10,000. He said he would be able to attempt the repair today and it would take around two hours. I asked if that was his best price and it was, so we decided to get a second opinion.
The next guy quoted us $1,200 and had it done in an hour. Always get a second quote folks.
I had to have 60 plus year old shower valves replaced. Jason did a wonderful job especially since one of them was a bit of a problem.
Was referred to this company, called and spoke to a very nice lady. She was able to get a technician to our house the same day. I had broken off a shower cartridge and couldn't get it out and when the tech looked at it he didn't think it could be fixed, he didn't have a clue. With him standing there watching I was able to loosen and extract the cartridge. He asked if I had a replacement and I said no, didn't he. He pulled up the quoted price for the Delta cartridge and this company wanted $360 to put it in. I went to Home Depot and bought the same cartridge for $65, are you kidding me?
The tech was basically useless and their prices are way out of line. I only gave them 2 stars because the initial lady I talked to was so nice. Definitely won't be calling them again. High 5 my A**

We had an emergency plumbing situation on one of the coldest days of the year. Our main pipe going into the sewer line was very backed up, if you can imagine finding out that when you flush your upstairs toilet, the water was backing up into the downstairs shower! John Underwood came to us within a few hours and was able to fix it for us. I love how clearly he explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it before he went ahead to do the work. He was able to turn a bad day into a great one. Thanks High Five for getting out asap! Highly recommend these guys for a fast, high quality job!

Almost five years later, High 5 came through in a pinch. This time, the dish disposal backed up and required a flush. I called around noon and had someone come by before 4pm. It wasn't a cheap visit but very necessary.
Very reliable. Efficient. Also, they text to let you track who's coming and their ETA. There's a name assigned to you, so if you have stranger danger anxieties, it's very nice to know you're in safe hands.
I just used High 5 for the first time and I will definitely use them again. I had sump pump issues in my window wells. Technician Lucas Sullivan got the issues diagnosed and the problems solved. He let me know what was going on and was careful to cover his shoes when coming into my house. He gave me three estimate options for the necessary work, which I appreciated. I had to go out before he was finished, but he left everything in good order.
We have major piping issues. We had hi-five come out and they initially unclogged the drain but said we needed to get someone on their team out here to look in with a camera. The quote was to remove one of our toilets and go in with a camera to see the issue; however, we have a drain they were able to go through instead - they still charged us over $1,000 to do a 30-minute camera review through our drain.
They let me watch the camera inspection, which was helpful and I learned a lot. They wrote us 3 quotes for the work and said it was urgent (it is) but I needed to make a decision that day and I should even tell him that minute what I'm leaning toward (I needed to talk to my husband) and he was very pushy about me making a decision.
So, we decided to price out the work with other plumbing companies. The MINIMUM hi-five was charging us was over $8,000. We got another quote from another company for 50% less.
ALWAYS GET A SECOND QUOTE.
Had a small leak in the crawlspace and they came right out to fix it. It was a bit of an emergency but Eric remained very calm on the phone and got someone out to me as soon as possible to remedy the problem.

When our sump pump failed, our basement flooded after all the rain. High 5 was able to send a technician out the same day. Amanda was knowledgeable about the options for our situation and presented them in a clear fashion. Once the decision was made about the solution, they installed the new pump quickly. Because of the mess in the basement, they diligently wore shoe covers and did not track water through the house. They stayed at the house until the pump cleared the water backup to make sure all was in order.
This is my third plumbing emergency....one time it took me more than a whole day to find someone to come out. The worst time is when you NEED them fast......this time I called another company I had used for other stuff, no dice, could not come out til late this afternoon, i started the process at 830am....with water all over my kitchen floor...
....looked at yelp for local plumbing, found these guys....they were here by 1030am, very friendly lady on the phone who took care of it all for me. ....AND both guys were so friendly, shook my hand ( I am an elderly lady) and introduced themselves, made me feel comfortable....they figured out what the problems were, gave me several options of varying degrees of work / money...they honestly told me what was really necessary, what would be peace of mind, etc....in other words, no high pressure just honest advice, taking care of the most immediate issues...I ended up paying half of what was offered BUT all things taken care of....wonderful, yes, repairs are costly but I felt confident that I paid for what was advised and NECESSARY...I felt respected & good about it. Hard on a fixed income, but I am happy with them, they are now in my phone contacts so that I NEVER AGAIN have to do the phone marathon ever again......thank you High 5. I am Denver/ Aurora area, so used that crew.
Kitchen sink was backed up. Called High 5, they sent a plumber out and arrived in 30 minutes.
Lucas Sullivan, the plumber was professional, thorough and did a fast job. Answered all my questions.
Very reasonable price. Definitely using this company going forward.
Pretty horrible experience with High 5. Yes, they had availability. Yes, the guys came out on time which was great because we had a gas leak and our gas was shut off during a cold snap.
But then they quoted me $1200 just for an air test on the gas line (the guy told me this was discounted from $1900 and I can discount that because I'm a manager). They quoted me over $500 in labor on top of that bringing the total bill to over $1700 for a gas leak repair.
He showed me membership options with monthly payment structure to make it look like less money than it actually was. I kindly told them to get out of my house and that the quote was ridiculous based on my research.
The guy proceeded to tell me how long he has been in the industry blah blah blah. I called Spartan Plumbing and they did the job (very well) for under $800 including parts, labor, and air test.

The tech was super friendly and came out same day to give me an estimate for a hot water heater. The quote was insulting, at close to $4500 for a $600 tank. I paid less than half of that after shopping around. I found many companies would give me an estimate over the phone, sometimes asking for a photo of the unit first. It pays to shop around
Good people and great customer service. Eric was super helpful over the phone. High 5 for these guys!
We were in need of gas line work and the service was great from the first phone call. I was able to speak with Jeff on a few follow up calls who answered my questions and provided some clarity. They were able to get a technician to our home the next day. Jeff waived the fee which was appreciated. Josh came out on a Friday and was able to tell us what was needed and his plan for the job.
We had another company give us a quote and they wanted to take out a lot our knockdown textured basement ceiling to complete the work. Josh had a good plan on how to complete the work using our recessed lighting. He did tell us that if he was unable to complete it using that plan then he would have to remove a small amount of drywall, much smaller than the other company wanted to remove. We appreciate him being up front but also his resourcefulness.
Josh was able to come back with another team member the next day (Saturday) to complete the job. They showed up on time, first thing in the morning, and they were able to complete the job with his plan. Everything worked out wonderfully. Josh was absolutely great and we really appreciate the service that was provided. He did speak about the membership but the focus was on the work and providing great service.
Came out and we're very polite . Recommended a new filter on leaking faucet and charged me $140 . The leak decreased but never stopped .
Their warranty is only 90 days. Call on day 91 and no help available.
High Five!? Pffffft! More like a gut punch.
Look, I'm not some keyboard commando out here fishing for discounts or anything. I actually had a good experience with these guys initially. Granted, they had to come back and fix errors in both of the jobs I hired them for in my basement remodel, and their pricing is astronomically higher than any average competitor, but I liked the cut of their jib, so I dealt with it.
Here I am over a year later, STILL dealing with issues from their install.
I mean, just look at the image. This cost several hundred dollars. Yeah this garbage, which now has leaked into my insulation/ceiling/ wall in the basement after I specifically made their tech Ryan aware that I didn't like the idea of all of those pex joints, and he assured me that it would be totally fine.
Well, it's not totally fine. It popped the *air quotes* FROST FREE spigot and now here I am. Called them to come out today, they did, and tried to charge me $500 to fix their/Ryan's f*ck up. (which I was informed no longer works with them). So I did what any rational person would do and told them to kick rocks.
No more High Fives for me I guess.
Buyer beware.
*************************
In response:
No Claire, the PSI was tested prior to this install and a regulator was put in place after the spigot, which subsequently ruined our water pressure and rendered our previously installed sprinkler system ($3,500.00) useless. Regardless, that was not the cause of the burst water line to the spigot.
Thankfully, we had another plumber come out and provide a good solution and fix the shoddy work of High Five.
I guess the customer is always wrong ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ?
Nice try, but no manager/further contact is necessary.
We live on our rental property along with three additional units. The homes are older, built in the 1920's.
We started calling upon High 5 Plumbing about a year ago...They have repaired a sewer leak, installed a new shower assembly, and just recently replaced a kitchen faucet.
I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for...and you get the best treatment possible with each and every visit that a High 5 technician makes to the home.
The most recent technician, Vincent, was just awesome. Came in ready to go. Boot covers, working pads, and tools! Very polite young man. Thanks Vincent for the superior work! Great job on clean up too!!!
On time, and in uniform...oh yeah almost forgot that the company sends updates of when and who will be arriving to your home before the technician arrives. Nice!
All costs, explanation of what is necessary to repair/replace, and a guess as to the time needed are given up front.
I'm in...I will continue to utilized High 5 Plumbing in the future...
I will start out that I hate the way plumbing companies work on the pricing but that is how all of them work so...
Anyway, my main water feed into the house started to leak, the pressure gage connection (i think). I used High 5 plumbing. I really like the plumber they sent out. He came out and said yes you are right. He gave me a couple of options and gave me his opinion. I think he went above and beyond to get it fixed without jacking up the price. Price was high but about what I was expecting.
While he was here, I asked him to give me an estimate on my outside hose water connection. I thought It was leaking when I turned it on. He evaluated it and said the pipe probably burst. I had him change that too. Yes the copper pipe had a nice hole once he got the pipe out. He put in the new one and works great. I would use this company again.
Extremely Grdat communication fastest response by far. 2 good guys showed up early Josh and Jason.
I asked for 1 leak to be repaired and a quote on 3 full sets of replacement.
The up sell for gross, I paid insane amount for a cartridge replacement that my teenage son and I saw on YouTube in less than 15 minutes.
If I spent $3k!on the quoted work it may have been more economical.
Highly suggest you ask for estimated cost and time to repair early and don't ask for anything but your repair.
Awaiting a call from a manager as Josh stated he is not able to quote less based on roll out fees that are set. The yelp I saw said $45 roll out applied to any work, apparently anything has to be over $500 as the roll fee. Be carful and know that your value for you dollar is not respected by High 5 Plumbing.
Disappointed C.

Please note they charge you just to come out to give you a quote. They can't provide price range even to clean out a main drain. Their site here says call to get a quote but you can't get one. SMH
So thankful for Michael at high 5 for coming out late Saturday evening probably not what he wanted to do but showed up with a smile and got things fixed! We appreciate the service and are so thankful for the quick response and updates :) defiantly would recommend and use again!
I had High 5 out early this past week to look at a few things around the house. They gave me a few options which was awesome. Would highly recommended them for any plumbing needs!
This company as a whole is unprofessional. Morgan was really late and that's easy to overlook even though it ruined my evening plans. The first thing he did was complain about how many stairs I had, I get it....but when I asked him how his day was he said fine until I had to walk up all these stairs 2nd time...a bit dramatic but he complained every chance he got through out the visit. And he was a very athletic individual btw....more than me...When I told him I had a leaky fridge line, he peeked at it and started to make elaborate plans. I'm sure his plans involved the fact that I'm a young woman and know nothing about plumbing because the total came out to $1000. My realtor was there and asked if I could get a discount and I added yeah cause I'm sorta broke I just bought this place with all of my money. I'm proud and excited and he said guess you should sell this place if you're broke that frustrated me....buying this place was a big decision and process and for him to be so flippant and uncaring...I took it as an insult but overlooked it. Then he started cracking dick jokes and without delay, threw up his hands defensively and said ladies, relax, I'm just trying to lighten the mood ...first...the mood doesn't have to be joyous, you just told me I have to drop a ton of money on an unexpected repair. Second, don't tell me to relax, that gets under my skin, its condescending. And third, you turned what was supposed to be a platonic and professional interaction into a sexual one. I was lucky I had my realtor as backup. Had we been alone and he turned the conversation sexual, I might have been way more nervous. Lucky I am further in my recovery or he would have triggered me. It is not okay to waltz into a young woman's home and start talking inappropriately, especially if you're providing a service that I am paying for. He gave me a paper to sign at the end and told me it just explains that he came to assess things and we have a plan to fix the leak. A few days later i got an invoice for $1000 with my oversized signature on it. I was super intimidated, as if i promised to pay that much money and that my signature made it legally binding?? He didnt say i was signing an invoice, just an agreement that he came to look at it. The front desk was surprised to hear that i got an invoice before anything was repaired. But that i would have to take that up with the managers. I got frustrated and sat down to fix it myself, no clue what I am doing....I grabbed a wrench and turned the nut to tighten it and no more leak! I fixed it!!!! He didn't even look at the leak up close and he didn't think to tighten it, or he did and that contradicted his plan to repipe everything and overcharge me... I called this company to inform the owners or managers how their employee is behaving and 3 separate times I was told they would respond to me within 48 hours....well it's 3 weeks after the last time i called and nobody has gotten back to me. I was willing to discuss with them and negotiate getting him training and I wouldn't leave a very honest review but they've ignored me and I've clearly been swept under the rug. Customer service was bad, the service was non existent and I am sure he tried to play me. I feel used and frustrated and unimportant

We had Jonathan out at our house and he was thoroughly amazing. His professionalism represents the company as a whole. Everyone from the dispatchers to the plumbers were simply great. I would not hesitate to have Jonathan or High 5 back in my home again.
Jason arrived within the window of time represented. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and got the repair completed quickly. He tested his work to make sure there were no remaining issues and even provided a recommendation for services he could not provide that we needed. Definitely recommend.

So I requested a quote for two valves to be replaced under my sink. When the tech arrived, he instantly started making comments about my home and how nice it is and how it would be terrible if something happened to this home due to plumbing issues. Then he proceeded to go throughout the house and tell me water, hot water would damage multiple items here. I told him I replace the faucet, but the valves need to be replaced. He told me and so many words that I'm not a professional and I can't connect to lines that I need to sign up for their membership so they can come out and inspect more work I have done. He didn't so telling me about other items that needed to be replaced in my home when all I needed was two valves under the sink to be replaced. Everything was a scare tactic and then he told me when I decided not to pay $700 for two valves that he drove all the way across town over an hour to come to my home and that he needed to $49 since it was such a far drive for him. I would never recommend this company to anyone who needs something repaired because all they are going to do is try to scare you into fixing other items in the home.

GET 2ND OPINIONS!!!! High 5 came out to my home with a leak in the cellar and most likely a sewer main blockage. They didn't want to snake and scope for fear of making the leak worse. I asked about replacing the elbow where the leak was and the guy said that more than likely they would crack the pipe that goes out of the house and under my driveway. He recommended that I leave it for the weekend so at least I had usage for the weekend (my birthday...sigh). The next thing I know I'm getting a $14K bid for digging up my driveway. I called another plumber and sure enough... the leak in the cellar was a $500 easy fix (they did not crack the pipe) and they scoped and snaked to assess the REAL situation. There was nothing under my driveway. There was a small blockage beyond the driveway and a larger blockage where 2 duplexes tie into the main. Total cost $3700 for leak repair, installing outside clean-outs, and water blasting to get through the blockage (some of that is split between 5 homeowners). My plumber was actually upset that someone in his profession would actually give a $14K assessment without scoping and knowing the REAL problem. Who does business like this? What has happened to moral and ethical standards? This teacher cannot afford to be raked over the coals!!! Do not trust High 5 plumbing! GET 2ND OPINIONS! Look for trustworthy and genuine people. They are out there but, sadly, you have to search. So lucky I found one.

I called because my garbage disposal is broken. The technician said he would give me three estimates for different disposals. They ranged from $1100-$1800!!! I looked up the same disposals on Home Depot and saw that they cost between $180 and $268. That means the labor, which would probably take an hour, would cost up to $1500 per hour!! I bought a disposal from Ace Hardware and I have a man coming to install it on Monday and the total will be less than $350. When I told the technician that their prices were outrageous he told me that this is what it costs these days to replace a disposal! I wasn't born yesterday!! You people have some nerve charging those prices for an hours worth of work. The rave reviews you have on your website must be from relatives. I can't imagine anyone spending $1800 to replace a garbage disposal! I'm sorry I wasted $49 for the service call

Overpriced. More interested in selling a membership. Tried to sell a new hot water heater installation for almost $4000. Average price for a new hot water heater and installation is about half of that.
Fast, friendly, and efficient! High 5 sent out their technician, Morgan, within 24 hours of our call. Morgan was able to fix the float valve in our toilet for a great price, and was in and out within an hour, and even checked our kids' play potty to make sure it was in good shape as well our kid appreciated that! Thanks for great service. Highly recommend.
I contacted High 5 Plumbing for a quote to install a new hose bib. The location for installing the hose bib was accessible from my crawlspace that has six and half feet of ground to ceiling clearance and full access to existing cold water lines to tap. I was quoted an astonishing $1,819.71-$1,932.07 for parts and labor. The parts for this job would have been in the ball park of $250 and it would not have taken much longer than two hours to complete. That leaves them billing at an hourly rate of $841. Before declining the quote, I took the plumber to my garage where and showed him the worked done by two guys to insulate, drywall, tape/mud, and paint my garage. A job of that magnitude took two and half days to completed and $2,500. The plumber I spoke with was courteous and respectful, so kudos to him and the training he received, but have no idea how High 5 Plumbing is rationalizing charging people such astronomical amounts.

So we had these people come do our hot water heater. 3k is what they quote us. But if I go buy hot water heater and have them install it. So I bought one for the space we had and the size we got 600. But then we paid 1200 for one hour of labor. But they were nice so we stuck with them. We then looked at A/C 7k for them to bring new and install one hour. But nice so we stuck with them. Well we wanted a new toilet install. Gave us a quote 825. The toilet they sale is 600 dollars....We went to several location and found the most expensive at stores was 300. The labor for them to do is $225. Got here at 9:10. He wanted us to replace the flange for another 300 when Lowe's and Home Depot has them for $18. We told them no. Finish the work for the 225. They left at 10:04. Nice people but not worth the price.
****replying to the comment the shady company this is. They block it so no one and reply to their comment. Just cause my name isn't in the system is cause it's under my spouse name. My statement still stands your estimates are not valid. For a product that is $18 should cost from you $300. Your company is a scam.

Easter weekend and my drain decides to go out while I've got family over celebrating. High 5 plumbing was the only company that answered my call and had someone out within 2 hours of me calling. We will be using them for all of our plumbing needs moving forward.
They obviously did not want to do the work on my rental house. I sent them a description of the work that I wanted done, and they could not be bothered to reply with anything other than a canned reply and a demand to call me. I asked them to review the description of the work that was being requested, and they ghosted me.

The supply line valve to my dishwasher failed. Got ahold of High 5 and within about 2 hours their technician Chris was on site. He diagnosed the issue and also helped me with a supply line issue I was having with my refrigerator. A few hours later and both issues are now totally resolved. Was the work cheap? Certainly not. But for same-day results I'd happily pay it again. Our technician Chris was professional, cordial, and extremely helpful. If you call High 5, ask for Chris to come do the work. I'd hire them again and recommend.
The company showed up quickly and gave me a $2500 estimate. It didn't look right to me based on some of the costs so I called another plumber. Turned out they completely missed diagnosed the problem and would've charged me $2500 to replace pipes that were not where the leak was. It was a real scam. When I told them the price was much too high for the service they were bidding on, they came back and offered to knock $500 off. This only made me more suspicious and fortunately I hired someone else. The other company fixed the problem for $200! Don't let their low $50 initial diagnosis charge fool you. This is not a reputable group. Further, they didn't respond to any of my emails telling them what a horrible experience I had. Stay away!!!
Jason was outstanding from the moment he arrived until he left. Extremely knowledgeable, informative and helpful to me. Very reassuring as well. Explained thoroughly all the different plumbing concerns I had and made sure all my questions were answered before he left. I highly recommend him and High 5 plumbing!!! They truly are the best!!

Gave me a very competitive bid compared to other companies. Did not up charge me for the weekend. Once the job was complete they even lowered the original bid because the repair was easier then expected. Great company to use.

We had a serious issue with the plumbing in our home and Chris Hales did a fantastic job of resolving everything very quickly. I highly recommend this company!

The Two stare is for the Plumber that came out. Friendly, knowledgeable, polite. The rest is negative for the high price. I did not write this review until the project bid on was completed by a competitor. I was first quoted almost $1,500 for installing a hot water circulation pump and crossover. Club package of course included. The lowest quote peeling back all the add ins was $1,395 and I could get a military discount of $100. I know the costs of the hardware and this was unacceptable so I paid the $49 and declined the overpriced service. I had the exact same job completed today for $669. I told the plumber if his boss/owner came to $700 I would give them the job. No word back.
If you choose this company (as I am sure they are qualified to perform the services) you should get a second bid so your not overpaying.
Called this morning about a slow to drain kitchen sink with leaking issues...by NOON...the problem
was fixed. I think they might be slightly higher in price but as another reviewer said-you get what you pay for and this is the Nordstrom's of plumbing...extremely polite and professional. From diagnosis to completed job-this was done quickly and efficiently! These guys are PROS!
We had a middle-of-the-night plumbing emergency and found this company through Yelp. Leo came and saved our house from flooding. the company was super communicative of when he was on his way. He was super courteous and clean, and very respectful of the home.
I used them for a minor toilet issue. The tech was amazing. Clean, prompt and efficient.
Recommended to my daughter and she was also pleased

I hired High 5 Plumbing to complete a sink installation. This is a company focused on customer service, the quality of plumbing repair and their attention safety during this covid pandemic. If you have any plumbing needs, please check them out. I do encourage multiple quotes as another company wanted to charge about $300 an hour for this work. As it was, High 5 Plumbing probably charged about $200 an hour which I find pretty high (therefore I did not give 5 stars).. One other thing that drags the review down from 5 to 4 stars was the sales job to get me to buy some kind of membership which I didn't go for. But, the professionalism of the service was sufficient to leave me satisfied despite these two issues.
I sent a message through Yelp and got a quick response from Levi(an owner) and subsequently another message apparently not knowing I had scheduled the appointment. I initially talked to Janae and she was nice and informative and tried to schedule an appointment for the next day. I told her I would call back either way, whether or not I'd schedule because I didn't want them to hold a time that I wouldn't take. When I called back she was busy so I talked to Tim. He was friendly and explained why I wasn't talking to Janae again. We scheduled the appointment and he explained how it would work. Who was coming, an email letting me know they were on the way, and a link so I could follow the driver. Everything was as explained. John M showed up and had a bit of trouble parking because of construction, but didn't complain about it, just made note. He was very friendly and put on booties when he came in. Was very thorough regarding my service request and did an overall inspection with explanation as to what/why things might need/want to be done. He left me with a little swag bag with some neat things in it before he went to get me some quotes. He wasn't pushy at all and didn't try to oversell. He solved my problem and gave me 3 options for what could be done for maintenance. The service fee was really reasonable (I did comparisons.) Unfortunately, at the time, I wasn't financially able to go forward with any of them. I will definitely use their family owned business who teams with non-profits to better the community when I can make it happen. Thanks High 5 guys!

High5 Plumbing did an excellent job when I needed a few things replaced in my master shower. The technician Jeff was polite, efficient and answered my questions when he was finished with the work.
Jeff helped me save money by explaining the benefit of buying two tubs of Bio-Clean at once, which is great for my drains throughout my town home. This product is much better and safer than Drano or other highly toxic and potentially damaging chemicals to remove clogs, etc.
My membership in the High5 discount program saves me on their services as well as other companies they partner with. Make sure to ask whoever you speak with about it as it will definitely save you money over the course of a year.
Best of all Jeff gave me a solid high five to end the appointment!
One of the employees called me the day after to ensure everything went well. This is excellent follow up and will definitely make me want to use High5 again and again in the future.
You have made this Yelper a very happy client.
I am SO disappointed! A few years ago we discovered High 5 Plumbing and were really happy with their work, professionalism and customer service. They became our go-to plumbing company. So when we discovered a leak under the kitchen sink, we called them out. The plumber came out, said our kitchen faucet needed to be replaced. We didn't expect that, so he had someone deliver a replacement kitchen faucet. After he was done- $1100.00!!! To replace a kitchen faucet! My husband works for Angi (that's how we found them originally) and it should cost around $400. The replacement faucet is extremely cheap AND it doesn't work! It's a retractable faucet that doesn't retract. My husband called to complain and was told the high cost was for overhead. We told him that the faucet they installed doesn't work and he said it would cost another $800 to come out and replace it. Oh- and we still have not received an invoice.
Did I mention that my husband works for Angi? We will be spreading this information.
Was excited to finally have found a commercial plumber, based on yelp reviews, however our appointment was rescheduled 3 times so we decided to go with another company. Time is money and I can't be losing customers because other people have more important issues to tend to.
Don't hire this company. They charged too expensive ($350) to fix second line and said it will be in warranty within 1 month. Once they fix it, the same issue occur after 5 days. We made an appointment and they didn't make it and reschedule it. Finally they come and told us it is different issue(main line) and they will charge $399 to fix it and $899 to analyze it. That is steal !
Update: I hired a different company to fix the main line with $36 and they pulled a lot of wipes and it seems the people from high 5 did lousy job and just push the wipes to main line and they didn't tell us what cause the problem at the first time.
I debated just skipping the whole review, but decided it might help someone, so here goes. High 5 was recommended to me by my HVAC contractor ... they even mentioned that as part of their service club I would get good pricing from High 5. So I invited them out to bid on installing a new water heater and to have my sewer scoped (necessary for the garage renovation on which I am working). The scheduling person said all of their trucks are fully equipped so this should be easy.
The technician showed up on time.
He looked at the current water heater and proposed a number of possible fixes, ranging from a smaller 40 gallon water heater up to a tankless system (only after I insisted on an estimate for this multiple times). All of the estimates came in thousands of dollars over other bids I received for comparable work. And this is supposed to have included the member pricing.
I did have the tech scope the sewer as that was a priority and he was there. Additionally, they charge a fee just to have a tech show up, which they will apply against your bill if you have work done, so figured it was already partially paid. The estimate came in higher than I was expecting (the garage contractor and several real estate agent mention they usually get sewers scoped for less than $200 .... the estimate was almost $300).
The tech then informed me he would have to wait for the camera to be delivered (roughly 45 minutes). So much for their trucks being fully stocked. During that time, he took it upon himself to do an inspection of my house and make comments about things that needed work (and how their group could handle the expenses).
When the camera finally arrived, we started the scope. About 1/2 way through, the tech ran out of paper towels he had brought in with him, so asked to borrow some from me. I provided a roll and we proceeded. The scope generally went fine (the typical ... you need to upgrade at some point and we are happy to do the work). The tech managed to soil large portions of my laundry room with sewage in the process of removing the scope. He then just threw the nasty paper towels in the nearest (inside) trash can. So I spent about an hour cleaning up the mess he caused and removing the waste.
In the end, I was pretty disappointed with High 5. Got other estimates on the water heaters and went with another plumber who did the work fine without issue (and who cleaned up after himself) and at significantly lower cost.
I had never used High 5 before but found them to be very responsive and sent a repairman to my home within 2-3 hours. I really liked that they keep you informed via text and email the whole way. I received emailed quotes while the repairman was at my home. I really like this company. Two thumbs up.
We have spent many THOUSANDS of dollars this year alone with these guys. Then our water heater breaks........ busy at work, and they scam my wife into agreeing to pay almost $5,000 for a basic tanked water heater. I flip out and tell them to stop work and the price magically changes because they got the wrong price from management..... it then goes down to $2900 (still too high but not robbery). Seriously questionable business ethics, and nice way to lose loyal customers. Pathetic way to do business and try to scam until you get called on it.
Because of a recent remodel disaster, I'm really skeptical of anyone doing work at my house! We found High 5 Plumbing through Google and Yelp, and all of the reviews were great. We appreciated that they could give us an accurate estimate through FaceTime, which saved us a lot of time. We also appreciated the military discount. Nick and Ryan showed up in matching uniforms that were pretty cool, were very professional, made me laugh, answered my questions, and explained everything very well. I got a follow up call from the office after the service, and I even got a picture and video of Nick before he got here, which allowed us to know who would be working in our house.
...and he gets the job done without pressure to buy more....
That quote is from your Yelp page! IT IS SIMPLY A LIE.
I asked for an estimate for a simple kitchen faucet installation.
I received 3 quotes from the tech, a nice young man. The quotes included a preplanned marketing scheme and PLENTY OF PRESSURE to buy more.
First quote was $900 to join a maintenance co-op that covered everything in my house-NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR.
Second quote was $600 for a reduced version of the first quote.
Third quote was for the actual work requested, but was twice what I finally spent on the repair with a straight-shooting plumber.
I wasted $49. on a trip charge on this scam. I write this review to help others avoid the lies, the pressure tactics and the waste of money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
The only thing that gives this place any stars is the people. Steven has come out to my house twice and has always been polite, friendly and prompt. And the woman that answers the phone is also very sweet and polite. But that's where the good parts of this review end.
The products they use are GARBAGE.
I bought my house a little over a year ago, and when I moved in, the previous home owner informed me that High 5 had done some of the plumbing work, including repairing and replacing two hose bibs, and there was a sticker on our water heater, that I took as a sign they had done work on that also.
6 months after I moved in, the first hose bib cracked from freeze damage, and they charged me like $400 to replace it. Because freeze damage'wasn't covered in the warranty. Then, we discovered that the other hose bib they installed leaked horribly.
THEN, the water heater went out and almost flooded our house! Even better, when I had an actual LEGIT plumber come out, he pointed out a TON of corners that High 5 had cut, including bending the steam vents so that they were blowing steam back into the unit. Some of the plastic was even melted from the blowback. We were informed that bending those vents is very dangerous AND illegal. They had also never installed an emergency shut-off valve!! Thankfully I had installed one myself, so that when the stupid thing blew, I was actually able to shut it off and avoid a lot of unnecessary damage.
But the best part, was that the hose bib they replaced in APRIL (remember that super expensive one?) well it broke AGAIN! In the same exact spot! Flooded my kitchen for the second time and warped my floors. And they told me that it actually wasn't covered under their warranty, since we'd had a snow storm since April.
I was obviously livid, especially since the repair had been expensive, and I had done everything I was instructed to do to make sure that this damage wouldn't happen again. The very nice employee (Steven) called his boss to try and get the repair covered, and the boss offered us a 20% discount. ON SOMETHING THEY HAD JUST REPAIRED 6 MONTHS PREVIOUSLY. It became pretty obvious that they use poor quality equipment so that it will break quickly and you'll be forced to call them back out under their false guarantee/warranty and pay them tons of money.
Absolute crap company with trash products. They are super shady and have dangerous practices. DO NOT USE THEM.
Showed up in acceptable time, wearing appropriate PPE. Very nice, eager to help. Removed toilet, no charge, and gave an accurate estimate, Then worked to fit a closet flange and remount toilet.
Four stars because he didn't protect the wall from ABS grinding, and couldn't clean it, so I'll have to repaint.
Despite that, I will hire again.
After purchasing a home with an unfinished basement, I discovered that the bathroom rough-ins were extremely rough and wouldn't work to meet code. I got quotes from multiple plumbing companies and based on reviews, Dan's experience & knowledge and overall value, I chose to go with High 5 Plumbing. Dan Penner and Chris Haire made a potentially stressful task, happen seamlessly. They were reliable, communicative, went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, completed the job in a timely manner and above all else, did really quality work. High 5 Plumbing exceeded my expectations and will be my go to company in the future.

Way over priced - bid was astronomical. They do what makes them money as opposed to what's right for the client. I did not use the service as the bid was way to high, I got a second opinion the same day for truly a fraction of the price! They told me I needed a total rebuild on 2 year old toilets, instead all I needed was to replace the rubber flush valve... so instead of a $1400 quote I paid a little over $20
Forgot to mention i took a day off work to knock this out however they had to reschedule me 3 times and ended up asking if they can show up tomorrow (the next day) instead which I agreed to only to find out the price...
Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion before moving forward is all I would recommend and not sign up for the membership package they try and sell you on

Terrible experience all around. They rescheduled my appointment several times and then showed up finally only to give me an outrageous estimate for a valve to be added to existing line. Still had to pay them $50 for nothing. Would not recommend whatsoever.

I had some higher end plumbing equipment that needed to be replaced (a 6 valve thermostatic shower controller and a steamer unit). I contacted High 5 Plumbing to provide me a quote. They were very professional and prompt. The individual who provided the quote was thorough and professional. What shocked me was the price. It was for nearly $12,000. I then sought a different company for a quote and had them do the work. For the same exact equipment and installation I was able to get the project done for $4,600. That was a reduction of $7,400. High 5 contacted me about the status of the outstanding quote and I questioned the price. They told me that their overhead was higher and charged higher prices.
Maybe for a small job it would be ok. But I would recommend getting some competitive bids before committing to High 5 Plumbing.
High 5 was communicative and responsive. They gave me plenty of notice on their arrival time and completed the work efficiently. Justin was great- thank you!
Last weekend we came home to a small gas leak. Xcel energy came and shut off our meter until we could have it repaired. It was Saturday afternoon and we called High 5 Plumbing to help us out. When the technician arrived, he was nice, took a look at the issue, and then told us he could repair it on Sunday morning in ~4 hours for a cost of over $4,000! Yes, $4,000. When I challenged him for taking advantage of the situation, he dropped the price by $1,000. Needless to say, I asked him to leave our home, called another reputable plumber who came out Sunday and fixed the issue in about 4 hours for $600. We have called the office multiple times to complain about the horrible treatment, and no response. Run from this company!! How dare you take advantage of your fellow neighbors like this.
Beware!
I had a great experience with High 5 Plumbing and specifically with Francesca and Josh. Francesca answered the phone, scheduled my appointment, called to let me know Josh was on his way, and called after to make sure it was satisfactory. Which I really appreciated!
Josh was prompt, explained everything so well and fixed the problem quickly. I really appreciated him, he was so pleasant and such an expert!
Thank you High 5 Plumbing!

This was easily one of the easiest contractor experiences I have had. I was impressed with their communication from the start. I was updated regularly with what I can/ should expect. The tech that came to my house was easy to work with, and not at all pushy (one of my least favorite traits).
As a contractor I am using their model as something to work towards as we look to improve our own communication!!

Very nice work. Did a great job replacing a faucet that hadn't worked in a long time, and came up with a solution for a garbage disposal issue that made way more sense than what other companies were proposing. And they were safe. As far as I could tell, dude wore a mask and shoe coverings the entire time he was at my house...roughly 3 hours. I would hire them again.

High 5 plumbing is a roral rip off we have paid this company thousands of dollars and so when I needed my kitchen faucet switched out with a new one and have our kitchen faucet put down in our garden level apt I thought I would give them a call, well when I came home and heard what they charged us I thought it was a joke. They charged OVER 600.00 to just install two kitchen faucets. LET ME REPEAT OVER 600.00 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Definitely do not use this company. They were here for a half hour and charged me $678 of which $70 was materials. The rate of $310 an hour. They wanted me to become a member for future discounts at the rate of $175 up front. Of course I won't use them again at the rate of $310 an hour and neither should you. I tried to dispute this and I told them I would give them a bad review and they're attitude was go ahead. They obviously don't care about their company name or about the customer. Who has the nerve to charge a membership fee and $310 an hour on top? Outrageous considering they're plumbers and not attorneys. Plumbing isn't rocket science and I'll go with a company that charges appropriately.

This company gives free estimates and charges by the job, not the hour. I had Mike come to my house to give a free estimate for a back up issue. Mike arrived within the time frame and also had booties! The last plumber (Tipping Hat) did not have any booties.
Unfortunately, he was not able to re-perform the backup but he suggested a jug of Bio Clean which was $50. The last plumber offered it for $148. Mike also looked at a shower head leak and told me I just needed some Teflon tape to fix it. The last plumber said I needed the whole unit replaced for $224. I had another potential leak somewhere else and Mike told me maybe a part of the cast iron in the crawl space needed to be replaced. The last plumber told me the whole entire cast iron unit needed to be replaced. The only thing Mike did not do which the last plumber did was go in the crawl space to look at the pipes. He said that part was not free and would be $118.
Anyway, it seems like Mike was a super honest plumber not trying to rip me off! I didn't realize how much of a crook the other company was until I talked with Mike! I hate shopping around but I'm very glad I did. I will definitely call Mike at High 5 for my next plumbing needs (hopefully I don't have more...).

I will start off by saying their employees are quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was able to receive a same-day appointment and have them fix my tub leak on the same day, which was great. However, a panel was ripped off my wall from behind my stove in order to get to the drain coming from my tub where it was leaking and haphazardly replaced, if at all. Now I have a hot oven heating up the piping under my tub that is plastic..... The whole job took around an hour and half and new hardware/ section of drain tubing was replaced at a price of $530. I felt this was pretty pricy but wanted to support a family-run business. I replaced my bathroom vanity a week later and called them back for a quote. They quoted me just over $1,000 to fix 3 inches of PVC pipe tubing that was old and leaky. We were flabbergasted at this price which they estimated would take 1 hour so we called another very well-known local plumbing company to take a look and give us a quote. The other company was able to replace the small area of piping for only $250 and took them an hour! I am not out to be rude, I am just sharing my story as this is what Yelp is for! I would have liked to use High Five Plumbing again but it is much too expensive. It is worth getting multiple quotes!

I'll keep it simple:
1. Communication = perfect
2. Professionalism = flawless
3. Punctuality = solid
4. The estimate was a bit high, but you get what you pay for.
5. I would strongly recommend the High Five team for any plumbing needs!

Like others have said, this place is a huge ripoff. Go anywhere else where their goal isn't to price gouge the customer.
Stay away from this company!!! I had a very shady, unnerving experience yesterday (5/14/21). They came to fix my non flushing toilet and charged me $223.00. But, before I agreed to that, they offered me many different estimates...one which was to rebuild my toilet or to offer a to instal a new toilet (for over $900.00) My toilet is three years old! Not even 24 hours later, my toilet was not flushing. After calling them back this morning (5/15/21), they would not come out to fix it again as they service work is not under warranty. They refused to give me a credit, so I have filed a dispute with my Visa company and the BBB.
Had a tech come to my house and he was rude and obnoxious. All he cared about was money and not doing a good job. Worst company ever.
Guys were prompt professional clean and did great work! After a couple bad experiences with 2 competitors these guys came out and tackled the job! Very happy!
Got same day service which was needed as my kitchen faucet sprung a pretty good size leak. Jason arrived early and had the problem figured out by the time I got there. He had a replacement in his truck, but I wanted something a little fancier so he waited for mr to run to Home Depot and get the one I wanted. Jason was very friendly knowledgeable showed me how to keep it running smoothly and was good with the dog!
Will call them again!

High 5 has a great website that allowed for easy communication and scheduling! Dan came out to fix a garbage disposal that had a cloth stuck in it as well as a bathroom sink that was leaking. He was friendly and fast. He even left a tool for us to fix the garbage disposal if it were to happen again. Would use them again!
Outrageously overpriced!! Spent 15 minutes and charged over $250.00. Paid with cash and service man didn't have the right change. Pushy with quotes, I stated I could only afford 1 of the 2 jobs that needed to be done and technician shrugged his shoulders and said your problem.
They did show up on time but they DO NOT give online quotes. They take the information and tell you the technician will give you the quote when they get there. Unfortunately, a lot of people would feel pressured since they are already in the home.
This company is very quick to respond to all your email/message. They gave me tips to try in February when a pipe froze and I was able to get things working without them having to come over and for absolutely no cost to me! I had another problem today and they responded to my email right away. I highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with High 5 plumbing who I contacted for work on a natural gas line. The dispatcher communicated clearly and often to describe what, when, and who I should expect for my appointment. Caleb, the service technician, was timely, polite, professional, and did very nice work. He got the job done quickly, everything works as it should, and it looks great. I would work with High 5 Plumbing again. Thank you, Caleb!
Great customer service! Disconcerting on the labor charge. I don't mind the $49 trip charge; however, we had a new refrigerator and needed the water line hooked up to the existing plumbing hardware. Took the plumber 20 minutes or less and used our equipment for a total of $233 for the labor charge. Exuberant cost.
Josh knows his stuff and really cane through when my dog died and became trapped in the sewer line. My wife was so sad but I was happy we finally weren't going to have to buy dog food anymore. Had great convo and it seemed like they knew exactly what they were doing and the bill wasn't crazy high unlike a recent locksmith company tried to do to me. Thank you Josh and the rest of the crew for making this black history month the best and pleasant dreamscape!
YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY CALL THESE GUYS! I highly recommend High 5 (and you will see why if you continue reading). What I really appreciate about High 5 Plumbing is that they have built their business on trust with the customer. I had a different plumber out who said our water pressure was too high, then I had High 5 out, and they said differently. I called High 5 to ask them about why one person's gauge was high, and the other was low, and a second High 5 person came out after work one day to use his gauge to check the pressure and be sure. They did all of this for free, while the other plumber charged me $40 just to come out and see me.
I went with High 5 for a water pressure regulator, and a new water heater/piping. The work looks great, they were on time, finished on time, and were very careful not to leave a mess. I will definitely be giving them the first shot at my plumbing business because their prices are fair (I checked with 3 different plumbers), and they won't try to sell you anything that you don't need. What else can you ask for? Also, they answer their phones late if you have questions, and are quick to call you back if they weren't available.

This company rocks! Josh is an exceptional tech, he's expedient, he's efficient, and he gets the job done without pressure to buy more. Have had them out twice and their prices are very reasonable. Will call them for every issue they cover.

Great service. A little pricey is the only thing I can say, but you definitely get your money's worth. Professional and on-time. They did a great job with extending the gas pipe and installing a waterline and their corresponding valves. The next day they even offered help install the gas dryer (since who delivered it did not which was not anticipated) which was not part of the initial job.
Thanks Jordan!

Scheduled an appointment via Yelp with Levi and no one ever showed or even called. I left work early to sit at home for 2 hours for no reason. I will be using someone else's services.
We had a leaky pipe behind our lazy Susan that we were initially told would cost thousands to fix. High 5 came out and did the job quickly, did it well, and did it for $400. They definitely know what they're doing and everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. I definitely recommend them!

The tech went out the next day which was great but the price quoted was more than double the other quotes we received. They also tried to tack on other work that was not asked for or necessary. Great that they got there next day, but the price quoted was much higher than everyone else.

DO NOT USE THEM. For a simple cartridge repair (part is $50-$100 max and takes about 2 min to replace), I went from talking about a $180 minimum charge plus the part to an $850 charge. The worst part was that they didn't tell me it was going to cost $850 instead of $180 until after they sawed off my handle and took everything apart (because the screws were stripped). What was I supposed to do at that point after I already took off a half of day of work and had a sleeping 16-month old next door? When I asked for a cost breakdown, he couldn't explain how they arrived at $850 and said it came from the office so that I needed to call someone at the office. When I called someone at the office, they couldn't give me a breakout either other than they would look into it. When they didn't call me back over the next few days I wrote a message asking to speak to the manager for a cost breakdown. I then essentially got a response that blames the cost on overhead (marketing, office admin, etc,) but still no detailed breakdown of what actually cost $850. For about an hour of actual labor, an hour to get to and from the job + get the needed part, and a $50-$100 part, there's still about $500 of unexplained charges. This is the first time in my life I've felt the need to report to the Better Business Bureau which I'm doing this week and also the Commission body governing them because it makes me sick to think they could be scamming others like this who may be less fortunate.
$800 for 30 min of labor and less than $100 of parts. Their software does not allow for grouping tasks and working with the customer on site to provide reasonably costed service. Instead they attempt to explain their high prices by stating there is a 2yr warranty. I will not make this mistake again. Call a local guy and support honest hard working plumbers who don't milk their clientele for every last penny
Fantastic service. Definitely a high end provider, but quality all the way. Prompt, courteous, very professional and knowledgeable.
High 5 Plumbing is a company to bookmark. When you need plumbing help High 5 is the who you should call. Denver is an expensive place to live, having to call to get your hot water heater repaired is the thing financial nightmares are made of. Thankfully after looking at several reviews and reading comments I decided to trust High 5 to help us. I was simply looking for honest and fair treatment to restore hot water to our home. High 5 plumbing was not only honest and fair but patient, did exactly what they said they would do and communicated at every step of the process. HIGH 5 IS 5 OUT OF 5 STARS

Solid plumbing work but as many have said they are expensive.
They have a tier system for each repair scaling from Red to Green. Red being the cheapest in which they provide only a 30 day warranty on the work all the way up to green which cost about 3-4 times the Red price. This is a gimmick.
The most laughably overpriced quote I've ever gotten from a service technician. Wasted a morning for him to give me a $1800 quote to fix a leak and pressurize a pipe. Got it done for the still too high $500 from a competitor, fixed several more leaks and passed inspection. Could have gotten it cheaper still if it wasn't so hard up.
Never ever ever let these guys be your only quote. You WILL overpay even for yelp. I feel really bad for the grannies you guys must scam.

Technician was on time, assessed the issue quickly and finished the repair same day!
Initially he offered a full removal and repair of my old rusted out clean out valve. This would have involved removing concrete and fitting new pipes (expensive), I asked him what he would do if it were his house and suggest a much cheaper option that worked perfectly. I gave the technical my garage code because I had to run back to work; he came back and finished the job, left the area of work clean , and was able to take credit card payment and send me a receipt immediately. I would definitely recommend High 5 plumbing fro your next plumbing issue!
Our technician Pedro was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. What is more working with the office over the telephone was extremely efficient. Their price seems a bit above market rates, but I see this as being the price paid for a professional and punctual service. I was quite impressed with High 5 and will use them again.

I had High 5 come out to replace a kitchen faucet, they wouldn't give me a quote over the phone, and when they got to the house said it would be $1550. I told them I knew the going price of that work, and I wouldn't pay that so they said I owed a trip fee. When I protested, they did end up waiving the trip fee and I had another company install the faucet for $265.

Jon C, welcome to Colorado!
Not only was High-5 fast to respond to my Yelp request, they did everything they promised. We were able to schedule an appointment for the same day as my issue, they gave me a 2 hour window, called before showing up, and arrived when they said they would.
Jon was professional, cleaning up after himself and never losing faith we would figure out the issue! He tested several things and got to the bottom of my mystery leaking. The whole time, he sung the praises of his employer and made me feel comfortable and confident in my choice to take a chance on someone via Yelp.
Thank you, Jon C, and High-5 Plumbing!!
$500 plus to fix leaking toilet. Almost $600 each for two side by side rentals to replace pressure valves. Did I mention $160 to expand/cut a piece a Sheetrock to put in valve. Did I mention they put the valve in the wrong place and had to do it again. Did I mention because they put the valve in the wrong place, they turned down the temp in the hot water heater. Renters complained about the lack of hot water. I travel for work and I needed somebody professional to handle this. I asked for a discount as they needed to replace two valves in separate units that are 25 foot apart. They refused. Never again. Stay away. Rich
Bryant quickly diagnosed and repaired my plumbing leak with a quick application of sealant around the fixtures in the shower.
I was worried I had a major leak in the cast iron drain pipe from the tub since the crawlspace dirt was saturated below the tub. Another plumber could have easily said the pipe needed to be replaced, fixture repaired or charged me a lot for what was an easy fix.
As an out of state landlord (and a woman) I am so relieved to find a plumbing company that is capable, honest, prompt and reasonably priced!
Up until I found High 5, I was having an extremely hard time finding a good plumber for my Arvada rental home, and the previous company I had worked with to replace a furnace in the past quoted me $5,000 to replace a water heater. After I was done laughing, I asked what the price was comprised of in time, labor and materials and was told ma'am, I don't make the prices. I wish I had found High 5 plumbing before but now that I know they are good, I'll definitely use them for every plumbing issue that comes up!
Thanks again High 5 Plumbing and thanks for your great customer service, diagnosis and repair!!
Wonderful people, and prompt service. I would recommend these plumbers to anyone. Definitely consider signing up as a member if you're spending a pretty penny, it's certainly worth it. Thanks so much for everything that you do!
Great experience. The company got back to my request for a quote immediately, was able to book me quickly, the plumber arrived early (and they called and emailed me to let me know he was on his way). He was very nice, helpful, and quickly diagnosed and fixed our issue. I recommend them and would call them again for sure.
Their estimate was $1200. 00 to clear 3 drains and repipe my laundry room sink to eliminate a drum trap. mountain ridge sewer came out and cleared my kitchen and laundry room drains for $ 159.00 (109.00 for first drain and 50.00 for 2nd drain pipe. ) No repipe necessary and I have had no further problems and it has been over a week. I would not ever recommend

A friend referred me to call and ask for Levi Torres for a leak in my home. I didn't get Levi, Jonathon C came to my home. Jonathon took pride in his job: He was honest, knowledgeable, efficient and very professional. Great work is hard to find, but it sounds like High 5 Plumbing is doing a great job because all I see on here are 5 star reviews and my experience was superb.
Thanks to all at High 5 plumbing, starting from the lady the took my call (I was stressed and she gave me excellent customer service), to Jonathan C that came to my house and fixed my leak. I highly recommend this company.

Dan came out in time, gave me a quote before anything else. The prices were high for a moen shower unit, and that would be my only complaint. He added a regulator to our main line, and increased the pressure too. I would use them again, but they do need to be careful on their pricing.

High 5 replaced the toilets in our kids' upstairs bathrooms. These were the original toilets that the builders installed when we built our house five years ago. What a difference it made!!! I cannot explain how much better these toilets work! We had never used High 5 before but had heard good things about them and read good reviews. So glad we went with them! The appointment process and follow up was super easy. The communication before and after was awesome. And the service techs (Daniel and Caleb) were super nice, respectful and knew their stuff! They explained our different options clearly and we didn't feel like we were being up sold at all. Overall, High 5 made what is usually a stressful situation super easy and stress free! Thanks High 5! We'll definitely use you guys again!

OVERPRICED
5 GRAND to run water and drain for a New Sink. Easy access and pre plumbed for drain. I checked the cost of parts and it was about $300.00 dollars LOTS OF MARK UP
I did got more estimates and a second for $1,400.00 Still way to high.
I got a final bid from the builder's plumber and the total cost was $300.00
I can't believe in the cost of High 5 plumbing after doing some research.
I know that I need to have my shower drain scoped (drain cleaner has already been here). I've spoke to High 5 twice. The first time they said they'd have to check with a tech to get an estimate and would call back. No call back. The second time they said they couldn't give me any indication of the price of to scope my shower drain, without coming out for $69 to tell me.

Well I had them come out to my house to quote me on installing a water softener. I was replacing a older unit with a new one. They charge 49 dollars for coming out and giving a bid. I don't mind paying the fee if the bid was legitimate. But it was a scam. I hate when companies do this because there are a lot of people that don't know better and get screwed. I was told they knew how to install a water softener and do it often. I already had the new unit purchased and knew the fittings matched the old unit. So after spending way to much time looking at everything. He was ready to talk to me. The first thing he did was try to up sell me to a unit he sold. So I had to listen to the sales pitch. I won't go into that but it was ridiculously high. So I finally got him to quote me on installing my unit. It was 1,200 dollars. I asked why so much. It is only two pipes the go into the unit and I have them installed already. So it pretty much just slides in. Sure they might have to solder something. But I think it just rubber fittings. He said that is the easy part. But the programming of the unit takes a long time and time consuming and very complicated. That is just a plain a-- lie. It's a basic unit and maybe if you don't know what you are doing might take you 30 minutes. You set the salt level and grain setting and time to start. I almost refused to pay them because it was not a competitive bid. But I paid them because I said I would. From now on I will inform companies that it must be competitive or I won't pay. I could have bought a unit and had it installed from company that will remain nameless for that price. They were very good with communication and showing up to appointment. Sure you might ask if it so easy why don't you do it.? Well I would have to spend time learning how but for 1,200 hundred I will watch a few videos and do it myself. They were 3 times higher then a quote I had but I was trying to get it done faster. I will update if they refund my money because I will ask them for it back.
High Five was prompt, professional and did a great job with our toilet! I did not feel pressured at all and will call them again. Josh Moya was 5 stars!
James and Ryan were awesome! My water heater broke and leaked everywhere. They were able to get out to me within an hour and assess the situation. It ended in a new water heater but James was sure to explain all of the options available to me. I chose to replace it since it was so far out of warranty. Ryan arrived within the hour with my new water heater and they had it installed quickly.
Thank you!

Fast! Water heater pouring out water and flooding my basement apartment. Here in a flash and stopped leaking. Next morning before noon entire new hot water heater. Very clean & professional. That said they turned out to be $700 higher than competition. I would only use in urgent situations otherwise over priced.

High 5 gets high five stars. I'd give six if I could. Saturday morning brings no hot water at home, so I start dialing for help. Christina at High 5 answers on the second ring, and summons a plumber from the northern suburbs. The only wait we had was about 45 minutes for his commute. Otherwise, Jason was a perfect gentleman and had it all sorted out within an hour of his arrival. Plus, he explained things very clearly. I'm a devoted customer.
First off I would like to say I felt Jeff was very competent. I learned quite a bit in the 50 minutes. He was here. He gave me several options about issues we faced in our older home. The only down side and it is important, the cost. Very much on the expensive side. Knowledgeable, experienced and competent.
I had flooding in the basement drain due to a back up in the line going to the sewer. I needed quick help. I was unsure where the water was coming from.
The good: Quick response. friendly service
The bad: They diagnosed the main drain needed to be cleaned. I was hard up so i paid the $350. (way too much). 2 days latter my basement was full of water again. I called them and they returned and said this was a separate service. After some back and forth he talked to his supervisor and agreed this would be the one free warranty visit that comes with the drain cleaning. Im glad i didnt have to pay again but i did not agree this should be a warranty visit when the issue was not solved the first visit with a miss diagnosis. Also the tech was afraid to get in the water to fix the issue and repeatedly said that is nasty and i wont touch the water and you need to clean this up after i leave. This is why I paid for service. The cap was left off the floor drain so a few days latter the gas was really bad. (easy fix. i just put the cap back on) but for $350 service i expect better. i could have just paid $99 to anyone to just clean the drain and not clean up twice.
Everyone knows that finding a new guy to handle an issue in your home can sometimes turn into a nightmare. That was absolutely NOT the case for us with High5 Plumbing.
A friend recommended them when we mentioned a leaky spigot in our back yard, so I reached out for a quote online. Not even an hour later I got a call from them, getting some information and scheduling Mike to come out the very next day. They called 15 minutes in advance of him arriving, he was pleasant and quick to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately it wasn't a fix he could do that day, but thankfully he was able to schedule a follow up for a week later (and this is around Christmas and our travel schedule!). High5 again called to let me know Mike was en route, he arrived and fixed the issue in an hour, and our invoice came in just as he had quoted. He was even able to minimize the work done to a portion of our wall (the prior owners had sealed in the main valve with drywall) so that we now only have a small area to cover up, which we can do ourselves.
Extremely impressed with Mike and the High5 crew. Would highly recommend them and I definitely plan to use them again if needed.
Quick, quality service but at a premium price. $500 for a one hour job to remove and replace a foot long section of leaking pipe in the wall and ceiling. They did need to enlarge the access hole I had cut. They gave an accurate estimate before the job, but price seems high for the amount of work done.
We have used High 5 Plumbing multiple times. They are family owned and operated. We have always found them to be honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. They do amazing work. If you are looking for plumbing services in Denver, these guys are definitely the ones to call!

Fantastic, experienced, courteous company. I spoke with Emily on the phone and she was able to get one of their plumbers to my home for a free estimate within a couple of hours. David came to do the estimate and was able to install a new kitchen faucet for us that we were told by another handyman would be very difficult to do (due to a very tight space between the sink/wall). David was honest and stated that if he didn't think he could do it, he would not even try. The pricing for High 5 is upfront, honest, and fair, and was a flat fee for our job. David had on-the-spot availability so we went ahead and hired him, and voila - he was able to install our beautiful new faucet in about an hour!! Really kind guy that gave us pointers on how to position the faucet handles, etc. Will hire High 5 Plumbing again for any future needs.
We scheduled with High 5 Plumbing for a shower valve replacement. Our technician, Gerry, showed up on time, was clean, courteous, and got the replacement done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use this company again!

Johnny came out and dragged his machine up two flights up stairs and quickly resolved my plumbing issue. He was very professional and very quick. He still took the time to put the shoe coverings on (which I really appreciated). He also took the time to explain what he was doing without being rude. If I ever need a plumbing services again I will call High 5 Plumbing again.

We have needed a plumber twice in the past few months, and are incredibly happy that we found High 5 Plumbing. In Feb, we required an emergency gas valve replacement and Jeff came out to the house at 10pm, was polite, friendly and professional. He explained his work and answered all my questions. Last night, after we found a small flood in our basement due to a leaking water heater, we called High 5 again and we are happy, satisfied customers.
Michael arrived this morning to check out our leaking water heater and after his initial evaluation, he sat down with us (my husband via speaker phone), and discussed our options. He answered all of our questions and was able to give his professional opinion when we asked before deciding on the work. The heater is now replaced and is working great already. I can't even tell there was work completed in the basement, as Michael left the area much cleaner than it was when he arrived. During his work, he expressed his concern about staining our carpet when removing the old heater and had me watch for areas of dripping water over his tarp. Michael was friendly, professional and trustworthy.
I find it refreshing that there are set prices based on the work required, not based on time it takes, nor on a commission type model. I appreciate having options as I am a consumer without plumbing knowledge, and do not feel like we have not been pushed into our decisions. Both Jeff and Michael answered questions and allowed us to come to our own decision. These guys have definitely earned our business for any future plumbing issues.
I felt very much taken advantage of. Luckily I caught myself before dropping over a thousand dollars on unnecessary work. I had 2 separate jobs. One, I was told I needed an entire replacement for $700. I was able to watch a YouTube and fix it myself for less than $50. The other job I was quoted $800 and I got two other quotes for half the price. Obviously they don't need or want my business but others should be warned.

I love this company! It was a referral from my wonderful carpet cleaner and this company is one I will always recommend and always use! Professional, reliable, and not a Price gouger! They have been the most ethical plumbing company I have ever dealt with! Very happy with Levi and his team!
High 5 Plumbing is excellent. I called them today to have a kitchen sink and new garbage disposal installed. We had just had our new kitchen countertops installed this morning and because a new sink was to be installed, it left us without water. I called High 5 Plumbing in hopes that they could come to our home to turn on the water and install the new sink and disposal. From the first moment that I called their office, their service was outstanding. An appointment was made for this this afternoon with Pedro. Pedro arrived on time and was so knowledgeable and efficient. He did a perfect job installing the new sink and disposal, installed new hoses and fittings and changed our old outdated hot and cold water supply lines from PVC to copper. It now looks and works perfectly. If we could give High 5 Plumbing and Pedro 10 starts we would, they performed many tasks for us today so efficiently and perfectly.
Levi is very professional and wonderful at what he does. I called him based on these two previous reviews. He has since fixed about 5 different things around my house. He is quick and efficient, and I've never waited longer than an hour for a call back when I leave a voice mail.
He has always come in under budget for every project, and he is the only plumber I will use in the future!
Daniel was great, he took his time assessing the problem, then walked me through in detail the problem and solution. He provided 3 options to resolve the problem and did put any pressure on me to decide. The dispatcher was great, friendly and helpful with scheduling and any questions I had. They were able to get us scheduled right away and communicated frequently if there was any status change.

We had High 5 out to our house to check on our pipes that had been making increased noises over the past couple of weeks. Chris, our tech, was able to come out earlier than expected and was friendly and professional. What I love about our experience is that even though they found no problems (the weather was just causing more expansion), they didn't charge us a penny to come out and take a look...or try to pull a quick one and find something else that was wrong. It's so hard to find responsive, ethical companies nowadays so we were very happy with our experience with High 5. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Prompt, curteous, thorough and no surprises in price or extras that HAD to be done. Honest work. Would not hesitate to be a repeat customer when the swamp cooler needs winterizing or other service plumbing needs. A+
After my basement flooded in the recent rains I had high 5 plumbing come out to give me some advice.
Their technician Jeff was really helpful and honest spending 20 mins working to diagnose the problem and then putting together a quote for me.
After all this they didn't even charge me a dime!
In the 14 years I've been a homeowner in the Denver metro area I've never encountered such an honest and helpful plumber. I don't think I'll ever call anyone else!
Great company. I got a hold of them first thing in the morning the job was completed by the time I got home from work. Very reasonable prices and they are honest. Job ended up being cheaper than what they originally quoted.

Honest and quick to respond. Jon C went above and beyond to help replace a corroded gas line in my crawl space. He definitely knew his stuff. The folks I spoke to over the phone to set this up were always polite and very professional. If you're looking for solid and trustworthy plumbers, High Five is the way to go.
I used High 5 plumbing to replace an outside hose bib at my house. Turns out Google and YouTube weren't as successful making me a plumber, as I had hoped. :) After realizing that the problem was a little bigger than my ability I started to look around for a reputable plumber. I asked for referrals from friends and my neighborhood Facebook group. I called a few people, and honestly most of them seemed annoyed to come do what was a smaller job. I got a few quotes, but most of them seemed much to high for the job I was looking to have done.
Then I was put in touch with High 5. Totally different than the rest of them. Friendly, patient, and willing to take the time to help me with something that wasn't going to line their pockets. Levi is the guy's name who came out to my house. He had the issue diagnosed in minutes! (damn Google had me way off) He had the parts he needed to repair my issue and got to work right away. He EXPLAINED to me in detail why I had the problem in the first place, then SHOWED me exactly what he was doing to repair it so it didn't happen again. That's what I call customer service! He also put in an access panel so I can get to this again if ever needed. (there was no way to get to the plumbing without one, and it wasn't put in when the house was remodeled)
Ever get the feeling that the professionals you have come out to your house are charging you for work that doesn't need to be done? Or, they have some crazy extra things you need to resolve the problem? I've sent a few people away because of that sort of stuff. That was not even close to what I got from High 5 Plumbing. They just seemed like honest, respectable people who are willing to help. As anyone in the service industry should be.
High 5 was very responsive when I put out the call for a quote. We were given an estimated time of 8-10am. Jordan showed up promptly at 8 am. He was professional and friendly as well as knowledgeable about what work needed to be done. The prices were all clearly written up, and the quote listed all the work that would be done. So far, all is well. No more leaky pipe. We would definitely call High 5 Plumbing again.

I had a tenant give notice of issues with the basement toilet being clogged. I called High 5 and was able to get a same day appointment. My plumbing tech Jon C. arrived on time and was great! Jon quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what my options were and pricing. My property does not have a clean out, but Jon first tried an alternate entry point to avoid additional costs of having to remove the toilet and it worked! Jon completed the work quickly, professionally and with integrity. I will definitely use High 5 again and recommend to others.
Jon delivered great service
Was very respectful with the home and quite pleasant to deal with
Quite skilled and fixed our two big problems
I needed to have an old kitchen sink faucet replaced. I was referred to High 5 Plumbing by another plumber who was totally booked for the next few weeks. I checked online reviews, and everything I found for High 5 Plumbing was good, so I gave them a call on Thursday afternoon. Emily offered me several 2 hour timeframes on Friday. I booked the 10am-12pm timeframe. I received a call at 9:20am Friday morning to let me know the plumber was on his way to my house. I was very impressed with the ease of scheduling, and I was excited about the prospect of getting the work started before 10am.
Jon C was the plumber assigned to my job. He arrived around 9:30, and he was easy to talk with. I showed him my old sink, with the leaky faucet, broken garbage disposal and non-functioning water filter. I explained the leaky faucet was my primary problem, but I was open to removing the old water filter and replacing the garbage disposal. Jon C had a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal on his truck. He offered me a couple of options, ranging from a simple faucet replacement to fixing all the problems under my sink and replacing the garbage disposal. Based on our brief interaction, I was convinced he was a good plumber and would do a great job fixing all the problems.
Once he started working, he was fast. He got all of the old stuff removed and the new stuff installed very quickly. It was probably 45 minutes, but it seemed like less. I was really surprised when he told me he was done so quickly. I inspected his work and it all looked great. All the old copper and vinyl tubing was replaced with nice new plumbing. I love the new faucet, and it's nice to have a working garbage disposal again.
Within a few minutes after Jon C left my house, Emily called to make sure I was happy with their work and conducted a short customer satisfaction survey.
I am very happy with Jon C's work and my overall experience with High 5 Plumbing. Before Jon left, I showed him the next plumbing job I have for him in one of my old bathrooms.
I am very pleased with the repair job that this company did for me. They responded to my inquiry and my need for a repair very quickly, and they got everything diagnosed and fixed completely. Sean was a very helpful technician, who not only did good work, but did an excellent job of directly communicating with me throughout the process. He also helped by communicating with my insurance agent about the water damage that resulted from our plumbing issue. I would highly recommend them for their work. However, the only reason I can't give them 5 stars is because of the $49 trip charge that they add to every visit. They had to come out twice to fix my plumbing, and they charged that to me both times. They claim it's to cover the cost of travel for their truck, but I only live 8 miles from their office. All other companies waive those kinds of minimum fees if they end up doing your repair work, but this company refuses to make that accommodation.

I am sorry, I know this company has received excellent reviews here, but my experience is different. Newer hot water heater, under warranty, the Honeywell control unit went out, a common problem with these. The manufacturer sent a new control unit at no charge, but the labor to install it was not included. I have done my research, replacing these new control units is a simple job, they are pretty much Plug and Play. Three gas connections, two electrical connections, pop the old unit out, replace it with the new. This is truly a 15 minute job, the water heater does not even need to be drained. I would tackle the job myself, but I do not like messing around with natural gas. The company quoted $496.00 for replacing this unit, for 15 or 20 minutes of work! I expected an honest, hourly rate, somewhere around $80-$120, not nearly five hundred for such a simple task. They did not have to supply any parts, only a tech to pull the old unit out and install the new, again, on-line videos show this to be a 15 minute job. Not a $500 dollar job! You can buy a NEW water heater for under $500!

I called and Emily was polite and got me scheduled for an inspection/estimate. We got in the next day. I got an email 1 hr before the technician came out. Jeff showed up around the time promised and put yellow booties on to cover his shoes. Underneath the water heater, water was seeping but not constant. Noticed more after doing a load of clothes. The way the townhome was built, there is no drainage system that leads outside. Jeff spent nearly an hour but could not pinpoint the leak but said we needed a new water heater, all new pipes-water and gas lines, a new drainage system, that carbon monoxide was leaking and kept on bringing up their membership fee of $159 that only covers a year and if you break it down, really only saved $45 on top of thousands of dollars he was saying it would cost to fix. This company must base it on sales and commission. I also addressed a concern of a leaking kitchen sink and he could not diagnose that leak either. I had another plumber come in that found out why it was leaking but back to the supposed water heater leak and thousands of dollars it was going to cost to fix for a guess of why it was having water seeping out. Turns out it was not the water heater at all!! Our water heater was only 6 years old and they only install Bradford Whites which are extremely expensive and consumer reviews state they are not great and cost a lot to fix with no warranty. We still had 3 years warranty left on our water heater with parts until 2020. I got a follow-up call asking if we wanted to proceed with work today, no thanks. Please shop around and do not get pressured in scare tactics because our water heater did not have corrosion at the base, was not constant leaking, the padding was not wet so it was not the issue. We found a reliable trustworthy plumber that found the issue and corrected it on the spot and not even close to what High5 was asking for!
I had a water supply valve break last night Josh Moya from High 5 came out earlier than expected and fixed it quickly. I'll definitely use High 5 in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Buyer Beware - read your invoice carefully. Nothing on the website or in emailed bids or in phone conversations w/ the tech indicated that the quoted price would increase due to a minimum service charge of $160.38 added on in the actual invoice. In our case, this was even applied twice, once each to two different plumbing tasks completed on the same visit! After calls back and forth, one of the two extra charges was refunded back to me but not the full amount. They feel we 'miscommunicated' but there was no communication about this actually until it appeared on the invoice. Fine to charge this if you like, High 5, but just be upfront about it so we can all compare your actual price against others before booking. ASK ABOUT this up charge before going w/ this business.
I've been a regular customer with High 5 for the last 3 years. The technician I've been working with is great. However, they wouldn't give me a quote of how much it was to turn my Evaporative Cooler on this year over the phone. When they arrived they had raised the price to $220. A $60 increase from last year. The first place I called quoted me a price of $95 with no fees to come out for the same service. Sorry no High 5's in the future. I'm choosing another company.

They were really prompt and resolved my problem: a clogged drain. But, it was $244 for about 15-20 minutes of work which seems really expensive. The next time I need plumbing services, I'll shop around a bit more to see if there is a better deal.

The plumber that came to our house was very helpful, got our plumbing issues fixed, and was able to answer a lot of my questions. Unfortunately, they are so expensive that I am reluctant to use them again.
I'm a General Contractor in the greater Denver area and I've been working with High 5 Plumbing for over 2 years. I've always been happy with not only David and Levi, but also the team of qualified employees. I believe you get what you pay for in this business and High 5 Plumbing delivers every time. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs a plumbing company.
High 5 fixed my main water line to my sprinkler system this morning. It had frozen and cracked during the winter. They repaired the damaged sections and then updated the system to allow for proper water drainage including blow out adapter. They showed up to my house exactly when they said they would and completed their work in just a couple of hours. They were very friendly and cleaned up well when done. I can't recommend these guys enough!

James replaced an outdoor faucet. Though it took a little longer than expected, he honored his estimate.
Good work, honorable business ethics, and a personable guy.
A pleasure to do business with.
Great experience with High 5 Plumbing. Josh Moya came in and fixed my leaky shower efficiently and for a reasonable price. Had another another manifold connector that he even tightened for me (it didn't work, but he didn't charge me) and answered a boiler question I had.
I had them repair/move my main water shut off valve. They did a great job. They were reasonably priced, professional, friendly, and cleaned up afterwards. I will use them again for my plumbing needs.

Mike M. was amazing! His honest assessment of what was happening to my basement ceiling was so refreshing. He took the time to look at all the visible pipes and instead of charging me unnecessarily, he set out my options and calmed my anxieties. If all of High 5 folks are like Mike, you have a customer for life! Thank you very much!

These guys are great! I submitted my request for an estimate on Yelp and literally within about 3 minutes, Emily called me and setup an appointment for someone to come out and check out my leaky garbage disposal. And the best part? NO ESTIMATE/TRIP FEE! I checked with three other plumbing businesses (who shall remain unnamed), and they all charged a trip fee. Mike came out two days later, assessed the problem, and fixed it. Boom. Job done. Easy, and effective, and he was careful to put the blue paper booties on when he came in to my home, and he was very careful about being tidy. They charge by the job, not by the hour, and Mike took some time to search the service catalog to find the best deal for me (he basically had to reinstall the garbage disposal). I'm very satisfied with the responsiveness and service, and will call them again if I have need.
Great work! Great prices! Great service! We had a flood from the sewer pipes he Levi was awesome! Then a week later and he worked well with our home warranty and saved us a ton!
Called to get an estimate on a couple plumbing projects and got a response to schedule an appointment that day. They never showed up for the first appointment so I called and rescheduled, nobody likes a wasted Saturday but no big deal. They came out the following weekend and gave me an estimate via email. Estimate was the highest of all the companies I had bid the job, but I appreciated them providing one. Shop around
These guys are great. We had issues with our rental property sink backing up and I was able to secure an appointment on the same day. When I met Jon C at the property, I didn't have the right set of keys with me. He was so gracious and made plans to meet me back in an hour to try again after I ran home to get the right keys. He solved the problem for us troubleshooting methodically. He's a super nice guy and he helped us out in a pinch and I really appreciated it. Thanks!

We bought a gas stove to replace our old electric stove. This required us to have a gas line run to the stove location. Within 24 hours of my call, High 5 had responded by phone and had their guy Gerry out at the house scoping the work. The price quote was very reasonable so I accepted. Gerry did the work right then and there. He was fast, thorough, clean and very professional. I'd highly recommend this company and specifically Gerry. The way things should be done!!!
Levi from High 5 Plumbing has come out to our place several times to do various repairs and to install a sump pump. His work and service has been great and his prices are fair. We recommend him to all our friends.

Jon Couri was the plumber they sent out to help me determine why my water meter was registering use even though everything in the house was off. He was quick, thorough, and professional! He explained every step of the process, from why the leak had begun (corrosion of the flapper in the toilet) to which parts he was replacing, and why they were important. The overall price was very reasonable for the services performed, including the fact that they were able to send someone out and have it all done the same day! High 5 Plumbing will definitely become our go-to for future plumbing needs! Thank you!
Dave, one of the owners, came out and replaced our sewage pump. He made a crappy situation way less crappy :) Showed up on time, seemed to be priced fairly considering the parts, labor, and nature of the work. Thanks Dave!
Jimmy was very professional and polite. We needed to have our kitchen drain cleaned out and we also wanted the Kitchen sink replaced. My wife got a new kitchen sink and Jimmy got it all setup to be installed but it wasn't the right size. so Jimmy was very patience with us and waited for us to get another one. He got it installed and he did a wonderful job. I highly recommend High5plumbing to any one that has Plumbing problems. Will use their Services again! They get an A++
Stay away!!! High 5 plumbing came to my home to reinstall a kitchen faucet and disposal after we had a new kitchen sink installed. There was nothing unusual about the work.. very straight forward.. they would not give me a ballpark quote before they arrived. I was told the tech would quote me after assessing the work and be able to do it immediately. On arrival , the tech told me I should probably replace the water valves, he said they worked but might break in the future. When I asked him how much just the valves would cost, he stated around $350. He then quoted me $720 to reinstall the like new kitchen faucet and disposal, plus the $350 to replace valves that were perfectly good! Would have cost $1070. I said no thank you, that's ridiculous. I feel like companies like High 5 prey on people who don't know better or can't be bothered to get another quote. The next day, Jeff from Mr Plumber replaced the faucet and disposal for $250 and did perfect work, he was prompt, professional, neat and thorough AND did not try to sell me on something unnecessary.
High 5 Plumbing is excellent! They scheduled me very quickly, much faster than I thought they ever could, and Michael, the plumber who did the work in my home, is terrific. Very professional, honest, and a fantastic plumber! High 5 Plumbing is great -- the plumbers have all the right skills and the prices are fair. Super good. Thank you!
I met with Levi today to learn more about High 5 Plumbing. Levi is an extremely professional company owner who truly cares about the work he does and the people he helps. I'd certainly recommend him to my friends and family as well as work around my own home.
I've used High 5 for several different projects on my multifamily in Denver. Levi Torres completely re-routed waste lines for me, re-routed water supply lines, installed new water heaters, and worked on my gas lines. He has done an incredible job on every one. He's even offered advice on DIY projects i try to tackle myself. The warranty on the work gives you piece of mind, but every job has been done right the first time for me. Very quick, efficient, and professional. He RETURNS calls and is ON TIME every time! He is very transparent and fair on his pricing which is something I have not seen from other companies. Levi truly looks out for the customer first.

No one ever likes to hear the sound water running from their hot water heater. Fortunately for me, my neighbor had only great things to say about High 5 Plumbing, and I am so glad I called them. Jimmy did a fantastic job putting in a new one, answered all my questions and explained things as he went along, and was even available earlier than scheduled! Unlike others who have done work in my home, I didn't have to clean a single thing up! High 5 Plumbing will be my only call for plumbing needs in the future.
Great plumbers. Wonderful to work with! Personable / polite /wonderful cleanup. Thanks to Ryan Chad and jimmy You r super stars!!
I am a general contractor serving the entire greater Denver area. I have been working with high5 plumbing for over two years. Finding and using high5 plumbing has been a fantastic experience for me and my company. Over the past 25 years I have struggled with many plumbers but thanks to high5 plumbing my worries are gone. High5's professionalism, experience and expertise has been a breath of fresh air. Jimmy,Dustin,James,Trent,Dave and Levi have continued to exceed my expectations. I highly recommend high5 plumbing and suggest you give them a try. They will not let you down. I hold my sub-contractors to a very high standard and high5 plumbing has succeeded in living up to mine and my clients expectations.

My water heater stopped heating water. I looked on YouTube, etc and figured I could fix it myself but could not. So about 4 PM I started calling plumbers and reached Levi at High 5. He was here within an hour (!).
Levi diagnosed the issue and made a temporary repair that allowed me to have hot water for a few days. There was NO DIAGNOSTIC CHARGE.
I had to order parts because they are only available from the manufacturer which took 2 days to arrive. He came the day the parts arrived to install the parts His fee was very reasonable and fair, especially considering the time he took for two visits.
He's the best plumber I ever encountered. Friendly, efficient and fair. Great business philosophy (his goal is satisfying the customer so they use him again). Will use him next time I need plumbing repairs and am telling my friends about him.
Levi was quick to respond to an issue we had at our rental property. He was very prompt, respectful and professional. He was able to quickly determine the problem and get it fixed asap. High 5 Plumbing are our go-to guys from now on!
Levi and Dustin came to our home to install a new water heater this week. As a licensed contractor, I am always a bit wary when hiring a contractor for my personal home. After reading the prior reviews of High 5 Plumbing, I was hopeful but still wary. From the initial time we spoke through the complete installation and cleanup, High 5 Plumbing was professional, polite, very skilled and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot remember a more positive experience and highly recommend Levi and his team. Some of the highlights:
1. Levi answers his phone.
2. I was given a competitive estimate and the completed work was within the estimate and performed at the highest level of quality.
3. It was a very snowy day when they arrived to do their work. They put on shoe covers, cleaned the new water heater off to keep it from leaving water droplets on the floor and cleaned up after themselves completely.
4. There was no attempt to sell us services we didn't need. (This is HUGE in that many plumbers pay their staff on whole or partial commission. Levi was honest, fair and a pleasure to deal with.
5. Levi took the time to explain what they had done, share and leave the warranty booklets with us and answer any questions we had.
In closing, a true professional and a pleasure to deal with. When we have plumbing needs in the future, we will be calling High 5 Plumbing again!
Thanks Levi!

Had what I thought was just a malfunctioning shut off valve for my basement bathroom sink that was leaking. Based on a ton of great reviews, I called High 5 Plumbing, explained the issue and made an appointment for the next day. Jeff Long from High 5 arrived to survey the problem. He determined that he needed to get a better look at what was going on before proceeding with even an estimate, much less starting the work -- good thing! Turns out the old pipe inside the wall was completely corroded and had been leaking too. Needing to shut off the water supply to the house to do the work, Jeff also discovered that the main shut off valve to the house (60+ years old and located in the crawl space beneath the house) was malfunctioning too which could have been a disaster if I had a big water emergency and needed to use it. Long story short, Jeff removed and replaced the old corroded bathroom pipe, sink shut off valve and the main shut off value in the crawl space. Since he was there, I also asked him to change-out the 80's brass colored sink and tub fixtures with simple, but modernized chrome fixtures. A much bigger job than I anticipated, but totally worth it. Jeff was thorough and methodical, making sure all the fittings were secure and working absolutely perfectly; he was extremely neat and tidy, and extremely professional and courteous. I opted to buy a club membership for discounted services for a year because I'll definitely be calling High 5 for all my plumbing needs from now on -- having a home built in 1953, I will have the need. After experimenting with other companies over the years and never finding anyone in whom I had complete confidence, I now have peace of mind -- I have my go to plumber!
Can I give more stars please?! From start to finish - everything perfect. They saved me so much money. It's a long story but I feel like you need to hear it to fully appreciate these guys. I'm selling a house. The buyer's inspector hired another company to inspect the sewer line. That company claimed they couldn't complete inspection because of a very serious blockage. I had a company clean the sewer drain immediately. That other company went back out to complete the inspection they started and now claimed that the sewer pipe was rotten and recommended the sewer line be replaced! Of course it was written in the inspection report and the buyers wanted it repaired as a condition of sale. Who can blame them, I'd do the same thing. However, something seemed fishy with the reports. So like any smart homeowner, I called High 5 Plumbing for a 2nd opinion. I explained the situation and the need for a quick resolution and absolute discretion and Emily and the team were happy to oblige. Jon C went out, fully inspected the line and took video. He gave me a full and clear explanation of everything he saw. No blockage, no rot, no separation. No issues period! They saved me SO much time and expensive, I can't thank them enough for their honesty and thoroughness. Forever a dedicated customer!
