Best Electricians in San Diego, CA

I own a small business and was referred to Volt by a friend after receiving several outrageous price quotes for installing two electrical components to hang pendant light fixtures. I was quoted a very reasonable price and was super impressed with the level of customer service from beginning to end!  They did a wonderful job and will definitely work with them in the near future!  Thank you Volt!!

I bought a fan from Fandiego and the owner of Albers Electric (Nathan) installed it. Very professional.  
Laid out plastic  to cover floor and used shoe covers. Entire job took about an hour.
The fan did not come with a wall remote (only regular remote) and he said if I could get the remote he would stop my and install it for no extra charge. Nathan has over 20 years experience  and it shows on how he approaches a job. Appointment was for 9AM and he showed up at 8:45. He wanted to make sure he was on time.

Bill is a close-by neighborhood treasure. He has been helping us for years with electrical projects inside and outdoors. Today he installed a new chandelier, for which he also had to rewire the ceiling. Bill is honest and punctual, and tends to stop by quickly to provide you with a fair quote. Whilst working in your home he is courteous and tidy, and he takes great care to protect the area he is working in. I highly recommend him to anyone, and I would trust him with my keys.

Had an electrical issue with several rooms that were originally wired incorrectly...

Repairman came out and was quick and thorough in resolving the issue.  Plus, found reasons for the problem; advised us to to use certain appliances on certain walls anymore.

I had A-EV Installs install a Tesla wall charger today and I couldn't be happier with their service.  Mark was just a pleasure to work with and his guy Adam showed up on time and did a great job at a very fair cost.  All I can say is these guys are going to be my go-to team for anything electrical.

Had another guy try and wire an ac outlet, HDMI and speaker wire for a home theater.  Had to have him stop after he had started.  He cut a big hole in my drywall and said the wires couldn't be fished.  Would have to open up the ceiling at each rafter to run it.
Had Joe come out.  He saved the day.  Ran the outlet, HDMI, and speaker wire.  He was able to fish all of it without cutting a piece of drywall.  He even found a recessed tv outlet box that was big enough to cover the hole the other guy had cut in my ceiling.  Had him install a hanging light and a fan/light in another room as well.  I'll be using Joe for all my electrical needs from here on out.

FJ is a great guy with excellent customer service skills!  I was looking for an electrician because we have loads of problems at my house and he gave estimates on the phone that sounded reasonable, compared to the other electricians/ companies out there who said there was a minimum fee just to come to the door! The previous yelp reviews definitely helped in calling FJ :)
Anyways FJ comes over, looks at the houses problems, ends up being worse than I thought :( he did what he could that day and I was satisfied, my house needs miracles! However a few days later FJ emails to say it was bothering him that our house could be safer than what it was (our house is about 100yrs old, not vintage cute either) for my husband, myself and our new son.
It was/is very thoughtful that he kept us in mind even though time had passed since he came out. I was shocked and both my husband and myself were overwhelmed by how genuinely nice and caring he is.
I highly recommend him for any size project, the work he did looks awesome and knowing what the problems were before FJ we feel a lot safer.
Give FJ a call you won't regret it!!!

Chris did a great job on my electrical repairs recently. His cost was more than fair and he got the job done very quickly. We will definitely be hiring Chris again in the future.

What an amazing and professional company to work with. I requested a quiet-cool house fan to be installed at my house and they scheduled me in within three days. After reviewing different options they came to my house on time and the installation took about an hour. This is one of the best vendors that you can get to install your quiet-cool fans.  Thank you for all the help.  I'll be sure to recommend you in the future.

I can't say enough about Mr Miguel of Good News Electric.  I can tell u all this, i was at my wits about getting my electrical problems fixed.  1st electrican charged me $400 for 1 hrs worth of trouble shooting & repair which was incorrect & noted i needed to upgrade my utility box to 200 amps.  2nd electrician didn't except AMX charge card but also had gone inside my house and said my problems were a short in the wire, would have to go thru entire house for troubleshooting & rewiring.   Finally Miguel had to be called for 3rd service call, in which he saw the problem right away.  And even though i give all electricans the same history information to help them solve the problem,  only Miguel was able to go straight to the source.  It was the the weather feeder & aluminum wire coming from SDG&E that was causing me to have shorts.  Breakers weren't even poping anymore.  Thx u Miguel,  i was in tears till u came & your pricing was reasonable & your service A1.  Thx u very much.  Ms Moeller.

Izack provides exceptional customer service!  I was in a pinch and needed a bathroom light hung ASAP so the wallpaper installer would have light to do his job in (my previously scheduled electrician was a no-show).  I contacted him at 2 in the afternoon (after it was clear the other electrician was a no-show) to see if he could squeeze me in before the scheduled wallpaper installer came at 8:30 the next morning.  Izack put me down for 8 the next morning and was in and out before the wallpaper installer arrived.  I was so thankful!  Izack also installed a complicated ceiling fan for me on another occasion.  He did a great job and also made sure I was aware of a potential design issue (the blades possibly being too stubby for the room) before he proceeded to do the work and potentially waste my money.  His prices are incredibly reasonable, he is prompt and courteous, and he pays attention to details!

Called Electric 24 and talked to Tim about part of the house not having power which was all on breaker #8 which did not trip. After discussing the problem in more detail, Tim quoted me a price and we setup an appointment. Tim showed up on time and took about 30 minutes to find and corrected the problem. (Loose/small burned wire in back of bedroom outlet)  After Tim put everything back in place and was ready to leave, Tim then cut his quoted price in half. I was surprised and after seeing Tim's work ethics myself, I decided to pay ¾ of his quoted price which still saved me money especially compared to other quotes from other Electricians who I called before Tim. IF need be in the future, I will be calling Tim back for my electrical needs and will highly recommend him to friends, neighbors and co-workers.

I've been a plug-in hybrid owner since 2018, but I've hesitated to have a Level 2 charger installed because I imagined that it would be an expensive hassle. The EV Pros team proved me wrong.

Jennifer in the office was fantastic.  After a brief, and friendly phone call, I sent her photos of my proposed installation locations, worked out a few details, and agreed upon a reasonable budget for the project (Including a couple of non EV related electrical repairs).  

Kwan and his partner (I am embarrassed to say that I forgot the partner's name) arrived on time. They were both professional, courteous, and genuinely nice guys. They answered all my questions and left their work areas cleaner than they were when they arrived.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my closest friends or relatives!

Joel is pure class and his workmanship is truly top of the line. If I had to describe Joel in one word it would be - problem-solver. I had Joel install some outdoor lighting that went far beyond simply splicing a couple wires and was amazed at his skill set. You can tell by his attention to detail that he takes great pride in his work and the results are amazing.

I would hire Joel for any electrician jobs in the future - he is simply the best.

Called Rudy at 7:30p when our refrigerator and oven lost power. He came out in 15 minutes and fixed the problems in another 15 minutes. Very personable and professional. Highly recommend.

James from Brite was quick, professional, and very friendly- he was able to put up our contemporary, artsy chandelier up within minutes! Yay!

Not only that, he was able to troubleshoot the light switch problem right away.

At $95 plus $20 for materials, I think he was very reasonable with his quote, as a licensed electrician.

But the best part is that next time we know what to do when hanging lights again!

Just keep in mind Brite Electrics has supposedly moved from Rancho Bernardo and currently located in San Marcos, but they were quick and prompt.

Just be mindful that they will give you a 2-hour window to show up at your door.

In the past,  I have not had great luck with electricians.   Recently, Jason from Service Rite came to our place and installed LED lighting under my kitchen cabinets and replaced some switches.   He installed two Panasonic Whisper fans in my bathroom with new switches.    He was professional, courteous, punctual and did a great job.   I highly recommend him and this company.

I am so grateful for these guys!  Dylan came over when half of our home went dark, and he saved the day!  He knew exactly what was wrong and found the problem in what could have taken hours, but instead it was just 90 minutes.  He said he got lucky, but I think he's gifted and a hero.

I will be recommending these guys to everyone who needs an electrician.

David responded to my Yelp request within an hour, and managed to get someone out to us the first thing the very next morning for a small job (fixing a light socket).  The repair men arrived on time, were polite, worked quickly, and explained the problem and what they were doing to fix it.  I'd definitely go back to RK Electric for any future work we may have.

We used Anthem to repair a ceiling that collapsed from another vendors repair of our  AC drip pan leak. Gunner responded right away, came out the same day to evaluate and had us back to new within a day.

Very knowledgeable and friendly, we will definitely be using Gunner on future projects.
