I spent most of yesterday raking through Yelp to find a plumber. I had a clogged kitchen sink and dripping bathtub faucet in my back house. I narrowed it down to 4 different places and chose Righty Tighty because of the other excellent reviews. I'm here to add to them!

I was unable to be home when the repairs were made, but my Mom lives in the back house, so she was there. All I keep hearing is I can't believe how nice this young man was! and The sink drains perfectly and the faucet stopped dripping!

Funny story...I had another plumber out just before Christmas because of the drip and at the time the kitchen sink was just slow draining. He made two trips out and by the time he left, I was told that I needed my whole house re-piped, and needed a new water heater and needed it moved outside. To re-pipe: they would need to break up the cement around my house or take the flooring out from inside the house. He verbally quoted $8 - 12k and said that he would leave a written quote in my mailbox. I spent a few days in a state of panic and the quote never came. The sink didn't clear because I was told the pipes would burst if he snaked it. He said that he couldn't fix the leak because we had too much water pressure and he made it WORSE. Weird, that was the ONLY faucet out of 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens that leaked.

FFW to 01/19: Righty Tighty shows up. We are told the pipes are like new. The sink is draining perfectly and the faucet is no longer dripping. I'm saving the phone number in my phone, I've finally found an HONEST plumber!! He even showed up a few minutes before his original estimate.

I couldn't be happier to have found this guy after dealing with an obviously dishonest person.

Aaron quoted me one price to replace a garbage disposal, then tried to tell me it was more when it was time to pay, but he did back down. I had some leaking problems several months later, but he brought his remediation guy out at no charge to address that.

I called the owner and he was able to squeeze us in as we're waiting to close escrow on our house. He arrived on time and quickly fixed our loose toilets. Highly and without a doubt the BEST plumbing service in town. I've been meaning to do this review for a long time and I know I'm late in doing this, however, we've used their plumbing services twice and can't find any other business with better expertise than Righty-Tighty plumbing. The first time we inquired with Righty-Tighty was when we experienced a leaky shower faucet and I came across their plumbing services on Yelp with great reviews and figured I'd give them a try. Aaron is not only professional and thorough but also PRACTICAL at what he does. He was able to come out, check out the problem and fix our leaky faucet all on the same day for a reasonable price. The second time around we experienced a major leak in our house that damaged the dry wall inside the garage. Aaron was patient and precise on explaining what needed to be done, while giving his best recommendations. No time wasted. Aaron made sure that the process from our dry wall removal to getting our water heater up and running was smooth and fast. Aaron and his team made sure everything was in place with the water heater and cleaned up too, leaving nothing behind. I must say that with the other plumbing business we've had in the past, none of them can quite compare to their 100% professionalism, practical pricing quote, knowledge, and reliable service other than Righty-Tighty plumbing.

These guys are the real deal. My water heater went out on us abruptly. Called this company, they came and replaced my water heater the same day! Clean, professional plumber that came in and did an amazing job. Definitely calling them them for any plumbing issue that may occur in the future.

Righty Tighty came out to fix my water main leak and did a great job! However about 3days later through no fault of there own the fitting started to leak badly!! It was around 6:30pm on a Thursday. So i called and guess what? They answered the phone call after business hours. I told them the situation, they remembered me ( that was shocking! ) and came right out to fix it! At about 7 pm ( again that was shocking! ). Let's bottom line this, a company that stands by it's work and promptly solves the problem with no extra charges is GOLD! Noticed my wall was wet and called Righty Tighty Plumbing, Aaron was quick to schedule my appointment for that afternoon, came out, fixed the problem for a VERY reasonable fee. I had him check the plumbing in my house and was relieved when he said all was good with our piping and water pressure. I told him my toilets were terrible and we always had to flush twice..we ordered three toilets from him!! The install was yesterday and they look beautiful and flush great! Things I look for in any contractor...responsiveness...every time I reached out to him, he got back to me immediately. Reasonable pricing...he nailed that too...and most of all...honesty. I decided to try and replace the kitchen faucet myself and got stuck needing to replace old push pull valves I order to get the new lines on. I couldn't get the valves on tight enough and had a good leak. I finally called in reinforcement; Aaron came over at 7:30 at night on the weekend and quickly finished the valve replacement and the faucet hookup. He was fast, honest and very friendly.

We had Aaron come out to install our alkaline water machine to a dedicated second faucet in our kitchen. After our recent move, everything was disconnected/taken apart and we wanted to make sure it was hooked up properly. Aaron was able to get it up and running in a short amount of time. We had another plumber out previously for an unrelated reason and asked him to look at hooking up our water system but neither he nor his father whom he worked for could even begin to understand what was needed to get it all set up (this was after looking at the manual for over an hour). I highly recommend them! I bought a water heater because mine went out. When I called the manufacturer for my current water heater, I was told that I had the wrong one and had to buy a new one. I have mentioned here before that I don't normally write a review unless I experience exceptional service or if the company is flat out abusive, unprofessional and/or unethical. This is one of those cases where I have to write a FIVE star review for the great, prompt and professional service rendered by Aron.

I was refered to Righty Tighty Plumbing during a plumbing crisis and not only did Aron respond to my request immediately, but he also did not charge me for his honest, thorough assessment. He was advised that all I needed was a second opinion before the previous home owner came to my house to assess/fix problem and yet he prioritized my service call and was at the property within 24 hours.

Aron provided a detailed assessment, not to mention that he also pointed out inaccurate observations documented by a plumber who had already been here a few days prior and to whom I paid for the service call even though nothing was repaired.

I highly recommend Aron and will definately contract him to do the repairs if the issue is not properly addressed by previous owner/warranty. He has integrity and is very professional.

Aaron is AWESOME!! I know this may seem like an oxymoron, but, HONEST PLUMBING COMPANY!!! we just got a new washer and dryer and was told we would need to update the current hot and cold water valves and tray located in the laundry room. Sooooo, we stress out calling different plumbers; trying to find a trustworthy professional (lol). one guy we called actually stated we won't come out for a job that small. Hmmmmm...cra cra, riiiight!!?? I came across Righty Tighty on Yelp, and all the reviews are CORRECT. Aaron showed up, took one look at the job and told hubby your valves aren't leaking, they are in good condition, there is no need to change anything WOW, honesty!!! hubby asked him how much for coming out and not doing any work?. Aaron replied no charge. Holy Moly!!! he could have tried to talk us into doing work that wasn't needed, just to make a buck - but he didn't!!!! we did have him check our outside pool drains, and he ended up cleaning/flushing those pipes for us. SERIOUSLY, you can't go wrong by calling Righty Tighty for a quote!! No, we aren't his family members; No, he didn't pay us for this feedback. They are the real deal!!! You'll thank me :-)

Aaron was so helpful and professional! They had to come back 3 times to attempt to install the RO water filtration system, and it was my fault. At first I ordered the wrong kind of set up ( from somewhere else), and second time it arrived damaged. They suggested the correct system to get and when it finally came, they came back for the third time and installed it pretty fast. They gave me a great deal and if I need anything else in the future that plumbing related, I would definitely use them again!

Walking down my hallway and felt a hot spot. Called Aaron with Righty Tighty and he got out there that evening to check it out. Unfortunately we had a slab leak. He was able cut and cap the pipe till he could get back out . While out also noticed the water heater shut off valve was not working AND had been leaking up top for quite a while . Him and his guy got out , rerouted the hot water pipe and replaced the hot water heater in a timely manner . Couldn't be happier with the service , attention to detail and the price wasn't bad either ! Highly recommend if you're needing a plumber .

I found Aaron through the Yelp reviews and there is a reason why he has all 5 stars.

He is an Honest man and honesty is what matters. He showed up to our home on time and always responded to my texts/phone calls.

We had a major slab leak on our home and it was a headache. My husband was so worried but he guided us and showed us step by step what he was going to do and he also knew a team of people that will help us with the demolitions and repairs/renovations. From his help and connections, all of our worries and headaches disappeared.

He was nothing like a car salesman and his honesty and good character made me just hand him over the keys to our home. He even came the next day, on a Sunday, to check on our home. That was a real Wow.

His prices are so reasonable and his wealth of knowledge in plumbing guarantees that we don't have to worry about future headaches once repaired. He truly is a good person and trustworthy.

It's hard to find a guy like Aaron. He's a keeper.

We had water leaking in our garage. Warm floor tiles in our kitchen etc. Had to call someone immediately. Called about four different plumbing companies that morning. Aaron with Righty Tighty Plumbing was the first to respond. He was able to come out within a hour to assess the damage.

Immediately he was able to determine the issue, a slab leak. Capped off the hot water pipes. Stopped the leak, etc.. And let us know how we would proceed from there, calling our insurance company, a restoration company. Getting a leak detection. Very informative. He definitely knows his stuff.

This has been an very unfortunate ordeal. But Aaron has been very friendly and helpful throughout this whole process. Very patient, as we had to wait for an approval to complete the repairs. Once we got that approval, Aaron and his assistant Joe were able to come back out to complete a reroute. Even though the work ended up being more tedious than expected, they did an awesome job. And on top of that was able to stay within the estimate. Omg! I've never been more happy to have our hot water running. Thank goodness!

I pray we NEVER have to deal with something to that extent again in our home. But if we have any other plumbing needs, i definitely know who to call. Hands down, Righty Tighty Plumbing!! Cant thank you Aaron, guys enough for all of your help! Many blessings.

Aaron came out same day to clear the main line. He was quick and courteous. He ran a camera and saw rocks blocking the line. This is the third plumbing issue we have had & Aaron, owner of this company has always been so quick to respond & is very knowledgeable about all the issues we have had.. I am impressed with his clean work & amazing customer satisfaction. You won't be disappointed, this guy is honest & knows his stuff! I would recommend this company many times over.

During our remodel they installed the tub/shower. They did an amazing job. The team is very professional and had open communication with everything that was being done. Would highly recommend for any projects that are needed. We look forward to working with them in the future.

I had a strange problem with my cold water in the master bathroom when I flushed the toilet sometimes I would hear a bang in the wall and would loose all water pressure. I was referred to Aaron by another plumber. I called and him we set an appointment he showed up on time he did some work and we thought we had fixed the problem I had some other work for him so we set an appointment for the following week. I asked what I owed him and he said to wait to make sure the problem was fixed. Low and behold the problem returned so when he showed up the next week he tackled the problem and fixed it for sure he found a screw with a washer attached to it in the 3/4 inch line that was causing the problem. he then took care of the other project I had for him. His bill for all the work was very fair and the cleaned up the mess and it was like they were never there. They were very pleasant to work with and knew what they were doing. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. Thanks Aaron & Joe

I called Righty Tighty plumbing when I discovered a kitchen sink clog this morning. They were able to get me into their schedule same day and gave me a blocked time of the expected time of arrival. Not only were they EARLY (which I love), they were also professional & reasonably priced.
Aaron and Joe went out of their way to make sure they returned my home to it's original condition. They put the screen back on the window, shut blinds- they were cautious not to track dirt/mud thru the kitchen even when I told them not to stress out (i honestly planned to mop after they left). They went above and beyond making sure to repair my problem and explain the issue that caused the problem. I will call Aaron and Joe again when i need plumbing repairs in the future.
The take cash, card and checks for payment. Easy, fast and EFFICIENT!!!
I'm thrilled to have found a plumber I can rely on.

We had water pressure issues. After calling out EMWD we were informed that we needed a new regulator, I started looking for a plumber. Righty Tighty was the only company who responded quickly and followed through - Aaron actually showed up when he said he would and provided a us with a reasonable quote. He completed the first task quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, EMWD was wrong. Aaron came back out and helped us determine it was actually an old water softening system that was causing the issue. He removed the system and even hauled it outside for us. He is fast, efficient and most important - HONEST! Our water pressure is great! I highly recommend Righty Tighty for your plumbing needs.

Aaron was the only plumber out of so, so many that actually took the time to come out and see what was going on with our water lines. Not only did he explain it to us in laymen's terms - he also started working to get our water going right away! He explained every option to us. I loved that he didn't BS us, and he didn't do any Hidden Fees nonsense.
As he worked on the job - which was no easy thing - he was always pleasant. We got to know him, and he got to know us. He worked like a professional, but was as pleasant to have around as any of our friends. He got the job done. He did a great job of it, too! If ever we have problems, I'm going to call him!

TL:DR
Righty Tighty Plumbing is the way to go. Good service, no BS or nonsense, and a FAMILY OWNED AND RUN SMALL BUSINESS!

Showed up on time and fixed my clogged toilet in a very timely manner. Also very educational on how to avoid certain issues. Will definitely use this company again.. They are both very nice and able to help with no problems
