Right on time with excellent service. I called one morning and had an appointment quickly. Respectful and a work ethic of customers first.

Got the dreaded backed up sewer. Called other high Yelp-rated companies and got answering machine at one and the other wouldn't give an hourly rate over the phone. So I went to the phone book and called around. Superdrain was one of 4 I called, and they had a crew available within a half hour.
Two guys came out, checked out the layout of the lines, explained to me the quirks of my plumbing that they would work through on this century old house, then got to work. They were very knowledgeable and competent and pleasant to work with.
With my 10% senior discount, they did the job for just under $90. I will definitely call them again in the future if I need another plumbing job done.

9-9-16 I have a regular plumbing service that I call for actual plumbing issues. My kitchen sink was backed up..... it happened slowly over a few weeks time....my home is an older vintage house 60+ years old. My friend convinced me I needed a Roto Rooter type service that would go up on the roof and *power plunge* the drains out...... so I called SuperDrain not realizing they are actually a full service plumbing company. I felt guilty about *cheating* on my long established plumber's. The young man that came out ,James, got right to work. Very polite ..communicative and efficient. He was here for almost an hour.......worked very diligently to get things taken care of. Very reasonable cost ...in fact their prices are much better than the other plumbing service I had been using so I think I am going to stick with SuperDrain....oh and after I called ...James was here within 20 minutes. Super business and very very nice to be able to trust a service and not get the run around. Call them if you need great service.

Super fast service!!!! I called Superdrain about 12:00pm and RJ, the technician, showed up at 1:00pm. RJ quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. He saved me lots of money; and offered me a prayer. What a guy!!!! Thanks RJ. Great work and a great human being.

Was referred to superdrain from a friend and very happy we decided to go with them. We had a slab leak. (Keep in mind you have to have a leak detection service come first if this is your case) I spoke with Al. He came out and assessed the work and was able to come back the next day to do the repair. I can't remember the name of the man he brought with him but they were both very nice men. Comfortable to be around. They also do excellent work. They were going to do a re route but we're able to re pipe the existing pipe which made things even easier! I had water useable within an hour and the hot water line fixed within a couple hours after that. They also didn't just rip our walls open but made nice cuts that I was able to slip right back into place to repair the drywall. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you again

Recommended by my brother in law, went ahead and called them anyway.. ;) Not sorry I did, either. Garbage disposal was totally locked up, figured a new one was in order. Not so - They were out the day after I called them (it wasn't an emergency for me..), got it unjammed and back up and running, saved me time and money. Great service, will definitely call them for any more plumbing needs..

We had a few plumbing issues like, broken kitchen faucet/leaky pipe and toilet tank wouldn't fill up. I called SuperDrain and the nice lady I talked to was so friendly and scheduled someone to come out on the day I needed them to. Rem, the technician had a pleasant smile when he arrived at our front door. He greeted us so warmly, and we could tell he really enjoys his job. He was knowledgeable and clean. Torrential rain emergency! Clogged outside drains, sandbags couldn't keep water out of laundry room & garage! Desperate so checked BBB rating & license...gave them a call and problem resolved within an hour and one-half! Friendly, prompt, professional! Definitely would call Al & Gabriel for future plumbing needs!

Al and his crew are the best! I called to have my bathtub faucet repaired and Al sent Gabriel out right away. He was very professional and polite and had it repaired quickly. This was not the first time I used them, I always call Superdrain for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend them!

FIRST F ALL I HIGHOY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPOND VERY QUICKLY!! My kitchen sink and diswasher wouldn't drain this morning so I picked Superdrain because they have 5 stars and I know why. If I could give them more than that I would. I called and told her my issue. She immediately told me that she would call Al and he'll call me back shortly. Not even 5 minutes passed by and Al called and he was very polite. He asked if I needed a plumber this morning or afternoon. I said this morning. He sad ok he'll be there shortly. I'd say about 20 minutes passed and he was here. I forgotten to get his name but he was very nice and professional and he knew what he was doing. He told me how much the service call and when I approved he started. He knew exactly what to do and was very knowledgeable. He fixed my clgged sink plus there was a few other things he fixed. I honestly didn't know how clogged my pipes were until I ran my dishwasher. It used to till up very very slow. When it filled up this time it was a better flow of water! I was impressed. These guys are awesome! I will definitely use them again!!! THANK YOU SUPERDRAIN!!!

Called today for a clogged toilet, superdrain had someone out there at the time that worked best for me and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. Great service and affordable pricing per hour. Definitely recommend them!

Not a friendly business what so ever. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL. When you contact a business for whatever reason, when they answer the telephone they should listen no matter what the circumstances are. Just like any other business, they should BE courteous. That is #1 for any business.

Fast, friendly, reasonable. I will definitely use them again. We called and got an answer, not a machine, and had service right away. They told us if we wanted to save some money, we could buy some absorbent and apply it ourselves, or they would be happy to do it. It's really great to have a company offer ways to save money!

I called Superdrain for my toilet. It made gurgle sounds and begun to overflow. My husband and I could not unclog whatever it was, and I called Superdrain. I was skeptical to get someone the same day because it was 8pm. Luckily, they are open 24/7 and their tech Hunter was able to come out around 8:20! He knew what was the issue and fixed the clogging! He was polite, kind, and a great worker. For their late night service, the price was fair! I will definitely be calling Superdrain for any future plumbing issues!

Fantastic - I highly recommend Superdrain. They installed a new water heater for me a few months ago and ran into a ton of problems because the old water heater was 50 years old and everything was outdated/out of code. They had to wait for our roofer to show up a few weeks later to cut a hole in the roof so they could install the proper ventilation and finish the job. They always answer the phone, show up the same day, and always come right when they say they will or call to give you an update on their ETA, and are very respectful and tidy. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Yesterday, I met with Al at the home, and showed him the curious issue we had with the hot water. When the water would come out of the tap, it would start out strong, and then diminish. What the heck could be causing that? Well Al has seen it all; he is a true pro who has been doing this for a long time, and doing it well.

He diagnosed the likely cause as being related to the valves/taps/nipples on top of the water heater. He said 'I think it's 70% likely that they are the cause of your hot water problem.' Well, he got to work, and more like 100% sure; he was spot on.

I was extremely impressed.

I had superdrain come out to fix a clogged toilet on 6/22/18 in Stockton ...they charged me $320.13....today is July 8, 2018 and the toilet backed up again....i called superdrain (addie) and she said they will have to charge me again even tho it hasnt even been 30 days (only 16 days)...so i do NOT recommend them....NO STARS for SUPERDRAIN

Called today, New Year's Eve to have a clogged toilet taken care of. All my info was taken and i was given the daily rate. I was told someone would be able to make it out in roughly 2 hours. An hour later Christian showed up and had my toilet unclogged in no tine. Simple job, got the needed results. I'll definitely use Superdrain in the future if needed.

Came into work Tuesday morning to a toilet that was spewing water everywhere. Ug. Called Superdrain and they came right out, within 30 minutes! I was expecting them to tell me I needed a whole new toilet but instead they just replaced the gasket and bolts and the old crapper is good as new! Easy peasy! I will surely call them first if I'm ever being showered in bowl water.

295 dollars for a simple clean out service. She must be smoking crack. Off to homedepot to rent the equipment for 50 bucks.

I had a major break involving the water line into my house. Despite some issues with the initial repair they came back out the next day and redid the entire repair.
I don't expect perfection but I do expect someone to get the job done as promised. So despite the initial hiccup they did what they promised and did so professionally!
I hope I don't need to call for plumbing help again but if I do I'll call Superdrain.

Spoke with the owner Al via phone earlier in the day describing our situation with clogged pipes and backing up to all the drains in the house. He was straight forward on services provided, the hourly rate and travel time charge (since we are in Lodi), with an expected ETA of a couple of hours. John called me about 30 minutes before his arrival to confirm the situation and to say he was on the way.

John at SuperDrain cleared the clogs in our pipes with a straight forward methodical approach.

First, he assessed the problem by actually looking at the piping under the house and then looked at the backed up drains through out the house. Based on the assessment, he got to work with the drain snake in one drain and through clear-out access on the exterior. In less than 90 minutes, he was done - pipes and drains all clear. John has a great attitude and was cracking jokes along the way. Plus a 10% senior discount!

Another plumber we had out early in the day (provided by our home warranty provider) couldn't figure it out and wanted to re-architect/replace of our pipes at each of the backed-up drains (at additional out of pocket cost to us).

In our experience a lot of plumbers are in upsell mode with unnecessary solutions to resolve a problem rather than using their experience and the tools they have on hand to figure it out.

Our kitchen sink was stopped up. Called Superdrain on a Friday, and they sent someone out to my home very quickly. The plumber, Roy, was really nice and knew what he was doing. The drain was cleared in a jiffy. I would not hesitate to class Superdrain again.

They came out pretty quick and the plumber worked fast. Would have given 5 starts but they kept giving me difference prices. The boss who I spoke with over the phone initially gave me one price which was based on an hourly rate. But when they finished the job, which took less than an hour, I was charged for 90 minutes because the job should have taken 90 min but there was a second worker so it took less time but I still had to pay for 90 minutes. I think that's something they should disclose before they start the work. Nonetheless the plumber was nice, explained things well and got the job done fast. I may use them again.

We've had other plumbing companies come for various jobs and haven't been extremely satisfied with their work. This last time that the laundry line was not draining properly, we broke out with the phone book and randomly called whichever companies could come the soonest (and whichever ones sounded professional as well). So, Superdrian ended up coming to do the job and the results were great. This line hadn't been draining properly for years and we had others come but didn't do a job quiet like this co. did. We recommended their work to another friend and she ended up being highly satisfied as well. It's always refreshing to find people who can do the job right.

True professionals! Al and his team are amazing to work with. They offer great communication throughout the process and results! They care about their customers' satisfaction and know that the best compliment is a referral. So they work diligently to make this happen. I will be referring his company to my friends and family!

My kitchen sink started to back up and I wanted to get it fixed ASAP, I called these guys and they were here within 30 min and had my sink unclogged in another 30min. They (Dave and Gabriel) talked me through the whole process and answered any questions I had so I knew exactly what was being done.

While I hope I never get another plumbing problem, I will be calling these guys back for any future work.

Had Superdrain come out to my mother's house since she had some water around the toilet and I thought the wax ring might be cracked. Superdrain pulled the toilet, did a professional job and had it repaired in one hour. Had another Lodi plumber come out and bill my mother and he said there was nothing wrong with the toilet. Will definitely use them again!

Call on an emergency for out commercial location. They came out fast & within an hour everything was back up and working! Super appreciate that understood our urgency and got to work! We will will definitely be calling if we ever had issues again.

I noticed what seemed like a slow small leaking around my toilet and finally decided to call a plumber before damage was done to ceiling below. Superdrain was able to come the next morning (even offered to come that day) and assess the problem and fix it within an hour (remove and replace was seal). They checked back to see if the problem was fixed and that I was satisfied with the job. I would gladly recommend them use them again if the need arises.

They showed up on time, gave a fair price and stuck to it. Did the job quickly and the service technician was quite professional. Very good company.

Needed a plumber at short notice yesterday (Saturday) and called a couple of regular numbers, then some recommendations, and came across Superdrain. They came out within 2 hrs, reasonably priced and Armando was pleasant, efficient and thorough. This number is now top in my contacts for plumbers and will be using again. Very good customer service.

Given the scarcity of tradespeople in general these days, I was amazed that this business got a plumber to my house within 48 hours for a non-emergency service call (slow-running bathtub drain). The plumber showed up close to the appointment time and quickly finished the simple job. That the company accepted a payment card was a bonus.

Water heater wasn't working. Called these guys at 5:30pm on a Sunday - had Armando out at 9am the very next morning. Was able to get the part that we needed for free ($650 - was covered under the warranty of the water heater) - got the part the same exact day, installed it and had us back up and running. Extremely responsive, very professional, and cost was reasonable with all things considered. Highly recommend and will use again if we ever have a need

Called first thing after a rather brisk morning shower. Answering service took my call and informed me someone would call me back soon. Sure enough, maybe 30 min later I was contacted and told a Service Tech would be by mid afternoon. True to their word he arrived. Christian was AWESOME! He was very friendly, informative and direct. Due to the age of our home, 2 very intrusive dogs and a 8 week old puppy it was not a simple swap of the old water heater to the new. He did not let that deter him. After installation we were given a very thorough walk thru of the new unit as well told about the warranty. We will definitely be keeping them in the contact list for any future needs.

I really appreciate that superdrain understands a clogged kitchen sink is a emergency for a mom with kids. I am so thankful they fit me in last minute( literally called at 4:30 pm and they got me in that night!). Excellent work and customer service especially by Steven who was very diligent and professional. My entire plumbing system was backed up. A couple of techs came out and did the initial work and left after 5:00 PM. Ran the tub and the problem persisted. They immediately send out a new tech, Steven, who stayed with it until it was completely cleared..
I would recommend SUPER DRAIN to anyone who appreciates a company that stays with it until it's done.

Due to a leak from an outside pipe and a shower leak in my bathroom I called Superdrain yesterday and spoke with Addie who was very courteous, friendly and professional. She scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. Cristian arrived to access the repairs. He too was friendly, fast, efficient explaining what would be necessary to make the repairs. The repairs were completed and I'm thoroughly satisfied.

Called Superdrain out to do some plumbing repairs on my sons house. We were selling it and the home inspections had some recommendations for repairs. They came out. did the job right and was very reasonable. Will call them out again if needed.

I work for the Stockton Art League. We have been very happy with SuperDrain's professional work and customer service. We have worked with Al regarding a consultation of a larger project and today worked with Gabriel regarding an plumbing emergency. I was able to call in the morning, describe as best as I could what was happening, and have someone arrive at our business within 90 mins. Addie was even courteous enough to give me a follow up call when their plumber was on his way. Gabriel completed the project in a timely manner and was very helpful to answer any of my questions. It's also reassuring to know that they have an emergency number for any after hour issues in the future.

Called to fix a leak under my sink. They sent a guy out, she told me I needed to replace the garbage disposal, he put in a new one. He never connected it to my dish washer. So when I ran my dish washer, the water never drained. The owner came and looked at it, said it was their fault. My floors were ruined, the owner said he would replace the floors. The problem
Was never fixed, I still can't use my dish washer, now my floors and cabinets are ruined and I was never compensated.
