I called Crystal Plumbing for a plugged kitchen sink.  Quick response.  Great customer service.   I battled the sink for an entire afternoon, it was fixed in the blink of an eye.....  things went so well, I've scheduled an appointment for additional plumbing services. Definitely recommend!!

I have never had such exceptional service on a maintenance call. I am so impressed, I'm still in shock. We were given a specific appointment time, 2:00 (not a 4 or 6 hour window), and Clarence showed up precisely ON TIME-- actually at 1:58! He put booties on to cover his shoes, which I appreciated, and was very friendly. The job of replacing the hose in our kitchen sink took him 4 minutes and he was gone! I'm just amazed.

Had some issues with my heater, after making a quick call to Villara they had a technician come out and repair all the issues. Great value and Aurelio (JR) was very helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and gave me great advice on how to keep my HVAC system running at top performance.

I called to see about getting an appointment for an a/c service /checkup. Ernesto came out the next day and was able to do a complete inspection and service and also arranged for Frank to come out to talk to me about an energy audit and discuss my various options. Both of them were very helpful, polite, professional and extremely respectful of my home and yard. I will definitely keep their cards handy for future reference.

Was able to schedule an estimate which lead to moving forward within a day. Jonathan, their tech came out and helped replaced a PRV that had some issues; producing noise when used. The whole thing was resolved within a few hours. Very fast, professional, and friendly service. Would recommend.

Ron B was my representative.  He explained the costs, process and schedule extremely well.  Professional and courteous. The install was clean and organized from start to finish.  At the conclusion of the install the venting need some tweaking to make it right and Ron stayed with the issue until it was perfect.

I needed a new shower head installed in one of my bathrooms.  Someone on Facebook recommended Vince's Plumbing.  I sent a message to him, and he responded to my message quickly.  He arrived on time and did a great job.  I will be calling him next time I need a plumber.  Highly recommend!

Michael from 911 Restoration Sacramento came to our home after the storm.  We had wall damage and carpet damage.  He left us with the fans and the machine that sucks up and drain the moisture out of the walls and floor.  He measured the water in our walls and floor and the level was ridiculous.  After almost awhile he came back measure again and eve was completely dry.  While Michael was out on other jobs he kept in touch with us to see how everything was going.  We really appreciated that.  Michael is a very kind and knowledgeable person, knows his job very very well.  If anything like this ever happens again we will definitely call on 911 Restoration for help.

BEWARE of this boutique father son operation. They only have enough time for 300 to 600 customers per year. Fresno county has atleast 500,000 domestic pumps so the father (Butch) is grumpy and semi retired. The son (Lee) will cut off any customer that repeatedly calls when they don't show up or if you have you cousin Vinnie take a look at your pump prior to the pump snobs. If your out of water and all worked up, do not call Rasmussen. This post will have zero impact on the 2 rude businessmen during this drought. They have hung up, cut off, and spoke very rude to several clients that were out of water. We found A and S pump service was a little more money with zero attitude and same day service. I own 28 homes and 15 wells. I remove all Rasmussen sticker and apply A and S. A and S pump phone is (559)322-5838

He didn't know plumbing at all, didn't install anything and we had to pay full price for nothing

This company owner is one of the rudest person I have talked to. He worked on a water leak in June and I had an issue again this week. He refused to come and check it out. I was so surprised at his attitude which was horrible. He told me to call someone else . Rude Rude Rude
