I've worked with Nick for over a year and a half as I own a home, organizational systems business. Nick has done several jobs for various clients and NOT one client has ever said anything negative. They always mention that he is fair and great to work with. In September, I hired him to add lighting to my closet, bathroom and bedroom. He also added several outlets. All I can say is that my clients were right. Top notch professional but very down to earth. I would highly recommend his services.

Okay, we were in the midst of a bathroom renovation project and found that the vanity light wasn't centered above the sink. Our tile guys had done an outstanding job but, they just weren't electricians and work on the final stage had stopped because of this.

I sent out a few bids with photos and got an immediate response from Nathan (approximately 5 minutes later).

Now, it gets better. I made an appointment for that Saturday and Nathan shows up exactly on time. He enters the bathroom and within about 30 minutes he's done. The​ light is moved, the drywall that he removed was flipped 180 and reinserted to match the space that he cut, and the problem was solved.

I mean I had guys tell me they would have to tear out the wall, it would have to wait for​ a week, they needed to see more photos and inspect it at my cost first. No, Nathan was sincere and a professional, he did the job and was ready to move on, polite and on point.

I've used Bill at Mister Electric for years, he is a staple of Scripps Ranch. He is a one man shop, polite and fair in his dealings. His reported closure by Yelp (december 2018) is untrue, I called him this week and he was at my house to provide quotes for some small jobs I need done.
He is busy but leave a polite, clear message on the voice mail and expect a call back about your work. Recommended.

I chose A-EV Installs to install my Tesla charger because they were quickly knowledgeable about what was needed, were able to give me a quote that was fair and no nonsense.  When it came time to do the install they were very efficient and professional; were able to finish the install in less time than quoted and even found a way to reduce the price.  They were exactly what I was looking for.

Called the electrician company that my neighbor works for to try and get some things done as a surprise to my husband. The lady on the phone said she had him busy on other projects but she would send who she could spare. The man that came to my house smelled so bad and his clothes looked like they had not been washed in a week. After he left I called the lady back she just laughed on the other end and said well what you expected to get when you call me on the last minute on a Friday.

Recently had two Quiet Cool Fans installed by Direct Electric.   I called them up, they gave me an estimate and a date and time to install the fans.   They were on time, very professional, charged me exactly what the estimate was.  We have a two story house and it has made a tremendous difference upstairs!  I would recommend Direct Electric to anyone who is looking to purchase a whole house fan.  Very easy to deal with.  Betsy

Miguel was very polite on the phone. He came to my house right away to do a quote (which was fairly priced). I agreed to the price and he started the work right away. He installed 3 very detailed chandelier lights, put two dimmer switches on and even did a couple extra things (put hardware handles on cabinet & cover up holes in wall). He also switched out two bulbs to LED for me on a high ceiling above my staircase. He did a meticulous job and I would definitely recommend him!

Hit the Light was able to come out and repair a light switch in my garage that had a faulty ground wire.  The workers were prompt, friendly, explained the process and cleaned up after they were done.

This was my second time using Hit the Light and I would definitely use them in the future.

Tim is awesome! We had an early morning appointment set at 7am, and he was prompt in showing up. Very professional, informative, honest, and flexible with scheduling. He helped trouble shoot some minor electrical concerns we had going on in our home. We plan to contact Tim in the future for any electrical needs. Highly recommend! :)

EV pros were quick to respond and love the professionalism displayed by their team. My original EV charge was installed by an electrical engineer that used make shift parts that ended up breaking 2 years later. EV pros quickly replaced the outlet and wiring to standard industrial grade. Would definitely come back and use them again. My only concern is the non transparent quoting.

They state it's free to inspect, but they charge you to put it back after taking it apart which puts you in a position to pay them to repair/replace the nema 240v or have them leave you with outlet taken apart. That is disgusting sales tactics tbh. So just beware.

Joel came by the other day with his crew to install several recessed lighting fixtures and outdoor lighting.  Joel was knowledgeable; he took the time to explain the steps he would take to get the job done.  He was up-front about costs and there were no hidden costs.  The crew was also efficient and clean.  

Overall, Joel is a great guy with a great crew.  I would do business with him again.

Rudy is an excellent electrician.  He has done numerous jobs for us, rewiring a garage, putting in new electric outlets, upgrading electrical wiring that was funky, and trouble shooting an old duplex in Del Mar.  He is the best and I wish he had a twin who was a plumber!  He is friendly, helpful, and explains everything in plain English to the electrically challenged.  If you need a good electrician, hire him.

James from Brite was quick, professional, and very friendly- he was able to put up our contemporary, artsy chandelier up within minutes! Yay!

Not only that, he was able to troubleshoot the light switch problem right away.

At $95 plus $20 for materials, I think he was very reasonable with his quote, as a licensed electrician.

But the best part is that next time we know what to do when hanging lights again!

Just keep in mind Brite Electrics has supposedly moved from Rancho Bernardo and currently located in San Marcos, but they were quick and prompt.

Just be mindful that they will give you a 2-hour window to show up at your door.

OMG!!! This company is phenomenal!  We had to update our old radiant ceiling heating system and were at the end of our budget. We had totally remodeled our home and spent enough money as it was. Then we had to deal with bypassing the old system and having electric box heaters installed into the walls in 4 rooms. Scary as they would need to cut into the walls to do this.  After 5 other bids from local Electricians that would come out and ask us electrical questions we could not answer (which honestly scared us off) or saying they could probably do the the job) we found Service Rite Electric. They came out right away, told us what needed to be done and what type of power our system could support. They had an estimate in writing to us within the hour via email and came out the next day to do the work. They were finished in 2.5 hours and not one bit of mess! The new wall heaters looked gorgeous and work perfectly and since they finished in half the time, they took off $350.00 dollars!! Yes I definitely recommend this company! Fair, fast and friendly.

We had a few lights go out in our house, and new light bulbs weren't doing the trick.  We called Lucian for help and he was able to stop by that same day within a few hours to get things back up and running.  He and his apprentice were on time, professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

RK Electric was the bomb! Dave called me a couple of days after he was referred to me by my landscape contractor and showed  up on time to give me a quote. He turned what seemed to be a complicated situation of getting electrical to my new Spa and adding plugs to my backyard into a simple solution. when I came home the work was done and he called me later that night to see how I would like to pay and voila  - project completed. He was courteous and thorough...I highly recommend!

I called Anthem Handyman Services to fix a leaking water pipe in my wall. Gunner showed up in a timely fashion to repair the leak. He even came back the next day to repair the drywall that was damaged during the leak and repair process. It was such a relief to deal with one company during this ordeal. I would totally use this company again.
