Mark Johnston Plumbing

Not sure what to say.  Was referred to this company.  Needed kitchen faucet replaced.  Mark said not something he does.  Not something he does??  Replace a faucet??  A plumber??  He referred me to another company.  I'm leaving this review because I use Yelp reviews a lot.  Could help a future potential customer.  This company needs to update what they do.

I called Mark about my garbage disposal. It was humming but the blades were not moving. He advised me to use an Allen wrench at the bottom of our disposal. Something was jammed. It worked and it saved me $100. Great customer service. Most companies would just book the appointment and get their money for a 5 min job. I will definitely call him again.

Mark was a life saver.  Fast, efficient, friendly, helpful.  It was as if his main concern was getting the hot water back on for HIS mother, not just ours.   He took pride in his work and truly went beyond what I would imagine any other plumber would do.  He was just too helpful and kept in great contact with multiple phone calls back and forth.  Expedient and knowledgeable.  Thank you Mark..  We will always refer you and call when we need you!

Marvelous Mark recently replaced about 50 feet of old cast iron sewer line as well as the 14 corroded return air duct that was lying over the sewer line on the dirt in the very tight crawl space under our house. He did this in a day and a half and managed to leave one of our bathrooms functioning at all times. He was so pleasant, considerate, hard-working, and reasonably priced!The cost was under $100 per linear foot , whereas we had received a bid from another company that was 5 times more for replacement of the sewer line and over 3 times more for a trenchless repair (which, BTW, would not have uncovered the large hole in the return air vent leading to the furnace.) How refreshing to find an honest, decent plumber who does excellent work at a fair price. We are so grateful to Mark and to our friend who gave us the referral!

During a reno job stop valve broke requiring us to shut off the water to the house. Mark fit me into his day, priced fair and explained what needed to be fixed. Clean and professionally fixed within 10 min. Friendly, kind and considerate service. If I ever have plumbing issues, I know who to call. Thanks Mark!

I'm so glad I found Mark Johnston.  He was quick to return my phone call and I was lucky enough to have him come out the same day to fix my tankless hot water heater.  Mark was great about following up to make sure that everything was working properly and was quick to return when my water heater needed an adjustment.  I would highly recommend Mark to anyone needing repair or installation.

Mark (owner) replaced our 20 year old, failing water heater with a Noritz tankless water heater.  He was referred by a colleague, and we are very pleased with the work.  It took one day to install the unit and corresponding piping and electrical work (i.e.,  new gas line and other new piping being run under the house).  The city inspector said that Mark's work was well done, as Mark has installed a number of these models around town.  I'd even use him for other plumbing problems.

I sent a message on yelp and don't know who respond from this company but gave me the wrong phone number of plumber who lives way farther away from where I locate. BS!

Mark put in a new tankless water heater for me and repiped my home. Not only is he extremely knowledgable but he is incredibly personable and honest. He was quick at responding, came at the times he said he would, and cleaned up the job site well. I would never use another plumber again. I highly recommend Mark.
