This was by far the best work I could have ever imagined! I asked around for quotes from many companies and not only were the prices far more reasonable but they passed every test I could give them as far as specs on wiring (after consulting an electrical engineer I had all the right questions to ask, most companies could not answer with the correct safety specs!)

Not only was the work done safely, thoughtfully and reasonably but it was more beautiful than anything I could have imagined. I had a blank slate and need to electrify a tiny house. They came up with a beautiful intricate wiring system that included dimmers and 3 way switches. The picture I attached sadly doesn't capture the beauty of the work that they did. There were multiple lights on different dimmers, a 3 way switch that could be controlled by the upstairs or downstairs switch, a dimmable retractable fan and multiple exterior lights. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work that they did. Thank you!

I'm an online IT Technician and my power keeps shorting out due to overloading. My job recommended this place. They are a little on the pricey side, but did a good job of repairing my overloaded circuits. Now I don't have to worry about losing work because everything sporadically shuts off. They arrived on time, did the job over the course of a couple of days and viola. I am extremely happy I can put this behind me.

I wanted to get my panel upgraded from a 60 amp to 200 amp and also have a 100 amp subpanel put in my garage along with a 220 volt plug. I contacted about four electricians to give me a bid and Don came in the cheapest. Don arrived on time to give me the estimate and explained everything to me in great detail. It took about 3 weeks to get started not because of Don but because of SDGE. Don called me the day before the scheduled date and said he would be at my house around 7:30am. The next day he showed up on time and they immediately got to work. By 2pm the power was back on, the new panel installed, the subpanel installed, 220v plug installed,  and I was one happy customer! He even let me know about a few safety concerns he had about some previous work that had been done by another company. The one thing that I can't stand about contractors doing work on my house is leave a mess. I didn't have that problem with Electric Unlimited! There wasn't any wire clippings, screws, there wasn't even stucco dust on the top of my new panel! I wish all contractors were like Don and his crew at Electric Unlimited! I would recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work.

Nick & his helper Dan are awesome! Needing emergency attention to a blown-out AC unit on a day that was supposed to hit 100 degrees on Thursday, I looked to Yelp for some help. Source One Electrical had all 5-star reviews so I gave them a call. I got owner Nick on the phone, told him what happened and literally within 15 minutes was at our front door. He accessed the situation & told me that he or a helper would have it up & running promptly. Very shortly thereafter Dan arrived to fix the problem & then came today at my bidding to address another issue that had been brewing.
     He discovered and fixed a potentially dangerous issue today as well. These guys are the real deal & we've already scheduled them to come back and look over our 40+ year old home for any other electrical upgrade suggestions and/or recommendations that also may need addressing. They are very professional, honest, communicate in layman terms & very fair when it comes to pricing.
    We give them a 5 star rating because there isn't a 6. Highly recommended, don't even bother calling anyone else!

Randy Goodman is a master Tesla electrician.  Having a fair amount of electrical knowledge myself I was amazed at how deep his EV charging knowledge goes.  This guy is absolute wizard and worked with me to find a location for my EV charger that will work with multiple vehicles and is aesthetically pleasing.  

Did I mention that he also came first thing in the morning on a Saturday?  Wizard.

Mauricio is very professional, thorough, and friendly. I hired him last minute to install a new outlet. I was impressed by how fast he was to respond and quick to install. He walked me through what he was doing, which gave me a lot of reassurance and confidence in his work. His prices are also very affordable. I will be keeping his contact for any future needs.

I needed a good electrician to come into my house and install 4 ceiling lights to replace old ones.  I have very high ceiling and new it would be a difficult job.  I had already had one electrician turn down the job due to the difficulty.

I live in Del Mar and told John I need to leave the house at 7am sharp to get to work.  He showed up a few minutes early ( He came all the way from Ramona) and put me at ease right away . Said the job was not a problem and estimated the cost.  I was also concerned since I have 1 YO boxer that likes to play who was in the house while I am gone .  John is an animal lover I learned and has many himself including dogs, cats, houses, etc...

He called me when he was done and said everything looked perfect.  When I got home , , indeed everything was perfect.  I cant say enough about John .  He put me at ease while I had to be away at work and left him with my boxer to complete the job , John is  very trustworthy , came in under budget with the cost on installation and now my boxer has a new buddy.

I can't say enough good about working with Daniel and this company.  From the first phone call with him, which was on a Sunday night in response to finding him on Yelp, to the completion of the project Daniel has been professional and totally on top of it.

He was very knowledgeable and helped me to take care of some work that needed to be done on my electric panel, helping me put in a ceiling fan, as well as installing a 240V plug for my electric car.  He worked quickly as well keeping me posted about the timing for when the work would be done. He took very good care of me and I was impressed with the attention to detail during the job. We also talked about electrical jobs and I gained some knowledge in our conversation so I am convinced this electrician could handle nearly any electrical job put in front of him.

I have had Phil and his son work on several electrical projects ranging from installing overhead lighting to adding circuit breakers and installing whole house and ceiling fans.  They always do a great job, are very reasonable with regard to cost, and are just genuinely nice guys who don't mind explaining the intricacies of electricity.  I would highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to call them for my future electrical needs.

I own a business in Carlsbad and needed someone to fix an electrical problem. I called Tim early in the morning and he called me right back.  He was able to come out that morning and do the work before we got busy with clients.  He was very professional and went above and beyond to take care of our problem.  His prices are  reasonable and he doesn't add on  any hidden charges.  I would highly recommend Wheyland Electric for your electrical needs.

I found Mike's Electric on Yelp yesterday, after my tenant called me on Saturday evening to tell me the circuit for the kitchen stopped working, and flipping the sub breaker switch didn't resolve the issue.

I contacted a couple of electricians, and I got a reasonable estimate from Mike for what I thought would be sub breaker switch replacement. I wanted to restore power to the kitchen ASAP, so my tenants could use it; Mike was super accommodating and was able to come by within a few hours on Sunday afternoon, whereas other electricians I contacted were not available until Monday or later in the week.

It turned out to be a wiring issue behind the outlet and not the switch, but he got everything working in no time. I didn't get to meet Mike in person, as we had corresponded over Yelp and text message, but the entire process was a breeze. I was even able to send payment electronically, which was incredibly convenient considering I was across the country for the holidays. My tenant texted me immediately after Mike was done to let me know she was pleased and that Mike was very friendly.

I'd be happy to work with Mike again the next time I'm in need of an electrician at my unit. He has great communication, a friendly and helpful attitude, and is easy to work with.

Very poor value and business ethics.  I called them out there to inspect my lack of power in the kitchen, unfortunately because this is a new home to me,  someone had switched the complete left side of my panel box to the off position. I realize this is my bad, but to charge $175 for a 5 minute job?  That was crazy to me. I understand I owed them something for their time and gas and would have appreciated even a $25 discount,  but to charge $175 for so little time and effort was ridiculous.  They got $175 out me so good for them,  but they completely lost a new customer for the long term where they could have made so much more money.  I'll never use them again and I would highly recommend someone that is not sure of their issue to call someone that charges less than $175 for a service call. As they say, education is expensive, and I learned not to use Redhawk Electric again.

Shaun is a pro and he stands behind his work. Just ask his referrals. I was a little concerned when it came time to wire my office properly and according to 3 different telecom companies and even 2 local independent guys I had to spend a fortune to get it done, not to mention their timelines were not what I was looking for. I don't even remember how I found Shaun but I got very lucky. He did his initial walk through so fast I thought maybe something was up but the reason he's fast is because he knows what he's doing! My boards are all set up nicely and neatly in my Utility Room and to this day I haven't had one problem with my phone lines or internet lines. I found you on Yelp and noticed you had no reviews so just wanted to thank you buddy, Thanks Shaun!

Oscar came to our rescue after a small electrical fire in our kitchen.  I called and he came within the hour.  He was very thorough and made sure everything was safe.  I used him again to install a ceiling fan and again his service was excellent and he and his assistant did a great job.  I would highly recommend him.
