So we recently bought a house and with summer upon us, we wanted to make sure our AC system was going handle the heat. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily with a few emails and a phone call. The girl who took my call, Angie i think, was extremely helpful and got me scheduled with no effort.
The tech, Jordan, showed up on time and was extremely courteous coming into our house. He asked me where everything was, and if it was ok for him to let himself in and out when he went to get tools. He ever put covers on his shoes, which was unexpected, but awesome. He quickly assessed my needs and why I had called them. He tested every aspect of my system, asked questions, and explained everything thoroughly. He had some recommendations, and explained why he was recommending each thing and what the benefit would be. He also gave us a quote to install an attic fan, and explained benefits of that vs. a whole house fan.
Overall, extremely happy with the company and their employees. Seriously guys, keep up the awesome work. I will definitely be calling you guys in the future!
Absolutely great customer service and workmanship from Michael Egan. We contacted American Home Shield whom we have our home warranty with and they called Crystal Blue Plumbing to have our downstairs air conditioner repaired when it went out last week, they sent Michael Egan from Crystal Blue Plumbing to repair the air conditioner. Crystal Blue was able to get us in the next morning, Michael came in and got us working very quickly.
This week our upstairs air conditioner went out, so again I called our warranty company at 6pm and requested to have Crystal Blue come out. They were so awesome, they came out at 9pm the SAME DAY! Again they sent Michael Egan to do the repair and in no time he had our air fixed and going. Michael was able to see what the problem was and was prepared to fix it immediately! We absolutely would use Crystal Blue Plumbing again and highly recommend this company!
Thank you Crystal Blue Plumbing!!! Not only did they come out the next day and take care of our problem they actually found what was causing the problem that has gone undiagnosed for years.
After spending a few hours in our warehouse their knowledgeable techs gave us options to repair the issue so that we will not have this recurring problem that has cost us a significant amount of money.
We, as a family owned local business truely appreciate an honest contractor with fair pricing and Crystal Blue Plumbing has proven to be a company with integrity.
You have gained a lifetime customer....and will get a referral from us anytime we can!

Out of all the plumbing company's out there I would have to say that not only did Crystal Blue provide the most professional customer service over the phone as well as in person they were able to answer a lot of the questions that I had in regards to my plumbing issue they rest assured me that they would not only fix my plumbing but would also guarantee the work that was done. I made several different calls to different plumbing company's and out of all Crystal Blue Plumbing not only gave the best customer service they were the cheapest. and in being in Customer Service myself I believe Customer Service is most important. Way to go Crystal Blue! I will recommend you to everyone I know!
Yesterday late afternoon at our house in Loomis, we heard a drip, drip, drip upstairs. Water was dripping from the ceiling down our light fixture. We thought it was plumbing and started to call around for help before all the businesses closed. Tom and Michael from Crystal Blue came to our rescue. Tom was kind, professional and thorough. He discovered the water came from our heating unit in the attic and got Michael, their Heat and Air expert to come out. By now it was 8 PM. Michael identified the problem - incorrect installation of the unit (it is a new home) so that condensate was dripping into the insulation and ceiling. The guys did a great job taking care of the problem and were really knowledgeable about our system. They also took pictures and gave us a complete description of the problem so we could talk with the home builder. We did have to pay an after hours charge (they finished at 9) but much cheaper than ruined dry wall!
Really happy we went with Crystal Blue Plumbing for our copper repipe. After getting the can't find your quote runaround from 2 other companies during the estimate process, I called just one more. And I'm glad I did. Quote was delivered on time. Price was great. Communication was good during the entire process. Everyone on the team is courteous, professional, and friendly. The job came together ahead of schedule and our rusty water is all gone. If you need a plumber, call these guys.
Tom was great. He explained the problem, the options for repairing and his recommendations. Very dependable, completed the work as scheduled.
Called, and someone came the next morning. He said he didn't have the equipment needed, and offered to come the following week. After much hemming and hawing, he said well, maybe I could go get equipment (less than a mile away.). Also quoted a very high estimate to clear outdoor drain-$450. Did not get any work done so cannot rate work, but I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. Would not recommend. (Another plumber did a great job for $159.)
Brandon came out to fix a leak in the drain pipe under the bathroom sink. It took him very little time and he explained exactly what he was doing and did not over charge for un-necessary work. I love company and will use again.
I searched and searched and asked around the neighborhood for recommendations on a good plumbing outfit to install a new kitchen faucet. Crystal Blue Plumbing kept coming up so I called them. Angie answered and was most helpful in telling me about the company and giving me an estimate as to what it would cost. I didn't set up an appointment at that time as I wanted to purchase the faucet before hand. I called back a couple of times and both times got their answering service which by the way, was great also. Picked up on just a couple of rings and was most helpful. An appointment was arranged and Sean showed up as promised, on time with a phone call first telling me he was on his way. Work was done in a professional manner in less than an hour and my total bill came to $153.......what a great surprise! Great company that I will be sure to recommend.
Saturday night we come home and we're welcomed with hot air blowing out of our vents and a loud noise coming from the a/c unit outside. The house temp inside was 89 degrees. It was an unpleasant feeling. Sunday we started googling hvac companies hoping someone would be working. We called a few places then decided to look on yelp. We were pleased to find Crystal Blue Plumbing, heating and air. They are a local company and they had a tech on call that was willing to come out on a Sunday! Dwain came out on time. He was very knowledgable and diagnosed the problem quick. Price was great and he spent extra time helping us with advice on how to run our system most efficiently. We feel like we found a HVAC company we can trust and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
Thank you for providing excellent service for my workplace the last few years. You've done what Clarke couldn't and I recommend you guys always.

I have working with Tom from Crystal Blue Plumbing. He installed a new toilet and a bidet toilet for a reasonable price. He is very friendly and professional. He gave me a price on the job and worked hours more than anticipated until 7:30 pm, job complete and working great! I recommend him for work and will be a permanent customer now.
This company is awesome!! Called and got a quote and an appointment right away!! Tom and Jaime did a great job fixing our leak and replacing the valves!! We will definitely be using them again!!
Came out to give me an estimate to replace all the ducts for my HVAC. They sent out someone that had no clue if they could do the job. Said they needed to talk to their boss and get back to me. They are incompetent. I had four other companies come out to give me estimates and there were no issues. Pretty scary that they had no clue how to do the job. Stay away.
Had a main line back-up on a Saturday. Tech was out here within an hour. Quickly identified the problem, did some digging, found our 2-way clean out, and got the job done. He was here for about an hour. Cost us nearly five hundred. We were thrilled that it was accomplished quickly, but wished it wasn't an emergency situation so we could have gotten a more reasonable price. Website advertizes $99 accessible drain clearing. Once ours was located, it was still $225 to do the drain clearing. We had already paid a base premium for Saturday service, so I felt a bit taken on this part, especially since I specifically asked about the $99 deal. Tech was efficient and friendly.

Our hot water heater went out on a Friday afternoon. Thinking cold showers were in our future for the weekend, I searched Yelp for help. I saw the reviews for Crystal Blue and remembered speaking to one of their crew members last year when they were working on a neighbor's house.
From the moment I called I received great service. My phone doesn't always work in my house so it started cutting out. I didn't get her name but the lovely lady who answered was amazingly patient with me and my cruddy phone connection. Surprisingly, she was able to schedule an appt for the next day.
On Saturday, I received a text with Jeremy's picture so I would know who was coming to my house. Jeremy was extremely professional and relit the pilot light in seconds (myself and the neighbor both tried and decided the ignition was broken). The very best part, Jeremy didn't charge us for the service call. What a fantastic company. I won't hesitate to call them in the future.
Had a clogged drain. Was told by a different company that there was a break in the drain line and we would need to jackhammer our floor to repair it. Called Crystal Blue to get a second estimate and they took to the time to accurately determine the problem was just a clog and were able to clear it. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and looked out for my best interest instead of looking for an up sell. Will you them for all our plumbing needs going forward.

I needed my faucet fixed and fast and these guys really came through for me. The technician was a great guy, who did great work, at a great price. Couldnt ask for any better service. Thank Crystal Blue!
Very glad I called Crystal Blue again. I signed up for their membership club and had the technicians come to do the plumbing and furnace inspections. Chris and Hau were very professional and explained the work they were doing, and then also explained what needed to be fixed. I highly recommend the team at Crystal Blue Plumbing, Heating & Air.
So far so good! Quick to respond, friendly and personable. Looking forward to continued service of the same caliber.
From my first call the office staff was amazing. I scheduled an appointment for next day but when a tech freed up they quickly called me back and fit me in for my seized garbage disposal. My tech, Sean D, arrived at my home and was not only effective in solving my issue but also was a joy to have help me. He was only at my house for about 15 minutes before fixing issue and rather than charge an exuberant fee he allowed service to be on the house. I am a new home owner and appreciate these types of gestures, I would recommend and will continue to call Crystal Blue Plumbing for any of my plumbing mishaps or heating needs. Thank you Sean and company!
On 1/20/12 I hired Crystal Blue Plumbing Heating & Air to repair a leak in my rental property. I assumed all was fixed and paid them time of service of $697.00.
On 1/24/12 I hired Crystal Blue Plumbing Heating & Air to repair my personal property's A/C unit. After Tim the son of Milo tried to convince me that I needed to buy a new unit because of how old my current unit was, I opt out and asked them to patch fix. A employee showed up and took 5 minutes to replace the motherboard. I was in a bit of shock that, that was all he had to do to fix the A/C. The employee also told me that I would be getting a bill as he was not sure how much Tim was going to charge me. I received the bill on 2/19/12 $595.00. I called Milo to explain the charges with no response. I then emailed Milo for details and also let them know at that time I found the original leak in the rental property was leaking. I got zero response till I left a message saying I was not going to pay for the A/C till the leak was fixed. I left many messages and finally on 4/13/12 Tim emails me back saying he was sorry for the delay and would get right on fixing the issue. As they back their workmanship with a 100% and there would be no charge. It was not till 5/8/12 they came back out to fix the issue.
On 5/8/12 they ended up breaking the original issue and causing so much damage they were in the rental from 9am to 7pm. All a while of this issue going on, it got very heated between the tenant and Tim. There was serious verbal abuse from Tim as my tenant was told only 2 hours tops and they were there for 10 hours. They had to drill hole in the tub and put all new fixtures to cover the damage they have done. I have witnesses to the abuse, as I was out of town and while this was going on. I asked for witnesses to go there and watch what was actually going on, as Tim was threatening to leave saying my tenant was out of line and my tenant was calling me telling me about all the new damage they were creating. When I got home and looked at the damage I was amazed as they were asking to come back out to finish. At that point I told them they would never be allowed back on the property and I would hire someone else to fix it...I have many email of Tim apologizing for what transpired and trying to blame the tenant...
On 5/24/12 I got a bill for the second plumbing visit of $733.00. I almost hit the floor. I could not believe they would think they are owed for such bad work and where they clearly said they were not given the opportunity to come back to finish.
During that time I hired a second plumber to fix all the damage and that cost me $527.50. I was also told by the second plumber who was going to get paid and did not need to say anything...I am going to cut and paste his words:
In regards to the shower valve that was replaced at the residence of (xxxx took this out for privacy xxx) street, Rocklin CA 95677. Upon inspection of valve several issues were found one of which is a code violation. Uniform Plumbing Code 418.0 states that all shower valves are to be protected with a pressure balance or thermostatic type valve the valve installed had neither? Also the valve was not properly braced in the wall allowing the entire valve to move and caused water to leak into the wall via the tub spout. We installed a code compliant vale that is properly braced and installed correctly. Hopefully this is a sufficient answer to the question you had and the work performed. If you have any questions or need further information from me please feel free to contact me via e-mail or phone.
At this time Tim was calling and threatening to take me to court for money. The way I seen this issue was I already paid them $697.00 for bad work that I had to hire someone else to come fix, that they could apply that money to the invoice for the A/C and we would call it a wash. Tim did not see that as an option and took me to court for $1567.44
The judge ordered in their favor $805.00. No explanation of why???? I wish I would have gotten an attorney I had pictures, statements, emails, paid checks and so on and the Judge would not look at any of it. Same with all of Crystal Blue Plumbing Heating & Air evidence, it was handed to the judge but the judge gave it back without much more than a literal flip of the pages...
Everything I put in this statement is facts I can back up with hard evidence and left out all the emotional stuff that went along with this depressing experience. I have all the badgering emails, I even had to call the cops to stop the harassment from Tim.
I figured at this point, I would leave it up to the consumer to read my experience with this company and hopefully Crystal Blue Plumbing Heating & Air will never treat anyone else like this...If you would like any of the documents to help make a decesion if you really want to take the risk and use this company, please contact me...I will forward everything I have!

Fantastic company! Used them 2 times and both were perfect. Showed up promptly, explained problem, gave an estimate and completed the work. I would use them again. In fact they are now my preferred plumber and heating specialist.

These guys were impossible to schedule and kept me waiting all day for them. No phone call, nothing. Very poor customer service and communication. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Showing up is the first priority.
They were very quick when we needed our water heater replaced in 2013. (It's for this we are giving more than 1 star.) We were delighted to support a local business and felt at the time that their high ratings here on Yelp were warranted.
However, we quickly discovered our fancy new water heater's pilot light goes out literally every time it's windy. We never had this issue with our previous water heater. The unit is in a wind protected basement which is unfortunately a pain to access especially when you have to go out in the rain to do so as we did tonight. We have lost count of the number of times we have been all ready to hop into a nice hot shower, only to be greeted with an angry, ice cold spray. NOT how a person wants to be greeted when they've barely got one eye open at 4:30am.
Also at the time they installed the new water heater, they evidently disconnected our circulating pump. We stopped getting hot water in our kitchen, unless we let the water run for about two minutes--which of course is a huge waste and something we don't do. It's a real treat washing greasy dishes with cold water. What an amazing opportunity to spend MORE time doing chores.
We have contacted them a couple of times about the above issues. They stated that the new water heaters are more sensitive to wind. They offered no solutions. None.
Earlier this year, the pilot light wouldn't stay lit at all. We called them out and the service person spent at most 20 minutes clearing a few cobwebs from around the pilot light. The cost? $400! We asked that he speak to his manager about the issues with the pilot constantly blowing out, as he was able to offer no help. They never called back. NEVER CALLED BACK. (Sorry for the shouting, but that's what too many frigid showers will do to a person.)
In summary, if you enjoy a highly unpredictable water experience in your home (will it be hot?! will it be icy?! It's all so exciting!!), then these folks are for you. If not, you have been warned.
I want to be clear, the installers who did the work did their best with the information provided.
That being said everything started with an estimate on a Saturday. I got a good feeling because the worker showed up on time to do the estimate and advised exactly what he was going to do. The plan was to run 30 foot of steel pipe from my kitchen to the outside of the house where I was going to set propane tanks. The work order advised a soffit connector will be used to connect the tank to the regulator etc.
When the estimate was complete it was approximately $1,000 to do the work that I was requesting. I was fine enough with the estimate and asked when the job would be completed. The tech made a call and said very likely Tuesday. but I don't know for sure call back on Monday.
Fair enough. I called on Monday and was only able to get a Thursday or Friday install. This was disappointing but not a huge deal we scheduled it for later in the week. I took the day off of work to be here to show where I wanted to line run and just make sure everything went well. I got a call the day of the install that the plumber called out sick and wouldn't be available. The man who called me advised the plumber who gave the estimate will be able to come out on Tuesday. I told them how I took the day off and this is inconvenient all I got was an apology and he will be out on Tuesday.
Again at this point I'm not too terribly upset however I was starting to get uneasy feelings. So Tuesday came around it's finally time to install. The plumber who arrived told me he had no notes that were significant from the initial estimate and that he would be able to do the job but he wasn't told about the basics or the more intricate parts of the job. He also advised me that he was not comfortable connecting to the propane tank. whereas the other installer was going to connect it for me and I figured it was part of the bid this man let me know he could not do that. He also said it would be ridiculous to run steel pipe and take all day to make the cuts instead he opted for a flexible hose which he had available. He said it took significantly less time and was a quality product. When I asked him if that change the estimate being as how the labor was so much less he told me no. The product was more expensive and the bid was well below what should have been asked etc etc. Kind of a lame excuse but I already agreed to the price and he was able to provide at least some of what the estimate was for. Again I don't fault the final plumber he was picking up the pieces from a bid that was written by someone else with the company.
I would never do business with these people again. Besides giving me incorrect dates and then canceling on me which was beyond their control I didn't get what I paid for and that's what's most disturbing also the fact that they used a much less labor-intensive product that doesn't seem to be as solid as steel pipe yet the estimate somehow remains the same. That's ridiculous. I have multiple plumbing needs from meeting a hose outlet on my deck. To fixing a leak at the fitting under my tub. I'll be sure to take my business somewhere else.
Update 6/6/19 : Michael from the company called unprompted and did a quality spot check I was impressed by that and modified my star count. If they do anything else to rectify the situation I'll update again.
I should have posted this review several months ago. They installed new HVAC system in our house, have no issues with the work, all is good. Two weeks after install, I recommended CB to a friend because their home HVAC expired. They used CB. My complaint is that CB did not take the time and thank us for the referral. Referrals are a big part of these types of businesses success.
I contacted Crystal Blue Plumbing, Heating & Air for a spring tune up of my furnace and air conditioner at my home. During the inspection the tech, Zach, found the returns in my home were under sized for the square footage of the house and size of the AC unit. Whenever I would use the heater or AC it was so loud in the back of my house because the returns and ducting were too small and they couldn't handle the volume of air that was being forced through them.
Zack returned later in the week to enlarge the return registers and ducting in the attic. When he turned the system on the noise level in the house was nonexistent!!
Zack's knowledge and thorough detail during the service fixed many problems.
We had a valve in our downstairs line bust and flood our bathroom and ground floor. After calling several local plumbing companies I came across Crystal Blue. They had an opening and immediately dispatched out Ryan Murray. He identified the issue within minutes and went to repairing the leak. In the process he found other plumbing issues that could have caused flooding upstairs and fixed the issues at hand. I can't thank Ryan enough for all he did to insure we have no issues in the future. The staff both at the office and Ryan himself were extremely helpful and caring and I would highly recommend him and the whole Crystal Blue team. Ryan turned a devastating issue into a positive experience. Thank you so much Ryan and team!

Called them for work to replace a water heater at a rental property. Very nice and professional. I gave them specifications of what I needed including a quote before anything was installed. It took me almost 25 min to get approval from the owner and the tech waited at the house for me to get it. Everything was completed the same day I called. All of my needs were met. I would recommend using this company. Thank you for the quick and efficient service!!!

I highly recommend that you call some one else for your plumbing problems. This company will cheat you out of every dollar they can get from you. Mylo is unprofessional and rude. He did work that was not agreed upon and then billed us for thoudsands of dollars. We were absolutely shocked! If you do hire Crystal Blue Plumbing, get EVERYTHING in writing.

I have had these people out a couple of times and they are great. They are always on time and don't try to sell me stuff I don't need. James that came out yesterday even offered to clean some filters that was not part of the deal I signed up for so very good guy! Some companies like this can be a nightmare so it's nice to have one you can trust.
Our Furnace stopped working on our rental and we called a few 24 hour companies and Crystal Blue was the only company that answered our call and late in the evening! They took our information as they were booked out that night and that I would get a call in the morning... Sure enough, first thing in the morning I got a call from Tim and they were able to send someone out later that evening! I expected to have to wait a couple days and have to put my tenant up in a hotel for a couple nights!
Micheal called with a heads up as I was told by Tim and showed up in a 15 min window, ON TIME! He was very professional, didn't push any crazy suggestions and was able to diagnose and repair on the spot! Prices were very reasonable and my tenant was so excited to be up and running.
I will definitely use and refer these guys again!

I am updating my review, not because of the service I received but because of the owner's response to my review. I appreciated the fact that he personally called me and apologized. I do understand things like this can happen. I also appreciate the fact that he took my words seriously and has made the necessary personnel changes to prevent this from happening to any of his other customers. I may give them a second chance at some point in the future.

This company provides excellent customer service, has highly competitive pricing; in fact the lowest pricing that I could find. They installed a garbage disposal and repaired a toilet for me. Each time, they were able to come out the day I called without charging me extra. The repair person was polite, respectful and cleaned up after the job. Dwain was one of the repair people and I recommend him highly. He was very honest and did an excellent job.
Great service, great staff! Our Crystal Blue service technician worked late into the night to fix our HVAC system. Our technician (Michael E.) was a consummate pro, very knowledgeable, and his workmanship was of the highest quality. This is a great company, and I highly recommend them!
Easy to schedule; easy to work with; good communication by office and field guys. Was was competitive and appreciate the service packages they offer--anytime a company can take something off my plate, I'm a fan!
This company has an ad running regularly on tv that states that they serve Sacramento and surrounding areas. This is completely FALSE. I live in Elk Grove, the 1st city south of Sacramento, in Sacramento County. I needed my entire air conditioner and furnace replaced. I called them and they said that they do not cover Elk Grove. I told them that they should state this in their ad, because they placed these ads on tv stations that cover Sacramento, Stockton and Modesto. They said that they would think about it. Seems they didn't. Their operator did tell me that because their ad reaches so far south that they have gotten many calls from these areas, only to have potential customers discover that the ads are LIES.

On the day the plumbers arrived at 4pm of the day they said they could fix the leak and stated they had to reschedule after I took the day off work due to ordering a part. They stated it would not take more then 1.5-2 hours so they would return at 9am next day so that I wouldn't need to reschedule work as I work from home.
On the day of their return they were here at 9am sharp. They started the job and I reminded them that I had to work by 2pm. The employee and owner again stated they would be finished. At 11am I checked to see what the status was. The employee said they had run into issues. He said I'm going to put the handles back on but you won't have water until we come back out. That was not acceptable to me as my clients use the shower.
I'm a widowed, partially disabled mother of three children and a loss of income means sacrificing medications I need or food etc so I was very upset to need to cancel work for a second day. I told them I needed them to finish the job that day.
They agreed to stay but the owner was incredibly rude and demeaning to me when I was clearly upset at missing work due to their incompetence. His own worker even was upset that the owner gave him no additional man power as this was clearly a two man job. They even had to come back out twice to re-fix the job, but it still was not done right and eventually my landlord had to hire a new plumber to fix their mistake. The new plumber also stated that the new plumbing handle they installed was not up to code.
The whole day was so horrible; there was a new issue after new issue throughout the day. They did not even leave till after dark of that evening.
When they finished they left a bad patch work job on the wall in my closet that they cut open and didn't put the insulation back in. The shower handle they put on was not functioning right and myself and others were being scalded with hot water due to the defective handle. The fact that the employee was frustrated and bad mouthing the owner was proof enough of their unprofessional behavior. The owner Tim is a rude individual who has no business running a business when it comes to professionalism.
I called Crystal Blue Plumbing, Heating & Air today for a plumbing blockage. The home warranty company had sent out a plumber to clear a blockage in the pipes. The plumber insisted that we needed to re-pipe under the house for over $1,000! I called Tim who sent a tech within a couple of hours who was able to clear the blockage for a fraction of the cost. Before the tech arrived, I received an email with a bio of the tech and a picture so I knew who was coming to the house. I looked up the bio to read up on Sean and saw that he was very skilled in old cast iron pipes so I was already feeling confident before he got to the house. He knew exactly how to snake the old pipe through the p-trap to clear the rust that had blocked the pipe. It was all taken care of in afternoon when I had been going back and forth and arguing with the home warranty company and their plumber for over two weeks! I highly recommend that you call Crystal Blue for all your plumbing needs!
In the past month, we have had them out 3 times between our house and my parents house and each time, we received amazing customer service. They were quick, efficient and friendly. The last time, was this past Sunday when my husband and I were trying to remove an old laundry faucet in my parents old farmhouse and the shut off valve that we didn't even touch literally fell off the wall (not good). It was a Sunday night and we had to shut off water at the main line. Larry was out within an hour and half and fixed it right up. Tom snaked our line at our house and he was so friendly and fast. You can tell that this company stresses customer service and/or these guys enjoy their work.
Big props to Tom and Larry for representing their company so well!
This company visited the jobsite, provided a written estimate, and we scheduled a time for the work to be completed. I received a call the morning of the job, after arranging for tenants to be home from work to allow access, notifying me that the estimator was sick and they wouldn't be able to complete the job. I called to reschedule and was told that the written estimate that described, in specific detail, the work that would need to be performed for the job, was NOT an estimate, but an exploratory. The owner stated that the price on the estimate was just a starting point and that they were not bound to honor it, even if there were no complications with the work.
I'm a builder. I'm not naive. I know that sometimes things are found during a job that alter the required work, and therefore the price. That's why it's called an estimate, but it's also why reputable businesses generally stick by their estimate unless large variables are uncovered.
This company basically wanted me to allow them to start a job with NO estimate or cap on price. Beware. This is the sign of a disreputable business. This is NOT standard business practice.

I had a great experience with Kevin. He was very polite and efficient. My hot water heater went out and they were able to get it fixed. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to call the water heater company myself to order the part that needed to be replaced.

We had our ducts replaced a few years ago and they have provided semi annual maintenance to our units since then. One unit went out this summer and we had our home warranty cash us out so we can have Crystal Blue perform the install. They are great company. Professional staff and trustworthy. They do not try to up sell nor do they cut corners. They go above and beyond each time they come out! Thank you Brad, Scott, Glenna and team. Thank you again!

The Owner, Tim, reached out to me after he saw my previous Yelp Review. Tim apologized for this inconvenience and miscommunication. Tim was very polite and understanding and has reimbursed me for my out of pockets expenses for the drywall I paid to another company. For this I have changed my rating from one star to five stars. Tim said this is a family owned business and after speaking to Tim, I sincerely believe he cares about his customers.

Can't recommend this team highly enough, and Drew in particular, the technician who worked on our new home in EDH. My wife and I moved out here from Marin County and never had AC in our lives; so to learn what we needed to properly upgrade / repair our home's dated ductwork and filtration system (but not the AC compressor itself, thankfully) seemed an impossibly daunting task until we were guided by Drew and his informative, educational assistance all throughout the process. Crucially, he also saved us something like $15,000 or so compared to another contractor who tried to convince us to re-do our ENTIRE HVAC system. @Drew - thanks so much!!
Our home warranty recommended Crystal Blue plumbing for our water heater not heating up first thing in the morning. The first plumber arrived same day, he turned up the thermostat and told me if problem continues to call. Next morning still had the problem. Kevin a different plumber same company arrived that evening and was very thorough in testing the lines to showers, thermostat etc. He noticed a crack starting and immediately turned off water heater. Due to sediment forming on bottom of tank it caused the thermostat to give wrong temp after sitting all night. He replaced water heater as soon as approval was given by warranty co. the following morning. Kevin was very courteous and did a very good clean job and also provided instructions. I would recommend Kevin to my friends.

They were actually the 4th company to try and fix the problem with my heater and of course all the other service calls were costly and mostly unproductive until this company came out and found the problem and ordered the part and now everything is as it should be...I can not thank them and their prompt same day service enough
