I could not be more impressed or grateful for the service I received late last night. I called after hours and Israel promised to be at my home within 2 hours. He delivered. I had an emergency situation with my plumbing that ultimately required 6 hours of work that started at 11p. The quality of work and outstanding customer service was amazing during a time of anxiety around what this would cost me and it was way less than expected. Not only did he explain what was happening but also talked through next steps and expenses. Israel and Ryan worked so hard to fix the issue and they ultimately resolved. Our toilet flooded due to blocked sewer line on Sunday night. These guys came out soon after calling and correctly diagnosed the problem. Due to late night we rescheduled for the next morning. Next morning I was able to open the cleanout and was able to unblock the small amount of debris in the line and sewer line became operational. I called back and they said no problem at all. Very cordial and understanding people. They did not charge me for the service call either. Israel was very responsive and we were kept updated via txt of all options or repairs and schedules.

10/10!! We have a problem toilet that clogs frequently. We recently purchased a new toilet and we are still having issues! And of course after hours and the weekends are always when we need a desperate unclogging! We have never found anyone remotely helpful or available on those after hours, until now!! Israel answered his phone very quickly and was at our house within 30 minutes!!!!!! He was so kind and understanding! I'm disabled and getting to the secondary toilet, especially at night, would be very dangerous for me. On top of Al that, he gave us a great first time customer deal! I could not recommend this company more! They saved our weekend, that's for sure!!

Was over a friends tonight (Saturday night) and my friend has a water leak. They called Alpha Male Plumbing and Israel showed up 45 minutes later right on time. Very polite young man. Took his time looked everything over did what he could do with his equipment was very precise and recommended her to someone that could fix the leaking pipe under her foundation.
My friends second bathroom was having a toilet issue. It wasn't flushing fast enough. So she asked if he could take a quick look at that too. No hesitation he looked at that and diagnosed it within 5 minutes. It's fixed!

Late yesterday evening we discovered a small flood under our kitchen sink and determined that the hot water valve to the sink and dishwasher was inexplicably leaking and probably had been for hours. Turning it off didn't change the situation and possibly made it worse. We were somewhat panicked but found great reviews on Yelp for Top Rank Plumbing and gave them a call. They were able to come out within 2 hours, were right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the valve and, voila!, no more dripping water under the sink. Thank you, Israel and Ryan! Called Alpha to take care of clogged drain on a vacation rental. Got out there within an hour and took care of it. Communication was excellent along the way. He had to remove the toilet to access the main line, did a camera inspection was able to tell me what caused the issue.
He recommended installing a clean out which will save me $$ in the long run by making it easier to maintain or service in an emergency.

Had a backed up kitchen sink. I tried fixing the issue myself... drained the water and removed all the plumbing I could under the sink but that did not fix the issue. Ended up calling a few contractors on Yelp around 3pm but no one could come out same day (which was a Sunday). Alpha Male was my fourth call and I'm so glad I called. I spoke with Isreal and not only did he come out w/in a couple of hours, but his price was reasonable and his service was outstanding. He snaked the system and was done in about 45 min. It's 5:15pm and and we're back in business. My only regret was messing with the system myself for an hour w/ a bad back. I should have just called Alpha Male from the get go. Now I have a great plumber on speed dial.

Israel was terrific to work with! He actually answers his phone, is responsive, professional, and came on short notice for a leaking water supply line to my refrigerator on a Friday evening. He immediate identified the issue, turned off the supply to the refrigerator, came back the next day and replaced the entire supply line with copper and installed a shutoff valve, bringing all of it up to code. He communicated with me throughout the process and I must say Israel is a life saver!

The 3rd party vendor that HomeD**** used to install my new refrigerator never should have left the supply connection with a slight leak. All they did to mask the problem was wrap teflon tape around the exterior of the leaking connection (terrible)! See attached pics...

Don't let the business's name put you off; the owner is not chauvinistic or a bully at all. Israel and his crew labored long and hard (in this heat!) to replace an old, blocked sewer pipe. The needed repair options were clearly explained to my husband and I. Also appreciated were the after-job clean-ups and the senior discount. Amazing service. We had a leak in the wall of our bathroom. In addition, we had bought a vanity that required some extra cutting in the back to get it to fit properly for the pipes to connect. They came out with same day service, fast, polite, very efficient, only did what was needed, with excellent service. I had a water leak in my upstairs bathroom that look through the walls to my downstairs bathroom. I was originally working with a different plumbing company but they were not reliable time wise.

I called Alpha Male and Israel was able to come out the same day. After a few hours of trying to pinpoint the source of the leak, they found it was a faulty spout and patched and cleaned everything up. Will contact again with any issues I may have in the future.

Highly recommend this business we had a blocked main suer line that flooded our restroom on Friday night due to the time we decided to have them come the next day Saturday 9-11. One of our showers was not getting hot water so I started looking for someone to repair that for some time. Couple weeks later the water heater went out and would not light at all so now no showers had hot water. I called several places the day it happened (yesterday). Most said Monday or Tuesday would be the earliest but I called AMP and Israel Sunday morning and he said he could be here in an hour. He was here on time and diagnosed both problems in a reasonable time. One was the thermocouple being out and the shower needed a new cartridge. All done within an hour, however he stayed an hour extra just to make sure everything would still be running great for us which I really appreciated. All our problems fixed before noon. True professional, would recommend Israel from AMP without hesitation. Thank you again

Yesterday I was doing a load of laundry and water started pouring out of the toilet in the laundry room, water started coming out from under the washing machine and it was bubbling up in the sink in the laundry room. I contacted Alpha Male Plumbing and they set up an appointment right away. Israel came out and he diagnosed the problem and cleared the line. He had to take the toilet off, move it in order to drain the line. He did a camera inspection of the pipes and let me view the camera so I could understand the condition of the pipes. He went underneath the house to check out having the one older line replaced in the future and gave me an estimate. He was working in 105 degree heat. Israel is very professional, he did a good job, he cleaned everything up, put the toilet back. He also fixed another broken toilet in the house, and fixed a faucet in one bathroom. He's very handy and easy to get along with.

I called Alpha Male Plumbing because of the great reviews. I needed someone to come out right away because I thought I had a leak in my walls. Israel said he could be out within a couple hours. In the meantime he had me turn off the main water line. I wasn't sure how to do it, so he suggested that he FaceTime me and he walked me through it. He also let me know that I had at least one toilet flush. I really appreciated that little tip. He was there within the two hour timeframe he gave me. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He was able to determine that I did not have a water leak and it was a very easy fix. I did think the charge was a little high. He charged $295 to trouble shoot and replace a gasket on the toilet. I asked for a widow's discount and he obliged with a 15% discount. I had recently lost my husband. This was something he could have easily determined and fixed for about $10. But I really appreciated the way Israel responded and resolved my issue. I very highly recommend him.

My instant hot water dispenser failed. Alpha male, aka Israel, came to install it for me this morning. The new replacement I bought requires a tad larger hole in the countertop, so Israel could not install the new item. He stayed and helped me call at least 10 countertop people who all said no to doing a small job. It's not yet resolved and I still need the larger hole, and it will get done. But alpha male, Israel, would not take any $$ for his efforts and time. He is a really nice, honest guy. Next time I need plumbing work he is DEFINITELY the person I'll call.

Sewer line backed up at 2pm on a Monday. Called my regular guy first and a couple others but they couldn't come out until Tuesday. Israel said he could be there same day between 6pm and 10pm for a reasonable price. Booked the appointment and received a confirmation text right away. At 606 pm I received a text indicating Israel would be onsite in 30 minutes. By 630pm he was onsite. Very courteous and professional. Israel and his helper Ryan got the line cleared out in no time and advised of possible next steps to prevent a blockage from reoccurring. Had a leak at the bibb valve for my washer, it was Sunday (Superbowl Sunday), and needed emergency service. Every other plumbing service I called was either unavailable to fix it today or unavailable to fix it today but could come tomorrow. Called Top Rank Plumbing, they told me that they could be here in about an hour (gave me a 2 hr window), and understandably an emergency service fee. Israel and Kenny showed up exactly when they said they would assessed the situation with the bibb valve and the gate valve (water wouldn't shut-off completely). They quoted me a price and went to go get parts. When they returned they quickly replaced the bibb valve. When they went to replace the gate valve they noticed that it had come apart inside. My lady had a late night gardening incident and the hose would not shut off even with the main turned off. Called Alpha Male Plumbing who responded quick on the phone and had someone come by within 30 minutes. Before the serviceman arrived, he called in to give some assistance over the phone while he was on the way.
