Rarely do I have the chance to meet an individual whom is both pleasant and professional--and I'd had just the chance with Juan, who came by today to replace my disposal as well as fix the high drain loop for my dishwasher.
Swell guy, incredibly efficient and very personable, if you're ever in the need for plumbing services, absolutely call Juan at Pipe it Up. More than just getting the job done, the emphasis is on getting the job done right and getting it done well. My man even went out of his way to purchase brackets so: 1. It would look better aesthetically. 2. It would work better practically.

Juan showed yo right on time and got started right away. The leaky knob was replaced in an hour. Fast easy and painless. They showed up. They got the work done. I have no complaint.
I had a clogged drain. I scheduled an appointment with Pipe it Up and they got me in the same day.
The tech ( Paul ) was right on time. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He got the job done in no time, with no problem.
There was not attempt to up charge for something else and the charge was reasonable.
I'd recommend, or use again, anytime.

My garbage disposal was jammed and these guys were able to come out very soon and fix it before the afternoon. It was a little pricey ~$180 but I believe in paying for convenience
Great service!! I had a corroded pipe situation that was really tricky and they fixed it asap. Henry called me and told me his arrival time, he was able to identify another issue and fixed it as well, and overall the experience was great. He got parts, came back quickly, and cleaned his workspace afterwards. I would utilize these guys anytime!
Juan was excellent. I think this is a fair company. they were responsive and timely. I would highly recommend this contractor for clearing a drain. good price, quick, and Juan was very gregarious and kind. extremely satisfied.

Good work. They stand by their work, but they are expensive. I had a leak after they worked in my sink, and they fixed it right away.
Juan Jimenez came to our place of employment at Accuserve and repaired a badly clogged garbage disposal and backed up pipe. He also came to our aid with a little water line valve that was leaking. He worked for quite awhile diligent that h could fix the problem. He did a great job. Juan is very respectful, kind, helpful and a super hard worker. I will be calling pipe It Up today who I found on home advisors. I will be using him at work or at home. Excellent service.

JJ showed up quickly when we had a kitchen sink clog in our office. He kept us informed about cost and scope, as it ended up being a bigger job than expected. JJ also cleaned up the mess that was created by the work, and stuck with a challenging job until it was finished. Highly recommend Pipe It Up!
Juan was on time, fixed our corroded pipe that connected the pipe to the water heater and was actually friendly and courteous! I would HIGHLY recommend this company. We got literally stood up three times by another company and were so relieved to find a reliable and excellent plumber. Thank you Pipe it Up!
Highly recommend working with Henry. He did a wonderful job with some difficult plumbing in an old house (even as new problems continued to arise). He was very communicative, walked us through the issues / potential solutions, and was committed to finishing the job the same day. We would absolutely reach out to Henry for any plumbing-related issues in the future.
Not only did they come out side of window provided. The tech did as little as possible to investigate the source of the leak. He basically took a guess, said that is your problem, blaming the pool of accumulated water on a wine frig. The lack of effort didn't stop them for charging me. When I called someone else out they actually took some time to do a real investigation (took a whole 15min) found the clogged pipe that cause a backup and overflow .

Juan was wonderful! He took the time to explain what he was doing. He was very thorough while he was here. It's obvious they take pride in their work and put the customer first. They ensured our toilet was functioning correctly, took pictures of our piping and cleaned out our pipes. We will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs!

I do not recommend this company. Company had two appointments both were no call no shows. When I called them they gave me another window and didn't show up or didn't call. I sent them four texts all unanswered. I ended up hiring someone else
Rashad was super responsive to my request. Pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and the tech did a great job. I would absolutely hire again when we need it!
We made a last minute call to Pipe It Up to service a shower that was backing up in our basement. Juan came out on very short notice and was super helpful in resolving the minor flooding situation. He was professional, efficient, reasonably priced and kind! I hope we don't have plumbing troubles in the future but in case we do, I'll definitely be calling them back out!
When you decide to do a small kitchen renovation...you want nothing but the best. I've wanted to work with Pipe It Up for about a year, but they are always so busy and booked (cause they are AMAZING) that I usually have to go with other plumbers. This time I called a couple of weeks ahead. And I'm glad I did. Juan was so awesome (even at 7am) that I actually smiled before my coffee. The 2 day job went perfect. And I'm extra happy that I now have MY PLUMBER....because this team is the best. Shout out to Victor who stood me up (inside joke).
We had a problem with reeks of sewage and Pipe It Up promplty dispatched an amazing tech and did an amazing job camera the line and prividing an accurate estimate. Great service and punctuality, they always responded to all of my doubts. Defintelly will use them again!

We had Francisco from Pipe It Up come out to fix our tankless water heater, and he was so diligent in how he scientifically tested different things to understand the root of the problem since it was an uncommon heater. He explained everything patiently and was transparent and forthcoming in what he would recommend worrying about and what he wouldn't. We really appreciate the professional, trustworthy support, especially after a different plumbing company was just trying to upsell us on all these parts that we didn't need.
I have hired Pipe it Up twice to do work on my home. The first job was a replacing my water heater which is situated very awkwardly between the crawl space and first level of our home. Luther came over with two extra guys to make sure they had enough muscle to get the job done. They were respectful and got the job done in a timely fashion.
I recently discovered some moisture on our sub floor near our kitchen. I gave them a call at 9am and Victor was at my home by 10:00. He diagnosed the problem, ran for supplies, and was done by lunch time.
The crew at Pipe it up is professional, efficient, and honestly priced. I have used hired other bigger plumbing groups in the Denver area and been shocked at how much more they charge for a job.
I recommend giving these guys a call for all of your plumbing needs!
Our main sewer line backed up to the point where we couldn't run any water or flush toilets without it flooding our basement. After calling 3 other companies Pipe It Up was the first one that would actually send someone out the same day (or at all due to COVID-19). Juan got here a couple hours later and got it all cleared out and cleaned up quickly. He also took the time to give my husband some tips on snaking the drain himself in the future. Super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I would not use this company again if the work was free. We initially called to have a leak repaired near our water main. It is now a month and a half later, we have had 2 techs come out and it is still incorrect--the sprinkler valve is backwards. We called on Saturday and were told someone would be out today (Tuesday). As it it now well past the appointment window, we called the office again. Apparently they have no record of an appointment for us. This has happened multiple times now. At this point, it seems to have the work done correctly, we are going to have to pay another company to come in. Save yourself time, money and frustration and call ANYONE else.

This is the worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with!!!!!!!!!!!! First of all, they dont show up to their appointments. They dont let you know whats going on at all. Lastly they do poor work. They came out to fix a water main leak and did the repair so bad that it needs to be re-done. They came for a simple fix on a toilet and we have been waiting over 3 weeks for the part to show up to fix it with ZERO updates from them. They were supposed to come first thing this morning to fix the toilet. Guess what? They never showed up. They never called. I have called them twice today and I still cant get an answer of whats going on. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a mess! First, my wash machine box leaked and at the same time my main water shutoff was putting water in my crawl space. I called on a Friday afternoon and by Saturday AM all problems were fixed promptly. And they installed new bath faucets to boot Saturday Morning as he did main water shut off quickly. Amazing service by Rueben, Mike, and Luther.

Highly recommended. I'm already a repeat customer. Most recently a cracked sewer drainage line was replaced and Chris went beyond expectations by installing special tubing that allows for the house to settle without causing cracks in the future.
Another project required some additional work at a later date which Chris was happy to do at no additional charge.
Pipe-It-Up comes when they say they're going to, they're (free) estimates are for reasonable amounts, and their work is stellar!
I woke up to find a major back-up in both of my kitchen sink basins. In a panic, I reached out to Pipe It Up Plumbing Service and they SAVED THE DAY! Rashad arrived promptly, quickly assessed the damage and had it repaired in no time. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable even offering me a few minor upgrade suggestions to prevent possible future issues. The price was also unbeatable. I hired this company to replace a garbage disposal and replace our kitchen faucet (same sink). They did this and it was not cheap. 10 days later we notice that underneath our kitchen sink is damp and has 1-2 of water damage under the sink (which was never there before). Then we discover that there is water dripping straight down from the kitchen sink into our finished basement. Water damage and paint peeling already visible in basement. I called Pipe it Up at 7:30pm on a Friday night (they offer 24/7 emergency service) and they said they have no one to come help us. They offered no apology or acknowledgment of the damage that was done to our house. We are going to have to hire a water damage company but I can't even get someone out here to stop the leak that they caused. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee but they do not stand behind this claim. After spending $600+ with this company, we are now left with thousands $$$ in water damage we now have to repair, a big leak under our kitchen sink, a kitchen we can't use, and Pipe it Up hasn't returned my calls since the first one last night. They referred me to a company that does not repair leaks, only repairs mold/water damage. At this point I just want them to fix the leak they caused but I'm still waiting for a return call. Not happy with this company.
Absolutely the best experience I have had with a plumber. Viktor was right on time and provided a quote after he inspected the scope of work to be done.
Eventually the scope grew and Viktor spent many hours making repairs. He kept me updated the entire time and even though the quick job turned into many hours, he honored the initial quote.
Will recommend this company to every one I know

I have used Pipe it Up Cleaning for multiple jobs of various sizes and am very satisfied! Rashad is knowledgeable, fair and skilled and will do what it takes to ensure the job is done right. The first job I used them for was a damaged sewer line behind a rental unit in Denver. Another plumber came and without much effort to diagnose the problem provided me with a super expensive quote. I then had Pipe it Up come and Rashad took his time on the problem, trying multiple approaches to see if we could avoid excavation. While we did need to excavate in the end, their quote to complete the job was substantially lower than the other company and I felt 100% confident the work was actually needed. Having worked with many plumbers over the years I am pleased to recommend Pipe it up!

I am a Realtor who sometimes needs to make referrals to clients for inspection needs. My client needed a sewer scope for an inspection request quickly. Pipe It Up met that need, however my client ordered a DVD of the scope as there was a low spot in the line. The techs did not have the DVD machine, then they went to get one, it did not work and they promised to come back and rescope. After 4 calls, now Pipe It Up does not return my calls and after paying for a scope and DVD, client does not have proof of the repair needed! The techs were kind and professional, just did not deliver what was needed and promised! Not a happy customer, as I paid for this service for my client!

We've found our new plumbers! We had an extensive project, making a basement bathroom from a washroom. Pipe it Up gave us a thorough and affordable quote. Viktor was our man. He had excellent communication throughout the project, was punctual and respectful throughout, and offered advice and insight when appropriate (which we needed). As well, we had numerous planning questions previous to the project and Rashad was timely and helpful with responses. We'll be using Pipe It Up again, possibly in the near future for another similarly big project.
These guys are wonderful! They answered my call quickly and came on time, they Used booties to enter the house. They were pleasant, friendly and professional. They got our toilet unclogged quickly and they were very reasonable (super reasonable!) I will definitely call them with all our plumbing needs. Don't look any further these guys are great! Called late on December 23rd when our water heater wouldn't stay lit, with family on the way for Christmas. They called me back that night, and sent a crew the next morning. Luther, with apprentices Ruben and Mike, figured it out, got a new thermocouple and installed it, all on Christmas Eve. They were prompt, friendly and professional; a pleasure to deal with, and they made showers and dish washing possible, saving our Christmas. Luther even called a couple days later to see if their repair had been enough to get our 17 year old heater through the holiday. Thanks much, gentlemen.

Needed to repair a leaking sink on a Sunday during COVID. Very few companies were available, but Pipe it Up responded quickly, was able to get the tech to the house early due to a cancellation, and provided great service. Juan was professional, helpful and quick. Pricing was very reasonable. Thanks for your great service. I will definitely use again next time I'm in need of a plumber.
I found Pipe It Up on Yelp as I frantically looked for a plumber to come out and check on a leak in the garage. Other plumbers were booked until next week, but Pipe It Up was able to send someone out same day! Victor was prompt, professional, and extremely thorough! Mark from Pipe It Up came out to my place with very short notice for a free estimate. He gave me a fair price to add some stop valves and to replace a spigot that had started to leak. After a little bit of work we discovered that the main water shutoff valve had broken and wasn't stopping water properly. He gave me another estimate for that fix and it was again a very reasonable price. He took the time to repair and replace everything and even cleaned up after himself when he finished. Pipe it Up was awesome when our sewer main began leaking into our basement, but there was no visible leak. Despite the project being more complicated than anticipated, Mike did a great job and even came in on his day off to get our problem fixed! Even after being exhausted from working long hours, he still cleaned up and put all of our pavers back. He was fantastic.

I needed a water line to my fridge and when the one from the house didn't work Rashad got creative and made a new one. I really appreciated his concern for the aesthetics and cost. He ended up at my house for much longer than anticipated but I never felt like he was irritated (like my previous plumber) with the situation. He was very thorough in explaining things and I am very satisfied with the work. I will definitely use Pipe It Up again, and for sure recommend their services. As a side note, my crazy standard poodle liked him, and she doesn't like most people!

Had these guys out to fix a cracked pipe under our sink. They were able to come out the next day. Gave me a verbal estimate of the price to fix the issue. They were $1500 less than another company I had called. Fixed quickly and correctly. Great work.

Called Rashad after finding a leaking roof and a large amount of water on the ground. Wouldn't you know it , frozen pipes .Rashad came out and took a look at the problem and let me where the damage was and what it would take to get things back in order. We scheduled a time to the following day and upon arrival his crew wasted no time fixing things up. Thank you Rashad for all of you help. Pipe It Up to the rescue.
Arrived on time and ready to work. The job took quite a bit longer than anticipated but Rashad and his crew persisted and continued until the job was done and done correctly. No attempts to re-negotiate price or upsell to a service that wasn't necessary.

He sent Chris to unclog our pipes. Chris was extremely pleasant and professional even though it was at the end of a long day! He was great.

After talking with 4 other plumbing companies I chose to do business with Pipe It Up plumbing. The process from the beginning was easy and not complicated. They set an install date and stuck to it and arrived on time. I had a tub replaced and my overflow repaired. The plumbing crew completed all the labor and one day! The other plumbing companies I spoke with made an easy job complicated. If they could do one service they couldn't do another and it was frustrating. I reached out to other plumbing companies and their fees were to high and they didn't respond back to me. Pipe It Up responded like they said that they would and they quoted me a price and that price didn't change once the work was performed. Rashad and the 3 workers are God sent. Rashad was very professional handling business and the 3 workers that performed the piping issue were awesome. The price was affordable and I will definitely recommend your company to others.

The pilot went out on hot water tank and Pipe It Up was the plumbing company assigned to our Home Warranty claim. Even though it was the end of the day both Chris and Ruben were very courtesy and professional. Chris got right to business and assessed the situation and diagnosed the problem and assessed the condition of water heater. He provided various scenarios and estimated cost which helped us make an informed decision on which course of action to take at that time.
Chris was able to ignite the pilot light, however it did not stay on which he stated could and did happen. A day later the Home Warranty provider authorized the repair of the hot water tank, and Chris came out the following morning and assessed the problem and went on line to find the replacement part. He was able to find online at one of the big box stores and installed a new pilot assembly into older hot water tank. Due to the age of the hot water tank he emphasized the need to get a water sensor alarm in the event the tank starts to leak.
I had a pleasant and professional experience from Dispatch, to Chris the Technician, and Rashad the owner.
These guys are awesome! I highly suggest using them for any of your plumbing jobs. I had a quote on Monday and the work was finished by 6 PM on Tuesday! This was also for a whole repipe of our house. They had all 5 employees out at one point to help complete the job. Chris and Henry are great dudes and I will only call Pipe It Up for other plumbing needs down the line.
CAUTION!!! Please take this as a serious warning before entering into a contract with Pipe it Up plumbing services. We contracted with Rashad and his company to replace the gas water heater in our modular home in July, as it was leaking and the floor underneath was rotten. We have recently come to find out that for some reason, they placed a water heater which was meant for a traditional home in our modular. This is apparently very dangerous and the substandard flooring they rigged has sufficiently blocked the carbon monoxide vent. The water heater also appears to be installed incorrectly. Save yourself the time and anxiety. Find someone else. Contrary to your response, I did not reschedule...no one ever showed up! And to my knowledge, no one has been here to assess the situation since it was installed.
Grateful I went with this company. My older home needed the kitchen line replaced. Pipe it Up was honest and thoughtful about the project and their rates were competitive. Once they began the job, I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently they completed the work. It's been over a month since the work was completed and I am completely satisfied. I would highly recommend them.
Best yelp experience I've had and it was very reasonably priced. I had a leak in my basement coming from the washing machine pipe. Chris walked me through everything as he was doing as he was troubleshooting and cutting out drywall. He was able to fix the leak so now I can do laundry without water coming up from the floor. I'll be using Pipe It Up for all my future plumbing needs.

Great experience with this company that was hired to install a one-piece toilet. A very challenging job that required corrections to work done by a previous plumbing company. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, honest and professional. His solution to the problem saved hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
This company is AMAZING!! To put my situation in a nutshell I had a gas leak in the house I just purchased, I had a plumber come to give a quote to get it fixed and they said it would be $3550, and that I would have to be at my house for the city inspection that was required for the work that was done. I signed up for thumbtack to get a different quote. Pipe it Up came to my house at 7:30 in the evening to get me a quote. Luther arrived and was kind and helpful, he walked me through all the steps that the city requires after they lock your meter. He gave me a quote of $710 that night and started the work the next day. I had a large job that took two days of work because the need of the city inspector. I couldn't miss work so he was there to meet the city inspector, because there was more work that needed to be done the job ended up costing $1335, or roughly 1/3 of the cost of the original quote and Luther worked with the city inspector so I could go to work. Hire this company, tell everyone you know about them, they do good work, are honest people and they don't rip you off.
