Best Electricians in San Diego, CA

I needed to install an outlet for my new electric range. George worked hard to get me an appointment that same day and Niall showed up 3 hours later to complete the job. He was very courteous and wore a mask the entire time as well as shoe covers. The install was done quickly and I barely noticed he was here. Very happy with the end result.

We live in Penasquitos and one day, the lights in the part of the house went out.  We had recently had the house remodeled and   the contractor did some rather suspect work.  So we were not surprised.  

I called about four electrical service companies,  one came out ( for $120 fee) and said the problem could be fixed for $2000,!  This seemed rather suspicious to me ( also a 5 stars from yelp). I called another fellow who came by (no charge) and said that he would have to come back to fix the issue , in two day,s  well, two days passed and he never showed up again after repeated calls to find out what happened ( also a 5 star business on yelp)   We wasted nearly a week waiting for this dude.  

Well finally I called Devrin at Electric Lee.   He came out ( 24 hours after our initial appointment)
inspected the issue and said the wiring was done by an  amateur, (Not surprising by the suspect contractor we had.)  

They fixed the issue, and were there at our home for about 2 hours,   So far so good,. The charge was ~ $250,   and no  charge for the estimate.

I worked with Mike and he was great. I wanted a bathroom light fixture removed and 2 can lights installed. He arrived EARLY, was professional, knowledgeable and even cleaned up after himself. He protected my bathroom with drop cloths. Great experience, we'll use him again for other electrical needs.

Hired Leo on Yelp to replace two tandem fuses in my fuse box. One of which was for the dishwasher, because it was crackling and would shut off under load.

He had trouble sourcing the correct  ones (old Murray) so he modified two off brands to fit, by cutting a notch in them. He was very confident that they will be fine.

They seem to be working great!
I recommend him. He is very responsive and with reasonable prices.

Late on a Friday afternoon I Managed to trip a circuit breaker that then wouldn't reset. Checked Yelp and called Rory... he was great! He came by in less than an hour, and the kitchen was back in business for dinner. I now have a go-to electrician!

Frank has been our go-to electrician for the past six years, most recently completing an entire rewire and panel upgrade of our historic home.  We are constantly impressed with his professional approach to everything he does.  He is fair, reasonably priced, and responds promptly to even the smallest of requests.  Further, it seems the house is cleaner AFTER he leaves- not sure how he does it.  In the past few months, Frank has returned to assist in some smaller electrical jobs, and we were pleased to see his caution and safety measures taken during these COVID times.  Beyond his excellent work, Frank is a genuinely nice person- our whole family loves him, including our two young kids and new dog.  He has been recommended to and gone on to work with multiple family members and friends, all of whom have raved about his attention to detail and professionalism.  Thank you, Frank!

I hired ER Electric to instal entirely new lighting in my condo. It was important for me to work with a professional, responsive team that could get the job done fast without compromising quality.  ER Electric did just that and over delivered in many ways.  I awarded the company the job on a Friday and the work began at 8:00am sharp the following Monday.  Each and every person working for the company is always on time or early.  The entire job was completed the next day.  It can be a painful process working with contractors and for a woman there is always a concern that the costs will be inflated.  ER Electric was so easy to deal with and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of.  Their pricing was straight forward and competitive.  I always knew how I would net out, even when I changed my mind (which I did a few times).  The team was patient in answering my questions and always available.  They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and somehow managed to complete the job in just two days (even with my changes).  Romo and his team really do a great job at providing superior customer service which nowadays is a lost art.  I would highly recommend this company.  They were, without a doubt, the best contractors I've ever hired!

Let me start by saying I don't write reviews..but I couldn't help but want to recommend Primo's electrical service. Jose was extremely professional and did a fantastic job! He was persistent when the issue was very hard to diagnose. He is highly skilled and provided a great solution that not only fixed my outlet but also added additional safety measures. Jose worked hard AND efficiently for every hour I paid him. He's a total champ!!! I would definitely recommend Primo's electrical service!!!!

Chris was FANTASTIC!!  He came to our house for a site visit before he gave me a quote. He offered options that were available to resolve my issue and shared the difference in cost for each. He also leveraged his expertise to recommend a resolution that worked out beautifully!!  He was ver customer-focused, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable!  I will continue to use him for all of my electrical needs.

Dean came over at short notice and figured out some bad wiring in my condo wand was able to get my new mini-split working.  I would recommend him without reservation!!!

Jesus was awesome. He showed up to my place to make confirm what needed to be done. I needed to convert a standard 110v to a 240v outlet. I was ready to cut drywall in order to do some rewiring. Jesus looked everything over and was able get I done by fishing new wires through the existing conduit. He saved me a lot of money and headache.  He did a quality job for a super competitive price. I would definitely recommend Kev Co Electric for any electrical needs.

I lost power in two rooms of my house,including my office on Friday. I reached out to a couple electricians. Pt Loma Electric was the first to respond and was able to schedule an inspection/estimate for Monday. No one else had time for me until later in the week. The communication from their office was great before Curtis arrived. They even texted a picture so I would know who would be coming to the house.
Curtis was on time, very friendly, and quickly diagnosed my problem. He quoted me what I thought was a good price and said he could fix it the same day. True to his word, he went and got the part and I had complete power the same day! In addition, Curtis did a quick review of the house and gave me advice on the condition of the other outlets, breaker box, etc.

Called LTE because I smelled something burning in my home. Went out to garage and found that the lights would not turn off. After a bit of investigating I finally called the first company closest to where I was staying. He responded to me within 30 min and walked me through different suggestions. Honestly, I had him going down a rabbit hole with my description and thoughts. He quickly figured out that I had a short in one of my switched and had me shut the breaker off. To some this is a no brainer. To me I would have had a three alarm fire in my home due to ignorance. LTE came out first thing in the morning, small charge and had me fixed and good to go within about 10 minutes. He was super professional and helpful. Prices are reasonable and solid work  I highly recommend

We had an issue with a plug not working in our laundry room. I had just swapped some patio lights in our house when the switch stopped working. Turns out a wire got loose in a box and that is what caused the wall outlet to stop working.

The electrician was able to troubleshoot the problem fairly quick and get everything working again. I was dreading a crazy wiring job, but that wasn't the case. Thanks for the getting us up and working.

Roddy put in a 240 outlet for me and redid the subpanel. He got the work done quickly and took pride in the quality of work.

I really appreciate James' help today in troubleshooting a couple of outlets and no power in the garage. He helped figure out which rooms and outlets were on each circuit and since he had some leftover time in the hour he took a look at a bathroom light fixture and fan that we wanted to separate. He was quick, informative, spoke clearly, interacted well with my young kids, fixed our problem, and offered to do more that what we had called him out to do. Thanks Moriset Electrical!!
