Leo was out within an hour of my call. Broken toilet tank. He took out the old one and installed a new one. He was polite and patient. Price was very reasonable. Job was done well.

My office in Corona needed a plumber because our bathrooms got backed up. I found BHI Plumbing and gave them a try. I was happy that the office was able to send someone out the same day. Billy was the plumber that came out and unclog our drain very quickly.

While he was there I had him look at a leaky faucet in the women's bathroom. He was able to fix that during the same visit. After he was done he cleaned up after himself. I was very please by his professionalism and communication.  I will be using BHI agian and I would recommend them to others!

Larry and Frank came out to fix a cracked drain pipe in my tub. Had another quote of $5,600 as I was told they couldn't do the work through the access panel in the wall. Larry said the access panel was fine. In less than 2 hours they were done. Cost was only $975. Cant tell you how grateful I was for the great price and professional handling of my situation. Thanks for traveling all the way to Orange.

The technicians came in and immediately asked to sell me a service package before even looking at my 20 year old air conditioner. When that was shot down, they had other packages I could buy. When I explained that's not what I called for, wanted a service and recharge, I was met with all the additional charges I would have to approve before he could even proceed. I feel they try to upsell from the beginning and when they get a no, then other fees are added on. I just wanted a simple service and coolent.

I used Bhi twice at my business.  Both times they were friendly and could get me in right way.  The second time used them I had two sinks clogged.  I was told by a Plummer friend that's since both sinks are clogged the issues is were both sinks Connect or beyond and It would only be necessary to snake  one of them. Makes sense.  When BHI plumbing came they of course said I needed both.  Since I was desperate to get it working and open for business I went ahead and did the service knowing I was overpaying($325). Now only two months later I had to get it re-snaked by another company because it wasn't done properly.  So not only was I ripped off but they didn't do the service correctly.  The company I used recently didn't believe me when I said I had just gotten it snaked two months ago until I show them my BHI receipt.  They felt terrible and only charged me $120, they only had to snaked one!!

I couldn't be happier! First, a person answered the phone at 7am, friendly and professional. I explained I had a clogged toilet but not emergency. Stuart took my info and said someone would be here between 8 and 10am. I received a text when Joe was enroute. Arrived before 9am. Joe explained step one and price and then the possible next step, along with price. I feel pricing is very reasonable. He was done within 15 minutes. Joe offered to go over a checklist they have, go through the house and check plumbing; no extra fee. Joe, took the time to answer any of my concerns. I had called a different plumber the day before and left a message. (That company had been here before a couple times in the past ). I got a text 14 hours later, asking if I still needed service. So, BHI is now, my go to plumber (and probably air & heating). THANK YOU SO MUCH for the quick and friendly service !

Super Bowl Sunday, 2020, and I had a plumbing emergency because I was changing out a water line valve in one of our bathrooms and the old compression ring would not come off the stub-out from the wall (turns out the copper pipe was too worn to work properly). Very few plumbers were available, but Joe Z. from came out from BHI and saved the day in a jiffy. Joe resized the damaged (shrunken) copper water line so it would work properly, and then installed a new valve (with a one year warranty). He was a pleasure to deal with, and an excellent representative for his company. THANK YOU, JOE!

Very satisfied with the service.  Called this morning and dispatched technician right away.  Matthew arrived on time and fixed/installed the water pressure regulator in about 1 hour including purchasing the parts.  He is also very kind to answer all my questions.  

Will use BHI again next time.  Highly recommended.

We contacted Henleys to fix a severely clogged shower drain. They were able to send a tech out on very short notice, and their customer service was professional and prompt throughout the entire process.
Christian showed up on time and provided excellent, courteous service to repair our clogged drained. In addition to fixing the problem, he took time to educate us on how to prevent future issues. Thank you to Henley's for saving the day on such short notice!

Our AC stopped working during the heatwave this summer, so I get a 8000$ quote from one of the companies to fix/replace it. I knew that the AC had some life left in it so ended up calling Henley's for a quote who agreed to send a senior tech-Daron- for a quick diagnostics.

Daron was highly experienced, very professional etc. etc. but I believe what sets him apart is his willingness to work with the owner and truly has their best interests in mind- which I think is a difficult quality to find nowadays as quite a lot of people are trying to make a buck off everything. He quickly diagnosed the situation, and got the AC back up running. This costed me under $100.

Extremely happy with how things went, definitely will use them again.

We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling - called our landlord who hired BHI.  They told us about 3 hours for someone to be at our house and Matt arrived early, called to let us know and was here in 1.5 h. He gave us the estimate and fixed the issue in a couple hours. He made sure we understood everything and what had to be done - took care of the problem and he cleaned up perfectly after himself.  Matt is courteous and polite and very efficient at his job.  I would highly recommend BHI. We're very happy.

Henley's Plumbing in Corona done a great job on my furnace maintenance. Their communication are perfect and always pick up the phone during business hour. Their maintenance package for ac and furnace are affordable. I highly recommend to get their maintenance package.

Leo Jr was polite and professional. At no extra charge, Leo walked through my home and inspected all faucets and our water heater. Unlike the other outfit I called to get a quite, BHI stayed on top of their estimate and kept me posted throughout the work order process.

Had toilet leak from 2nd floor to down stairs.  Figured it was Wax Seal but wanted to make sure it wasn't more than that.  Service person came in time and started working on it after confirming it was that.  Price looked a little steep but I figured I already paid through diagnostic charge after 30 second free assessment.  Well in middle of work, I was notified of scope increase by about $400 for having to work on flange.  Which sounded a little too much (maybe someone in business can let me know if I am wrong other than from BHI...)
So the repair is done and Voila! No leak after a little over $600.  I figure I got charged about $125 an hour.  (oh, I know how much the parts cost on this... practically insignificant).
Over all, it was not a bad experience until... yup... when there is problem.
Fast forward a day, and as I walk on down stairs... I get drip on my head.  Different location from where water leak was.  I go up to figure out what is going on to find that bathroom is semi flooded which is the cause of new leak.  I try to find where the leak is coming from and it is leaking from the water tank of toilet.  Upon opening I see basically water slowly over filling and leaking out through handle.  Upon closer inspection I see that the float was rotated in such manner that it barely touched wall where it got stuck at one point.   I remedy the situation by rotating float so it won't touch the wall ever.  I am pretty confident this happened when the service person was reconnecting toilet after repairs probably putting more torque than necessary.
So, I just got service person show up and talked to him in turn which he talked to manager.  First answer, $250 to replace valve and also water line valve.  Excuse me?  That was not the problem with the flooding?!
I basically tell him that I am not interested and get him going and the manager calls.  Saying he will replace valve for free and would like to replace water line valve for charge to do me right.  I tell him the real issue here is water leak caused by this damage.  Which he ignores and puts blame on perfectly fine valve (Yup of course it has been working fine since I rotated it to where it should have been 2 days ago).
Good company is found when things goes wrong how they handle it.  I will give it one extra star to make it 2, as they sounds professional if not owning up to what happened.   Too bad I had to leave review like this when it could have easily been 5 star for doing something about actual problem not skirting around and trying to eek out more money from unhappy customer.

Had a slab leak (2nd one) and called them for a full repipe quote. They came in a few grand cheaper than others and did excellent work, were done in 2 days. Would definitely recommend them.

Henley's Plumbing and Heating performed maintenance on our 17 year old a/c unit last year. At our request, the rep. reviewed replacement options for both the furnace and a/c unit, and  quoted a price. The rep then left without pressuring us for the replacement job.
We contacted Henley's again last week and received the same very reasonable price quote from Brian Henley Jr. We contracted for the job to replace our units with the Allied Gold package.
The installers arrived on time this week. They draped our flooring from the front door to under the attic hatch, to access the heater. They were careful both inside and out; friendly, professional and uber efficient. In under eight hours, the job was done and dusted. They replaced the a/c and furnace, hauled away the old units and carried away all related trash and packing materials. Edgar explained use of the new thermostat and left instructional materials.
We highly recommend this State licensed, bonded and insured company, and their installers, Edgar  and Pablo.

We had a leak in our slab.  They came quickly with a professional leak detector and pinpointed the leak.  We were given several options and decided to do a whole house re-pipe.  They scheduled quickly and we're done the same day.  I am very happy with the whole experience.

I'm very pleased with the system and service. We replaced our HVAC and AC unit as well as ductwork. We chose this company after getting approx 5 quotes from others. I felt that they were honest and fair. My system included permits pulled from my City as well as a HERS test. My bill is a lot less than last year and the system runs great!

The condensation line from heater in 2nd bathroom was making a loud noise, my warranty company told me they don't come out for noises showing the video I recorded of my problem to a lot of people no one knew what was causing the noise. I called Henley Plumbing and Air I found them on yelp while doing my homework on another company and texted them the video.  They sent a plumber out the next day free of charge for a free estimate the plumber check everything out and the plumbing was fine,  but he got on his phone with HVAC team at Henley's plumbing and Air and they were able to diagnose the problem.  It was the condensation line running into the 2nd bath. I purchased a membership for 15.99 a month and they came back out a did a physical analysis of my HVAC and a tune up. I didn't pay anything on the 2nd trip because I purchased the membership.  They also gave me a free HVAV filter and a free estimate for the cost of redirecting the condensation line. The guys were friendly. The ladies in the office were friendly.   There was just a question about doing things to code. I had an excellent experience and would recommend Henley plumbing and Air. Praise God for them. Thank you Jesus.

BHI is AWESOME! I came home to a disaster in my backyard and they came out immediately and cleared my area drains. My backyard flooded in the rain yesterday and they snaked the area drains all throughout my yard and pulled back tons of roots. They showed me exactly what was going on and got the entire yard cleared within an hour. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area! Thanks guys!!

I messaged them through yelp because our garbage disposal was clogged. They came out for a free quote. They were supposed to come out a day earlier but the technician's car broke down. They came early the next day instead. Technician had a mask on but he did wear his shoes in the house, from what I recall. It took about an hour and he declogged the garbage disposal from the outside and charged us $145. Overall, everything was quick and efficient.

Really love this company and will recommend them to my friends and those still shopping for plumber. Customer service is great, they reply and calls back that fast and straightforward. But their biggest asset is their plumber- David. Very professional, polite and detail in assessment/ diagnostic as he explains the problems, what's needed and options to take. Their price is pretty fair compared to other company to. Really recommend them. Will definitely use them on my next project.

Very expensive!  I called them out to waterjet my exterior landscaping drains and got the it's going to be a tough jobMumbo Jumbo.  The estimator came back with with a cost of $1,200!  A freind recommended another company that came out, checked the lines with a camera before even giving a quote...and came back with a price of $400!!!  And only took 3 hours.   Shop around...average price is about $400-$600

This company had great communication.  I knew exactly what to expect & when.  The free estimate was fair and affordable.  Leo & Carlos had the main sewer line fixed quickly and they left no mess.  
This root cleanout is a yearly thing for us and we usually do it ourselves.  Not any more!! When it's this easy and this affordable without having to hassle with renting the equipment & unclogging the line,  it's totally worth it!! It's also good to know I have found someone I will feel comfortable calling for other plumbing or HVAC issues!

I first called a while ago to have some plumbing issues looked into as I recently moved into my new home. Some things were precautionary and one issue was urgent (leaking faucet). Justin and Dave showed up and did a free whole home inspection. I now have an idea of things that need to be attended to and an idea of how much. Slowly but surely I will tackle these issues. They of course fixed the primary issue of my faucet and as it turned out it just needed to be replaced completely. It was a little pricey, but they did a really good job and gave a one year warranty. One of the other items on our checklist was a installation of a water pressure regulator as my water pressure was too high for my home. I called a few weeks later to get this done as well and they came out on a Friday afternoon and the job seemed to take a little longer than I think they imagined. But they took their time and even as it got late on a Friday, they did their best to ensure everything was fine. I appreciate the extra time and effort they spend to do a good job. I think they definitely care to leave good work and not just get paid. Sometimes quality work is worth paying for.

I contacted BHI for a leak in my laundry room.  Joe arrived at the time that he said he would.  Joe was courteous and professional and I can highly recommend him. Had to get some more plumbing work done in front yard. Joe did such an excellent job before so I requested him. He came out quickly and did an excellent job.  I am very happy with this company. They have been giving me consistent good service.

I was looking around for a really good AC repair Company, they had the best price and offer for $59 but waived if you get their services. They sent a very professional and good sense of humor guy name Alex, he was so honest and knowledgeable! He did all the grunt work and went above and beyond to make sure everything was throughly inspected. He also told us that the company offers membership which I can pay either monthly or yearly which we took the yearly pay very reasonable they come out twice a year and offer various discounts on other services for only 159.99 and I took the deal. The $59 was waived so I'm very satisfied with the company and want to keep Alex as my to go guy form now on! I like honest and straight forward people!

Matthew came after our water heater shut down on us.  He was very helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable about what went wrong and what we needed to do.   The installation went seamlessly and we couldn't be happier with the job BHI did!

I hired BHI to do some preventive maintenance to two outside a/c units. The quote they provided was a fair price and Beatriz was able to send someone out the very next day!

Alex was very friendly and professional. He was also respectful of us and the property. He consistently put on and off shoe coverings to ensure that he did not track any dirt or debris into the house and prior to entering the house, he always put on his mask. When I went outside to ask him a couple of questions, which he responded confidently and he appeared to be extremely knowledgeable about what he saying and doing. I say appeared because I have zero knowledge about what he was doing but his answers sounded logical to me.

Overall, a company that is responsive with a great AC technician equals a very satisfied customer.

On time and very Professional. Had a number of complications with our AC system and they took their time to really run every diagnostic. It couldn't be fixed the first time around, and even with being overworked and slammed in the middle of a heatwave, they came 'before' hours to conclude the problem. Not often you find Honest workers, but Nick was Amazing.

I called last Sunday to fix the water heater, Joe show up on the same day and told me the reason why there is no hot water. So, Gary and Joe ordered the parts for me from TX and Joe fixed for me as soon as they received the parts . I really appreciated everything and they have great service, very professional. I am very happy and satisfied for their service. I will be using them for regular maintenance as well

Recently moved into a new home in Corona and asked BHI to look at a few items in need of repair and maintenance, including the A/C and various plumbing fixtures. BHI told us ahead of time when their representative would arrive, and we met the wonderful Leo Jr., who came right on time, reviewed everything with us in detail, provided clear estimates, and knocked out the work the same day and the following day with no trouble. He knew his stuff (and when there was a rare unknown, he knew people who would have the answers), and we couldn't be more pleased with how BHI has helped us so far. Looking forward to our next visit!

I rarely take the time to write a review, but the service that I received by Mathew was so exceptional that I felt it was warranted.  He ran a camera and a snake multiple times through my sink/washer drain line and finally cleared the line.  Other plumbers had simply given up.  The price was more than fair for the amount of time spent.  At no time did I feel that I was being pressured to spend more for alternative options.  If you've been looking for a fair and honest plumber, you can't go wrong here.

I had two pretty significant repairs that I needed done. Cynthia got back to my message on Yelp so quickly. They were able to come out immediately. Hunter and Leo repaired something in my kids' bathroom. They had to go through the drywall in my closet. I felt very comfortable leaving them alone to do the job. They removed whatever they needed to from the closet and put everything back nicely when they finished. They were very professional and thorough. There was absolutely no mess left behind. Everything was caulked and looked beautiful when they were done.
The next day Hunter and David came by and repaired my tankless water heater. Again I was impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness. Both jobs were done perfectly. There was great communication about pricing and options. I would highly recommended  BHI Plumbing to a friend or family member.

My husband and I hired BHI to service our AC over this miserably hot summer. I love that they are quick to respond and explain everything in such detail. Our condenser has seen better days and it was time to replace it. BHI took the time to inspect all areas to make sure it couldn't be fixed before informing us there was nothing more that could be done and our condenser would need to be replaced. They came to our home twice and even called the manufacturer of our air handler to see if a part could be ordered for replacement. This made me feel like they actually care for their customer and don't just treat them as a way to fill their pocket.

Unfortunately, we were not prepared to have our whole system replaced but we would have BHI do it in a heartbeat. Great communication and an honest company. You won't regret contacting BHI.

I am thoroughly impressed by the responsiveness, professionalism and workmanship of the staff at Henley's with the best price. Booking an appointment was a breeze and Elizabeth was very communicative. The technician William arrived on time. He was very professional, personable and very communicative in helping us understand the issue. His supervisor (Henry?) also had a great attitude in explaning the issue clearly. We got the best quote in terms of pricing with Henley's. William's friendly nature and personable attitude made our family be at ease while he was working diligently on this slightly time consuming repair in the house.  After the repair was complete, William went over the details and addressed the concerns we had following the repair and how the repair would handle it. We've had an emergency plumbing issue for about a week now and made the mistake of calling the first plumber in Corona that showed up on Google.  (I won't name them, but how they received any positive reviews is beyond me.)  Yesterday, we searched Google again and found Henley's Plumbing & Air.  Talk about night and day.  These guys were awesome!  First of all, the young lady (Elizabeth) who answered the phone was extremely pleasant.  She was patient as I explained our situation, she listened to me vent, and she was most compassionate and understanding.  She advised us that she could send out a repairman (Cristian) to assess our damage.  (We live in a mobile home and there is a major leak under the crawl space.)  Cristian was initially scheduled to come out later in the day, which was fine.  Instead, Elizabeth (God love her) called to say he could come out right then and there.  We were thrilled.  Cristian was awesome.  Friendly, personable, and highly knowledgeable.  (Just an overall great guy.)  He suggested it might be in our best interest if he had another repairman (Chris) also come out to take a look at the flood under our home.  Chris was out in no time whatsoever, and he, too, was just one of the nicest guys you could ever hope to meet.  Chris was forthright re: the cost of the repairs necessary, and he did not try to sugarcoat the situation.  He was very informative, definitely knew what he was talking about, and just laid it on the line.  (We appreciated that.)  The estimate(s)--which were more than reasonable--were just more than we could afford at the time, and Chris went the extra mile to apply any/all discounts he could.  (A senior discount, a AAA discount, etc.  This man was more than professional--he was genuienly kind.)  We're still in the process of working with Henley's, but I had to leave a Yelp & Google review to tell everyone within the sound of my voice, Henley's is the absolute best plumbing & air business you will find in all of Corona!  I would (and will) recommend them to all family, friends, and social network contacts I know.  I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!  Thank you Elizabeth, Cristian, and Chris--and God bless you.  P.S. We contacted them on a Sunday after discovering that our first floor plumbing had clogged. The receptionist was polite and Leo, the plumber, responded within an hour.
Leo was easy to work with and had all the COVID-19 protective gear; not that we cared, but I know some people do.

BHI will be our go to for any future plumbing issues.

The guys came out and quickly diagnosed, made recommendations and fixed the issue right away on my AC. I've had repair done before and they seemed to be well with reasonable pricing for the work done. Highly recommend.

Very professional, responsive and proactive. Dave was very good. He gave me a quote for under sink Angle stop leakage and for a leaking tap in the back yard. He checked other things to get to the bottom of the issue and explained very nicely. I got a quote in email.

Very expensive! I think they feel that they are the Rolls Royce of plumbing. They were 45% higher than my other quotes.

The company showed up very fast to fix our issue.  They were dressed nicely and very clean.  Gloves and face coverings also.  The did have a few issues getting the old parts out of the mixing valve in my shower but never gave up.  After trying a couple of things they were successful.  My shower is good for another few years.  Joe and Tim were very professional and explained every step they had to take.  They explained costs for repair - both good and bad should they run into additional problems.  Thank you guys for your great work.

I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling in the down stairs guest bedroom on my house. I reached out to a few places to see what it would cost to have them come diagnose the issue. BHI Plumbing was very quick to respond to my message requesting a quote. They told me they do not charge a fee for finding the issue so and since they had a lot of good reviews I went with them. I scheduled them to come out to my home today between 2-4. Before they left I got a text letting me know they would be coming. David came and located the issue and it was the Wax Ring in the upstairs bathroom which has deteriorated.

I declined to have it fixed and like they promised it was completely free. The Wax Ring is honestly so easy to do there is no charge to justify having someone else take care of it. I thanked David and he completely understood my decision and was a complete pro the whole time. I know if I ever have any plumbing issues in the future I will be calling BHI because not only were they completely upfront and honest in everything they did they were professional the whole time.

I have heard horror stories about Plumbers from people in the past but let me tell you, I do not see how you could find one with BHI Plumbing.

I call to get my refrigerator water fix and they charged me $685 for adding a simple water filter to my existing line. It's was my mistake for hiring them to do a simple fix since I just wanted to get it done. Also business depends referrals and I would never recommend their services.

BHI was great! Leo took pictures and explained everything that needed to be done to have my air conditioner working at an optimum level. He then showed pictures after replacing each part. He was quick and responded to my questions. I'm very pleased. And the price was good!

My AC stopped working and long story short I ended up buying a new compressor unit and furnace. It was installed 2 days later and the installers did an amazing job. They cleaned up after themselves and showed me where the filter was. What really amazed me was they were willing to paint (I supplied the paint/brush/roller) the cover they installed over the refrigerant line going from the compressor unit to the attic to match my stucco to be compliant with my HOA. Highly recommend. They even called me that evening to make sure I was happy.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, no free estimate on diagnosis.  Technician just wanted replacement of our AC and not providing us the answer on the diagnosis.

David and Tommy where great. The fixed my plumbing issues in a professional and efficient way. Even had to work outside in the rain.

I had a repair completed on 11-10-21 for my leaky Kitchen sink.  Unfortunately, on 12-08-21 the P-trap became loose and completely Disconnected from the whole system. I was able to rig it as a temporary fix. I called BHI back to get this issue Resolved ASAP.  Luckily, they were able to send out a technician the next day.  Justin and Cody Arrived and Efficiently repaired the issue.  They did a great job to resolve the issue!!!  A+ For effort and Politeness!

We recently moved into a home and I tried fixing my dryer gas line. No matter what I did it continued to leak gas! Also, one of my bathtubs did not have hot water! Dave was my technician. They are not 24/7 their customer service center is open 24/7 but when you need some plumber they are not available at night! We have pipe bursted last night and we can heard the leaked through our walls and some of our floor boards are wet so we are trying to find someone to come out to take a look for us! So I saw this Place is 24/7 so I called around 11:12pm explained everything to the lady then she said yes Leo will call you within 30mins so call back if you don't hear from him. Then I ask to make sure if he will come today? She said yes. Then we waited called again at 11:42pm and she said it's weird he always response. Then told us the same thing if you don't hear back in 30 mins then give me a call back and I will send the message out. So this goes on for 4 -6times so my hubby and I stayed up all night don't know if this person is going to call? And even that lady at the customer service center was like I can only sent the message to the plumber?!?! But can't you give him a call? Isn't he part of your team? We are the first time home owners so we are lack of knowledge on when this kind of situation happened what should we do? That's why we have reach out to the professionals but I guess don't trust the 24/7 signs on their profile. Because it's only the call center or disbatch center is open 24/7
We both stayed up all night keep on waiting for his call and also hoping our wall won't explode!

They were great at diagnosing a leak that was coming from overflow in bathtub.  The gasket was not sealed correctly during bathroom remodel from another company.  The price was good and they didnt try to charge more after realizing they had to go through wall to replace instead of tub.  They were efficient with the work and precise with cutting the wall (which the other company will repair since they do not do patchwork). They even showed me the original gasket and how it was incorrectly set and caulked.  They are also very responsive and professional to work with

These guys are absolutely fantastic.  They took the time to explain everything very clearly, knocked out the work and provided a quote for another job at the same time.  Also, they were extremely professional and polite.  Not only will I use them for work with my ducting, anytime I have an issue going forward, I will be using BHI.

I found my water bill doubled last month and think about it may be leakage somewhere. After contacting lot of plumbers, and I found BHI plumbing is so great. We first contacted Henley's summer of 2021 when our AC unit went down in the middle of July.  Our technician found the problem quickly, an issue a previous AC company had missed.  Since then we have had their preventative membership and appreciate the 2 times a year housecalls to check on and service our unit.  Last week our technician Juan found a crushed air duct in the attic, replaced it and restored full air again to one of our bedrooms.  Juan was courteous, professional and we knew we were in good hands with his 20+ years of experience.   Thank you Henley's

Crazy how products you use can stop up your pipes. Anthony came out and was great to work with. Not only did he show me where the stoppage was, he showed me the funk that had built up in my wife's sink. He cleared it out and snaked the line all the way to the main. All while talking with me about simple maintenance fixes that can help to keep my drains clean so I can keep them flowing properly. Friendly, informative and customer centric. That's what we need from all companies today! Thank you!

Would not recommend. Had them do a HVAC inspection for a house I was buying and while onsite, the technician not only shared the results with the seller, but also volunteered to get on a conference call with the seller and their agent, while hired by me.

We had a disaster at home right after Christmas. Our kitchen drain was completely clogged and the water just wouldn't flush down. I tried to turn on the garbage disposal, which made the whole situation even worse. The drain overflown and splashed water everywhere in the drawer, caused some flooding in the kitchen. I requested quotes from 3 different plumbers on yelp, and BHI was the first one to respond within minutes. After a quick call, they were able to to schedule technicians to come out right away. In less than 20 minutes, our technicians Joe and Jay showed up, quickly diagnosed the issue, and started working. It came out that there was some oil buildup in our drain pipe to cause the whole disaster. Joe cleaned up the pipe for us, and Jay helped clean up the flooding. All were done within minutes. They were both super nice, friendly, and professional. Their price is super reasonable as well. What more amazing about them was, they gave us recommendations on what to care after, including the cabinet and pipe maintenance. To conclude, 5 stars service, would highly recommend them!

Henley's sent a couple of men to estimate work on my tankless heater. They were both patient, answered all my Qs, walked me through all the steps, and sent me the estimate on the spot. Nice guys, clean, smart, great customer service.

After our water heater broke we were so incredibly lucky to have Joe Zoetemelk help us. He was so professional, kind, honest and worked hard. He was able to address the problem, get the right water heater, and install it. I would whole heartily recommend him!

We got amazing service from the first response from Cynthia. I wrote in for a quote for our water valve replacement and she scheduled a same day free estimate. A short time later, Leo and Dave showed up and did great work. They we're on time, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer our questions. Earlier this evening after 7:30 PM, our sewer mainline unexpectedly went into clog mode smh.  I found out the gross way when I walked into the bathroom and the tub was filled with crap and toilet was out of service as well.  I jumped on Yelp hoping to find someone able to come thru asap!  I searched Plumbing service 24.7 and BHI Pumbing popped up first.  I read thru the reviews and was hopeful to get help tonight.  I sent a message and called their office.  Ms Irene was so pleasant and great customer service assuring me someone will call me momentarily then Mr Stuart responded via Yelp message and he too assured me I will be contacted soon and within seconds of reading his message then Mr David the plumber called me and I relayed the situation and also noted I'm a tenant to which he had no problem communicating with our landlord and from there he called me back with an ETA of 20 minutes, score!  I've never been so excited to see sewer backup recede all the way back down to stream out into its original flow omg lol!!  Shout out to Mr David the Plumber for saving our household tonight and Ms Irene & Mr Stuart as well.  I def will be referring your company to love ones in the area, thanks again!

Very pleased with the work Leo did on my water heater. I normally fix things in my home when they break but the water heater was proving to be more trying than the amount of patience I had at the time. Leo came and fixed the problem on the spot. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Contacted  9 company's on a holiday weekend on a Saturday afternoon.. Had a main line clog that needed to be snaked. This was the only company that told me they had a technician available, told them send them over.. technician showed up had a main flowing with in 20 mins of arriving,  was very polite very professional... Henley's plumbing will be out first and only call thank you guys again for running a awesome company!!!

Henley's came to my rescue during a heatwave in the IE.  Everyone was super friendly and professional. They replaced my air conditioning unit and furnace in one day with no mess. The team was rewarded with haagen daas ice cream after the job was completed .  The cost was reasonable. I have already recommended their services to my neighbors.

My tenant contacted me yesterday saying the water heater was leaking. We contacted a company that changed our service to 4 hours later and due to the nature that wasn't acceptable. I turned to Yelp and looked for a company who was able to come first thing in the morning.
The manager Stuart promptly sent a message saying they can have someone sent. I get a text message from them scheduling the appointment and who to expect.
Matt was our repair guy and he was fantastic. Not only did he call me to let me know he was on the way to my rental but arrived early.
He assessed the repairs and gave us options. They have a great invoice system and text. His customer service skills and professionalism was welcomed and he got the job done timely.
