Best Electricians in San Diego, CA

Have an electrical issue with my hot tub. Called SZ and they were very informative, helpful and courteous over the phone.

What an incredible service from Tapia Electric. We couldn't be happier with their work. They are super friendly and personable. We had a couple of items for them to install including our 3 kitchen pendant lights and a few other light fixtures. They are very detail oriented and get the job done fast! I am super thankful we found them and we will be getting other future projects done by them. Very reasonably priced too! Amazing quality. A++++ HIGHLY recommend!!

Jeff Parkllan is an outstanding and ethical professional and we are going to use him for all future projects.

My issue was with my 30-yr old circ-breaker box.  Of course we all have circ-breakers go off, and know how to flip them all the way off, then back on.

I had a circ-breaker go off and there is no way it would go back on.

I researched and found that circ-breakers can oxidize over long time periods and most Electricians on Yelp (and other social media) say that's time for a new circ-breaker box, and you can see on yelp reviews,  that can get very costly.

I found so many good reviews here for Jeff and decided to use him for the work.

The reason I say Jeff is super ethical:  Jeff called me back in person and asked me if I can go to the circ-breaker box while he's on the phone with me.
Then he gave me instructions for a special exercise with the bad breaker that would not go back on [(with a very inconvenient area of my house...my home office...being blacked out, and me stretching 3 long extension cords from other areas of the house so I could do my work zoom calls).
Jeff showed me that instead of just doing 2 clicks off, then clicking back on (as I've done for 30 yrs), to go 2 clicks right and press extra hard, then 2 clicks left, then repeat several times.  Bingo!  I have lights, computer, modem...back in business.
I'm pretty sure [from reviews for other electricians] that if I called another company, I would have had a couple days of expensive re-wiring for a whole new box.

We needed our dated 2-prong outlets replaced, and needed our living room wired for light and a ceiling fan.  They were the first to respond, getting the info they needed and gave us a quote right away.  Electricians were super professional, definitely recommend to any who need electrical work done!

Of all the tradesmen who have come to my home throughout my life, Stuart, of Stuart Electric, has been the most professional and conscientious of the entire group.  He is honest, fair, and diligent.  I hired him to change a smoke detector, which I couldn't reach, at the top of a stairwell.  While the job itself was not particularly complex, getting the right ladder in place required a certain amount of creativity and finesse.  Stuart made it look easy and treated our home as if it were his own --- he wore booties, covered the floors properly and was careful not to ding the walls with his equipment.  Overall, a very positive experience.  Will definitely hire him again!

So far she has helped me at my house, then she ran some line and hung panels at my Dads, then we brought her to my office to hang some lighting in the ceiling, after that I had NO problem introducing her to clients with commercial needs.
Not only is she professional and CLEAN, but i appreciate the fact that she keeps all her licenses and insurance in order. Very very professional.

I had an electrical problem with my kitchen outlets and Jesus arrived very quickly to fix the issue. He's also very nice and his prices are affordable, definitely recommend :)

Prompt reply to my voicemail and solved my issue over the phone, although would use for actual work if needed.  Very friendly and knowledgeable about building codes too.  Will call first next time I have an electrical issue.

Out of the 8 electricians I messaged on Yelp, Joel was the easiest to communicate with and fastest to get back to me. He was available over the weekend at a time very convenient to me and was even 20 minutes early.

He fixed both my problems quickly and efficiently. For a 5 star A+ electrician go with Joel.

Seeing the great reviews and that DC is located near us, we called two days in a row, no returned call.  He may be good, I don't know.

The electricians were very respectful and efficient. They were able to get three new outlets added to our bathrooms and quickly installed a bathroom light. There was a problem the next day due to the older gfci outlet being the wrong voltage. They were able to come back out quickly, find the problem, and fixed it. Will definitely use them in the future.

Daniel did a great job on installing a new vent fan in our main bathroom. He arrived on time and got the job done fast and it looks great. We couldn't be happier with the finished project and highly recommend him for anyone with a electrical job that they need help with.

I tried to do a DIY myself on the Dinning room light fixture. Didn't go so well. Called several electricians and only Ken and Mike were able to come to my house the same day I called. They are super friendly and nice. And they got the job done quick. My light fixture looks great and thanks to Ken and Mike.

If you want great service and unbelievable professionalism you have to use Jayson with Shoreline Electric.  I called out Jayson almost 2 years ago to do some ceiling fan installs in my home and some chandeliers.  After seeing his work and how he covered the work area and cleaned everything up once the work was complete was just beyond me.  Jayson has been doing work for my company now and I will always highly recommend him for anyone's home or business.

STAY AWAY. Should have read the reviews here first, my Gosh. Has not returned any of my calls. Referred by home warranty, and stay away from Total Home Protect as well. Told home warranty they should ashamed for referring a crook like this. Took the service money and ran. Has not called back the home warranty company either and has not sent the service report, and we're going on 2 weeks
