Eden and Eduardo were fabulous. They installed a Telsa supercharger for me and the installation was super complicated because my home is built into a hillside and my main electrical on the side of my home a long distance from my garage where I wanted the charger installed. The supercharger could also not be run from a sub panel inside my home because electrical would have to have been run through concrete as my house is comprised of a lot of concrete and  framed with steel on. a hillside. I had sought 6 different quotes and they were definitely the most reasonable. But I also want to say that I have experience with contractors as I built my own custom home and have been in the business of representing contractors (as an attorney) for more than 20 years. My brother is also a general contractor. So I know contractors as I have been around them my whole life, in both my professional life and my family life.  I will also say that I am a single mom with three  young kids and live in a big home in an expensive neighborhood. I am used to getting outrageous quotes for work to be done because people see the house and see single woman and make assumptions that I am wealthy and will pay more and am a woman so I don't know any  better and will pay more.  But because I represent contractors and my brother is a general contractor I either know what is reasonable or have a good way to check. I was impressed from the very beginning with this father and son team. Their quote was excellent and given the same day Eden was out. In fact  as far as technology is concerned they are super advanced. Few of my contractor clients are as advanced in the estimate process (which was sent and approved electronically). Not sure what happened with a couple of the other reviews because my experience could not have been more different. In fact  when it started raining I got a call right away asking if we could move the install to the next day. I will also say when I went to pay, I tried to confirm the amount and gave Eden a number that was way higher than his quote, Eden corrected me right away and said no, that is too much. In all honesty he could have said,  yes thats right and I would not have known the difference.  All I can say is that when it comes to contractors, there are a lot of questionable people out there but this is a company that is honest to fault. Truthfully he underestimated the job and I knew that based on what I was told by my brother and other contractors. So I paid them more that they  quoted even though they did not ask because I believe in giving a fair wage for a job well done.  They also did a great job of cleaning up after the job and swept up and returned my stuff to the condition that  existed before they started.  Seriously recommend this team. Spend some time chatting with them both and you will see that these are good, hardworking people, honest and responsible. You cannot go wrong with this father son team and frankly I like the idea of supporting a small family owned business. Finally I will say that my dogs loved Eden and Eduardo and the last time I had a I bad experience with a  contractor I felt like I should have known better because my  dogs growled at him and got their hackles up.  In retrospect it was clearly a warning sign.  Maybe its nonsense but I think dogs can tell and my dogs just wanted to love on Eden and his dad. I will also note that I checked their license with the CSLB and verified they are licensed, bonded and insured with no prior complaints with the contractors state licensing board.

Called them to take care of 2 satellite dishes. One was mounted on the inside of the chimney. Although they said it was going to be tricky, they were able to take it down no problem. No damage to chimney or roof. All holes were sealed. Looks like the satellites were never there. Job well done.

Gibson Lighting is a rare find.  Jim Gibson specializes in antique restoration, he is UL approved and is the only one I know qualified to re-wire and restore vintage fixtures.  He can copy just about any fixture or create  beautiful new ones as well.  His staff is amazing and friendly too.  Their turn around time for repairs is quick too.  Jim does large commercial projects for Vegas hotels, fine restaurants but he always happy to take small jobs as well.  I also love to wander in his shop, he has hundreds of antique fixtures from all periods and he is always working on something new and exciting.

Very disappointed.    Tim spent about 1 - 2 hours at house reviewing work that was being asked - an old home rewire.  He indicated that he would get back with a bid.  That bid never arrived.    We are assuming he did not want the job.  We believe the professional action would have been to say that while at the house rather than keeping us waiting.  At this point, we would not trust hiring him.

Tim has since called to rectify the situation we are giving him five stars for the follow through

My Electric went out on New Years Eve (yesterday) and I waited around for my Home Warranty to solve the problem...  then realized... Um no. Those idiots left a message for a company that was closed for the holiday and the weekend. When i woke up freezing on New Year's Day I called a million numbers with no answers on this very badly timed loss of power... nobody answered. Then I remembered my friend said our mutual realtor had recommended Somone (Source one Electrical) to her. Our realtor recommends them to all of her clients and my bestie actually had her entire breaker box and wiring done by them. So I texted her and she replied with the info on Yelp and called the number.
The office phone went straight to Nick North's cell and he answered quickly.... Five stars for answering on a Holiday, right? haha Seriously though, top notch service came with this Holiday service call. He said he could come out about an hour and a half later. Then he did. Within a few short minutes he determined we had a bad breaker box, then he went to lowes and bought a new one and replaced it. He was very quick, precise and wasted no time. I usually hate dealing with hourly services because I worry about getting ripped on labor, but i tell you now that Nick runs and honest company and does quality timely work. If you're on the fence, I tell ya... just go for it with Source One Electrical! :) I'm nice and warm writing this review ON NEW YEARS DAY because Nick made the time to help me out when nobody else would. AND didn't raise the price on me knowing i was in a bind. Even if I don't get a reimbursement through my Home Warranty Company that kept me on the phone for about 5 hours today giving me the run around, Nick's pricing was amazing he was very up front the whole time.

Jarrod is reliable, super friendly and very thorough. He installed multiple ceiling fans throughout our house in one day and worked to tackle some complicated lighting issues as well. I can't recommend his services enough- my go to electrician from now on...

Randy and his son Luke arrived at 7:45 on a Saturday morning for an 8:00 am appt. I appreciate promptness, so I was immediately happy. Randy and Luke installed 3 fans needing electrical hookup and one fan as a light replacement. In 3 hours, Randy installed all 4 fans: cutting holes, mounting electrical boxes and running romex, and Luke helped out as needed. I was very happy with the father and son team that installed my fans. I highly recommend their service. They were prompt, worked hard and did a great job. I'm enjoying the new airflow in my house.

I am very happy with the install of the EV charger in my garage.  This included a NEMA 14-50 socket and a 50 amp circuit expansion about 9 ft away from my electrical panel.  Mauricio was friendly, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable.  He was able to walk me through all the possible options and explain everything in simple terms.  The work was completed quickly and looks very professional.  Highly recommended!

I called 5 San Diego electricians on a Saturday and Phillip Solomon was the only one who called me back.  He arrived on time two hours later, did the job in a few minutes, and charged a fair price.   He was friendly, too.  I'll call him again if I ever need electrical work.

I hired Mike to install an Tesla wall charger in my garage. He called me right away after I entered the job in Yelp, and even gave me a quote over the phone, which was great. Other contractors wanted $99 just to come out and scope the job. I was really impressed by Mike's honesty. He showed up when he said he was going to, and completed the job quickly.  Very honest guy. Explained every step of the process, and even gave me a few options to think about when he showed up to complete the job.  I would absolutely recommend and hire Mike for another job!

These guys are awesome. Very professional, fair priced and credible. I highly recommend them to everyone.

An AT&T Technician diagnosed our phone problem as residing within our wiring, and said we needed a new jack. He could order one that might be available in about three days. After eleven days of no action, we took the second option suggested by the AT&T Technician, and contacted an expert. Shaun.

He was prompt, pleasant, diligent, competent, and proved the AT&T Technician was wrong, wrong, wrongity-wrong: the problem is in AT&T's lines. With our wiring in excellent condition and performing better-if-not-perfect after Shaun's having massaged it, we now look forward to AT&T's next effort, which they say will restore us to normality by a date ten days in the future.

I cannot express how satisfied we are with Omega Electric. Oscar Sr and Oscar Jr are a great time and we felt at ease the 1st interaction! I cannot wait to refer them to more family and friends because of their professionalism and cleanliness of their work. We had led recessed lightings throughout our home, bedroom ceiling fans installed and a new chandelier in the entry way. They were able to start the job right away! We can't wait to work with them soon for future projects. Any project big or small go with a trustworthy certified Electrician! And Omega is by far the best all around!

Rescheduled original appt at the last minute, which would have been fine. But then didn't show up to the rescheduled appt the next day. I messaged him on yelp after he was 10 min late to be sure he was coming and by the time he was 45 minutes late I still hadn't heard a single word from him. I stayed home from work and wasted my morning for nothing. Punctuality and communication are critical to me. I'd recommend anyone else.
