Another success story from Complete Plumming! Whole house ductless mini split system using our existing vents. Mike was very professional giving us the different options to replace our ac system. He designed a new system to cover the whole house using 5 motors. Everything was engineered through the factory.

I had Mike install a new HVAC and tankless water heater to a home we are renovating.  He suggested to save space (or add space by increasing the size to a closet) to move not just the heater to the attic but the tankless as well.  Not something I heard of but it worked.  They  did an asbestos remediation of all the old ducts and insulation.  The worked in the hot summer days to install all the new ducts, along with installing new tankless water heater in the attic.  They were efficient and fast.  Mike has been my go to guy for all my plumbing needs and I appreciate all the work he has done for me.

After a handful of plumbers complete plumbing and ac was the only plumbers to locate where my shower leak was. The owner Mike was surprisingly patient kind and gave me the feeling of trustworthiness.

I have dealt with too many company owners that will just say they can't help because they don't see any profit, or will estimate a ridiculous price. Mike took the time to make sure his tech didn't leave until they found my leak and I paid what he originally estimated the cost to be.

Mike and his team are the best! When we bought our older house a few months ago, we knew that we needed a gas pipe fixed and that we also wanted a tankless water heater and a water filtration system installed. After talking to three plumbers, we decided to go with Mike because not only were his prices fair, but he was also the most thorough in going over the different options for a new water filtration system.

Little did we know that our old house had a broken gas pipe buried under the ground, so in order to feed gas into our fireplace and new water heater (which we were moving to the opposite side of our property), we needed to somehow get gas to that side of the house/garage. Our attic is so tight that we didn't think it would be possible to run a new gas line up through there, but thanks to Mike's plumber, Ron, who spent a lot of time working up in our cramped attic, Mike and his team got the job done. Also, thank goodness Mike's plumber, Will, was the plumber who tested out a new shower valve (that was installed by our bathroom contractor's plumber) because it leaked, and Will was able to fixed it before much water leaked behind the wall.

After the above work was done, we decided to add a reverse osmosis drinking water system at our kitchen sink and also had it run to our refrigerator. We are so happy with the way our alkaline, fluoride-free drinking water tastes, and all of the work Mike and his team did is simply top notch.

But our story with Mike does not end there! Ever since we moved into this house, my wife has been complaining about the smell of attic air in our laundry room, but since we were so focused on plumbing and thought of Mike and his team as our plumbers, we didn't think to ask them about that smell. Well, we finally did, and after Mike's plumber, Ron, came out, Mike also spent an hour on the phone with her, answering her questions about how air ducts are sealed, alternative (non-attic air) intake for the furnace (which is in the laundry room), improved venting for the exhaust fan in the laundry room and nearby bathroom, and proper venting for our dryer. Thanks to Mike's exceptional knowledge, patience, and passion for giving his clients clean water and air, we have a plan to address the air quality issue on that side of the house and have every confidence that Mike and his team will do a great job with that work, too.

To recap, Mike is a person who has tremendous patience and experience, and he is excellent at communicating with his clients. We care a lot about reducing environmental toxins in our home, and we are so lucky that we found Mike because he has the knowledge and passion to not only take care of traditional plumbing and air problems (large and small), he is also up to speed with the latest measures that are available to provide his clients with the cleanest water and air possible, all for reasonable prices. We had slight leak in our attic and called to get some out to see the extent of the problem.. making the appointment was very easy .. called ahead of time to let us know the repair person was on their way and who to expect.. Will arrived right on time and identified the problem and was able to immediately take care of the issue.. Will was very professional and friendly.. in just a short time we felt very confident with his work..there was never any pressure or other needed repairs..we were very nervous about the cost but we were pleasantly surprised..we now know whenever we have any plumbing or air conditioning problems again who we will call.

I had a clogged bathtub drain and got various quotes. I found Complete to be very well priced, and quick to respond. Ron was sent out and he was able to identify the problem fast, explain it to me along with some extra tidbits about my house plumbing, and was very friendly.  I'd recommend Complete!

We had two faucets installed and two other plumbing issues repaired.  They did an awesome job.  We have an insurance agency and have recommended them many times to clients with great results.....We will use them in the future and highly recommend them....

I'm very shocked and disappointed at the same time for my recent experience with Complete Plumbing Heating and Air company.

I've been with this company for about a year now and never noticed anything out of ordinary until now... sigh...

I had called and spoke with Leyla to quote for a yearly A/C and Heater maintenance for the first time and they quoted me with $299 for both services.

Leyla said there is a 10% Yelp discount applied for every customer, so I thought I was getting a DEAL.. Until now...

I had Ron and another assistant came over on time and basically did the standard cleaning of the A/C condenser and the Heater up in the attic.

Both jobs took about hour and a half and was completed professionally.
I was given the total of $268 and I just paid $270 in cash without receiving any change because Ron did not carry any change.

I didn't mind because I knew they were trustworthy and I felt like as a customer, I was treated fairly with a very great competitive price on their services.

I had no idea what the cost of yearly maintenance of A/C and heater was, because I never shopped around. I trusted this company and BELIEVED they were treating customers fairly and provided excellent service with competitive pricing.

Instead they ridiculously overcharged for two services I requested for (standard heater and A/C clean up) for $268.. why do I say I was overcharged??

I had a feeling it was little expensive so I decided to ask around on Yelp for pricing from reliable and proven businesses that does the same job.

I contacted about 5 different companies that specializes in HVAC maintenance and repair in Orange County areas, and I was given a shocking total for 2 services.

The most expensive I was quoted was $129 for yearly maintenance of both A/C and Heating system... The cheapest was $120.. All of the 5 different quoted prices averaged around $125 total for both services that Complete Plumbing did..

I checked out during the maintenance of Ron and his assistant doing his work, and there was nothing special other than cleaning and tuning the system. It's just like any other company would do.

Instead I was overcharged and felt upset that a trustworthy company can overcharge a customer by over 100%... that is not 10%... OVER 100%...

Average yearly maintenance for A/C and Heater was quoted from multiple companies in the amount of $130 or less.. Complete Plumbing was $268...

Imagine yourself leasing a brand new BMW 528i series for $400 at Santa Monica BMW dealership and you go another BMW dealership and after you leased it, you find out next door BMW dealership could've given you $200 per month given same circumstances?! For the exact same car?! same model?!

Wouldn't that blow your mind how blasphemous that is?!

I'm sorry to post a 2 star review for Complete plumbing  but for us consumers, it is not fair and it's ridiculous how a same services can cost more than double.. Not acceptable and Not happening to my fellow Yelpers.

Please make sure you compare and shop around  via Yelp messages with the owners. Keep those messages as proof of record and do not delete them until it's fully paid just in case.

I have found another reliable company that charges $120 for same services.. I will using them going forward and I hope that everyone is aware now, how companies can decide to overcharge you without comparing what they are charging to customers with their rival companies... smh!

I had a laundry room and kitchen back up and called Complete Plumbing to see when they could respond. They were able to come the following day at 8:00 am and showed up promptly that morning.  Couldn't be happier with their service and the cleaned my laundry and kitchen line completely, and they run like they are brand new. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mike and his crew for any of your plumbing needs!

Wow, so grateful I called them. I'm a property manager and my tenant's heater broke down. I was a little apprehensive since they charge $200 for diagnosis but with the price of gas and time it takes to diagnose, I understand. Can't say how happy I am that they got the heat up and running and the fireplace and only charged me under $200. Would highly recommend them due to their honesty, suggestions for future repairs, and how fast they showed up.  Thanks guys, Look forward to working with you in the future.

Called for service early in the am and by noon service tech Mike arrived, he quickly diagnosed problem with our Noritz tankless water heater, and fixed it. He thoroughly went through a check list that including inspecting the burner, pilot and a list of other important PM's and like I said fixed the heater and got us going. The service charge was reasonable and at the end of the day we got our hot water back. Mike is very knowledgeable, I can tell by talking to him and he really knows Noritz.  I recommend this service contractor.

I was very impressed with the service this company provided with repair of my hvac. I've had a difficult time finding a legitimate business in the heating and cooling industry that follows through with appointments and provides quality service. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Ron and Mike. They not only showed up when they said they would, they provided quality work at a very reasonable price. There weren't any surprises or hidden costs. My only regret was not fining this company sooner. I highly recommend them.

Very happy to have found this company. We were given a time to expect Mike with a call before, and he was true to his word in showing up right on time. He pinpointed our problem (with a gas fireplace), repaired it right then, took time to give me advice about another problem we had, and generally left me satisfied and convinced that we had found someone we could trust. Hot day and of course AC stopped working! Between my wife and kids complaining,  I had to do something.  I call 4 different places and no luck. I called Complete plumbing and heating  and they saved me! Mike J ( owner) was out in 45 min, checked the AC unit and right away knew the problem.  In less than an hour my AC was working again and for a good price.  Thank you again Mike! I will keep your card handy and recommend you to anyone I know who needs your service.

Ron is the king of plumbing.  changed water filters in record time, and serviced my air and heating unit.  he did something that just made my day.  found the issue with my garbage disposal making noise when running.  Thank you!

I had Mike look at a few plumbing issues at a rental property I own in La Habra.  He connected the refrigerator water line, connected the return on the dishwasher, and reviewed the washer dryer connections.  Very honest, thorough and nice.  He also looked at my ac unit and showed me the filter.  And yes, showed me were the gas line was for the fireplace. Reasonable prices too.  Two thumbs up from me.

First off, I just want to say how thrilled I was to have Mike come out for our tankless water heater install. He has amazing knowledge of the products and amazing service. I can tell he has a lot of value doing a job correctly after what he and his partner Ron did for my family.

We had a really bad experience with an install of the tankless from someone else. Mike and Ron came in here and CRUSHED IT. Made everything back to normal and gave us an amazing Navien product.

I assisted my clients in a home purchase that was a flip and the contractor moved laundry to center of home but did not include any venting for the dryer to outside, yikes!  Complete Plumbing to the rescue, Will came out, on time and ready to go.  He located a zone in ceiling and roof that would allow the system to be installed.  Keep in mind this was a flat roof with systems ducting and lots of other roof vents in the same area where this dryer vent needed to go!  It was tedious but we reached complete success with Will's perserverance.  And it was raining I might add!

Couldn't be happier with the end product.  Thank you Complete Plumbing.

Normally, I do not write reviews, but I am making an exception. I have used Complete for 3 years now.  Mike and his crew are honest and very reliable.  That is very important to me because I am a single mom. I tried calling another plumber to compare prices in the past and discovered Complete was hundreds cheaper.  Mike even went out of his way on a Sunday night to stop by when my water heater stopped working recently.  You can't get better service than that.  Mike is awesome!!!  His crew is very pleasant and professional when they come over to do their job.  Mike's wife, Lilia, is always helpful and is very nice. I will definitely continue to use their services.  I would highly recommend Complete to everyone.

Great service. They were prompt and professional. Installed a hybrid water heater. No mess. Clean soldering.  I recommend them.

Our 30 year old Trane A/C went out and our usual service company came out and confirmed that the compressor had died. They gave us an estimate which seemed fair for the work that needed to be done. We decided to get 2 more estimates and called 2 other companies, one of which never returned our call or e-mail request for service. The other was Complete Plumbing and Air in La Habra. The reason I called them was that we are having our master bath remodeled and they were the plumbers that our remodel contractor used 2 days prior for the rough plumbing. Mike, the owner, came out a couple of hours later inspected the unit and went over my options available to us. He was very detailed in his explanation of what work needed to be done as well as the tonnage needed to properly A/C my 2 story house and the different Seer ratings for the equipment to be installed. He did not try to up sell me or try to convince me to change out the FAU although it is 30 years old as well. He checked the FAU and told me that it would be compatible with the new A/C with a simple changing of a valve to accommodate the newer type of refrigerant. I agreed on the price and scope of work to be done. (new Amana 5 ton 16 seer A/C, FAU valve change and new installed Honeywell thermostat).

A couple of days later, the HVAC tech, Ron came out earlier than the time promised (a good thing!) and completed the installation. Ron was on task the entire day and even drove out to L.A. and back from Walnut to pick up the proper valve needed for the change over. He was also very professional and took the time to clean up afterwards and explain the basic functions of the new thermostat.

Mike and his staff certainly lived up to their numerous 5 star yelp ratings!

Over Thanksgiving weekend, our water heater broke after 16 years.  We called our regular plumber but no return call so I searched Yelp for a plumber to replace our water heater.   I sent emails to the plumbers and we decided to call Mike J (the owner) from Complete Plumbing, he came the day we called, and gave us an estimate, we decided to go with him.  That was the best decision we made.  They came the following day and replaced the water heater within two hours.   I was so impressed when I came home and it was already replaced. If you need an honest plumber I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Approximately one year ago we purchased a water softener system and a gas water heater from Mike. His crew came by and installed them as well. Last week we noticed water surrounding the water softener system . We immediately contacted the office and explained the problem to Lela who did not hesitate to acknowledge our situation and reassured us that help would be on its way. The water leakage was caused by the manufacture's faulty ring at the top of one of the tanks. Subsequently It was replaced at no charge. It is a relief to know that we can count on Complete4U's prompt and reliable response. I will rate this business with 5 stars! Thanks!

Called early on a Saturday morning. Needed help locating a main sewer line as part of project, and determine where the cast iron tie in was to the clay pipe. Had done a lot of digging trying to find all the bends if you know what I mean.

Mike came out within the hour --- ran his camera, determined some lineal footage, and allowed us to quickly find the pipe we had been digging 6 hours to find.

Great customer service, urgency, knowledge, and engagement. Asked him about looking in another shower drain that is going to be removed as part of the construction. DISCLAIMER: Myself and another professional drain company was unable to clear it.  He cleared it in 3 minutes FREE of charge AND pointed out the size of the drain was undersized.

I'm not a journeyman when it comes to trade work,  but I'm not a novice either. What Mike represents at Complete Plumbing I can appreciate, and most importantly, respect.

Ron from Complete Plumbing did a great job in repairing a pipe leak in my home.  It was a complex leak, that required quite a bit of investigative work to locate it.  I was also very appreciative of how clean and tidy he left each of the work areas.  I highly recommend Complete Plumbing due to their great work and outstanding professionalism of their plumbers and staff!  Included are before and after photos.

I have had Mike as my plumber since 1991 and have followed him with every company he has worked for and was extremely happy when he started his own company.  He is honest and hard working almost to a fault.  He gives you choices on how you want to handle repairs and definitely will not sell you something you don't need.  I never have to worry about my rental units when I go on vacation. Mike is just too AWESOME for words!!!!

Recently had Mike come out to replace our faulty Bosch tankless water heater.  We replaced it with a Noritz unit, he also repaired low pressure in bathroom shower.  Mike was professional from the beginning.  They arrived on time and their workmanship is amazing.  Mike is very knowledgeable and has a good working crew, very polite and skilled.  I found their pricing to be very competitive.  I will be calling Complete Plumbing for all future plumbing repairs.  Good and honest plumbers are hard to come by and these guys are great.

I contacted Mike and his company on a 100 degree day when my AC suddenly died.  Mike was able to come out that same day (4 hours later) promptly diagnosed the problem, gave me a fair estimate, and completed the repair in less than 30 mins.  

I was impressed with his ability to properly diagnose and repair the difficulty and I felt I was treated with respect and honesty in the process.

I'll use Complete Plumbing next time I need a quick quality repair.

After our heater stopped working I decided to call Complete Plumbing, based on their favorable Yelp ratings and reviews.  Ron came out, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained to me in layman's terms what the issues were.  He replaced the control board and flame sensor, gave the unit a thorough cleaning, and now the heater runs great.  I would recommend Complete Plumbing and will use them in the future if the need arises.

We have been working with Complete Plumbing for several years. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They are proactive in looking out for our needs, but do not try to sell you anything you do not need.  I would not go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. Thank you to Leela, Mike, and Will. Will was dispatched to come repair/replace the tub spout diverter. It was around 15 years old and wouldn't divert water even with a new plastic gate valve that I switched out. So, if you got a spout that's old, it's most likely corroded internally and letting the water leak out the spout when showering. The new spout is installed and there's no water leakage when lifting the shower diverter. I'm glad I called Complete Plumbing because I didn't know if I would have been able to complete this fix myself. It really was a fantastic experience, Will has a great sense of humor too. Thank you Mike for communicating through Yelp messaging on your Sunday. I wouldn't have called but he informed me that they had a couple open appointments for Monday. So, I called Leela right away in the morning to get a plumber scheduled. I didn't get a call as promised but a knock on the door at 2 p.m. by Will is just as good. I also chose them because they're local in La Habra, that's just the next city north of me.

From first contact to last conversation, it was a pleasure to have been in contact with Mike (the owner)- via message through Yelp, Lela (contacted me by phone) and Ron (the expert technician). All very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

I used Complete Plumbing, Heating and Air 4 times in the past 4 years. Mike, who is the owner, always quotes a fair price, even during the heat waves of the hot summer.
I use Complete Plumbing twice this past July.  Once was to replace a hot water  heater that was under warranty.  I was charged only the labor cost to return the old heater, pick up a new heater, and the re-installation cost. Not only was the quote was very reasonable, William, the plumber, installed the water heater very neatly. His workmanship was second to none.  If you look at some sloppy installations of other plumbers, you will immediately know what mean.
The second time was just a week later when my air conditioner condenser started to leak at the coils.  I was quoted a great price for a high efficiency condenser.  Please note that this was during a heat spell when other AC companies would take a few day just to make the service call.  Ron, the HVAC tech did a phenomenal installation.  He did not rush, as installing a condenser has many important steps.

Complete Air just installed a second air conditioner system in my home.  I figured to get a heads start before the cooling season.  Again, Ron installed the condenser outside and the evaporator in the furnace (located in the attic).  Perfect and tidy installation.

Ron and Mike tackled an existing mini split a.c. System that they had not installed. They discovered multiple problems with the initial installation. The system had always struggled since we purchased the home a year ago and really couldn't keep up on very warm days on full power. Wow! After a lot of effort on their part finding the issues our system is working fabulously! I'm certain our power bills will be reduced too as it is now working so much more quietly and efficiently and we don't have to turn on all the zones at once! Thanks again Ron and Mike!

He installed a dryer vent for my dryer located in my garage.
He called me ahead to let me know time for arrival.  He was on time.
The yelp estimate explained what he was going to do (I had sent him photos). When he arrived and saw the area/machine, he verified what he would do.
After the job, he explained what he did and offered suggestions for some other things.
He also checked my water softener as a courtesy to me.
It was easy to set up the appointment with his office staff.
He was friendly and personable.
I would recommend.

Called in today for a broken wall heater. Mike came out the same day. Very,very old heater unable to repair, mike waived the cost of coming out was honest, fair and very professional. Will be calling again for all my plumbing and heating needs.
