Nick was a pleasure to work with. He installed 3 ceiling lights and an electric panel. He can thoughtful and cleaned up after himself.

I bought a fan from Fandiego and the owner of Albers Electric (Nathan) installed it. Very professional.  
Laid out plastic  to cover floor and used shoe covers. Entire job took about an hour.
The fan did not come with a wall remote (only regular remote) and he said if I could get the remote he would stop my and install it for no extra charge. Nathan has over 20 years experience  and it shows on how he approaches a job. Appointment was for 9AM and he showed up at 8:45. He wanted to make sure he was on time.

Bill came out the next afternoon after I called him in the evening.  He arrived early and quickly and professionally sorted out my problem.  He charged way less than I had expected for such expedited work.  I'll definitely be calling him again if I need his services.

Raceway completed one-part of a two-part project.  I paid them (cashier's check) for the first part of the project on the day they completed the first part. Shortly thereafter I became seriosly ill with an infection in both lungs. When I was well, approx 90 days later, they were much too busy with big projects to complete the second part of the work.  This was a small project related to a dishwasher and hot water heater installation.  The quality of their work was excellent.  But they only completed one part of a two-part project. Very disappointed.  I do not recommend their services.

Great service with a friendly and professional staff! JOHNNY the electrician was on time. Made a courtesy call prior to his arrival and gave his ETA. He also offered to clean up after the job which I appreciate very much! Keep up the good work and more success to your business.

Had another guy try and wire an ac outlet, HDMI and speaker wire for a home theater.  Had to have him stop after he had started.  He cut a big hole in my drywall and said the wires couldn't be fished.  Would have to open up the ceiling at each rafter to run it.
Had Joe come out.  He saved the day.  Ran the outlet, HDMI, and speaker wire.  He was able to fish all of it without cutting a piece of drywall.  He even found a recessed tv outlet box that was big enough to cover the hole the other guy had cut in my ceiling.  Had him install a hanging light and a fan/light in another room as well.  I'll be using Joe for all my electrical needs from here on out.

FJ is a great guy with excellent customer service skills!  I was looking for an electrician because we have loads of problems at my house and he gave estimates on the phone that sounded reasonable, compared to the other electricians/ companies out there who said there was a minimum fee just to come to the door! The previous yelp reviews definitely helped in calling FJ :)
Anyways FJ comes over, looks at the houses problems, ends up being worse than I thought :( he did what he could that day and I was satisfied, my house needs miracles! However a few days later FJ emails to say it was bothering him that our house could be safer than what it was (our house is about 100yrs old, not vintage cute either) for my husband, myself and our new son.
It was/is very thoughtful that he kept us in mind even though time had passed since he came out. I was shocked and both my husband and myself were overwhelmed by how genuinely nice and caring he is.
I highly recommend him for any size project, the work he did looks awesome and knowing what the problems were before FJ we feel a lot safer.
Give FJ a call you won't regret it!!!

I needed some same day work done, called Chris and he was more than happy to fit me into his day. Got back to me when he said he would, arrived on time, had all his supplies and was quick and pleasant! Kinda a goofy personality but really knows his stuff. I will definitely be calling him again if I need something done!

I'm so glad I contacted Good News Electric. Miguel and Jose were such a pleasure to have working in my home for three days. I purchased an older home that had a lot of electrical issues to repair and Good News knock out all the problems. They put my TVs on the wall with wires inside, lighting in garage, a light in my closet, placed my AT&T boxes on a closet shelf instead of taking up all the floor where they could get damaged.  They even did a beautiful job of patching the walls, even the holes left by the plumber. Miguel was so professional and nice I felt comfortable having him work in my home, he even fixed some things just because he noticed a problem with them. They went above and beyond helping me with my electrical and drywall issues. They even took out a doggie door and had a stucco person come out and repair the outside wall. Lastly I felt Miguel's prices were very reasonable. Thank you  for everything.

I am very satisfied with the workmanship provided by Electric 24, my only regret was not calling them in the first place.  I used a non-licensed contractor to save some money but the work was sub-par and did not pass inspection.  I saved some money up front in the beginning but ultimately lost out not calling a licensed professional like Electric 24 in the first place. Thankfully, Tim pablo at Electric 24 was able to fix the problem for a great price.

I had discussed a job with Kyle on the phone at my home in Irvine.  I wanted them to install a Telsa HP Wall Contector in place of an existing NEMA 14-50 outlet.  I insisted that it was a straight forward, simple job and wanted their lowest price.  They quoted a price which seemed a little too good to be true.  Kyle said that the job should only about 100-120 minutes if it was as simple as I implied.  Well, once we started looking at the job it was much more complicated.  The prior electrician installed the NEMA 14-50 outlet in a very un-safe manner which was not up to code.  Kwan had to run new wire from my panel and rewire an existing 4 pug outlet which was illegally spliced from the NEMA 14-50 box.  Kwan was there at least 4 hours and did an amazing clean install. They BARELY raised the price from the original quote but ended up doing 4 times the work!  These guys are the best!!!!!!!

I would definitely recommend this service. They were very promt and professional. They went above and beyond, finished in a timely manner and left my home clean. Couldnt of ask for a better contractor. Thanks guys!

Rudy Rodriguez  is an electrician who knows what he is doing, does an excellent job and will travel if needed. After paying a technician from United Plumbing & Heating for replacing a breaker that was never replaced and was not the cause of the problem, Rudy fixed the problem and helped me confront the owner about the dishonest technician and get my money back.  Rudy is personable and extremely honest and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of electrical help.  It is extremely rare these days to find a business/owner this honest and humble.  This one is a blessing and a true angel on earth.

STAY AWAY!!!  The saying birds of a fleather flock together has been verified after my experience with my kitchen contractor recommending Tony from Brite Electric.  They both did a number on me.  

My kitchen cabinet installer, who butchered my cabinets and admitted he had no idea how to do Ikea cabinets after having said he just did an Ikea kitchen the week before, recommened Tony to do the electrical for the kitchen as I needed new outlets and wiring.  At that point  I didn't know the kitchen guy was a hack, and I was on a tight timeline so I went with Tony even though his price was high.  He comes across as being very sharp and personable.  I suppose those are the ones you have to be careful of.

Tony charged me $1500 to wire up most of the kitchen.  The job took his employee James about 4-5 hours as most of the walls were open so he could do things pretty easily.  Here are the issues that arose:

1) They used 8 gauge wire for a 50 amp cooktop.  Per CA code a 50 amp appliance requires 6 gauge wire.  This is a big no-no.  It really is pathetic as the thicker gauge would have cost maybe $30 more.

2) They used a 8 gauge 2 conductor wire for the oven, when it requires a 8 gauge 3 conductor wire.  Per CA code if you had existing 8-2 wire you could reuse it, but it is much safer to use 8-3 and it is a code requirement when wiring new.  Again, they cheaped out.  This would have cost maybe $15 more.  They probably just didn't have any with them and figured I would never know.

3) They used a 50 amp breaker on a 30 amp appliance (over).  This defeats the whole point of having a breaker and is a serious problem.

4) They left a mess everywhere.  When they drilled through joists they didn't bother to vacumn anything up.  They even left their Jambu Juice cup from lunch.

5) They did not patch or cover any of the drywall holes they made.  This is unacceptable for the amount I paid and they never told me otherwise.  I then had to pay the kitchen contractor $150 to patch some drywall holes.  I think it was a total scam between them.

6) Most of the outlets were not lined up and visually off.  I had to pay somebody else to move them later.

7) The price!  I paid what amounted to probably $300/hr.   What is worse his original quote was $2100.  I'm such an idiot.

Here is where it gets fun.  After I discovered that his job was totally subpar I called to figure out a resolution.  At first he totally rebuffed me and said everythign he did was to code and he works on million dollar homes as does the same thing (this means this was not a one-off but he does illegal work regularly).  After I very specifically pointed things out he offered to send me a small amount of money.  I then told him there were more issues than I even previously knew about and the amount he was offereing was inssuficient.  At that point he stopped responding to me.  

BBB, contractor's board, and small claims court here I come!  If anbody has any questions about this review feel free to contact me.

OMG!!! This company is phenomenal!  We had to update our old radiant ceiling heating system and were at the end of our budget. We had totally remodeled our home and spent enough money as it was. Then we had to deal with bypassing the old system and having electric box heaters installed into the walls in 4 rooms. Scary as they would need to cut into the walls to do this.  After 5 other bids from local Electricians that would come out and ask us electrical questions we could not answer (which honestly scared us off) or saying they could probably do the the job) we found Service Rite Electric. They came out right away, told us what needed to be done and what type of power our system could support. They had an estimate in writing to us within the hour via email and came out the next day to do the work. They were finished in 2.5 hours and not one bit of mess! The new wall heaters looked gorgeous and work perfectly and since they finished in half the time, they took off $350.00 dollars!! Yes I definitely recommend this company! Fair, fast and friendly.

I had the pleasure to work with Lucian! He is an amazing electrician! Him and his team are very professional and do an amazing job! I will definitely refer him to all friends and family when in need.

This is the second time I have used Dave and his crew. I was hoping the first time was not an anomaly. My wife got one of those new jet engine hair dryers that were tripping the breaker all the time. So I called RK for help. Dave came in to size up the job - even took the time to understand the problem so that he could provide an appropriate solution. He quoted the job then took the time to explains the job very clearly so there is no misunderstanding it was almost a college level tutorial on basic electronics.  His crew came in and got the job done, cleans up and very professional. As long as he is in business he will have my business for life. ...I highly recommend RK

Wish I had found you sooner!

We used Anthem to repair a ceiling that collapsed from another vendors repair of our  AC drip pan leak. Gunner responded right away, came out the same day to evaluate and had us back to new within a day.

Very knowledgeable and friendly, we will definitely be using Gunner on future projects.
