I was provided the name of Detail Plumbing through Yelp, among a few different plumbers, to assist with an unusual challenge I was having with attaching a hose to my pool sweep booster pump. Although this service is not typically one that this company provides, the plumber went out of his way to address the issue, hard plumbing the pump as I requested, and solving the problem. He listened carefully to what I wanted to do, did the job swiftly and professionally, and charged a reasonable price for the service. I was quite pleased and plan to use him again for any future plumbing needs.

Our water heater went out over the weekend.  Oly was able to fit us in on Monday and fix everything.  He also showed us what wasn't to code and fixed those issues as well.  Absolutely the best customer service!   I highly recommend him and this company.

Showed up, completed the work quickly, fixed 2 additional issues and gave me an excellent price. Professional, courteous, and Oly was very understanding about the noise, letting me know every time he was going to use a power tool, since I work at home and I am on the phone a bunch. It is no wonder that he has such great reviews. This time the yelpers truly hit the mark!! Oh, and arrived in masks which was nice because my elderly sister was visiting.

I found Oly, (the owner), in YELP and he is awesome!  It's that simple!  He's been out to my home twice and I can honestly say he is the best plumber I've ever done business with. From NYC to California, and lots of states in between, I've had to call on my fair share of plumbers. Oly was not only on time, he was a few minutes early,  (in case of traffic). He brought his own rags and paper towels for clean up! And he DID clean up and even took out all the trash!! His work is IMPECCABLE! Not only that, he's just a nice guy and super fun and interesting to talk to. I TRUST him and he's the only plumber in Sacramento that I will call.

Excellent service and response time! I had a leak at my outside front pipes where the shutoff valve was. Detail Plumbing responded same day to give me an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and an appointment was made for the next day to repair the leak. Oly, from Detail Plumbing arrived before the time he promised which is a big plus as I am a big stickler for being on time. Very professional, prompt and knowledgeable, I highly recommend Detail Plumbing for your plumbing needs!

Oly and Detail Plumbing are great and I would recommend them and have saved them in my phone as my go-to plumbers. Needed a burst pipe to be re-sealed (either with a sharkbite or welded or something), called a few plumbers for quotes. Most of the quotes came in way over Oly's quote, and unfortunately the other guys give plumbers a bad name for trying to jack the prices up on stuff! Oly's quote was more in line with what I expected and I thought it was a fair price. Also he was nice, knowledgeable, gave me a few pointers, and was very helpful. Thank you Oly and Detail Plumbing!

Hired them for a laundry room backflow / toilet issue and was told after examination that the source was a main line clog due to overgrown tree roots. The new quote was ($260) more than doubled the initial but it was understandable enough due to the size of the job.

Within days, the tenants experienced the same problems so I called Detail Plumbing back out to remedy the issue.  Afterwards, other than a text from the technician saying done and a short description of a kitchen clog (missed during the initial inspection), I received no other information nor any mention of a new charge.  However, I received an invoice for an additional $120 later that night over email.

I understand that a job might be more expensive than the initial estimate but the first careless inspection led to further water damage and the unwillingness to stand behind their original work is disappointing. Hidden charges not initially explained or agreed upon are just icing on a foul-tasting cake.

With the many plumbers in the area, save the headache and hire one that would fix it right the first time and bill you honestly.

I lost contact with Oly but finally I found him on Craigslist.  Once I called him he was promptly to do the job I needed it. Again no bad surprises!
Hardly recommend him.

This is the plumber you're looking for. I always go to the top of the non sponsored list... that's where the true proof is. Oly is 5-star rated and on top of the list for a reason. I called him on a Friday morning for a clogged sewer line, and he was at our house within 30 minutes. He told us he would 'blow our clog to Berkeley', and he did. He is personable, friendly and positive, but did not waste our time with chit chat and charged us a very reasonable price. He's logged in our phone and I won't use anyone else. Call with confidence, these are true five star reviews.

I contacted them through Yelp & was pleasantly surprised to find out that not only were they very reasonably priced ($120) but also they had available appointments today (Saturday)! Oly said he just started on a job & would be by in 1 hour. He was very friendly, professional and fast! I have hard water & sometimes the pressure of my water slows down because of the sediments from my pipes. He showed me how to clean the filter & also advised me not to drink the water. That shows that he cares about his customers & that's much appreciated! The new faucet that was installed looks great!! I will definitely use Detail Plumbing again! Thanks Oly!! :)

Called about a running toilet and they came out within 30 minutes. It turns out I only had a tiny problem with my flapper in my toilet and it was a easy fix, only took a few minutes. he didn't even charge me. They are honest, I will definitely call them next time I am in need of a plumber.

I called Detail Plumbing when one of my toilets was flushing funny.  Normally, I would tell my husband who'd handle it.  Being a widow now, this is the first major delimma I have had.  I am so glad I have them in my phone!
It was Saturday, and he still came out!  He said I didn't need to get a plunger, just use the brush that cleans toilets.  He fixed the issue and more importantly told me how to fix it if it happens again.  Detail is the best!

Detail Plumbing was exceptional. Promptly communicative and came the next day to give us a bid which was very reasonable for the work done. We got other bids but none were as economic nor as knowledgeable as to the best way to do the job.
The redirection of pipes was cleanly and expertly done. He had to come back after the wall was patched and again communicated well and returned promptly. We highly recommend Detail plumbing and are grateful to find such an intelligent and conscientious tradesman.

Detail Plumbing was fantastic. I called early this morning, they came out that afternoon to give me an estimate and repaired my job the same day. He even went above and beyond to tighten the straps in my water heater that I didn't know was lose, as well as re-fitting some screws someone else had taken out and put aside. Very pleased with the service we received from Oly and his crew!  We just had him install a gas line for our new cooktop (used to be electric) and add a water line for our fridge water/ice maker.  He was very responsive, very reasonably priced, and very nice.  Oly and his assistant worked efficiently and were very respectful of our home (being careful about walking in with dirty shoes and cleaning up after).  I would definitely recommend Detail Plumbing and we will be calling on him first for any future needs.

This review is long overdue. Detail Plumbing has helped me twice now. I recently bought a house and realized the water heater was not working. Before going for any repairs, I normally get three quotes. First two plumbers told me that I need to change the water heater. That was a chock for me since the house inspection had the water heater in a perfect condition. My third plumber was Oly. He came to inspect and told me something was off. So there was nothing wrong with my water heater! He did not charge anything for the visit either. This time Oly came to check a leaking at my water heater valve. One of the other plumber mentioned adding hose bib cap. I didn't want a temporary fix, so I checked to see if someone from Detail Plumbing could come to help. Oly changed the faucet an charged me less than other quotes I had received. I'm pretty sure I can trust Detail Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

First of all, this place provided the best price by far. They showed up on time, masked, and quickly fixed our toilet. No complaints whatsoever. I have already recomended them.

Oly was so professional - he quickly assessed the problem that caused the flood under my kitchen sink and fixed it in no time! I appreciated how responsive he was, even scheduling an appointment at 5 PM after I finished work. If I have any plumbing issues in the future I would call Oly.

I called in the morning for a quote for adding a natural gas line from the meter to our backyard. They came within a few hours, took pictures, asked questions and got a quote to me within three days. Once I accepted their quote, they came and completed the work within the week. They even gave us some extra piping to connect to our firepit that he had lying around. Quick, efficient, helpful and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

Our kitchen sink got clogged, and like anyone, we tried for two days to rectify the situation on our own, in since making things worse in the end. Finally, fed up, I called Detail Plumbing. Only answered advised me he would come out in the afternoon and quoted me a price for the service.

I received a text about a half-hour to an hour later saying they would come out earlier than they planned. However, once they arrived, they were able to unclog the clogged drain and correct our pipe issues as well. They offer a two-month warranty for their service and are very quick and do a fantastic job.
If you require a Plumber and are in the area, I recommend Detail Plumbing.

They did excellent work and they were clearly more interested in what repairs were necessary than overcharging. Pricing was very fair and service was great! We recently used Detail Plumbing to replace a faucet.  The job was finished within a matter of minutes.  The price was fair.  I offered to pay a little extra as a tip but Oly absolutely refused to accept it.  I appreciate them coming out when I needed plumbing help and I am struck by the honesty.

We had a clogged sewer between the house and the main sewer line at the street. Called Oly on a Saturday and he was over within a few hours and quickly fixed the issue. He is honest, courteous, and professional. Definitely recommend him.

I called Detail Plumbing in the morning and made an appointment the same day to get my leaky kitchen faucet checked out. Oly and his crewman showed up with masks on and went straight to work. Oly purchased a new faucet and did not charge a trip charge for the purchase. They left a clean work area which is a plus for me. Great price and great service. It's never a good evening when you hear dripping in your bathroom when nobody is in there and you discover the ceiling is pouring water onto the floor from the upstairs unit... Panic mode: you run upstairs to the neighbors who have no clue what is happening, convince them to turn the water off in their unit for the night (and brace for a busy next day...) Next day, Owner of upstairs unit called 2 plumbers who couldn't find anything wrong upstairs: their conclusion was a leaking pipe in between the walls! Called the HOA to find out what to do (they wanted to send their own plumber) and the insurance company to get advice, began to despair when I decided to try one more plumber. I was so lucky to find Oly on Yelp! He was here 10-15mn later and found the problem immediately: he fixed a pipe under the sink of the upstairs unit: 5mn later DONE!! Very reasonable price. After a whole day of worries, phone calls, and imagining the whole ceiling and walls needing to be opened, the insurance claim, and the mega invoice... What a relief! He gave me the best advice EVER when he was done and handed me his business card: Next time, call a REAL plumber directly. I will Oly! I promise!

Two weeks ago I heard the toilet water still running several minutes after I had flushed it. After removing the cover, I could see the plug wasn't staying in place. I held it down for a minute, then it stayed in place, and no more running water. But I didn't want to do that every time I flushed. So I called Oly (business owner) at Detail Plumbing, and told him the problem. He asked me to send a video of the inside of the tank right as I flushed it. He came out a day and a half later with the new parts, and fixed it in less than 30 min. Left the work area immaculate.
Two days ago while out in my back yard washing window screens, I noticed water leaking out of the pipe joint under the faucet. I turned it off, and remembered to turn off the water line. I, of course, called Oly. I told him the problem and sent him a video. He came out today, and fixed it. He does great work, is reasonably priced, and leaves every immaculate when he's done. I wouldn't call any other plumber. Thank you Oly for taking care of both my plumbing issues!

Bad customer service, no apology or acknowledgement on his part.  I confirmed the appointment on Thursday and texted Sunday to check in since I didn't provide my address and he didn't ask.  His response was I didn't confirm my appointment.  Not professional at all.  You can see in my photo the messages between us, I clearly confirmed the date and time worked for me.

I was looking forward to having him service my house with all the five star reviews on Yelp.  I'm disappointed that the exceptional services everyone received wasn't my experience.

Lack of follow up and somewhat rude. Did not select to do the work, so quality of work may or may not be good.  Pricing seemed on the high side of normal.

Oly is fantastic. He answered when I called (rather than making me leaving a message and wait for a callback). He came out within a few hours of me calling, diagnosed the problem within a couple of minutes, and went right to work clearing my kitchen drain pipe. He had the line clear and the space cleaned within 30 minutes of arriving and at a very reasonable rate. I will be using these guys for all of my plumbing needs going forward.

Detail Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend and I have had Oly out twice now. The first time to unclog my kitchen sink and the second time to replace a kitchen faucet and actually he had to come back a third time because of an unforeseen issue but he included that in the second charge. He went above and beyond and took care of another issue he noticed while working under the sink. He is also someone who is nice to have in your home, even interacting with my curious 1 year old. I called on Saturday morning because my dishwasher wouldn't drain. Oly came over in a few hours to check it out. Unfortunately, it wasn't a plumbing issue so he couldn't fix it but told me to call an appliance professional to get it fixed. He also checked out some other plumbing issues I had in the house I just moved into. There was rust coming out of 1 bathroom tub. He went in the crawl space and gave me a proper diagnosis that it was galvanized pipe. He said it was harmless, but told me the option to fix it was to gut out the new bath, which would be expensive. If it were drywall, then he would have been able to repair it easily. He also diagnosed a few other plumbing problems I had. In the end, Oly didn't charge me for coming over and diagnosing the problems. He said he only charges if he does work to fix something. I'm giving Detail Plumbing a 5-star review because they're available 7 days a week, came over the same day I called and didn't charge me for just coming over to give a diagnosis.

Super thoughtful and helpful always . This last time they showed up same day for an emergency. He does quick honest work . I thought I needed a circulation  pump and the faucet just needed to be adjusted . Really a great asset . Love them

We are super happy and grateful to have found detail plumbing and to have gotten Olly! Not only was he knowledgeable about what we needed, he was willing to come back if needed.

Basically we needed a Shampoo bowl installed in a new salon in Citrus Heights that required permits and city approval. The first guy quoted the job at $6,000!! :O ...I will not name them to avoid embarrassing them lol. We knew the price was unreasonable so we continued our search. Olly was able to come in and knock out the job within an hour and under $400! Thank you so much! We knew $6,000.00 and a weeks work didn't make sense. On top of that he was willing to come back to make a minor adjustment (at no charge) that the city inspector required.

This guy is absolutely a true professional. I was replacing my outdoor garden hose valve, and I accidentally broke the main water supply pipe. It was in the evening and I couldn't get anyone to come out. Luckily this guy came out 11 PM and solved my problem. He is a true professional in every sense of the word.

Our water heater had stopped working on us right before the weekend. After a quick search, and a scheduled appointment for after the weekend that didn't work out elsewhere, we were scrambling to find someone to fix our issue. We called Detail Plumbing and luckily scheduled an appointment for the next day. We ended up ordering our water heater the same day with delivery the next day, and at a cheaper price than the quotes we were getting elsewhere with the plumber ordering it, and replacing it thanks to the information Detail Plumbing gave us. The following day Detail Plumbing arrived on time, install went great, answered all questions, and we hot water again! Would absolutely recommend Detail Plumbing. For any future needs they are at the top of our list.

We have 4 Mansfield toilets circa 2005 and started having some issues with two of them. I decided to go ahead and replace the innards on all 4 since it's only a matter of time before the others showed signs of wear. Detail came out next day, fixed all 4 for less than a quarter of the first quote, less than half of the other two. They showed me the problems, they fixed them, they even played with my dog a little. Wonderful service at a great price!

We called many plumbing companies to repair the sewage ejector pump at our home as it quit working, Oly' as he calls himself, was the most competent by far. It was such a pleasant surprise to see a real honest and hardworking professional who wants to make money the old fashioned way.

After having had a bad experience with another plumbing company, I was so pleased with Oly from Detail Plumbing. He answered my call and arranged a time and date and gave me an estimate over the phone. The day of the appointment he arrived 15 minutes early and immediately went to work. My Costco garbage disposal was missing a part and he went and purchased the part. Both the garbage disposal and new toilet were professionally installed and work perfectly. The price he quoted was the price he charged...no addons. Honest and skilled.

Absolutely amazing how fast they responded and came out same day to give me a quote. Ended up being a very reasonable quote and were able to get the job done immediately! So pleased with the work as well!! I will definitely use this company again with my next plumbing need.

I called on a Friday night after noticing a clogged kitchen sink and received a quote within a few minutes. He was able to come out the very next morning. We just bought our new home and turns out the kitchen sink pipes were done all wrong during a previous remodel. He did a GREAT job of fixing it for us at a great price. It was also done quickly and by Saturday mid-day we were up and running again with our sink. Other companies haven't even gotten back to us and the ones that did required us to pay a fee to come out and then give us a quote. He also took Zelle as payment which was an added plus!

I replace the compression water valve for toilet.  I overtight the compression valve cause the copper pipe leaked.  It wasn't emergency, I asked them do next morning.  They showed up on time.  I didn't realize how bad I damage.  Plumber replace the pipes included elbow and compression type valve.  I am very impressed how well he sweat the pipe and strap the pipe like professional.  The price is very reasonable.  They don't overcharge like many other plumbers.  I definitely would hire them again if I have plumbing problem.   Thank you.

Oly and his assistant showed up on-time, and did a great job fixing our sinks.  It was easy making an appointment, and the whole process went smoothly.  I highly recommend.

I have used Oly twice and on both occasions he has been nothing sort of exceptional.  Both jobs (RO System Install, Toilet Replacement) were completed in impressive fashion; not a minute is wasted.  A true professional.

I'm here to echo what some reviewers have noted. Oly was both unresponsive at times and did not follow through with mentions of texting back or coming by to provide an estimate. I'm sure he does great work; however, it may be a hit or miss if you can even get him out to your home.

This guy saved us today. Our toilet overflowed and NOT ONE plumber was available in our area but he agreed to come late after his last appointment. What a gift today, after the whole fiasco this morning with the toilet...this guy had us back in business (useable plumbing for shower, toilet, laundry....) in no time at all. Thank you SOOOO MUCH! Also, your price was totally affordable and cheaper than we expected.

These guys are great.  They are fairly priced and respond very quickly.  I texted the number and got a response within minutes.  Came out the next day and fixed my leaky shower head.  

They provided a quote over text and honored it without trying to upcharge anything else.  They did have to charge for a extra part that they did not anticipate in the original quote.  But it was only $10 and they provided the Home Depot receipt, so they did not even make any money from the part.

This was the second company to provide an estimate, the first one was typical bait and switch.  The first place said they charge $49 for home visit, which they waived after I said forget it.  Then when they did arrive to do the visit, they quoted almost double what I ended up paying!!!

Not only that, they started to hot sell me some other maintenance service which I did not want.  But they packaged it with this fix to offer me a deal.  Overall they wanted over $500 from me.  

Detail Plumbing blew them out of the water in price and customer service.  They were able to provide quick diagnosis with just a picture I provided via text.  Will definitely be using these guys again for any plumbing issues.

If we were capable to give Oly 10 stars we would.  We woke up to find water leaking from under the kitchen sink.  Called Oly and he was here in a couple of hours.  After an inspection, he found the Moen facet to be loose and a quick tighten fixed the problem.  He refused to accept any money.  About six months ago, I needed a plumber to save us from a whole house clog that seemed to back up everything in the house.  The first time I used Oly and he showed up and found the culprit in the line leading to the sewer (do not flush Clorox wipes!!) and all was well.  Very reasonable priced for that job.  I would never ever ever call anyone else to do plumbing work.

Could not have asked for better service! He came in and worked an hour, could not fix our problem.  Did not charge me!  He is very professional. I called him and he was here within 30 minutes, on a Saturday! I am grateful I found him.

I contacted Detail Plumbing when my elderly father needed his shower pipes repaired.  Oly provided a bid right away, and arrived with his helper (both masked) the following week.  They had a busy day scheduled and worked at a fast pace, while still being efficient and thorough.  We were impressed with Oly's knowledge, excellent work ethic, and very fair rates.  Highly recommended.

I called to get my slow-draining tub fixed and Oly was here in less than an hour, charged me less than half what Roto-Rooter wanted for an appointment next week, and taught me how to clean out my unusual drain the next time it happens. Good guy, good service, very fair prices. Will absolutely use Detail again.

Messaged through Yelp. Spoke to him the next day and described the issue. He told me to text him and he would confirm an appt for the following week when he got home. Texted him a few times and he just ghosted me.

Showed up on time and did the required inspections for the plumbing task. He helped me understand the issue and guided for the next step....he gave ample time to do his best and did not even charge because the task could not be completed.

Not a big company with lots of painted trucks on the road, office staff and, overhead to feed which adds to the customer's cost. Just a good, solid, trustworthy, no-frills little company that works clean, gets the job done efficiently and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about Detail Plumbing! I've used them twice now and in each instance they responded almost immediately to my inquiries / messages, were beyond professional and quick to diagnose the problem, know the fix, and get it fixed. Today I called with a blocked sink and noisy toilet...got a call back from Oly (adore him!!) within an hour asking if I was home now...now! Heck yes I am! He immediately came over and the issues were fixed within an hour (including time to run to the store for some parts!). Not only are they so reliable and fast, but have always been beyond affordable too. Oly and Detail Plumbing are hands down my go-to plumbers for life!!

I called detail plumbing to come out to replace pipes and garbage disposal and they did a great charge. I definitely will recommend and use them as my plumber services. They are very reasonable as well. I have no complaints and thank you.

I reached out to Detailed Plumbing on Sunday night, and Oly came to my house on Monday.  He went to pick up a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal from Lowe's while his partner took the sink apart.  The job was done in 1.5hrs and his labor cost $180 with a two month warranty on labor.  Highly efficient and honest. I was grateful that he was willing and went out of his way to pick up the parts for me.  Great business!!

We didn't have a challenging issue (a drip from our tub faucet) but I hated wasting water. They were all booked for the day but the owner said Oly would try to find a window of time to come and do the estimate. He not only did the estimate, he left to get the part, and came back and fixed it. And the price was less than other quotes I got just for showing up.

I am so glad the business I have used in the past for plumbing was unavailable this time around. Detail Plumbing was the only business I called that was available next day and the price was very reasonable. Best experience with a plumber ever. Kitchen drain was clogged on Sunday night. Went to yelp to search for a plumber. Used the get a quote function on yelp. Tatiana from Detail responded to my request within an hour (on Sunday night!). She predicted the likely issue and gave a quote. She offered to have someone at my house first thing Monday. Ollie (sp?) showed up on time, and offered to remove his shows to enter the house.  Diagnosed the problem right away and had it cleared within 20 minutes. Far better experience than I've had with some of the bigger companies (ahem-Bonnie). Thank you Detail Plumbing!

Great response time. They came out within 3 hours and completed the work on a Saturday. I was impressed with the quick response time. They did a great job fixing our overflow drain in the tub, as well as replacing our old angle stops and water supply lines. Definitely would use them again.

I called Oly inquiring about kitchen faucet replacement services since I may be in need of a new kitchen faucet. I asked if he could accept text as I created a video to show him. He said yes, please send and I texted him a video I made that showed the problem, how the sink is connected under the sink & 3 images that show the problem in detail. I uploaded the video along with other information to the internet so he can see everything in detail without having to make a trip out to my house :).

I also mentioned I was interested in several faucets as a replacement, my top choice being a Moen Align Brushed Gold One-Handle High Arc Pulldown Kitchen Faucet (Model 5923BG; $778.65 at the time). I asked if he could help me & the next steps for us to work together.

After reviewing the information I shared, Oly PROMPTLY let me know that I likely could get a FREE replacement part via warranty!! Oly shared how I could find that information from the faucet itself.  I did as told and VOILA!! I went through the warranty process with Pfister (company who made faucet) who said I was under warranty and gave me a Case ID number exactly as Oly described the process would be like :) After the warranty process was created, I was given a link from Pfister (pfisterfaucets.com/parts…) to view details about it and more.

When I got my replacement part, it was easy to install just as Oly described!

All in all, Oly is an amazing person who I appreciate greatly as he could have just said, yes he can replace, and let me buy an $800 faucet plus pay him to install it. Instead, Oly with integrity, thoughtfulness and SUPERIOR customer service, patiently helped me get a replacement and would not take any money from me when I offered it to him for his time on the phone :O

Oly at Detail Plumbing is fantastic. I reached out needing a full sewage line replacement for my house and he responded within minutes. He quickly came out to inspect the project, and gave me a competitive proposal versus other plumber's bids. He was on time on the planned project date, and leading up to the project communicated easily via text and electronic invoicing (super easy and convenient). During the install an unknown leak was discovered (in a wall in my house), and Oly quickly fixed it free of charge.

Honest & reliable. After calling several plumbers around the Sacramento area & receiving outrageous estimates I was relieved to come across Detail Plumbing. The services were prompt, thorough and reasonably priced. While most are only out to make a buck, His main concern was making sure the job was done right with honesty and integrity. Oly is absolutely fantastic.  Detail Plumbing was recommended to us by friends who purchased a house in Land Park, they had Oly replumb the entire house.  For our project, the bid was very competitive, (complete master bath remodel and addition of a 3rd bath in the game room) he showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would do and offered helpful suggestions.  The plumbing revisions promptly moved forward and were completed more quickly than anticipated.  There is one sad note: right now, we do not have any other friends in need of a plumber, so this is the best we can do to refer him - get bids from the big outfits in town as we did and be sure to get one from Detailed Plumbing too, if you do that, Detailed Plumbing will be your plumber for life!

I normally do not take the time to write reviews regardless of how good or bad my experience may be with an establishment, but I decided that this time around I would. So friday night 12am I noticed the guest bathroom toilet was leaking. I initially thought it was from the shower since we had people staying over but i found out it wasn't. So I turned the water valve off to the toilet and took all the water out (cup and bucket) to prevent any possible spillage. I than began searching yelp from a qualified plumber. I must have sent messages to over 10 plumbers. Some didn't respond, some said they can't do a consult via phone and wouldn't have availibilty to assess the situation until Monday or Tuesday...while others gave assumptions to what my issue was (wax ring replacement). Now i thought ok perhaps but after the master bathroom started leaking from the base i thought what are the odds that both wax rings need replacing. So i felt stuck without toilets and was going to go to a hotel and wait to have someone come during the week but then i received a message from Tatiana saying she could send someone Sunday morning and i gladly accepted. Oly came earlier rhan scheduled which was fine by me. I told him what was going on and what the other plumbers assumed and he brushed that off and guaranteed to find out the cause. So after checking the toilets, water flow, water main he determined my line was clogged. To verify he pushed water through the main and all kinds of nasty crap came through the tubs not good. So he cleared/flushed the line which didn't take too long. When he was done he tested the toilets etc. I appreciated his knowledge and work ethic. The price was 120 which was way cheaper than what i was quoted else where and i was grateful that they understood the urgency to get this resolved. I would definitely use them again. Thank you.

Perfect Service. The owner came in the morning after I called him late the night before for a emergency clean out. He was on time,professional,honest,fast,courteous,and very thorough. I haven't had much luck with plumbers per say so was hoping this would be an easy replacement. Well I can't say enough good things about the person and helper that installed my kitchen faucet. Very friendly, masked and thorough. I of course didn't get the correct thing I should have but no problem they fixed the new faucet with no problem. Thank you thank you! I bought 2 wash sink faucets and 4 hot/cold water valves and needed to have somebody to install them. Called Detail Plumbing, messaged some photos of the existing ones and asked for a quote that was given quite quickly and reasonable. Oly was able to come the next day and installed them in less than 2 hours. He did a very good job. I would recommend the company if you look for some plumbing services.

My house is old and apparently has a lot of plumbing issues. I've used this company over 3 times and have been very satisfied each time. He is really nice and professional and I always feel like he's gives fair prices. I used him when my washed backed up. I also recently called him again when my garbage disposal had a leak and had to be replaced. He fixed it very quick and made the process really easy. He seems really responsive and every time I've called him he was able to come that same day or the next. Highly recommend.

Unknown to me, the way the dishwasher And garbage disposal had been originally setup was wrong. In the matter of a half an hour he repaired the problem that I knew of, and corrected the problem I was unaware of.  That solved my long-term concern of garbage disposal junk shooting up in the left sink, now that won't happen anymore and I'm very pleased. They came on a Saturday when I was in a bind, and they were  priced very reasonably. I would definitely recommend this company.

Woke up with both toilets clogged and backing up into showers which were clogged then all drains were clogged. Sent a message via yelp and as soon as Detail plumbing opened at 800 am contacted Oly who said his 9 am appt had canceled and would be there by 9am. True to his word I just had arrived hm from dropping off my grandkids and up comes Detail Plumbing within 5 mins. Oly had figured out the main line was clogged under the house. Within 15-20 mins.  had the problem solved and all was well. Everything was flushing great. I gave Oly a call and he came out to look under my home to check on what I was told was a slow ongoing leak by a termite inspector. Oly climbed under my home and told me there was no evidence of a leak and he saw nothing of concern. He was an upstanding and honest business man. I was already sold on the fact I had to get some work done and he could of easily upsold me on any work, but HE DID NOT. Oly put my mind at ease and told me I could call back with any other questions that I may have. I highly recommend him for any plumbing issues and definitely will call again for any future issues I may have.

Oly continues to be consistent with excellent response time, quick communication and just an overall great guy that you can trust to do any plumbing repair work in your home.  Recently I had some toilet plumbing issues which Oly handled perfectly.  The thing that compelled me to write such a sparkling review for Oly is the fact that he noticed another issue and was able to skillfully correct as well.  Seriously the best plumber I've had in the last few decades!  I recommend you listen to what he has to say and give him the trust to do the right thing.

I had a new sink put in by a very talented handyman but the new sink presented problems which the handyman did not know, with certainty, how to handle. He said I needed a good plumber to problem solve.
