I can't say enough about this company.  I just bought a home and the second morning there, had trouble with the washer lines.  Even though it was Labor Day, I called just to see if anyone was working that day.  Todd answered right away, assured me he would try to make it by 11am.  2 hrs early he called and said he had an opening and came on.  I also found another probem in the house and he was able to fit that in, too even though the job took hours.  They identified the problem, shot straight and gave a good price for their work.  They made time when I was in a pinch, gave me excellent service and a deal for what they did.  This IS my plumber moving forward.

Every time I have had a pluming issue,  Todd (Rooter Shooter)  has it fixed in in the time frame agreed on. And he Backs up his work!!! He is HONEST , RELIABLE , FRIENDLY,  The BEST!!!   You get what you pay for with Rooter Shooter.

I had rooter shooter come to my house in diamond bar where they found a leak in my ceiling of my restroom and a leak in my back yard. It took them less than 3 hours to show up and fix it. I haven't had a leak since! The main guy was friendly and very nice. Also affordable and clean. Thank you rooter shooter!

One of my toilets was seriously clogged and not solvable by the plunger.  

Todd quoted $375 (he said at least) over the phone without fully knowing the situations.  I asked him to send someone over to examine and quote more accurately. He became impatient and declined to send anyone.

I then called Tony's Rooter Service. Tony sent a technician over within an hour.  The problem was solved with $125 and in 20 minutes.

Why did Todd said $375 at least?  Maybe this is how he prices his services. Premium prices for regular services.

Todd has done plumbing work for myself and my family for many, many years. He is extremely responsive, competent and trustworthy and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Awesome service!  I called Rooter Shooter and within 30 min Todd was at my place.  He explained the fees and other expenses that may occur.  Todd did a great job considering the conditions and even suffered through the hot attic as opposed to cutting into the ceiling.  I wouldn't hesitate to call Rooter Shooter again!

I just called them and they are closed for the summer???? never heard of such a thing.  Todd said they have a few large projects and are not taking any jobs from individual homeowners.  When I asked for a recommendation for another plumbing company, he hesitated quite a bit then said no, not really.  I found this all very strange.

I needed a plumber who is reliable and found Rooter Shooter here on Yelp. I called and left them a voice mail and got a call back from Todd the next day and we set up an appointment for him to come check a slab leak I suspected I had.  

Todd came out the next day right at the scheduled time.  Before he did anything, Todd was up front with the costs for finding and repairing the leak. He also said his fee to find the leak is absorbed into the repair if he does the work, but he does not pressure you into doing the repair with him.

The diagnosis was a broken water pipe under the slab. I told him to go ahead and do the repair ASAP so he said it was a one day job he would be back at 9:00 a.m. the next day.  The next morning he showed up right on time with his partner to do the repair.  They identified the location of the leak with amazing precision and only removed two floor tiles.  They were out of there in 7 hours.

Todd is obviously very good at what he does.  He may be a bit pricey, but he is a licensed contractor and at the end of the day, time is money for me as well so punctuality is imperative.  If you want a professional who is going to show up when they say and do the job as efficiently as possible, I highly recommend Rooter Shooter.

I had a loud leak in my slab, called Todd with his leak detection equipment saved me thousands of dollars by not removing my granite counter vanity and re-routed with pex from one manifold to another. Thank you Todd!

Todd did a great exposing things and foothill blue checking everything. Definitely recommend him and I will be calling him again for HVAC maintenance and to work on placing plumbing in my garage for my washer.

I hire Todd every year to clear up my kitchen sewage.  He usually come to hydro jet the blocked line on the same day I call, even on the weekend.  He gets the job done in less than 2 hours.  Fast response, reliable and reasonable price.

Todd helped us do a water detection.  He's honest and straight with you.  He did not pressure us to use his services for the repair and gave us an honest quote and assessment. He's a licensed contractor his fees reflect that, but if you want a knowledgeable and honest plumber, I would recommend him.

I gave Todd a call after me and my dad tried snaking our own kitchen pipes to clear a clog. Called him up and he said he could be here first thing in the morning. So Todd came in and had done what we had asked him to do. He did suggest that we should hydrojet the pipe so that it would be a longer term fix and he gave us a great price on that.

A couple of days later, there was water leaking from the ceiling of our laundry room, which was directly underneath the master bathroom. We gave Todd a call and he said that he'd be able to do it same day. Todd was able to find the problem and everything is as it should be again.

Great guy, really goes over and explains everything. Don't hesitate to give him a call.

A couple years back I had a plumbing issue and saw Rooter Shooter was highly rated on Yelp, so I called and left a message.  Did not even receive a call back.  Luckily I was able to find another plumber who did a great job.

A couple weeks ago, I had a different plumbing issue, and I thought, maybe Rooter Shooter was just busy last time, and plus, all these Yelpers couldn't be wrong, right?  So this time I tried leaving a message via their web site.  Again, no answer back.

I'm glad this guy has so much business that he can afford to just ignore people.  Never contacting this guy again.

Had a scare yesterday when I saw a water puddle on the side of my house and inside the living room as well. I thought that it was a leak under the slab. I called Rooter Shooter to help. Todd came in within 2 hours with his sophisticated equipment and after 45 minutes I was happily informed that the leak was not in the slab but in the wall. He was able to pin point the leak with his equipment, had a surgical approach to opening up the wall and repaired it in less than 3 hours.

Very solid in terms of his knowledge, but a bit pricey. I was willing to pay because I had no choice. Todd knows plumbing for sure, I would recommend him.

Todd is excellent. Answered my call right away. Came over 20 mins later. Used the jet to break up a clog that was causing leaking and since his rate was so reasonable I had him clean my mainline too. Would highly recommend him!

Generally, I am a DIY guy and pride myself in solving most homeowner problems. When plumbing gets beyond my abilities I always call Todd at Rooter Shooter. Yesterday was another example why. Laundry room floods in the morning and I leave a round of golf to solve the problem. Within a half hour I realize this problem was beyond me. I call Todd and after a short discussion he arrives within 30 minutes. It is determined the laundry line on my 58 YO house with galvanized pipes is hopelessly clogged. We chose to fix it right the first time and authorize replacement of the laundry and kitchen lines to the main. Fortunately we have a raised foundation to that made the job easier. Todd and Beno completed the work and tested the drains all at a very fair price. No up-charges ...the price quoted was the price we paid. Todd is honest, dependable, knowledgeable, and fair. Todd is highly recommended...

Had a major slab leak in my home,,, Todd is fast and courteous. Performed a professional leak detection and isolated the problem.  26 years of experience goes a long way.  His plumbing ingenuity avoided a very costly leak repair and was able to put the plumbing back to normal.   And saved me thousands in cost and and damages... This is long overdue. Todd was the best and most professional plumber we've worked with. My mom had found him on Yelp. We were having a tough time with the plumbing problems in our home and Todd was very professional and compassionate. The pricing was great. His explanation of everything was through. We couldn't be more thankful for his work.

I called Todd because of the good reviews on Yelp, and I am glad I did.  I noticed water leakage from the side of my house, and it turned out I had a slab leak right under my kitchen sink.  He found where the leak was and dug up the concrete without destroying my cabinets.  A few weeks later, we noticed some more water, and it turned out there was another leak in the same area.  He came out at no charge and fixed the leak.  He's a standup guy, he's on time, and he repairs the problem quickly.  Highly recommended.

Todd was great.   I called him to help with my kitchen sink and upstairs toilet.  Not only did he do a fantastic job, he took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on and that I completely understood my options and what was covered so that there would be no surprises in the future.  He gave recommendations but ultimately left it up to me to make the decision - no bait & switch as I've experienced with others.  Highly recommended.

Rooter Shooter Plumbing is amazing. It is the only company I will call when I need services done... Todd is amazing!! He  is always very honest, helpful, and reliable.. I have had a few emergency situations with my plumbing that were so bad I was in a panic and called Rooter Shooter Plumbing and told them my situation and Todd was at my house right away to fix my problem... He was very patient with me and and answered all of my questions. He was also very patient with my 4 year old daughter.. She was following him around while he worked and she was asking him all kinds of questions and wanted to watch his every move  and he took the time to explain what he was doing and was so sweet to her. She loved being apart of his working experience.

Leaking 180 gallons a day into dirt under the slab is no laughing matter but, Todd's good humor and expertise.. and his highly technical Leakulator Leak Detector found the leak within an hour. He came back with reinforcements two days later. He cut the bad line and installed better than Copper PEX flexible tubing, ran it from the garage up through the attic, and down inside the wall between the two bathrooms and bypassed the bad section of plumbing. I would suggest having lots of drinks and maybe a decent Pizza for lunch! Fast response, great work!

Amazing job! Deffinatley highly recommended he went above and beyond to help us with installing our bidet. And gave us a great price!   he was on time and finished it in perfect timing had all the parts he needed on Hand very professional !!

I was impressed with this plumber. Last week he arrived on time an explained to me what was going on with the the leak in the tub going down to the first floor apartment, I am on the second floor. I thought it was a pipe inside the wall but after inspection he found that is was part of the tub connection that just needed calking. He save me money and was very honest! It is difficult to find a plumber like this that is bonded and certified but also is there to remedy the problem honestly with you.
